I think this is a victory

I was going to eat out with my familiy and have paella, and I was so scared to eat because if I don't eat someone will notice. I barely had a portion of rice and I felt sooo filled and no one noticed so i'm happy I didn't binge, I felt full with 2 bites, and no one asked why did I ate so little 😍😍
