(Thief II: The metal age)

I absolutely love thief and thief 2 visuals, it's incredible how much they're doing with those environments. The textures, the shapes, and just the unique atmosphere of every location. Those games have so much style and variety

Thief has had such a profound impact on my life. I cannot look at expensive candlesticks in real life and NOT want to steal them.

They have Thief 1, Thief 2, and several other games. While I have not examined those, I'm sure they contain a similar quality to the Thief ones, which are both an extremely good time to read. If you like Thief and have a bit of time to spare, I'd highly recommend reading through these.

Here it comes again. That old craving. Soon I can't ignore it. I feel anger. And I don't know where it should be directed. Should I blame them, for creating something so masterful that it left me wanting more since our first contact ? Or the world, for failing to produce something that surpasses, or even equals it, for 24 years ?

Yes, I can always revisit it. But how long until these visits become a routine ? How long until the experience itself becomes stale, eroded by the many hours of trying to recapture that initial spark ? Then, where do I go from here ? Yet, for now, there's no resisting it.
