#idk how many people read my tags but i DO wanna talk about this a lil bit for those who do #i really want to explore the relationship between the player (us) and kris in more depth bc i dont think its as simple as it looks #like. its not like we were given a choice whether or not to control kris. thats just how the game was set up #and i think im safe in assuming that most of us dont want to hurt kris and would talk directly to them if we could #(snowgrave/weird route nonwithstanding) #so i dont really think we're the villain unless we're being assholes on purpose #HOWEVER #even if we could talk to kris would we actually do what they want? probably not tbh #we all want to be nice to everyone and explore the world. i really doubt thats within kris' comfort zone #and some good has come of it (the friendship with susie for one) #but as someone with social anxiety i think i would really hate somebody puppeting around my body forcing me to be outgoing #i dont think kris is a bad kid and i dont think they ACTUALLY want to destroy everything #theyre just your average troubled teen with average teen angst #and we're interfering with that #get out of their room MOM (via hellspawnmotel)
