Wait, I just thought of something.

Does Chimney’s dad, I’ll call him Mr. Han, even want to see or have anything to do with Jee Yun? Or did Mr. Han really only come because Albert asked him to (which would be a testament to their relationship)? As far as we know and I remember, Mr. Han has never reached out to Chimney so he could even try to have a relationship with his granddaughter. So like, is Mr. Han only there out of obligation of some kind???

And I’m once again going to state that Albert was out of line this episode. 1) giving no notice about bringing Mr. Han, 2) deciding he has any say about what kind of relationship Jee Yun should have with Mr. Han, and 3) weirdly implicating that Chimney has done something wrong for “not trying” to mend or have a relationship with his dad (who full on abandoned him).

So either the teeth and whatnot are status symbols or something they have to wear while in hell to keep up with the aesthetic/make sure they can keep people in line, which they feel comfortable enough around him to take off, OR, in hell is how they naturally look and they tone it down when they go on their dates

#had to re-edit the image real quick because the original edit was from a post I made about Drew years ago #and while the Drew thing is becoming less and less likely. What???#YOU JUST INTERVIEWED ME #there's one of them that i'm hoping for bc it has the lovely 8-5 hours. not per shift. just being open #and it's a tourist trap #that has good health benefits and gets me into other tourist traps around town For Free +3 guests max #like hello. dad can visit. bring both sisters. we're going touristing #and sea world at 50% off which is pretty damn cool #i'm gonna start harassing them daily on the phone as of wednesday #if that gas station food prep job doesn't get back #which pays a touch more with a 10% discount on GAS #BUT they're the ones who sent that weird email this morning saying i didn't make it to the interview stage which um #why? what? you talked to me twice?#I'm QUALIFIED? It's the same damn job i previously had but for a gas station. i mean come on #ugh. my lowest quality options are part time at a busier and more annoying tourist trap #or *sighs* dominos.#at least dominos gets good tips tho #everyday for like. the last week has been interviews #except yesterday which tbh i slept most of it #i need a fuckin job dude. come on #i have also created a list of managers i would rather be interviewed by #at the bottom of the list is intimidating older woman. next is slightly younger than that woman who thinks i don't look local enough #somewhere in the middle is that really chill old lady who gave me advice about chafing in the heat. great lady #and top is black man in his 20s. very chill. easy to talk to. i've been interviewed by two and the first one was younger than me #and i intimidated him. bc i knew more about interviewing laws than he did. whoops. missed out on the job but he was nice #today's though? KNEW HIS SHIT. Perfect manager. I'd want to work for him. His father has always been a fairly strict man, but in the past few years he has become... severe. He expects a lot from Marcus and Marcus is terrified of letting him down or shaming his family. He can practically hear the voice of "How could you cause us this trouble? Are you trying to make your mother cry?" any time things are going wrong. His family expects a lot from him and it's exhausting and stressful. He'd never abandon them though- they need him. And they love him... right?

Ah, but on the gentle side I can say he's thrilled by tales of the unknown. There's something exciting about knowing out might there exist things beyond the bounds of his dreary life, things that can't be explained at all. Reading about them and imagining them brings him joy. And he loves to speculate and debate as well, even if he'd scoff and deny it.

Honestly a lot of my favorite horror ends up being games I 100% will never play and wouldn't enjoy playing, but that I managed to find someone who was able to convey enough to me to make me really care (though often leaving holes that I really want to fill but either can't sit through the whole playthough, or can't find the right playthrough, or... similar, you know?)

Dead Space, Marrow, Siren... all games I really like, games that have a lot (or uh... what's it called... Som... Sola... Signalis!)

But Dead Space I can't find the right playthrough, and Marrow I just crave something more from an imperfect game (video I watched is by doshdoshington)

Or supergreatfriend's playthrough of Siren is pretty much flawless... but... it's like 59 15-30mintue long videos, and the 60th explainer video is nearly 3 hours long on it's own... I always make it like 20 videos in before not being able to pay attention anymore

(Also like his playthrough of Deadly Premonition)

So you maybe see my problem, all these great pieces of horror I can really only engage with through these weird one off means that never quite leave me satisfied (like no way I'm beating MyHouse.WAD, I'm not even close to that good nor do I enjoy playing DOOM even if I respect it)

Love horror, just can't stand anything made in the genre because it all sucks and is boring and has stupid twists or pacing that annoys me and I hate everything about it except a few gems I can't interact with

But like I said, love horror

......really hate when i have dreams that is just horror. its like im forcibly strapped in and even if i can tell im dreaming i just won't wake up. so the drram keeps getting worse and at the peak of the horror i finally wake up. oof.
