i really REALLY love the direction doctor who is going with the toymaker and maestro. dont get me wrong, i loved the master as an antagonist, but theres this specific type of crazy that the toymaker and maestro have. theyre both so silly and whimsical but that makes them even MORE scary. its just a game to them. there isnt a word in the dictionary that can explain how excited i am to see who shows up next

would it be fine for two characters with very similar facial differences (pretty identical, small differences and on the opposite sides of the face) to like. joke together about “oh we’re twinning!” “hey thats MY thing/copycat” “it looks Way cooler on ME than YOU cause im So cool and awesome and ur a loser :/“ in like. a very clearly teasing/joking way, both are in on the jokes and neither are offended + theres no issues with the other characters and these two’s facial differences, they don’t feel like theyre ugly or gross for it, they’re mostly brought up when these two are being silly abt it. there is also another character with a facial difference who isn’t in on these jokes, the two are teenagers and best friends and he’s an adult + guardian figure of one of them so they just don’t joke with him that way n stuff.

I think that's cool and silly, Especially if they're both teenagers. The "omg we're twinning" is honestly very real, seeing another person with a similar facial difference is like that one "same hat!!!" meme. Like hell yeah we are twinning.

I really like that there's not only multiple characters with facial differences but also that they get to be a bit whimsical and have friends. It's nice to see that.

“Uh…” you stammered, instinctively looking over your shoulder at Aventurine. “Darling, why don’t you take this one?”

His smile widened as his free hand came up to tap his chin thoughtfully. “Ah, a classic question. A rite of passage for all curious young minds.” His tone was amused, his voice smooth and confident as always, though you could sense the glimmer of mischief behind his words.

“Aventurine…” you hissed under your breath, your eyes narrowing as you gave his arm a light pinch.

He chuckled, leaning forward slightly so that he was at eye level with your child. “Well, little dove,” he began, his fingers still tracing patterns absentmindedly on your side, “making a baby is… a lot like planting a garden.”

Your brows shot up. What?

Your child’s eyes lit up with curiosity. “A garden?”

“Yes,” he confirmed with a sagely nod, his expression completely serious, though you knew better than to take him at face value. “First, you need a special seed—something unique and rare. That’s where Mommy and Daddy come in. We each bring part of the seed, and together, we plant it in a very safe, warm place.”

Your child’s head tilted further, their tiny nose scrunching. “Like a pot?”

“Exactly!” Aventurine agreed, his grin widening as he gestured dramatically. “Except this pot is the most magical pot of all—Mommy’s tummy. And with lots of love and care, the seed grows into something extraordinary… like you.”

Your child beamed, clapping their hands together. “I’m a magical flower!”

You couldn’t help but laugh, relief flooding through you as they accepted the whimsical explanation without question. “That’s right, sweetheart. You’re the most magical flower in the whole world.”

“And the most beautiful,” Aventurine added, planting a light kiss on the top of their head before his lips brushed your temple. “Wouldn’t you agree, love?”

You rolled your eyes but smiled, leaning into his affection. “Smooth as always,” you murmured, though you couldn’t deny the warmth that filled your chest.

Your child, now satisfied with the explanation, turned their attention back to the screen, leaving you and Aventurine to share a quiet moment amidst the flickering light of the holo-screen.

“That was surprisingly wholesome,” you admitted softly, your fingers lacing with his.

“Surprisingly?” he echoed with mock offense, feigning a wounded look. “Darling, you wound me. When have I ever given you reason to doubt my ability to handle delicate situations?”

You raised a brow, smirking. “Want me to start the list alphabetically or chronologically?”

His grin returned, unabashed. “You love me anyway.”

You sighed, resting your head against his shoulder, your heart full despite the teasing. “I do. Somehow.”

Mostly the lyrics about a hero, lucy herself has agreed that natsu is kinda like her hero in the RAVE x FT crossover little comic if you didn't know. I would said the sound kinda fits lucy its not too brooding but not too crazy and hyper and its a good middle ground that I think would suit her :)

i loveee this song and honestly a lot of dreamcatcher songs I imagine nalu scenarios in my head to them because theyre songs are sooo catchy and fast paced I can imagine the craziest things,, anyway the reason I chose this song was mostly the lyrics i mean things like

i cant explain it but this is definitely them theyre soulmates and the "maybe you dont but i love you" definitely suits lucy i specifically thought of the line in 100yq of her thinking natsu doesnt like her in that way but you know she loves him anyway and they'll be together forever in his words etc etc

again i cant really explain how this is them but if i had to i would say the way theyre really close and best friends and yet have fallen in love with eachother but are hurting eachother going in circles with their relationship and not confronting their fears about losing each other either quite literally or their relationship and it's gonna build up until it explodes lol

okay last part these lyrics really remind me of the ending in dragon cry when lucy tells natsu that even with the different conflicting parts of him she knows him and she knows that even with all of that hes still just natsu and its what he needed to hear and she just knew that so :)

another song based off of lyrics being very nalu i mean... playing with fire as a title is very nalu,, but also the lyrics are about going too far in love and getting hurt getting burnt etc etc which like you know that one scene in 100yq and like the whole slow burn thing they have,, its very fitting to me imo and also the sound suits lucy its again middle ground powerful but not too overwhelming to the point where its too powerful that it wouldnt suit lucy (not saying she isnt powerful she has her moments which is why i think a middle ground is good)

Arasol - I've rated it before, heres what I said then with a few addons to be more on topic: 7/10, it cute and i can appreciate the angst, but they kinda have 'dated in middle school for awhile' vibes? and the fanbase [spesifically, fic writers] really soured it for me?? its cute though. Also I think Aradia either works better shipped with other characters or just straight up on her own.

Jadekat - 7/10, There's some cannon precident for this iirc??? It's plenty cute, but if I was going to ship them it'd be pitch. I think that could be the funnest. Nothing wrong with it, nothing to particularly write home about either.

Vriskan - 4/10, Can be cute but I feel like people ignore the fact that they broke up for SUPER valid reasons and that Kanaya doesn't have to be boiled down to Liking Vriska or Liking Rose. Pesterquest is SUPER guilty of this for example. Not the worst ship out there but It's not my favorite by a long shot either.

Daverezi - 8/10, anyone who says they never shipped them at all is a damn lier. Though I do perfer terezi in wlw ships, they have a special place in my heart as THE middle school couple who broke up but are still besties

litten: her first pokemon. she adopted litten right after college so she wouldnt be lonely :3 (pokemon equivalent of her cat, celeste) bulbasaur: her lil baby. he helps out in the garden and likes to sleep alongside her plants! appletun: a gift from the doctor :3 he gave her appletun when she first opened her bakery! munna: she helps olive by eating her nightmares. she first appeared to olive when the doctor was off fighting in the time war meganium: another little garden helper :3 not only does he help her plants when they're sick or dying, but he also helps olive calm down when her anxiety gets overwhelming maractus: baby #2. protects the garden and likes to go on walks with olive.

mc extrapolating notes as i procrastinate as much as ever on art and actual fic writing

canon suggests mc looks the same/similar in each incarnation (thinking of descriptions in rafayel's first Anecdote) which might as well happen but also that says little for the effects of wildly different lifestyles

mc (for me) is big & ripped as a deepspace hunter. grew up with insecurities surrounding how their evol is one that entirely depends on other people/things despite some ego in the fact she is of the small percent of the population with an evol at all—and dealt with it by trying to be and look as strong as possible (even though strength ofc doesnt always look like what you'd think), training with as many weapons as possible, as if mc wouldnt already be enough of a restless outgoing workaholic (occasionally also fighting against a constant primal fear of being used, both due to her evol and things he cant really remember yet, things like being some little thing in a lab). their fashion is practical yet playful (keychains, pins, generally odd accessories, short silly earrings-) and theyre drawn to / have themes of fire for totally totally no reason

philos knight mc a softer-edged, more graceful type of strong, while boyish for incidental practicality and simple preference mc doesnt think too hard about.

idk enough yet abt other mc(s) of xav lore. i know theres a queen one. maybe classmate mc is relatively plainest, helped by the fact there were probably uniforms. outside school going for the common styles to try feeling like she fit in more despite knowing she never will to the extent she wishes, protocore syndrome and all

forgotten sea mc was groomed as a "treasure" worth trading to a god in hopes for a wish (or multiple wishes) granted in return, so they were extra beautiful, though in a way some humans may have called freakish despite them being the standard-perpetuators—maybe mc was untouchable, as a rule. and one of the "foreign" things the false emissaries of the sea also liked to try giving their idea of the sea god as sacrifices. mc overall being called an "it" for more than one reason. isolated from normal society, mc did not really resonate with men and women and so on despite eventually trying to, but that was fine, as long as mc was free and no longer likened to an object. Rafayel made sure this mc gets all the upbringing-contrarily colorful clothes and food and relaxation mc wants, and mc is still the most beautiful person to him, particularly for mc's unique and sometimes inspiring choices.

sea witch mc is a whimsically gothic mess whenever not simply forgoing the effort bc what company did they consistently have besides other critters of the dark? borderline gaunt, a not healthy amount of color to their already more mermaidy skin, with hair as long as all the years burying a scary urge to explore in ways thatd quickly tangle it. but retaining a fondness for a particular shade of light blue and deep purple

ive been focus on the gay loosers for too long. PANNA time :3 theyre a fucking fun one :3

To the Panner! They're an old powerful immortal like I said before, and very silly :3 they have caused plenty of troubles before and have 0 morals basically. Everything they do is to entertain them, so in the past people have figured a way to basically seal them away. Panna was like kay. And proceed to have a fat fucking nap through the decades unless someone break their seal, and after a while they figure to break it themselves, but still decide to play along lol.

So when panna first met Chris and Eric, they truly has been a well-known established scientist for a while and truly have been sent by the international peace coorporations. They had fun with Chris and Eric, got weary by the confrontation and yelled at both during the confrontation also, and storm off.

Then gun guy comes and immediately snatch them up and try to make them a damsel in distress to lure in chris and eric, but Panna casually broke their chains, walked around the room and criticize Gunguys choice in evil machinery and science stuffs ("seriously dude?! Get on with the science times… the they don't make good villians these day anymore do they?..) Gunguy was pissed af at first but then was like “huh wait, you don't care about Chris or Eric anymore? Can you join my evil conpany?" and Panna nodded 'Not like I have anything else better to do!"

And that's how gunguy poach Panna basically lol. At first, Panna put up the facade they were brainwashed by gunguy, but then they reveal their true intentions: they were simply acting for themselves all along, everything is to entertain their whimsical ways ^_^ "I'm just a guy who wants to have fun, You know that from the start, it's not my fault you assume I have morals is it!”

And so officially they "join" gunguy's side. Gunguy doesn't like them also lol, he thinks they're annoying af and untrustworthy, but Panna is extremely competent and. he figured he could just play along with them for a bit to exchange a massive benefit: scientific knowledge, forbidden old knowledge, not having to mess around in the lab anymore, details to used against Chris and Eric.

And near the end of Gunguy's arc, to really emphasize his point toward Chris and Eric, when Panna protested killing the duo "what's the fun any more if you kill them so soon?!”

Gunguy shot them dead

in the final beatdown, gunguy when hes almost dead cackled and shouted that they were going to all die anyways, because now he has all the requirements to summon one of the most powerful forces even if he died. and The Force will beat both Chris and Eric's asses. He succeeded in doing the summoning… but nothing step out except for Panna who, because of the summoning, was teleported teleported to the dead guy - a sacrifice, and crawling out covered in blood. “Y-YOU WERE THE RUMORED CHAOS DESTRUCTION?” “Mhmm! You never ask me who they are my dear so…. I dont see a point in telling you! Oh well, considering our contract is no valid after my death… say byebye! You should have never deny my cock and ball torture ballpit”
