Crying because of course Rita became a notoriously active saint who listens to petitions and intercedes with all her might. Of course she listens to each of our petitions with the care of a mother, because no one has ever understood the importance a patron saint more than her. I think that when she intercedes before God for us, she's still thinking about John the baptist, Augustine and Nicholas of Tolentino. I think that she's still thanking them. I think she is thrilled she gets to do the same for us
