yanno, i wasn't sure why i got immediately obsessed with the takara ponies but then i remembered how I love anthros so much i was considering getting a g1 pony and somehow beheading it and sticking it on a custom made anthro body and i was like oh wait. yes this is right up my wheelhouse.

Anyways these are half based on promo photos I found online and half based on the other information and illustrations I found on this website, because apparently the colors were different than the promos. If anyone knows of a webpage where the box promo stuff is translated I'd be interested to see it; I tried to give these guys simple personalities.

Following your headcanons n my own nerdness I think they follow in the Forest elder steps in creating and having fun (they have a whole bunch of instruments that they hardly know how to play, but enjoy messing around and making little tunes or learning tunes from other skykids) but have also enjoyed hanging around the valley elders when given the chance, though they're not super athletic so they usually stand to the side and cheer on others or end up lookin silly n tripping/slipping when trying to keep up lmao like definitely starts tumbling at the start of the valley pretty often during the big sliding segment)

Some musings abt the soon to be Precure season

So i took a look at the new website and bruhhh

they're so tacky looking and cute I love them! I'd actually gotten spoiled for Cure Wonderful and Cure Nyami's designs thanks to fanart on pixiv, and at the time I thought the season was going to have an Alice and Wonderland motif thanks to Wonderful's crown [thought she was gonna be like the queen of hearts but nope]. After checking out the website and trailer tho, it seems like the theme is more of a zoo and or animal companion theme. When I first realized that I thought to myself "wait haven't we been here before?" but thinking about it further Healing Good's theme was more along the lines of veterinarians and the earth[?] and Kira Kira Precure's was moreso just animals as window dressing/attack inspo with sweets being the main theme so I suppose we're not technically retreading old ground here. Speaking of not retreading old ground- HOLY SHIT THE MAIN CURE IS A DOG??

Just like...a full on dog dog bruh, like dang man I never thought i'd see the day where we'd essentially get a fairy leading the team. It seems like the team's split into both humans and animals, with Cure Nyami definitely being that white cat

This is exciting! I love that Precure's held onto having fairies transform into humans, it's so heckin fun! Back to the designs- In order of my favorite to least favorite it's Cure Nyami [look at that hair bruh! she is beauty, she is grace]

Cure Friend [the poncho and hair are my fav]

Cure Wonderful [she looks like such a peppy kid awwww]

and lastly Cure Lillian [her arm thingies remind me of Futari Wa and I adore that ribbon]

Honestly, I think this may be the first time since Kira Kira Precure that I've been immediately on board with the designs. I ended up loving Hirogaru's over time but at first glance, I couldn't get over how weird they looked [never fully ended up liking Cure Wing's design but still love the character]. The only thing I dislike about them is Lillian's headband, and the big heart on Friend's shoes. I'm sort of a big sucker for poofy/frilly skirts, long straight hair, and ponchos so I feel well-fed. I'm especially looking forward to seeing them all in motion, especially Lillian since based on her turnaround she seems to have a bit of sass to her. Based on Nyami's turnarounds/previews she seems to be more of a kuudere[?] type which isn't something we've gotten for a main cure in a while. There's also all of these guys just hangin' out on the site too

Can't wait to see what these lil guys can do, hoping that they'll be connected to powerups and maybe even special outfits/attacks [really enjoyed it when Happiness Charge did that]. But maaaan this is so cool. It seems like ever since Hirogaru decided to play around with Precure conventions they're going all out with unique approaches to the formula. One thing I hope they continue doing this season tho, is keeping the fighting style as a literal fighting style like super sentai where they actually throw punches. I love Kira Kira, but there's only so many times [like 2] that I can watch someone fight by pointing a wand at something before I start skipping the battles. Really loved how Hirogaru frequently would have the characters strategize in battle, it really kept me engaged even if I always know how it'll end. All-in-all, it's sad to see Hirogaru go, but I'm excited with what new stories await in the new season! ^^

okay so i realized i have sooo many typos in that post that you were so unbelievably kind about @nulltune​ ! mizuki somehow became my favorite female character and someone i personally relate with in a very personal way. a lot like my main muse really! just the ultimate girlboss queen of the brawl beyond superhuman prettiest girl on the planet (besides hakuno ofc). it means so much to me that you read that and trauma while horrible and painful, is so key to mizuki’s character? so i never not stress how crucial it’s made her, and i know how niche the aistf games are, personally the first / OG game by far is my favorite, the writing is chef’s kiss — nirvana was so fun to play. 

like you i’m full canon divergent and if you ever get into these games i strongly recommend it because while the OG has a lot of gore, the second does not, and while i don’t consider it a ‘true sequel’ but more an alternate timeline? it’s still worth seeing a grown up mizuki, although trust me, i have many grievances, and many praises for the quality of life updates! really i’m just embarrassingly obsessed with kaname and mizuki date and their artificial eyeball shrimp named aiba (did you know mizuki and aiba are voiced by the eng vas of paimon and venti? yeah wild. also while i’m horrible at genshin sometime i’d love to add you! i’m becoming thanks to my best friend … dramatic hand wave…. smarter. my main dps is actually jean and my favorite charas are yae miko who i got all her things (i legit screamed) and kaeya (please make him a five star and happy) )

you’re always so supportive of my metas and posts, and while i do believe i owe you an ask from hakuno, totally lost the meme hope you don’t mind queen, it means the world to me that you love mizuki and haven’t even touched ai the somnium files / nirvana initiative which makes me think i’m doing an okay job with my favorite female character. if you can handle dirty humor, absurdity, but the BEST found family tropes and things and the surreal along with core elements that make the murder / noir detective / horror genre so great? you would love them. they play much like a visual novel.

only for mary has he dared step beyond the closeness of a quiet house. there is security within kreizler’s home ( not withstanding what he thinks of the man himself, ) and there is quiet. sound filters through open windows, and that is all he thinks he needs. the sunlight, brilliant upon pale skin, will burn down even through the branches that cover their quiet enclave. the sound of others, none of whom could ever be trusted, still comes through the trees and bushes and finds that frightened place within him. eye can close, but only for moments at a time. and he stays close, enough that her hand might be grasped within seconds if need be.

movement at the corner of his eye : rhae doesn’t turn his head, doesn’t question it, until the feeling of a hand brushing at the locks hung over his ear alerts him. a worried hum begins in the back of his throat, and hands raise ( questioning if something, a burr maybe, has tangled within white strands ) only to find something unexpected. fingertips waver when the softened pedals them. uncertain that the flower is steady, he turns his head slowly to his friend —- the questioning look in his eyes says well enough that this is entirely new.

hands ( trembling despite himself ) sign his thanks, and a shoulder leans gently against hers. this body does not belong here, and this heart does not deserve a friend. does that mean he can’t enjoy it?

Obv the snowball kiss wasn't the second official kiss but I have a hc where they don't kiss until like two or three weeks after she's back bc El figures they have all the time in the world now (that was a maybe when she tried to kiss him at the Byers house) so she doesn't try to. She can't even fully consider it bc every time they're talking she gets so wrapped up in listening to him she (almost) forgets how much she wants to kiss him and dang this is turning longer than I thought hang on 1/?

(Cont.) but meanwhile Mike is thinking about it a whole heckin lot bc El did lean in at the Byers house so he thinks she wants to kiss him as much as he does her, but somehow it's about 30 times scarier than it was the first time (he's practically convinced he blacked out or something when he first kissed her bc WHAT HAD HE BEEN THINKING HOW WAS HE ABLE TO JUST GO FOR IT LIKE THAT) and he's sitting with her one evening and they're sitting on the couch in the cabin and Mike is looking at her like !!! What in the world she's so beautiful and she's alive and I get to spend as much time with her as I want !!! and he wants to kiss her but something keeps holding him back so finally he decides he needs to man up and ask her. At first he has this burst of confidence and starts like "CAN I-" but then he's like wait wait wait if she says yes then you actually have to kiss her and there's WAY too much space between them like he knows he'll probably end up panicking halfway there so his voice shrinks down to say "-kiss you? Maybe?" And then he realizes that she might not have connected the word to the action yet so he awkwardly gestures to his lips and then his face is turning bright red bc he's so mad at himself for getting into such a stupid situation but El is just BEAMING bc she can't get over the fact that he's so worked up over asking her and that he's such a blushy mess over her so she nods fast enough for all her curls to start bobbing up and down and that definitely does not do good things for Mike bc then he's all like, wait wait wait I don't really even know how to kiss a girl like the last time was over a year ago and REALLY I THINK I DID KINDA BLACK OUT BC I DON'T REMEMBER HOW I DID THAT and his face is on FIRE at this point bc he's thought about doing this so. many. times. but he's stuck staring at her like an idiot. El remembers that last time he almost knocked her over bc he was so clumsy so she's sitting there with her back ramrod straight until she realizes that he's so nervous he might end up bolting from the cabin before kissing her so she scoots in closer thinking that maybe she can be the one to kiss him but as soon as she moves closer Mike's just like !!! wow !!! her eyes and her curls and her face !!! I can't believe I'm with her !!! I'm so lucky !!! So he finally kisses herand they're both blushing so much when they pull apart even tho the kiss was the shortest most spasmodic peck in the history of kisses and a few hours later when Mike has to leave he has a mini panic attack bc usually couples kiss at the door after dates and he knows he is not emotionally prepared to go through that process again so the kid just BOOKS IT out at the end with a "byeElseeyousoonireallylikedthekissbye"----------WOW IM SOBBING THIS IS ADORABLE I WISH I HAD SMTH TO ADD TO THIS BUT IM YELLING THIS IS V V CUTE I LOVE IT SO MUCH

But---okay like, not to overindulge in the fruitless attempt to apply logic to stuff like this but... *assuming* they're going with these ppl being.. real and not just straight up clones whose histories diverge---u would *have* to ressurect bable for you to still get anything like an original cable who's mind u can copy and then ressurect, yes?

I know things like getting a relationship with Cyke post Cyclops and Phoenix already changes huge aspects of real Cable's backstory, but that always felt like the situation with the teeny bop O5's storylines--where you just wave it away with telepathy and move on at the end when things get put back in place (or--use the divergent timeline idea that era was clearly toying with, and just say that time healed over and there are now just 2 scots and 2 Jeans etc.)

So--I guess, 😂 lol I should not be up this late rambling about this but, Either Cable is in Wifi's future or he is Not (and the divergence is a time travel effect or it is a fact that krakoa!wifi is a clone). If he IS, and kid cable is the link between past and furure (get it? Eh?), then you Have to ressurect him to get the adult Cable at all. If they are divergent, then they're just two ppl.

In EITHER case, I have no heckin idea why this is considered an either or (and no I will NOT be reading this comic to contextualize lol). I know they refused to let maddy come back because of inconsistent clone rules, but you're letting Cable, the adult man with whom Scott and MANY other X men have had a deep relationship, essentially die by suicide. If they are one person at different points of time, then yes you need to bring back the child and he has his life, but you don't allow him to destroy his future--a furure you should be invested in both for His sake AND because u heckin know that future guy and love the man he grew up to be. If they are two different ppl then there is no reason why both can't live.

Anyways, (srry for rant to all with the misfortune to get this far)---I just have 2 things to say about this:

1. This is sadly paralleling Tyke and Corsair's cute run together--which I did like, but was FILLED to the brim with the idea that the very real second chance Corsair was getting to be their for Scott as a teenager rather nulified any grief or care to be had for the adult son who RECENTLY DIED. That's borderline in character for Corsair, but I actually think the character *would* care more....if the writers and editerd didn't legit hate adult cyke at the time. In any case---why r we getting this again. It's ooc for scott (but then again--this is Krakoa. Everyone is a psycho here), and idk--like why.

2. If this story is any kind of coherent, I'd PRESUME that the reason "do we bring back Bable or Cable" is even a debate is because Hope at the very least Wants Her Heckin Dad Back. I can kind of understand, in a way, that Scott would need to prioritize the needs of his son who is a Minor in his Care (ish) (tho again, why not both idk). I can get how like, getting to be there for cable through his adolescence, would be a kind of fantasy/deepest wish thing for scott, and how the sort of lotus eater Krakoa!Scott would be all in on that. But what I don't understand is why Hope doesn't get any lotus eater wish fulfillment, when she is LEADING THE RESSURECTION SQAD. 😂😂😂 listen. Maybe Xavier isn't allowing time travelers just like he's banning precogs, but why in the heck doesn't hope say "we bring my dad back or we bring no one back." It's 10000% in her power to do this. It's 10000% in character--and this is a character who hasn't always been well defined, but on this point it's chrystal clear. She should have done it day one, and tbh, she could probably do it without xavier's permission. (And She doesn't need Bable to die either).

Yaay!! My favorite kind of snake is the ball python! (Not a particularly special kind but I love em!) They're so precious! I've never held one before but I have held a two headed snake 😯 I asked my family for one but that was a no go so instead I'm getting a leopard gecko soon! One day when I'm old enough I'm going to get my very own snake and probably name it Peaches or bubbles! (When I get my gecko I'm naming him Bowie)

Ah ok um,

1) after it rains on a hot day and there's that cool mist, also rain cooling on a hot day,

2) flowers, like they're plants in the ground and their just growing up, how do they do? It makes me happy to think about like they did that,

3) sunflower fields

4) being cold outside and coming in to a warm house and covering yourself in blankets,

5) (someone already said this) but Thomas and friends, but them laughing together and being genuinely good people together,

6) little cats and big cats bc omg I could go on at this point,

7) big dogs that are really heckin friendly and want to be lap dogs, and tiny puppies that are really fuzzy and soft and are lap dogs and are friendly,

8) loyal friends that don't forget you in plans (especially when a plan is made and theyre like "you're in the plan so we have this planned out so you need to come") and especially when you want to socialize

9) knowing when you're not at your best and being able to talk to someone about it, and people understanding what you're going through, or not 'getting it' but are able to keep you getting through it.

10) my animals at home, Sammy who is a floofy friendly cat, Snoopy who's a lil bit tubby but really cute (kinda stubborn tho), Scout who's once again a lil overweight but really friendly and will lick you from the moment you come over, and Gizzy who is a shy kitty and really small but meows and purrs and plays with hairties a lot for a smol bby
