Please Follow this Backup Blog for Vendetta-IF
Hey guys, it's jsc, the author of Vendetta. I'm making this blog to backup all of the stuff I've posted over on the vendetta-if blog because I can't access my main account. Until I can access my account again, this will be the blog I'll use to interact with all of you and post updates. And in the worst case scenario, this will become the main blog.
So, please, follow this blog as I will be posting updates and answering asks like usual here. Also, for those who want to share their fanarts and other fanworks, please tag this blog too so I can see it. I'll also start reblogging some posts and asks from the Vendetta blog here in hopes of preserving them as much as I can. So, be prepared for a little blast from the past as we walk down the nostalgia road, I suppose.
I'm really sad because just earlier today, I checked my followers count and saw that we were 30 followers away from reaching 4K Followers in the main Vendetta blog, and I was thinking about what to do to celebrate it. Plus, there are also so many awesome fanarts and asks that I don't want to just be gone, which is why I'm making this blog to reblog all of them.
For those who are new and wondering what my story is all about, please check out the intro post I've reblogged. I might need to make another intro post in the future if I never get access back to my account, but for now, I hope it'll suffice.

For those who are interested in what happened, I'll tell the details under the cut.
So, a few hours ago, I decided to open my iOS Tumblr app to check on notifications and stuff, as I usually do. But instead, I got hit with the Tumblr error messages over and over as it keeps trying to load in.
At first, I just thought it was my cellphone Internet connection, so I tried logging in on the desktop. At first, after I input all of my login credentials, the page loaded, but it brought me to the viewing page of my Vendetta blog as a non-user. I tried again, and this time, it said that my account got terminated. I never got any email from Tumblr about this, and it came as a shock because I just used my Tumblr earlier today to reblog some fanarts with no problem and I have never really used my account for other non-IF related stuff.
So, I scrambled to ask my members in Discord whether my Vendetta blog is still up, and thankfully it still is. But, my main account is somehow gone. The problem is, my Vendetta blog is actually a sideblog to my main account, jsclarissa.
As you can see here, when I tried searching for my main account, it says "Ghost blog! This blog does not exist." despite me having used that account to respond to comments and send asks to other authors before.
I have sent a support ticket to Tumblr support and also tweeted them on Twitter. I really hope they can give me my account back as I'm pretty sure this is some kind of technical issues on their end. I'm just worried about how long it would take them to respond and of course, the worst case scenario that it actually got terminated, so, I'm making this account.
Even if I got my account back, I'll still reblog stuff from the main blog here and maybe I can finally have a more personal blog where I can talk about stuff that is not really related to Vendetta.

Hiiiii!!!! @omarfor-mp3 I’m diari0deglierrori, I’m alive and (almost) well, sorry to appear like this out of the blue but I was desperate and I’m feeeling awful and I need to vent so I figured I’d make a new blog to explain a bit. I saw your post about a mutual disappearing and figured it could be me (in the eventuality of it not being about me, feel free to ignore). So! Where do I start.
It all started on a dark January afternoon, the sky was grey and the air- ok I’ll go straight to the point: so I was just chilling, using this app as usual, and then all of a sudden, the Wi-Fi went down for like an hour and I couldn’t use it anymore, so ok, I go on with my life (although very annoyed because I had things to say). So then it seems that the Wi-Fi is back, at least insta is working, so I come back here to make a post about it (I don’t even know if it got published or not though? Something about the Wi-Fi who stopped working right when I was about to watch a movie ?) But when I hit post an error message appeared, the one that usually appears when there’s not Wi-Fi, so I try turning on my phones data and all to make it work but it doesn’t change a thing, I only get error messages. Then foolish little old me thinks it’s only because of a bad connection again so I check everything else to see if they work or not, every other app seems to be working so I come back here and when I check on my blogs they all seem to be gone, only my main’s name appears (it kind of happened once but only lasted about 5/10 minutes) so I start to worry and check other peoples blogs to see if it’s just the app or me. I figure I can go on the trending page, I can search things and go on blogs, so I go on yours and see the post about a mutual disappearing and it hits me. I’m simply gone. My whole life for the past 9ish years, vanished. I’m devastated. Oh but the problems are only getting started! I somehow still think my phone is the main problem, maybe it crashed a bit somehow so I go on settings and turn it off, thinking that maybe it’ll kind of reset things (not like reset reset, you know? Just like when you turn it off and on? I can’t explain right, my brain feels crushed). So I do the usual, turn it off, wait for a couple of minutes and try turning it on again. It does, the screen turns on, it says it’s locked and to swipe up to unlock, which I do. But it doesn’t work, the screen doesn’t move. I touch the buttons and they work just fine, I mean I can put it on mute and stuff, but nothing that needs the screen. So I start to panic a bit, tell people to call it so I can see if it still works, so they do and I see it can ring but I can’t swipe to answer, it’s like it’s frozen or something. But like not completely, I don’t know how to explain. Anyway, long story short I think I broke my phone, I can’t use it anymore, but the screen stays on and the hours go by, as if it was just mocking me. This is when you realize you’re stupid and wished you did a backup before, which I never do because as I said, I’m stupid. So anyway I tried to go log on my tumblr on my laptop but it didn’t work, so I tried changing the password too but then it said that my account got terminated and that I should report it to the staff or something… so I did, I’m waiting to see if they’ll ever answer.
I looked it up and apparently it happened to a lot of people, someone even explained it better than me:
“Originally it wouldn't load and said I needed to log in. I logged out and attempted to log back in, but it said my email/password was wrong. I tried to change my password and now it says my account was terminated. I've had this account for 10 years.”.
Same thing happened to me.
Aaaanayway, I’ve been dying inside ever since, hahahahahahejsfbkand
(I’m tagging you because of the post btw, sorry to bother)
#I’m so upset#Sorry again!!#Sara I could tag you to but didn’t dare to so I just followed with this blog maybe you’ll see this too#The rest of my mutuals is not really active everyday I’m sure they won’t notice I’m gone#I mean I could tell myself ‘bold of you to assume anyone would’#But still#Anyway I made this way too long too so sorry

Yeah, just checked my email. Before I sent my complaint, I had received FIVE separate emails, all with the same time-stamp, about account termination for:
“Don't encourage violence or hatred. Don't post content for the purpose of promoting or inciting the hatred of, or dehumanizing, individuals or groups based on race, ethnic or national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or disease.”
There may be an attachment to let me know which post supposedly did this, but if so I can’t read it on mobile. Regardless, you should know this accusation is absurd.
Definitely seems like a mass-flagging bot attack. Just how many flags does it take for you to get one termination email without even a prior warning, let alone five with the same time-stamp?
I said I’d never voluntarily delete my RWBY blog and I meant it. I contacted customer support; hopefully they reverse the ban. Asking anonymously from a backup account in case this is caused by a targeted mass-reporting attack.
I assume this is Sunder, considering the mention of a 'RWBY blog', the way you speak and that the blog is down.
I can certainly sympathize with you- I originally lost my first blog during when Tumblr decided anyone linking outside links was a porn bot. Good news- I've had it back for a while! Bad News- it took a few months.
I know you aren't guilty of that so don't worry. But my advice? Make a different backup for your RWBY stuff because it might take staff awhile to fix this shit.

Hi! I don't know if you remember me, but my old account (main blog statisticalcats) got terminated and I'm unable to get it back. My most recent backup was pretty old so I lost a lot of original posts. I've been trying to find a specific text post I made about Superior Iron Man being transported into the MCU world during NWH, and it talked about MCU Tony's obsession with Peter and being willing to risk everything to bring him back. I think I remember you having reblogged it? It's ok if you don't want to look for it, I just wanted to ask that if you feel up to it and find it, please link me?
So I had a different one saved but it's showing up as a broken link. I did find this one too.
Otherwise this is what I had on my spreadsheet:
SIM gets pulled into MCU from hijinks and meets Spiderman, who looks at him with such hopeful eyes. When SIM finds out that Tony invented timetravel for this kid, he realizes he's something special and decides to take him with him. https://at.tumblr.com/khalixascorner/i-want-to-write-this-now-omg-this-is-so/8ct9nxlm6gia
Sorry friend. Maybe someone else will see it and have better luck, but I have over 6k posts and I don't remember if/how I tagged it.

Hi, this is my second attempt at sending this ask, because tumblr reset and lost the first. My account was terminated on 4th November, and last week my second account (that I'd set up to contact support) was terminated too. Despite a couple of follow-up emails, I've still heard nothing back from tumblr since their automated response to my initial report. Can you remember if your experience was similar when your account disappeared? Do I just need to be more patient? (so-much-purple/nereemac)
Oof, account terminations are the Worst. From my experience, I tried contacting support through the link on the “account terminated” page first. I sent several different requests, only receiving the automated response each time. A few friends also submitted complaints on my behalf. I finally created a new account with a different email address and submitted support requests through there as well, detailing the situation, the original blog address + the email associated with it, and explaining that I had not received any responses to the requests I’d submitted from that email address. I think it took about two weeks before I finally got a response to my backup account email (which was a snarky request that I needed to use the email associated with the terminated account to contact, but I replied reiterating once again that I had DONE THAT MULTIPLE TIMES and got no response). And within about a day or so of that exchange, my account was back.
Basically, when it comes to account terminations there’s very little rhyme or reason to any of it imo. I’ve had friends who lost their accounts for two weeks, or for two months, or never got theirs restored at all. So unfortunately it’s really kind of a crapshoot.
Best of luck!

What Is the life expectancy of solar panel batteries? — Sunny Energy
As the world increasingly turns towards sustainable energy solutions, solar power has emerged as a leading contender. Solar panels are now a common sight on rooftops, harnessing the sun’s energy to power homes and businesses. One critical component of a solar power system is the solar battery. Solar batteries store excess energy generated by solar panels for later use, ensuring a continuous and reliable power supply. Solar panel batteries typically last between 5 to 15 years, depending on factors such as usage, maintenance, and the quality of the battery.
Homeowners in Arizona face several challenges when it comes to solar power. The intense heat and sunlight in the state lead to higher energy consumption for cooling, increasing the demand for electricity. According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, Arizona’s residential electricity consumption is among the highest in the nation, with homes using an average of 1,124 kilowatt-hours per month in 2020. This high demand for electricity result in higher utility bills, making solar power an attractive option for many Arizona residents looking to reduce their energy costs and environmental impact.
In this blog, we’ll explore the factors that impact the life of solar panel batteries, how long they last, the average life expectancy of solar panel. batteries, the best solar panel batteries for your home, the basics of solar backup batteries, and the benefits of choosing a solar battery with Sunny Energy.
Factors that impact the life of solar panel batteries
The lifespan of solar panel batteries is influenced by various factors that can significantly impact their performance and longevity. Understanding these factors is crucial for maximizing the efficiency and durability of solar energy storage systems. Here, we delve into the key factors that affect the life of solar panel batteries.
1. Battery Chemistry:
The type of battery chemistry used plays a critical role in determining the lifespan of solar panel batteries. Common types of batteries used in solar energy systems include lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries. Lithium-ion batteries are known for their longevity and require less maintenance compared to lead-acid batteries. They are more efficient in terms of energy storage and withstand a higher number of charge-discharge cycles, to be a preferred choice for many solar installations.
2. Depth of Discharge (DoD):
The depth to which a battery is discharged and recharged, known as Depth of Discharge (DoD), is a key factor that affects its lifespan. Shallower discharge cycles, where the battery is not completely drained, typically result in longer battery life. On the other hand, deep discharge cycles, where the battery is heavily drained, can shorten the lifespan of the battery. It is important to properly size the battery bank and manage the depth of discharge to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
3. Temperature:
Temperature is another critical factor that can significantly impact the lifespan of solar panel batteries. On the other hand, moderate temperatures are ideal for maximizing the lifespan of batteries. Proper ventilation and temperature control are essential to prevent overheating and ensure optimal battery performance.
4. Maintenance:
Regular maintenance is essential for extending the life of solar panel batteries. Proper maintenance practices, such as ensuring proper ventilation, cleaning terminals, and monitoring the state of charge. Regular inspections and maintenance can also help identify any potential problems early and prevent costly repairs or replacements.
5. Usage patterns:
The usage patterns of the solar panel batteries also play a crucial role in determining their lifespan. Heavy usage or frequent deep discharges can put a strain on the battery and shorten its lifespan. On the other hand, light usage and shallow discharges can help prolong the life of the battery. Proper sizing of the battery bank and managing the usage patterns can help optimize battery performance and extend its lifespan.
How long do solar batteries last?
The lifespan of solar batteries is a crucial consideration for anyone looking to invest in a solar energy system. Several factors influence the longevity of these batteries, including their chemistry, usage patterns, maintenance, and environmental conditions. Understanding these factors can help you make informed decisions when selecting and maintaining your solar batteries.
1. Battery Chemistry:
One of the primary factors that determine the lifespan of solar batteries is their chemistry. Different types of batteries have different lifespans. Lead-acid batteries, which have been used in solar energy systems for many years, typically last around 5 to 15 years. These batteries are relatively affordable but require regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
On the other hand, lithium-ion batteries, which are becoming increasingly popular in solar energy systems, can last 10 to 20 years or more with proper maintenance and usage patterns. Lithium-ion batteries are known for their high energy density and long cycle life, making them a durable and reliable choice for solar energy storage.
2. Usage patterns:
The way you use your solar batteries can also affect their lifespan. Batteries that subject to frequent deep discharges degrade more quickly than those that are used more conservatively. Properly sizing your battery bank and managing your energy usage can help extend the life of your batteries.
3. Maintenance:
Regular maintenance is essential for prolonging the life of solar batteries. This includes ensuring proper ventilation, monitoring the state of charge, and keeping the batteries clean and free from corrosion. Regular inspections can help identify any issues early and prevent them from causing more significant problems down the line.
4. Environmental conditions:
The environment in which your solar batteries are installed can also impact their lifespan. Extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, can accelerate the degradation of battery components and shorten their lifespan. Proper insulation and ventilation can help mitigate these effects and ensure optimal performance.
The lifespan of solar batteries varies depending on several factors, including their chemistry, usage patterns, maintenance, and environmental conditions. Lead-acid batteries typically last around 5 to 15 years. While lithium-ion batteries last 10 to 20 years or more with proper care. By understanding these factors and taking proactive measures to maintain your solar batteries, and maximize their lifespan and ensure optimal performance for years to come.
Average life expectancy of solar panels
Solar panels are designed to be durable and long-lasting, with an average life expectancy of 25 to 30 years. This longevity is one of the key advantages of solar energy systems, making them a reliable investment.
While solar panels can last for several decades, it’s important to note that their efficiency may decrease slightly over time. This is due to factors such as exposure to sunlight, weather conditions, and normal wear and tear. However, even as solar panels age, they continue to generate electricity, albeit at a slightly reduced efficiency.
To maximize the lifespan of solar panels, regular maintenance is recommended. This includes cleaning the panels to remove dirt and debris, inspecting them for any signs of damage, and ensuring that they are properly installed and connected to the electrical system.

Which are the best solar batteries for your home?
Choosing the best solar battery for your home involves considering various factors such as battery chemistry, cost, lifespan, maintenance requirements, and compatibility with your solar energy system. Here’s a detailed look at some popular options:
1. Lithium-ion batteries:
Lithium-ion batteries are favored for their high energy density, which allows them to store a large amount of energy in a relatively small and lightweight package. They also have a long lifespan, typically lasting 10 to 20 years or more with proper maintenance. Lithium-ion batteries are known for their high efficiency and low maintenance requirements, making them a reliable choice for solar energy storage. While they may be more expensive upfront, their long-term durability and performance often make them a cost-effective option.
2. Lead-acid batteries:
Lead-acid batteries are a more affordable option compared to lithium-ion batteries. However, they have a shorter lifespan, typically lasting around 5 to 15 years. Lead-acid batteries also require regular maintenance, including checking the water levels and ensuring proper ventilation. Despite these drawbacks, lead-acid batteries are still widely used in solar energy systems due to their affordability.

An Introductory Guide for Class 4 Softswitch Solution
Class 4 Softswitch solution has become acknowledged as the best tool that helps route call traffic en masse from one destination to another. A class 4 Softswitch enables the routing of VoIP calls to international destinations using IP networks. Connecting with a local class 5 Softswitch, a class 4 Softswitch sends calls through international channels and then connects with another class 5 Softswitch to complete the call.
A class 4 Softswitch solution is emerging as an important VoIP tool as it routes calls from a source to a destination, dealing with carriers, data, and call volume as well. In this blog, we dive deep to know the class 4 Softswitch in detail. We’ll also find answers to why it makes VoIP services more robust and reliable.
What is a Class 4 Softswitch?
Call switching as a practice has been around in the telecommunication industry for a long time. It has been used to interface callers with their recipients. Before the Softswitch landed on the horizon, this process was conducted manually, with administrators shifting phone lines physically from one circuit to the next. The Softswitch has made this practice automated.
Softswitch software helps to launch, manage, route, and terminate calls in VoIP networks. Both class 4 and class 5 Softswitch have emerged as the most widely implemented solutions for routing calls through different networks. For instance, if a user in the United Kingdom wants to call a number in the USA, a class 4 Softswitch will route the international call and maintain it as well till the call ends.
VoIP networks use different types of codecs and protocols. Also, the caller and the recipient may be using different types of telephony infrastructure. In such a scenario, the VoIP Softswitch does the transcoding of the different codecs that are used at both ends of the call. The same holds true for protocol conversion as well. If it is different at both ends of the calling line, the class 4 Softswitch does the protocol conversion to ensure a smooth flow of audio or video signals.
The class 4 Softswitch was originally designed to carry out the functions of call routing, protocol conversion, and transcoding seamlessly. But over time new and path-breaking features have been added to the solution. The new versions of the class 4 Softswitch come with security provisioning, failover, load balancing, backup, and reporting. It’s turned the technology on its head, making it a one-stop solution for all VoIP call connections.
What’s more, the new breed of class 4 Softswitch solutions also supports more call volume than its predecessors, giving VoIP solution providers an opportunity to scale their infrastructure and services. The solution also comes as a web based application making it easy to be accessed remotely and enables a cost-efficient way of scaling voice services and offering a foolproof presence between interexchange carriers.
Class 4 Softswitch solutions come with a laundry list of features that have turned VoIP services more profitable thanks to efficient routing and billing. What’s more, being a robust, scalable, and consistent solution, the Softswitch can easily manage and control VoIP calls, signaling, and every other aspect of large-scale VoIP calling.

Sorry for the slow response for this advice, but it recently occurred to me that you didn't know you don't need to worry about backups for my RWBY stuff. Almost everything was already backed up on my harddrive, the cloud, and like three other websites.
Losing my old Tumblr blog for good would be a loss, but it's merely irritating, not crushing.
Possibly the worst thing was losing a platform to ask random-ass questions to a lot of Followers and have a hope of getting a useful answer. I was actually putting off asking such a question when the termination hit, but it's not like I needed the answer, either.
But one of the advantages is, I get to follow all of the blogs that blocked me before. A thought I bet would never occur to the kinds of people who think Shinigami Eyes is some kind of infallible, impregnable judge and defense against "evil".
And since, unlike them, I can live my entire life without needing to harass or block someone for having a different opinion, they're never going to know it's me. Something else which the attacker probably can't imagine.
It's fine, Sunder. You don't really owe me.
Well it's good to know your hard work isn't lost to time. I certainly felt bad about losing my old stuff when my original blog got nuked.
But as for your last bit- I wouldn't be so sure about that. Remember- I was able to recognize you on Anon in part because of how you talk online. Take that with any similar interests and opinions and people will draw the conclusion about who you are. ANd then, rightly or not, they'll call you a creep and what have you because to them- you're block evading.
I mean, do as you will. You aren't doing this with the intention of block evading, unlike what I did in the past. But do be careful man.
