Unhinged rating of SJM characters' ships from someone who hasn't read any of the books.

(Purely based on posts I've seen on social media. This is what I think of the ships based on what the fandom says about them. This is not a serious rating, obviously, since I haven't read a single book of hers or even a fanfic based on those.)

1.. Feysand 3/10

I've seen people say he drugged her and forced her to perform a lap dance and he twisted her broken arm until she agreed to a deal with him. And that after they got together, he didn't tell her that her pregnancy could kill her because the baby couldn't come out with wings.

2.. Feyre and Tamlin 5/10

I have seen people shit on Tamlin for being the worst, but I've never seen anyone provide direct examples from text. All people say is that he's very toxic and that he wanted to imprison Feyre in his house. But she was in danger? And she was a 19 illiterate peasant girl and there were centuries old fearies who wanted to harm her?? Maybe prioritize your safety for the time being, girl? Idk, maybe Tamlin did some other worse things, but if his list of crimes against feminism only consists of this, then he's not that bad.

3.. Nesta and Cassian 2/10

I'm sorry, I don't see the appeal. Nesta needed therapy, not Cassian. If Nesta was Lady Death and Cassian stood by her side ready to bathe in her enemies' blood, I'd dig it. But I've heard Nesta loses her powers?!!!... No. Just no. Also, Cassian has internalized bastard phobia he had centuries to get over and he still hasn't. We do not tolerate bastard slander in this court. It's not a personality trait. And he laughed when she fell down the stairs??

4.. Nesta and Eris 9/10

These two would slay sooooo hardddd!!!... The amount of cunt they would serve. Drink wine and talk shit together. Also, they fit together more. Autumn court would show Nesta that even death and decay can be beautiful. Not every Archeron sister needs to be paired with a Bat boy.

5.. Gwyn and Azriel 4/10

I mean, sure, but why? No spice, no salt, no nothing. They had completely normal boring interactions. Not much potential here.

6.. Elain and Azriel 7/10

Is flower girl/warrior boy cliché? Yes. Do I care? Not really. Azriel seems a level-headed guy in general and he's more open to Elain than Gwyn. Also, there are already parallels with Rosehall and Elain being compared to a rose.

7.. Elain and Lucien

No rating because I'm very confused about these two. Why is she even Lucien's mate?

8.. Aelin and Sam 8/10

They were cute. He seemed like a good guy. He loved Celeana, he would've loved Aelin.

9.. Aelin and Chaol 5/10

I have no idea who this guy is. No disrespect. I gave a middle score.

10.. Aelin and Dorian 6/10

They're better off as besties. They're both in line for their own thrones, so it would complicate things.

11.. Manon and Dorian 9/10

Dare I say, they'd be the kinkiest couple? Pop off. Love it. Zero notes.

12.. Aelin and Rowan 6/10

Aelin only settled for Rowan because she was too tired for something else. Bold statement from someone who has no idea what she's talking about. But I just get these vibes. They were both damaged and tired people. Aelin still deserved more empathy. I've heard he once hit her out of anger. And kept saying he would never love her like he loved her ex.

But when he walks her to the gates, he smiles warmly at her, all his previous bashfulness gone. 'I really hope you enjoyed yourself.'

She laughed, but as a gust of cold wind blew across the grounds, she shivered involuntarily. 'Y-yeah. I did.'

Gallahan notices — foolish of you, Jamila, how could you ever think to evade his eyes? — and yet does not say a word; he takes off his warm, way-too-large-for-her coat and slips it around her shoulders. 'Safe travels.'

Jamila collapses on her bed, burrows her face into a pillow, and screams. How is it possible for a human being to be so... so sweet?! Propping herself up on her elbows, she surveys the room before noticing the forest green coat. It had been way too long and big for her, reaching down to her knees and encompassing her arms completely; but it had been warm and secure, just like him.

If he came to see her like he'd said he would, what would she say?

She would say... you forgot your coat.

He would like that. He would redden and smile. Maybe he'd laugh again.

Gallahan walks back to his own chambers, in a daze. He can only think of her, can only see her, cannot rid his head of her — for a very long time, he suspects.

It's not until a gale of wind bursts through the window next to him that he brings himself back down to earth. It's cold, and it reminds him of his coat that he gave her — see? Back to thinking about her.

When he goes to see her again, what would he say?

He would say... I forgot my coat.

She would like that. She would laugh and then he would kiss her. She'd expect him to be shy, but he was done with shyness forever. There was no time for it, now or ever.

He ducks his head down to hide his smile and tries to calm his rapidly beating heart.

1- Back when i first got into the game, it was because she was like me, personality-wise! Maybe not exactly the same, as i was a little more introverted and downtrodden back then, but she reminded me both of myself and also my frustrated dream of doing gymnastics like my mother once did. I also just liked her design a lot :) Currently though, it's how much of her arc resonates with my own experiences and personal goals. Simply put, i am grabbing her by the shoulders and shaking her and saying "i get it. i get you. we should kill them"

2- Her metaverse outfit. Listen, I am 1000% aware that her getting a new outfit would've been thematically the best choice they couldve made (along with letting her keep her hair down in the overworld sprite but that's another story) since she starts being her own person after reawakening to Cendrillon – hell, she starts being so after her rank 10!! they could've changed her after that!! – but. ugh. real there's just!! So much potential in them being in a triad!! Like it's another flavor of AUGH to Grover being left on the surface when the two of them are in Tartarus, for example. There's just a lot to do there

Ok, it's time I start Sueña Conmigo posting, so here's a quick rundown:

it's the most telenovela of all telenovelas

there are 150 episodes of this thing

as much as I love Violetta, I can't unsee some similarities that border plagiarism

basically our protagonist, Clara, lives with her strict, rich as fuck dad, while her mom lives in Mexico

yes, she does write in a diary, if you wanted to ask

her dad doesn't want her to sing for Reasons, I think mostly because Clara's mom is a singer and they're separated, but it's honestly unclear

Clara decides to participate in a singing competition called Soy Tu Superstar, where no one other than the main characters will ever sing

because her dad can't find out, she creates a persona called Roxy Pop (no, I can't take it seriously)

unlike Vilu and Fran's basic-ass disguises, Clara puts some effort: she wears a pink wig (that I actually always liked), blue contacts, completely changes her style and uses a different voice

she obviously becomes the reality's fan favorite in .5 seconds, because she's the protagonist

meanwhile, as her dad is taking her to school in his car, there's this group of guys singing and playing instruments in the middle of the street and blocking traffic

this guy Luca somehow falls on Clara's dad's car and they see each other and idk, meet cute shit

Clara later finds out Luca is a new student at her school, too bad he also acts like a dick because he thinks Clara stole his guitar (it's complicated)

no, seriously, he's a walking red flag and he DOES get worse

anyway, he immediately falls in love with Roxy while hating Clara as if they don't act exactly the same??

also Luca has a girlfriend who is ofc the show's resident mean girl, Marcia, Roxy/Clara's main rival in the singing competion

Clara is head over heels for him and I wish someone had told her she deserves better

oh, and there's this guy Titán (whose real name is Diego, no, don't ask questions) who wants to date Clara, but doesn't seem to realize she literally cannot stand him

there are a shitton other characters, but you just need to know Violeta, Clara's bestie, and Nuria, the daughter of Clara's father's girlfriend who is a literal pick me girl

btw Luca has two sisters and the eldest is Jade, thought you should know

Luca also has a band, but I couldn't care less about his friends

if you think it's annoying when in Violetta s1 every guy is into her, wait till every girl is into the most mediocre man on this planet

I loved this episode!! I thought it was really good :D. The scary vibe was really cool lol :). And while the isolation would've been interesting, I think it fit well into the time slot it was given, and I'm glad we got to see the others still. Also, again, it helped us move storylines along without wasting time, which is something that unfortunately needs to be done in this shorter season 😭. Still, besides Aaron and Celina maybe being a bit quick (but I'm not mad about it lol), nothing seems too rushed! Anyway, it was a really great episode :D. Loved all the plots :)! Also there were some really hilarious moments XDD 😂. Even a laughing emoji, I know, I'm crazy lol (thought about just saying "wild lol", bc it's just something I don't tend to do).

Also,regarding this review: again, not quite as serious as my main ones lol

Back a week later lol. I want to watch last night's (the next one compared to this review) episode tonight, so this will be quick lol.

Loved seeing my besties Angela and Nyla!! They didn't do too much in the way of actually stopping what was happening in the island, but I do think it's definitely a good thing they showed up. They got everything sorted and hey, they got a little vacation out of it too. And got to be epic 🥰. Slay, I love them <33. I did miss Wesley though lol, and James too. Also Gray just being like "whatever" was iconic lol.

Tim, Lucy, and Celina's case was wild lol!! I am glad they didn't just dismiss it, and actually figured out what happened. Even with the mind games, Celina seriously slayed this episode :DD.

LUCY MADE DETECTIVE!!! YAYYY WHOO CONGRATS GIRL 🥳🥳🥰🥰🥰. She did get 17th, but you know, it counts!! She slayed anyway <33. And the scene at the end with her and Tim was so cute 🥰🥰. Your honor I love them so much 😭😭❤️🥺🥰.

I don't remember what Aaron did much, but I do remember that him and Celina are doing better!! And I'm really glad for that :). They could be cute together, but I love them as friends and I really think it was just his trauma. Glad they're doing better now though :)).

John and Bailey!! Using his first name since it's his honeymoon lol. He deserves it xD. Anyway, I am so glad they're okay lol. Kinda idiots for going to people's houses in the middle of the night and what not, not to mention following murder sounds, but hey xD. What can you do lol, they're heroes. Anyway, these trouble magnets made it xD. And hey, at least they had a bit of honeymooning in there lol! I am glad they got their bit at the end though :')). It sucks the actual thing didn't work out too well, but I'm happy for them overall <3.

Overall, I really loved this episode! I thought the format was cool, and even if it would've made it feel more isolated, I'm glad we didn't just see Bailey and Nolan. Plus, everyone else had plots that did need moving along. Still, it was really enjoyable! Loved the creepy vibes, it was so fun :D.

So yeah! I really liked this episode, it was a nice switch of pace from what it usually is. I'm excited for the next one! This has been my review of. . .

MISS SWIFT SLAYED TEN WAYS TO SUNDAY AND BACK AGAIN TWICE

i was in the back of the theatre and it was loud enough for me to sing along - not scream like i wanted, but i’ll take what i can get.

did i cry? of course i did, i am a very emotional person with big feelings okay????

the movie is a bit shorter than the actual concert is but it’s definitely long enough to go to the bathroom beforehand ya know?

the graphics and editing were so cool !!!!!!

the whole set was amazing, definitely recommend sitting through the credits if you usually don’t, just for an extra song or so that (unfortunately) wasn’t played during the concert

overall it’s SO good and i am so very grateful for Taylor releasing this movie, so many of us aren’t able to go to the concerts for various reasons and i’m very happy i could experience some of that in theatres 💜

actual tour tickets are so expensive and sold out despite my insane efforts to get them so, for me, crying and singing along to the movie was really nice <3

AHH WHAT A SLAY BESTIE!!!

I'm so glad you got to see the movie, it was absolutely incredible! I was one of the few lucky survivors of the Great War (also known as buying Eras tickets through Ticketmaster lol), but there's so many things that I didn't catch. I haven't shut up about the movie all week and now that I saw it, it's over for everyone who doesn't want to hear me talk about Taylor Swift 24/7.

And overall, while I wish she would've kept in all of the songs (or at the very least Long Live), I sorta get why she didn't. It's a very long concert lol, and while hardcore Swifties might be willing to sit for 3 hours, more casual fans might (that probably didn't get tickets or only like a song or two, basically anyone that couldn't justify the amount of time, effort, or money to go to the Eras Tour) not want to do that. It gives them the accessibility that the Eras Tour simply didn't provide. I did really like that she played Long Live during the credits though. And don't even get me STARTED on that FRIENDSHIP BRACELET MESSAGE to us. Like my heart 🥹🥹

What's interesting to me though, is why did Taylor release the movie now? The Eras Tour isn't even over yet. I am a firm believer that she's going to release all the rerecords by the time the Eras Tour is over, and there's a part of me that wants to believe that we're going to get a rerecord documentary.

I'm so excited that you went, I'm hoping to go see it again later this week. It's just such an amazing experience! 🫶🫶
