vil with an s/o whos like rarity from mlp. theyre beautiful, love fashion, and are so so much kinder and understanding than vil (i mean theg prob have a friend whos like applejack ngl). they help epel with his skincare routine, converse with rook in french, and are just a perfect match to vil. imagine they become the mother figure of pomefiore like that one mom whos cool and knows all the trends and it doesnt feel when she calls you darling bc it makes you feel like youre on top of the world like yeah

i think this would be really good to kind of balance out vil! like he does actually care about his dorm members but he can be pretty harsh and demanding so his partner is there to remind him that he doesn’t need to be to tough with them. the first years all refer to you as their parent and then when epel points out that would mean vil is their dad they all refuse to talk about it after that LMAOOO no but epel specifically is so grateful for you because you make vil a lot softer in his approach and it really shows in how much kinder he’s been treating his dorm members. rook is just glad to have someone who actually talks back to him in french because some other people do understand it, but not a lot of people are willing to indulge him in a full conversation in it. he also extends his vil simping to you and says that together you make the most beautiful couple in twisted wonderland (which is actually probably true) and vil also loves having a partner who’s into fashion, being able to talk casually about it instead of with a designer who’s just there to try to impress him is a breath of fresh air. he also definitely wants to see your designs if you’d be willing to show him!!

now this is gonna seem like a big surprise to everyone, I Know, but i REALLY like normingus. i think about these two CONSTANTLY like something well and truly sinister has taken over my brain and reduced me down to a child slamming two barbies together like “theyre kissing theyre kissing” like its bad for me. god just like. the flavors of normingus you can have. the bitter rivals/enemies to reluctant friends to lovers pipeline is real and it lives in my heart. truly and honestly i think they are an untapped well of potential EVEN OUTSIDE OF JUST STRAIGHT UP SHIPPING THEM. i think their dynamics of being like two sides of the same coin when it comes to callum is super interesting, and theorizing on how they both could grow and change as people post ch3 is super fun to do bc like. they both have been given a second chance at life, how will they use it? also there’s the fact that mingus hires norm on and finally has a reliant employee other than tango. the kind of bond these two could forge even outside of a romantic sense is really cool and i wish more people touched on it!!!! tho of course i Do still rlly like them in a romantic context im ngl, and i Also wish people explored this dynamic more. but In General i think norm and mingus are an untapped well of potential!!!!!!!!!!! and i have literally TOO MANY fic ideas revolving them it’s actual insanity

A BROTP I have with said character:

mingus and tango have a dynamic that im EXTREMELY fond of, partially by my own doing. i think the like begrudging (on mingus’ end) friendship they have is so special. like tango is just an employee but he’s also been at mingus’ side for the longest time and is probably the one person she can trust to back her up if shit goes awry. but GOD FORBID if you ever told tango that he would start giggling and kicking his feet like fucking spongebob and you’d never hear the end of it. so mingus has to keep him at arms length even though i think she genuinely sees some parts of herself in him and wants to encourage him to thrive. in a suuuuuuper post canon world, when mingus eventually steps down as mayor, i think she fully endorses and encourages tango to run in her stead. a passing of the torch, in a way, and tango takes the endorsement VERY personally like i think he’d start bawling and hug her so tight and mingus would reluctantly return the embrace. god they’re just so silly you guys

A random headcanon:

this is kind of random and i touch on it in tryt, but i think she collects knickknacks (specifically novelty snowglobes but also other things). i think her office in town hall is very deliberately kept very sterile and like. devoid of personal affectations because she is trying to maintain an Image there. but her house is a different fuckin story. i think callum probably started collecting novelty snowglobes and mingus just noticed how her house growing up was full of them, and eventually when her dad died and she was given the house back she just. continued callums collection. started bidding for super expensive ones on ebay and going out of her way to find antique stores with little knickknacks from her pawpaws time. i think it would be a kind of private joy for her, to have this ongoing collection of Things some of which connect her with her pawpaw, and something she would NEVER dare show another soul. that is, until she starts making friends and having people over and everyone can realize how much of an oddball she truly is <3

General Opinion over said character:

guys i really fucking like mingus. mingus is FASCINATING as a character like she takes herself so seriously and yet is So Ridiculous it’s really funny. and just her whole motivations and her perspective on life and her grandfather it all just makes me wanna tear at the walls and scream and cry. genuinely the first time i played through chapter 3, mingus’ monologue at the end brought tears to my eyes bc i resonated with her longing on such a level it like. it really put her into perspective for me. and since then i’ve just become more and more fond of her like ohhhhhhhhhhh i love her guys. i really do. mingus kingus forevar and evar

Sen - Honestly he calls it stupid at fist but then he sees how much time his s/o is genuinely investing into making their makeshift nest and he decides to help a bit. He dosent know what to do so he just hands them some sticks and calls it a day

Kamakiri - he honestly dosent really care. If his s/o asks him to help he will probably make a decent blade for them to use and he will just leave his s/o with it at that lmao

Kuroiro - he will suggest that his s/o makes their makeshift nest as dark as his soul. If they do then he acts all evil about it lmao. Like a master mind whos evil plan finally worked but if his s/o dosent make their nest all black their just met with the smallest please the worlds ever heard lmao

Kendo - she thinks the bird like/ nesting behaviors are really cute ngl. She offers to help with the nest making and if her s/o lets her she silently gets really happy <3

Kodai - If her s/o wants her to help make the nest or something then she will help but other than that she dosent really mess with it. She dosent mind the bird like behavior so she dosent really point it out or acknowledge it at all.

Komori - she decorates her s/os makeshift nest with her mushrooms to make it prettier. Obviously only non poisonous mushrooms for their safety <3

Shiozaki - she will grow her vines and cut and trim off the thorns to make ropes to help keep her s/os nest that their making together. Its really just a bunch of pillows and blankets tied together with the occasional twig or feather but still lmao.

Shishida - he also has a lot of animal like tendencys because of his quirk so he understands completely. He will help his s/o find twigs and things that they want to use. Birds also use fur for their nests a lot so if they want some of his all they have to do is ask.

Shoda - he offers help if its wanted but he dosent do anything special other than that. He understands that his s/o might not want it since making a nest is pretty important and thats fine by him

Pony - she has no idea what her s/o is doing but shes supportive. Once she finds out theyre making a nest with their pillows and blankets she will pull up bird nests on pintrest and help them look for inspo lmao

Tsubaraba - he really wants to help since he thinks his s/os bird like tendencys are a bit silly. But hes also really bad at it. He keeps sending his s/o pictures of random bird nests saying stuff like the leaves on this one <3 or some shit like that lmao

Tetsutetsu - even if his s/o dosent want his help he will find something to help with simply because he thinks its cool. He will be their hype man if necessary. He will scream about how cool it looks every two seconds lmao

Tokage - once she hears about her s/o making a home made nest or something similar to that she will start telling them all her crazy ideas to make it look as cool as possible.

Manga - he will help by sketching out his s/os ideas so they can visualize it better and see if they like it. He also helps quite a bit with the physical labor.

Honenuki - a lot like shoda he is more than willing to help his s/o if its wanted but if they dont want his help then he understands and instead will spend his time doing his own thing <3. He will make them a snack in he feels they need it though

Bondo - if you ask him too he will help by using his quirk but he understands that his s/o might be very specific about how they want their makeshift nest so he mostly leaves it up to them. He dosent mind helping if its wanted

Monoma - he insists on helping with his s/os nest (even if its mostly pillows and blankets lmao) and he helps by puting fairy lights all around it and tinsel and stuff like that to the point that its kinda hard to look at but he fully believes that it couldent be better

Reiko - when her s/o starts with their nesting habits when spring comes around she dosent do anything special. She stays in the same room silently doing her own thing while her s/o does their own thing as well

Rin - he also has some animal behaviors (aka being cold blooded) so he gets it and is willing to help if his s/o wants him too but for the most part he lets them do as they want.

hmmmm im ngl the trailer itself as a like prelude to what is coming in 5.0 intrigue and plot wise is like. compared to the region teasers that came before w lazzo and overture. its just. its kinda bad im sorry KWKJKWDJKWDJK like okay cool seeing the new cast and production value is high as always (+ music) but its such a middling teaser for the story itself?? it feels like a powerpoint presentation of the cast more than anything narratively coherent with an inherent draw and mystery

like theres mavuika speaking to the flame thingy (xbalanque that u? "one entombed in the primal fire" perhaps????) with some intrigue i suppose as well as her brief thing w capitano. ororon also appearing to be working together or aligned with capitano given theyre standing together there which could make for an interesting plot thread but beyond that its very.... eh. its not giving us a lot to grip onto ya know???? and thats rly a shame especially since i also felt that way abt the teaser in the 4.8 livestream. i wish we got more

and sure theres a tournament wahoo but like. its really Not helping to hype up that thing when half the introduced cast isnt being like "OMG the tournament!!!!1!1 this is HUGE!!!1" (or even. little mila, the blacksmiths daughter, was a real champion too. love her. honourary part of the team during this section, absolutely.

ever since then, the game has been SO focused on companions and i'm very into it. catching up / checking in with everyone, getting all their personal missions going etc. i jumped straight into neve's because i was eager to see how good my chances were for romance.

as you can see, rook's hair is a little longer, and she's going without face paint at all for a bit. sort of in a phase of keeping her heavier feelings to herself (or perhaps trying to ignore them lol)

then i did bellara's quest and oh my god the forgotten one!!! literally there!!!! i am looking. that was pretty heartbreaking tho, i feel so bad for bellara. i had a feeling her brother was coming back though, there have been too many notes around that were signed with just "-C". big sus! seems im at the part of the game where everyone experiences the horrors! and i'm here for it actually.

i did get a romance scene with neve and it was very heartfelt and cute <3 so i think i'm actually pulling it off! my relationship level with her is halfway into 7 i think. doing ALL dock town missions with her in my party is probably helping a lot.

every single interaction between the companions is still making me so happy, theyre so frequent that i can't possibly screenshot them all, i just! love!! every single dynamic!!!! like even davrin and lucanis who don't get along well... lucanis still suggested i prioritize checking in with davrin after weisshaupt because he seemed shaken. them T_T <3 this is so risky for a multishipper because you could honestly give me any fucking pair between the entire team and i'd be down for it lmao too many ships!!!

how was the concert sun

oh my god vi it was so so fun!! theyre all so so amazing and im so happy that i was able to watch them all!!

the gates were opened at 5:30 but the show didnt start until 7 which was such a good thing because me and my friend got there late LMAO the concert ended past 11 (the bands came out to talk to fans but me and my friend couldnt even stay bc the parking lot gates were set to lock by 11:30. god im so sad abt missing it out)

caskets opened the show! they played only seven songs though :( but thats oki!! i kept singing while filming so i probably only have about three videos where u cant hear me which sucks asss bc i really wanted to share their performance to u guys!! LIKE i cant comprehend how they sound so beautiful live! especially their screaming parts because it just sounds a lot cleaner and crisp than the studio version!! they're touring with set it off (the main band) so not a lot of people knew caskets but it made so so happy to see them be received with such enthusiasm too bc they deserve the hype!!!

deathbyromy WERE SO COOL i was having a massive bi panic because theyre ALL SO GORGEOUS (from the singer to the drummer!!) the lead guitarist had me and my bestie grasping each other bc her aura was just so... attractive? AND THEIR SONGS I LOVE THEM SM!! there was one song where romy introduced as "this is for my piece of shit of ex-boyfriend" or smthn like that and god shes just so iconic

crown the empire had me so hyped! i only know some of their songs but im glad that they played some of the ones i knew (black sheep, in another life, and superstar)!! they had to pause real quick bc there was an incident in the pit, and andrew (vocalist) took care of the situation so fast that it was cleared within three minutes. his screams are soooo crisp. i kept taking my concert earplugs off bc i wanted to hear it better, and goddd didnt disappoint for real

set it off were drop dead amazing! their stage setup, intro, and performance was just done so amazingly!! the theatre was shaking because of how much hyped people were and honestly who can blame them?? those random guitar riffs and drum grooves were so satisfying to hear live!! cody (vocalist) crowd surfed with an actual inflatable (I GOT A VIDEO) and it's so funny bc he slipped the first dive then later it just became so so cool!! they played a medley of ten songs it was soooo sick bc they blended so well but also u just know when one song starts and when one ends. GOD IM JUST AMAZED

IT WAS SO SO WORTH IT!! i've booked the tickets back in feb so im ngl this concert was all what held me together and im glad to have enjoyed every moment of it even when i didnt know all of the songs played!!

1. mmj of course! i love them so much because their personalities are so fun and vibrant and i think their relationships are really sweet :3 plus their designs are all so cute. i actually kept seeing mnhr art so theyre why i ended up checking them out and then shizuku was really funny to me so i stayed and i just love them all so much now 🤞 plus their voices are so nice. shizuku’s especially HER COVER OF MILK CROWN ON SONECHKA😭💜 so good. haruka’s of shoujo rei? life-changing. newly edgy idols is also such a cute debut song AND happy halloween is such a good cover that it’s perfect to listen to year-round. like what’s not to love about that. and also, since i was previously into vocaloid before playing pjsk, i knew a lot of songs and mmj sings a lot of the ones that i really loved already!!!! so it was basically predetermined that i’d love their music i guess! omg i could say so much more about them but i have to talk about other groups so ill be quiet about them now LOL

2. leo/need !!! saki is really cute and shiho looked like a masc lesbian to me i’m ngl that’s literally why i tuned in. then i realized shiho is shizuku’s younger sister so i looked into them even more LOL their music is definitely my thing, i love rock and the kinds of vocaloid they sing so i was drawn to that for sure. their designs are really pleasing too and as i’ve read more of their stories, i find their dynamics and general story really interesting too! they all have such strong personalities that go well together so it makes for a very entertaining story. it’s kinda hard not to love them

3. wonderlands x showtime 🙂‍↕️ they are SOOO FUNNY i absolutely get why theyre so popular. emu is literally so funny i love her so much. and tsukasa is also really funny but he’s really caring too and his relationships with others despite his shortcomings are so sweet. him and saki are so compelling to me like wow… the tenmas 🙁💝… also nene is rlly cute idk i don’t have much to say on that but i have always found her design so cute and her voice is like GORGEOUS can we talk about that. nene’s voice is so BEAUTIFUL… and rui also has a really pleasing voice!!!! i don’t have many thoughts on him to be honest but he’s cool ^^ since theyre so entertaining and light-hearted yet maintain interesting drama, it’s fun to read their stories!! plus when im in an upbeat mood their songs are perfect to play sooo LOL theyre just awesome

4. nightcord! they were my first group and i do still love them and find them incredibly compelling and special but i dont pay attention to them very much. i appreciate them a lot but i really dont have much to say. although they do sing a lot of the vocaloid songs that i used to love a couple years ago so i play their songs a LOT like definitely the most out of everyone else’s. i think its kind of basic but mizuki might be my fav. mafuyu used to be my fav though!

5. vbs 😭 i hate akito so much. vbs used to be one of my fav groups but akito is such a dozen and a jerk and a terrible brother and person that it knocked the whole group to last place. i’m so sorry anhn i love you sooo much but GODDAMN!!!! akito sucks. toya is okay though, he doesn’t interest me a lot but he’s got a good personality. an is so cute and kohane is too i’m so glad that all of mmj are like besties with those two because i can still see them a lot without reading vbs stuff 🙏🙏🙏 i also have to say vbs doesn’t appeal to me much music wise so that’s another factor as to why theyre not one of my favs anymore

i’m not ranking the virtual singers bc theyre not quite a group but i love them and theyre soo cool. i think my fav designs for all of them might be n25’s! and my fav vocaloid isn’t in the game but i love gumi :)

Like 90% of my close friends live in Seattle, and last year two of them offhandedly mentioned watching a game and invited me to watch along, and it was the last Kraken game before playoffs and I was hooked!! Ended up covertly reading up on hockey articles/playoff info while at work, and watching more of playoffs at the gym and basically consumed so much hockey so rapidly that I scared my friends.

So, I root for the Kraken bc theyre my first team, and the team of my friends, and that itself got me into hockey as well! <3

My other major team of my heart is the Penguins, because I'm originally from Pittsburgh so they were always on the periphery of my life. Now that I'm in the sport, but no longer in Pittsburgh, I have a nostalgia for what could've been!! I could've been there in the heyday!!! Marc-Andre my love!!!

ALSO (sorry this is long) I'm ngl, I will root for nearly every team if you give me a reason to care, and I will draw for nearly every team if their aesthetic slaps hard enough. I love the Kraken regardless, but I draw so much of them bc it's really easy (kraken, deep sea, mythical creature, water, waves, anchor, fish, salmon, etc). I love the Pens a lot, but I don't draw them much because (penguins, igloo, ice?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,bird)
