My weird goals and their meaning🧸
(specifying that I had my ugw before and am now into a relapse - at least mentally - for now just fat and shiity)
Stats: female, age 24, h : 173 cm
(weight is in kg)
HW : 82.5 (a while ago)
SW : 79.5 (01.08.2024)
CW : 76.9 (11.09.2024)
GW1 : 74 kg (when I get into normal BMI, :/ )
GW2 : 70 kg (kind of a weird no)
GW3 : 68 kg (5 units behind my height)
GW4 : 66 kg (number of the beast hehe)
GW5 : 60 (that's a very round and nice number)
GW6 : 57 (I LOVED THAT NO before AND FELT SO GOOD)
GW7 : 55 (huh)
GW8 : 53 (almost perfect)
GW9 : 49 (PERFECT)

I'm the girl who eats cottage cheese for breakfast..and I gotta admit sometimes I have full fat, like 10% because it's honestly making me fuller for longer 😵‍💫 HOWEVER, it's only 190-200 ish calories per cup and I always take sips of water in between bites.
I also use a very cute spoon that I bring to me for work ❤️
I'm a breakfast girl but I can't go back to eating a full breakfast again - like omelette, cheese, olives, ham, coffee w/ milk / tea w/ milk - I'm really that type !
