i've developed a soft spot for transformers getting cleaned by their partners, human or cybertronian.

i imagine that there's a lot of awkward, hard to reach spots which are difficult or awkward to clean on their own: optimus' smokestacks, starscream's wings, bulkhead's back kibble, etc. getting those spots cleaned has to feel incredible, like having a painful spot on your back finally getting massaged.

it's probably pretty intimate, too. those spots are most likely sensitive to touch, simply because they don't get much physical attention. cybertronians probably don't trust those spots to many people, so getting to clean them is a huge sign of trust, and possibly attraction.

The secret Dungeon Meshi sauce that's getting people to eat better is that it's so non-judgmental. Senshi and the rest of the gang never talk about what not to eat besides things that taste bad and literal poison. They don't even talk about "health" that much besides the importance of a balanced diet. It's so much easier to eat well when you think of food simply as something your body needs, and that it's often worth the extra effort to make it taste good, especially when you understand how to connect "things your body needs" with "things that taste good"

alright, I’m annoyed with the class that I’m taking. it’s about writing novels, and I thought it would have cool stuff about balancing your narrative and developing themes etc, but instead she spent the first class talking about how every book fits into the Hero’s Journey (the monomyth template). and I was somewhat of a contrarian, and said “can you give us examples of books that don’t fit into this template?” and she said “no. because all books fit.”

but I dunno man, I just finished reading this Korean book where the plot is just the character having a string of hookups and reflecting on them without changing in any way. I don’t know if it’s possible to contort that into the Hero’s Journey.

TBH maybe more people would rp with real humans instead of chatbots if we sat them down and taught everyone proper roleplay etiquette
