Tumblr media
You stared up at the blue sky with a tired sigh, finally you were free.. Over two fucking decades it had taken to escape and you did it God damn it!
For the last 20 years you had been imprisoned in the Impel Down- It had been awful yo say the least.. constantly you were trying to protect yourself and saw that the man who had sent you here had been extra cruel in doing so- well not you but the women who you took her place..
You still felt guilt in knowing she had died in your place.. but you couldnt help but be greatful she had wanted to die due to her cause in an accidental death. You hoped in her afterlife she was happy..
However death was definitely kinder then the prison- with monsters at every turn and trying to keep sex deprived prisoners from trying to have their way with you it had been a battle. You had scratched, fought and squeezed your way out of that hellhole.
After a changing of guards you had managed to slip out- unlike most of the prisoners in the Impel Down you had the enate abilies to swim so you did. Stealing a dingy that a negligent marine most likely left behind you made it out. Paddling like your life depended on it sway from that place, however you were in no position to cry in relief yet.
It was another 2 days of paddling before you manages to get to an island. Starving and dehydrated you snuck to the back end of the tiny island so no one saw your prison uniform. Stealing some berries and a pair of clothes from a small cottage you made it through the village, it was clear this place was poor- you blended in with the people who were just as hungry as you and with less berries then you had nabbed.
You went into a pub getting what you could afford, which was bread and cheese and a ale. You took these and stood outside to eat your meal which tasted no better then ash in your mouth.
Looking around you saw two better dressed men walk out of the pub, batting a poor boy on the back and laughing. Congratulating him for joining their merchant ship- catching your ear you finished your meal and drink quickly, following the men. Seeing a large ship with a line of young men wanting to join the ship for a better life and opportunity, so you join them.
Once you reached to the top of the ship, a old man held out a cane to your chest to keep you from moving forward.
"What do you want lady?-" The old Captian sneered at you, Glaring down at your dirty form.
"You're looking for sailors correct?" You say sharply, Taking a steady breath to still your nerves.
"What can a thing like you do on a ship? Do you even have sailing experience?" The Captian laughed in your face. You clenched your fist and glared hard at the asshole.
"Yes I have sailed since I was young- I can.. do cleaning and maintance" You lied a bit- not talking about your skills as a thief since this is just a merchant and not pirates like you were used to. The Captian stared at you for a moment before sighing with a shrug.
"Fine- Welcome to the May's Fairy Lady" He grumbled as he gestured for you to get on board. Sighing in relief as you had a way to sea and a income.
However that was better said then in reality-
To say the merchant ship was terrible as well had been an understatement- It was like the Impel Down all over again.. a group of touch starved and angry men who saw you as an easy target. Thankfully due to your skills you were able to evade any advances, during the day you would stay in the Lower Deck to avoid the men, cleaning and eating the stale bread and water you snagged not trusting the cook since he liked to Leer at you far too long.
At night you would travel to the Main Deck and clean up there and sleep till dawn or if the ship rocked a bit too hard. This had been your like for 3 months till one evening.
While mopping the floor of the deck you looked up at the dark sky, remembering the night with Buggy before that big heist. Grabbing him and kissing his suddently as a way to express your interest in him... your heart hurt at remembering his face when you saw him last at the bars of the window, Placing your bandana and kissing a kiss on the back of his hand.
Snapping you from your melancholy thoughs was a loud bang, seeing what looked like a firework shoot up right above you. Several crew mates from below deck also came up at hearing the noise, you watched the firework come directly on top of the ship before exploding in a cloud of red- It was beautiful. Your favorite shade of red too. The crew began to panic at seeing this as the cloud settled on the ship, you felt woozy and uneasy on your feet before you fell to the damp ground before darkness took you a large shadowy form of a ship came closer and you swore you heard circus music.
Groaning you felt yourself sitting up, a harsh digging from metal against your ankles and wrist. Jerking awake you saw you were seated in wooden benches in a dark room, Hearing the groaning and panic of others around you. You pulled at the chains slightly but winced at how tight they were.
Suddently bright lights turned on, You saw your crew chained up and seated next to you staring at a lowered stage. Your breath picking up as circus music started up, watching as different acts come up- it was almost exactly like how you remembered the show you went to in your childhood? Like someone recreating it from memory? People pulled out sighs to applaud which you saw the merchant nervously do.
"No No NO! It's wrong! That is not how a crowd should clap!" You heard a sharp voice say, walking onto the stage- He looked like a pirate Captian and not apart of the circus. You did see clown paint on his face and a red clown nose- which made your eyes narrow at the sight.
Your eyes focused on the grown man- Watching as he commanded the crowd with a twisted smile and yelled at the circus people. He sighed dramtically and looked in the direction of the crowd- chastising them for their lack of enthusiasm and not laughing with the cues. However the wind felt like it was knocked from your lungs.. You knew those eyes.. that blue hair expertly tucked away and real rounded red nose.
"Bugs?" You called out loud by accident- You saw his whole body freezes mid step. A twitch seemed to have shot through his system as your merchant crew mates all looked back at you with a mixture of pity and fear. You swallow a nervous lump as he did a slow turn in your direction, your face still clouded in shadows by the lack of lights in the audience section. Doing a silent hand movement his crewmates assended on you, yanking you from your restraints roughly and pulling you to the stage with little grace and tossing you at Buggy's feet. Rubbing your swore wrist you looked up at your childhood friend through your mess of hair.
"What the Hell Bugs? Shackles!? When the fuck do you use Mph!-" You were cut off as he grabbed your face hard tp pull you to your feet, his eyes wide and overly dilated like he was seeing a ghost. You actually felt afraid? His eyes seemed different and there was a unknown emotion behind them, you tried to wiggle free but he held you firmly taking his free hand and pushing the hair from your face fully at seeing your face you see it looks like all the air has been sucked from his lungs and he releases you quickly, you stumble back barely able to catch yourself as he stares at you with wide eyes.
"You're alive?..." He said in utter shock. You nod and cough a bit as you rub your sore jaw from his grasp. You open your mouth to speak but he holds a hand to you to silence you. His eyes looking more like what you remembered, that swirl of never ending emotions.
"Cabaji- Take her to be washed, fed and dressed. Leave her in my quarters" He commanded, the green man nodded heavily and grabbed you far gentler now to lead you off stage.
Just as instructed a group of people washed you up in a massive copper bath with nice hot water, dressed you in simple trousers and a tunic and quickly dropped you off with a plate on the end table of the large bedroom.
Seated in a massive bed you look down at the hot plate set before you, your manners thrown out the window as you tucked in. Having been far too long since you had a hot filling meal-
Without thinking you rapidly start eating it, it tasted like heaven enough for tears to well in your eyes as you ate. Before long the plate was gone- and you felt nauseous, yout mistake of eating too quickly and food you hadn't experienced in 20 years. You scrambled up to the nearest trashcan and began to vomit- so hard you didn't hear the door open. Only when a gentle hand touched your back which made you flitch and turn around to see Buggy, his eyes wide at your reaction before your body lurches and you vomited again. Buggy held your hair back this time as you vomited into the poor trashcan.
"Sorry... it's been a while since I got a hot meal" You admitted, spitting the taste of bile away from your lips as you sat back.
"It really is you" Buggy said in disbelief still, Getting down on his knees next to you as he looked over you. How you looked so unhealthy and weak- even after being cleaned he could see that abuse had done its work on you.
"Dear Gods... What happened to you?..." Buggy voice finally cracked, his hand reaching out and cupping your cheek his thumb running over the heavy bags under your eyes and the new scars that had set on your face.
"...I survived" You say softly, Leaning into his warm touch feeling tears begin to fall. In seconds Buggy held you tightly in his arms, your face pressed against his chest as ragged sobs left you, maybe it was finally being free from both jail and the hardships on that awful merchant ship but feeling Buggy's arms around you holding you close just finally released that emotional valve and you cried.. Harder then you had in your entire life into his chest.
You felt his hands smooth over your messy hair and rock you side to side as you sobbed against him. You tried to speak but sobbing nonsense was all that left you and was mumbled through Buggy's shirt.
After almost an hour of crying against Buggy you had worn yourself out, sniffling against him as he gently pulled back to look at your reddened face. His own makeup having dripped away from his red eyes- clearly he had been crying too while holding you.
He wiped your face with his gloved hand and laid kisses on your forehead to comfort you.
"You never have to just survive again... I-Im sorry (Y/N) I couldn't save you" His voice cracked at that, you shook your head.
"I-It would have been impossible. You two would have been killed..." You say with a sniffling tone, trying to control your tone and keep from crying again. Buggy asked what had happened, as you told him the story of your escape, prison time, the pain you had suffered and how you'd escaped to be hired by those merchants. He listened dead silent the whole time his hands rubbing circles in your arms to comfort you. However you saw the rage in his eyes at the pain you'd gone through.
Once done explaining yourself he nodded at this, like he was trying to find the words to explain but couldn't. Instead just giving a bitter chuckle at this, shaking his head in anger. He reached up and took off his hat with a angry sigh and tossed it aside. Your eyes catching the bandana underneath and reaching a hand out to touch the fabric.
"You kept that?.. after all these years?" You whispered confused, the anger on his face leaving as he heard this and left your touch. Reaching up and gently pulling off the old bandana for you to see.
"Of course- you gave it to me... W-When you... left. I was destroyed" He admitted, you stared at him with tears starting to fall from you again.
"I couldn't look at myself in the mirror without seeing the face that had let you down.. so I changed- I smiled for you, wore your favorite red and became Buggy the Clown"
He said with a chuckle and gestured to himself. You bit your lip to keep from crying more, he wiped your tears away with a shaky breath.
"You did that for me? Why?" You whispered, he stared at you silently before having a nervous smile.
"I love you"
His words made your heart skip- like that spark of life from when you were 15 had hit you again. Your eyes met his, he also seemed taken aback by his admittance.
"You love me?" You questioned, seeing him nervously mess with his gloves. He always did have little nervous tics like this whenever he was in a odd position, however peeling off one of his gloves to dig his nail into his palm he nodded. You reached forward and took his hand into your own to keep him from harming his hand further.
"Well I'd hope so after giving you my first kiss on that little boat"
You both giggled at this. You rubbing your thumb on his naked palm, seeing the deep scars that covered his hands- like he had dug his nails into them so many times that his palms was covered in smiley faces.
"Of course, didn't hurt it was my first kiss too" He chuckled but you winked at him.
"Don't lie, I remember the story of you and Shanks running on deck and your guys mouth smashing together. That counted" Buggy shiffered in disgust at the memory and wrinkled his face which made you laugh.
"That doesn't count!" He protest which earned more laughter from you, he smiled widely at this.
"Sooo if both of us are still interested, Would you like to continue what should have been?" You asked, giving him a blushing smile which he returned. A big Goofy grin on his face-
"Well, let's get you healthier first. What about a dinner date?" He suggested, almost giddy and you could see that same boy you once knew under that makeup again.
"Sounds perfect"

oikawa who loves to sleep late, especially on sundays, and iwaizumi who has had his biological alarm programmed since he was sixteen years old not to let him sleep past eight o'clock in the morning.
oikawa, who's sleeping deeply, lips parted, his bangs tousled and cheeks warm. iwaizumi, who's already dressed for his run, coming out of the bathroom and tucking him in with a gentle smile, kissing tooru's forehead, checking the curtains to make sure they’re still keeping the sunlight at bay from him, and then slipping out of the room quietly, leaving the door ajar.
iwaizumi who's warming up in the genkan before lacing up his running shoes and heading out for a jog around the neighborhood, savoring the Spanish he’s nearly mastered, smiling at the familiar faces he passes along the way.
iwaizumi stopping his apple watch timer after an hour and a bit, stretching by the same park bench as always, before heading to the bakery to pick up a baguette and a dozen milk rolls.
oikawa, who's still fast asleep at ten-thirty when iwaizumi slips in with a soft “tadaima.” iwaizumi who's setting down his little haul in the kitchen, taking a quick shower, and changing into his old joggers.
hajime, who, while listening to a podcast, prepares one of their favorite breakfasts: toast with cheese, smoked salmon, avocado and egg, and of course the dozen milk breads. he also makes coffee in their new espresso machine that oikawa insisted on buying for two whole weeks.
then, past eleven, iwaizumi heads back to the bedroom and can’t help a tender smile when he finds oikawa still asleep, this time curled up on hajime’s side of the bed, hugging a pillow with the duvet down to his hips.
iwaizumi tiptoeing over, the mattress dipping under his weight as he sits beside his boyfriend, looking at him like you’d look at one of those sunsets bursting with warm colors and huge clouds, thinking again and again how he could never get tired of this view.
“hey, tooru,” he whispers, giving his shoulder a gentle shake. tooru’s face scrunches a little, a cute wrinkle forming on his forehead, and hajime’s smile widens as he leans down. “time to get up, my babe,” he murmurs with his lips just brushing tooru’s skin.
there’s a gruff groan, his brow creasing more as he buries his face further into the pillow.
“vamos, mi vida,” hajime lies over him, his hand still running up and down tooru’s arm, his fingertips gliding over goosebumps. “am i gonna have to get water again or pinch your nose?” he teases.
“no,” tooru grumbles in that low morning voice, muffled by the pillow, and hajime snorts, pulling back just enough to let oikawa roll onto his back and stretch with a little whiny sound.
and there, under his body, between pillows, oikawa tooru starts to wake up, slowly.
his bangs go in every direction, flattened curls all over the place. his eyes open as he finishes rubbing them, the color of his sleepy gaze softened by the haze of sleep. his cheeks are faintly flushed, a small drool mark at the corner of his mouth, his bottom lip sticking out in a cute little pout.
he’s so precious, so adorable, so genuine, so vulnerable, a sight only iwaizumi can see.
“did you get milk bread?” tooru arches an eyebrow, and hajime rolls his eyes playfully before nodding. “that’s my iwa-chaaaan,” he sing-songs, cupping hajime’s face and squishing his cheeks softly with that pure, sleepy, and sweet smile.
and then hajime gently pinches his nose and with a squawk of fake pain and a string of complaints and affectionate insults between delicate touches and morning caresses, their day begins.
sundays are slow and lazy, they smell of coffee and toast, they are brown and green, they sound like childish whining and soft laughter, they taste like salmon and avocado, and they are oikawa and iwaizumi's favorite days.

Gluttony feels so good 🍔
Feederism Male Weight Gain story with gender neutral feeder
I was always skinny. Growing up, I’d get comments about how I needed to eat more, how my bones stuck out. I tried everything—protein shakes, lifting weights—but nothing seemed to help. My clothes always hung off me like they were meant for someone bigger, and I was tired of being that guy. I never imagined how much that would change when Stacker’s Burgers opened up.
It was the smell that first got me—the rich, greasy aroma of sizzling burgers, crispy fries, and fresh bread hitting the air like a siren’s call. I’d walked past the place a few times, my stomach rumbling, but it wasn’t until one evening that I finally caved. The neon lights outside flickered in the dusk, calling out to anyone with even the faintest appetite.
Inside, I met Alex. They worked the counter, and their smile was the first thing I noticed—easy, confident, with a hint of something more. Their eyes flickered over me in a way that made me feel warm, like they were sizing me up, or maybe just intrigued.
“What can I get for you?” they asked, leaning forward, voice low and smooth.
I ordered a burger and fries, thinking it would be like any other fast-food experience. But I was wrong. The first bite was pure bliss. The patty was thick and juicy, cooked just enough to be slightly pink in the middle. The cheese melted perfectly, oozing into every crevice, and the bacon was crispy, adding the perfect amount of saltiness. The bun was soft but held together under the weight of it all. Each bite felt like it was crafted to make me crave more.
I didn’t just eat—I devoured it, barely noticing Alex watching me with that curious, almost satisfied smile.
“Good, huh?” they asked, lingering at the counter, eyes locked on mine.
I nodded, unable to form words. My senses were drowning in the richness of the flavors, and I knew I had to come back.
The next day, I did. And the day after that. Alex was always there, giving me that flirtatious smile, sliding the tray of food toward me like it was a gift, and maybe it was. Stacker’s food was addictive in a way that I couldn’t explain. The burgers were just better than anything I’d ever had—each bite more intense, more flavorful than the last. They’d layer them with thick cuts of bacon, tangy sauces that had a kick, and fries that were golden and crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Even the shakes were indulgent, creamy, and sweet, so thick you had to practically suck your cheeks in to drink them.
I started ordering more. The burgers alone weren’t enough anymore. I’d get extra fries, two burgers, maybe a shake on the side. It felt like I could never get enough of that rich, greasy goodness. Each meal left me in a blissful, food-coma haze, my stomach full and satisfied in a way that made me forget everything else.
And then, there was Alex. They didn’t just watch me eat—they enjoyed it. Every time I came in, they’d give me that slow smile, their eyes trailing over my growing body. I could feel myself getting bigger, my stomach starting to push against my shirts, my jeans becoming tighter. At first, it was exciting. I had spent my whole life being too thin, and now here I was, gaining weight, filling out, feeling… different.
One evening, I waddled in, my stomach already straining against my waistband, and Alex greeted me with a grin.
“Looking good,” they teased, leaning on the counter, their eyes dancing over my belly. “You’ve been working on that appetite, huh?”
I blushed but couldn’t stop myself from ordering more. Two burgers, large fries, an extra-large soda, and a shake to finish it off. I told myself I’d share it with someone, but the truth was, I knew I’d eat it all.
The food was like an explosion of flavor with every bite. The patties were so juicy, I could feel the grease dribbling down my chin, mixing with the sharp, smoky taste of the bacon. The fries were perfect, crisp and salty, and the shake was thick and sweet, with whipped cream piled on top. Every bite sent a rush of pleasure through me, filling me up, but not enough to stop me from wanting more. It was too good.
Alex watched the entire time, sitting on the counter during their break, their eyes never leaving me as I plowed through the massive meal. They were clearly fascinated, leaning closer every time I took a bite, their smile widening as I stuffed my face.
“You can really put it away,” Alex murmured, their voice soft but teasing. “I love watching you eat.”
The words hit me like a jolt. There I was, my stomach so full I could feel it pressing against the table, my pants uncomfortably tight, and Alex was enjoying it. More than that, they liked it. I felt a mix of embarrassment and excitement, but there was no denying how good it felt to know they were paying attention.
As the weeks went on, the weight piled on even faster. It wasn’t just my belly anymore—my entire body was growing. My thighs thickened, rubbing together when I walked. My chest filled out, heavy and soft, and my arms swelled with extra flesh. My face, once sharp and lean, now had a roundness to it, a double chin that jiggled every time I chewed.
Alex started slipping me extra food, grinning as they handed me trays loaded with greasy burgers, heaping piles of fries, and thick shakes.
“You’ve got a real appetite, don’t you?” they teased, their fingers brushing mine as they slid me an extra side of onion rings. “Keep it up. I like seeing you like this.”
I was massive by now. I’d blown past 300 pounds, and my belly had become a huge, round mass that hung over my waistband, stretching out my shirts to the limit. I could barely fit into the booths anymore, my thighs pressing against the sides, my belly resting on the table. Every movement felt slow, labored, but the food was too good, too rich, too satisfying to care. And Alex… they loved every second of it.
One evening, as I sat there, stuffed beyond belief, Alex slid into the booth next to me. Their hand rested on my belly, giving it a soft pat.
“Looks like you’re enjoying yourself,” they whispered, their fingers tracing the outline of my bloated stomach. “I love watching you grow.”
My face flushed, but I couldn’t deny it. The food, the attention—it all felt too good. So I kept eating. I kept growing. And Alex kept watching, grinning as they fed me more, their eyes lighting up with every pound I gained.

The kiss is terrible, you tremble, lips just pressing on his; it's so bad. Astarion has had his share of terrible kisses, inexperienced kisses, and ones that left him out of breath (rarely). Yours easily tells him everything about you, from why your hands try to figure out what to do, to why you try angling your face, and pressing your lips on his. You retreat with heated cheeks, eyes looking everywhere but his face.
"That… Wasn't good, was it?"
He laughed, "If you have to ask, it was bad." It is cute truthfully seeing you sulk followed by throwing your hands in the air, "You are overthinking this." His hand reached and cupped the side of your face, "Look at me." Your eyes can't stay on his face, shy and nervous. "Look." When your red eyes meet his red eyes, "Build up the anticipation," His thumb traces your lips, lightly brushing your bottom lip, "You are in control." When he pushes his thumb ever so lightly past your lips, you don't know why but you welcome it parting your lips and your tongue licking flesh.
His lips form a smirk as you easily get enchanted then lead in as his thumb keeps your mouth open, "Do as I do." Like a spell, spoken and you obey.
This is a kiss.
His hand remains on your face caressing your cheek, the other around your waist supporting you. You are still confused about what to do yet where your mind lacks, your body reacts; instinctively seeking him. Your hands gripping the back of his poet blouse, your body leaning as if sculptured to fit with his, mouth meshing with his and tongue tasting him.
Wine and blood, strange that excites you.
The kiss is still inexperienced but not as terrible as before. His eyes are half shut while yours are completely closed. Seeing the way you struggle to match him, the relief when he welcomes your tongue in his mouth.
Happy. You look happy when the kiss ends.
"So this is why there are so many love poems." The observation blurted out of your mouth, "This is inspiring."
"Oh, should I expect a flowery love song tomorrow evening?" Teasing you as he releases his hold on you, physically leaving your warmth is getting harder to do as these days pass.
"A song? Astarion, you inspire a symposium with only the way you look."
He laughs, that narcissistic laugh which given your words is deserving, "Go on."
"Kissing you or talking." Your hands didn't leave his body, they rested on his waist as if fearing him escaping into the moonlight, swept away by Selunê's glow.
"Either one is quite interesting."
You are on that high of your first kiss with him, "Can I have more?" Lowering your head with eyes looking up at him, "Kisses, I mean."
"So polite," Oh, how he enjoys you discovering the pleasures of the flesh. "Of course." Once more he moves to take charge only to stop as you copy his movements from before, though your fingers tracing the shape of his face then his ear.
A lyrical tone follows your next words, "Hot blood begets hot thoughts," Recalling words from a book your mother gave you, "And hot thoughts beget hot deeds," Your nose brushes against his. "And hot deeds is love." When the kiss happens, you are slow. Methodical.
Astarion makes adjustments along the way even as his mind is on that line you sang to him.
One could say there is nothing behind those words or one could see it as a confession. Well, another confession as you do not hide your heart from him.
When you both end up on the ground under the stars of clear night, he has you singing his name. A siren's charm ensnares him.
It is you who starts greeting him with silly flowery words. With the tune of a lute, violin, or flute at night serenading him over a meal of wine, bread, and cheese. In love, helplessly and innocently.
The only good side of this is that he isn't using the charms to hand you off to Cazador, you are his.
And that slips out.
Tumblr media
Vampires cannot love, they are creatures of the night blessed by Kanchelsis to feed on blood and debauchery (as stated in the books from your old master's library).
Yet, he feels its grip! The way you care for him, respect him, seek him as a person and not a tool.
Things he lacked towards you— you are just another sorry spawn who will help him achieve his goal…
Clumsy.
He tries to list what he would change about you, flaws that bother him. And there are many as he makes a mental list while currently watching you from the shadows. You are providing a distraction as he steals something you need for some ridiculous quest.
Too helpful.
Maybe that is good for him when he has you in his service upon his ascension.
Nice.
Definitely too nice for your own good. It makes him want to be nice to you back, God. Even now he had to threaten someone because you froze because someone didn't feed before getting here, saw the way your eyes glowed with the hunger. Probably will kill that patron after he returns to your side with the stolen documents.
Those eyes follow you, studying the body he knows quite well, then to the way the low-cut blouse exposes your neck and from his view the hickey he left from yesterday morning.
"Thank you, Astarion." Breathing slowly to tame the beast. "Guess you were right."
"Trust the one who has been at this for two hundred years, darling." The smile you give is downright blinding. He turns his head away, "Here." The evidence you take and read over.
Nice…
“Hm?” You do not stop him when he kisses you. In this smelly, loud, and dirty tavern; you felt the world fall away with Astarion’s lips on yours, a feeling shared.

Grilled Cheese
In which V and Johnny grill a cheese. 1970 words!
“Grilled cheese.”
This does not pull V from her feed. She ignores the engram, a practice she was getting pretty good at, and scrolls through the net. Silverhand was getting... a bit too familiar in her skull. Lingering where he wasn’t wanted, interjecting nasty comments about, pretty much, everything. Now, he’s lounged out on her mattress just around the corner, one leg hanging off the bed, fingers tapping to some unheard beat against the plastic frame. V turns the K-Techno song up a notch and clicks to the next page on the feed. Oooh, Panam and Mitch will be in town this weekend, good to know.
After a moment, he speaks again. “Think you can manage that?”
Huffing, she pulled away from the net, spinning the chair around, and peered out into the little apartment.  “Manage what?”
“A grilled cheese,” Johnny asks again, more to the ceiling, than to her. “Even a gonk like you has a hot plate. Bread’s still a thing in NC?”
That makes her short circuit. Who the hell needed a hot plate anymore? She’d just stocked up the vendor in her apartment, there were sandwiches included in her latest package, why the hell would she need a hot plate? And where the hell would she even keep it? The little apartment in Watson wasn’t outfitted with a counter, let alone a kitchen.  “Yeah, it is. But, uh, no. I don’t.”
Johnny leans around the little wall separating them in disbelief, before glitching in and out of existence to dwell mournfully in the doorway to her computer space. “There’s more use to a hot plate than just cooking V. Its an essential part of any grifter’s apartment. What, next you’ll tell me you don’t have a pan either? Feed me any more of that ‘sashimi’ crap and I’ll puke.”
Her mouth goes dry. Sure, some folks in Night City knew how to cook. V would kill for a pot of Mama Wells’ pozole, and the jambalaya that River and his sister had served was preem. But cooking was reserved for those in luxury or for those too impoverished to afford the instant foods that Night City had on offer. V was neither.
Reading her face (and mind), Johnny hung his head, “Sad, V.”
Scowling, she turns back to the screen, “Like you’ve ever cooked a single thing in your fucking life. Probably had your groupies do it. Entitled prick like you probably threw a fit if they got you wheat bread instead of rye.”  V says the words like she knows what they mean. Most of the bread Night City had on offer was the foamy tasting white stuff that either went stale immediately after opening or it lasted wayyy past the expiration date making one wonder if the bread had taken on some form of sentients before it was tossed into the bin.
“Maybe,” he admits, disappearing from view, then glitching back so he’s partway between V and her screen, “It came with the lifestyle. But even I could handle myself with something this basic. Bread, a smear of butter and slices of pepperjack and sharp cheddar? Cooked over high heat, till the bread’s charred and cheese is molten like a volcano. Hell, mouth’s drooling just thinking about it.”
And it is. V can't even recall when, if ever, she’d ever had a grilled cheese sandwich, but Johnny sure the hell can. She can almost taste the savory crunch, the stretch of melted cheese on the back of her tongue. Johnny’s mouth turns up at the memory. “You’re not letting this go, are you?”
He shakes his head, grin taking hold, “It's not like I'm even asking for a smoke this time.” Johnny leans against her desk, getting in close and making her optics fragment. “Come on, V. What do you say?”
---
It's raining in Night City when she finally decides to track this down. The electrically charged sky was grey, blotting out holograms that hung in the air and for once the stench of Dogtown didn't reach her nose. On her way back from a gig from Mr. Hands, V spots a pawn shop sporting a slew of old tech. Most of its junk: tape decks, out of date processing units, instruments that needed to be tuned up, but there's a handful of kitchen gadgets. Finding a glass hot plate with the proper hook up wasn’t too hard and there was even a frying pan for a reasonable price. She hits up Tom’s Diner to bum the rest of the supplies. The ingredients are hardly anything  but he had several types of cheese on hand, so it’ll have to do.
Shaking the water from her jacket, V shrugs it off, draping it at the entrance of her little apartment, before setting the hot plate up on her coffee table and setting it to medium heat. She then turns to the mirror, stripping off her waterlogged eyeliner before returning to the couch. Johnny was already in his normal spot, one leg crossed over the other, brown eyes hidden behind aviators to hide the judgment in his stare. It didn't work. “Couldn't even spring for the good shit?”
“It's grilled cheese. Not yellowfin tuna,” she fires back, smearing the butter on the almost stale bread. “Now walk me through this.”
“Never had to cook for yourself?” Johnny muses, leaning forward to observe her amature technique of peeling neon orange cheese from the sleeve of plastic.
V scowles at him and plops the bread onto the pan with a sizzle. “If I burn this shit, it’ll be your fault.” At that, Johnny scoots closer so he’s leaning over her shoulder. The engram isn't really there, but the hoops her brain jumps through to make sense of another being residing in it certainly makes him feel real. She can feel the air move to make space for the rockerboy, the brush of his chrome shoulder against hers.
“Put three slices on,” he insists, making her unwrap another. “Now the other one.” Following his instructions, she places the other buttered piece atop the cheese.
“Think I'm good to flip it?”
“Don’t rush it,” Johnny says. It shouldn't be this easy to slip into domesticity with the engram, but it feels natural. Like they fit together. He nods at her, she jiggles the pan, freeing the crisped bread from the non-stick surface then uses a wrist flick to knock the sandwich into the air. It hangs there for a moment and for a split second, a burst of panic shoots through her at the thought that it couldn't complete the turn and come crashing back down into a sloppy, burney mess. But the sandwich lands with a satisfying plop. The cooked side is a crispy golden and cheese is starting to melt out the sides.
“Smells great.”
There's a swell of pride in her chest at his words. “Don’t say anything till I’m done. Could still burn it.”
“It’s better burned. Gives it some flavor. Kicks it up a notch.”
Neither speaks for a moment, she doesn't even bother turning the TV on. Instead opting to observe the bread, just in case it burst into flames. There is a little smoke from the cheese melting but it's not ruined yet. She moved the pan again, making sure it does not stick. V knew very little about cooking, but if this came out alright, maybe it was something she could actually get good at. Using a fork, she lifts to check.
“Well? Does the curtain match the drapes?” He is always so crass.
V makes a face. “That does not even make sense. But, yeah, its done.” She slides the bread onto a paper plate before finally relaxing back. The  sandwich is too hot yet and V flicks on the tv. Zoning out. There’s nothing on TV, but it's kind of nice. Just chilling at home, no pressing missions, just waiting on a call from Reed. She curls her legs under her and leans her cheek against the low back of the couch. If Johnny had any real mass to him, she’d be resting against his shoulder. He’s stretched out, one arm slung over the couch, a boot resting on her coffee table as he has a pre-emptive ghost cigarette. There’s no real smoke, but the memory of the nicotine stings her nose.
After a moment, she slides the paper plate closer, testing the heat with her fingers before biting down into the cheap meal. The bread is crunchy, the char covering any staleness, and the cheese has a salty, funky, melty flavor. Not too bad for her first pass. She hums, satisfied.
“Any good?” Johnny presses.
It’ll be a good few minutes before her brain relays the taste to him. She nods, wishing she could just pass him the sandwich. “Not half bad.” She takes another bite, the smell of charred sandwich mixing with the acrid smell of his cigarette. “Ask nicely and maybe I’ll make another some time.” Johnny lets a single laugh resonate in his chest. Damn, she loved that sound. Not that she’d ever tell Johnny that.
Hell, he probably already knew.
V is about half way through the meal and Johnny is done with his cigarette, but the smoke smell continues to hang in the air. If anything, it's getting worse. There's a haze. V glances again at the engram, nope, he hadn't lit up another. So where was---?
Above, the holo screens flash red and an alarm blares through the apartment. “FIRE. IMMEDIATELY EXIT THE APARTMENT. FIRE.” The screens show a dramatized version of her little apartment with directions on how to exit with little anime chickens on fire darting around the edges.
She crushed her palms over her ears, eyes wildly darting around the apartment before landing on the smoldering pan on the still very hot hotplate. The residue of melted cheese and breadcrumbs had transformed into a ball of carbon and smoke, the little plastic fort she’s used in improvised spatula had begun to liquify and seal onto the pan, setting off the oversensitive fire system. “Shit, shit, shit!” Leaping to action, V grabs the pan by the handle, drops it into the bathroom sink and turns on the water. It vaporizes to steam the moment it hits the pan, ruining it, but the water stops it from smoking. If she didn't get this smoke out now, the sprinkler system would trip any second. She punches the button to open the windows and, using the pillow from her bed, she stands on her tiptoes and waves it back and forth, forcing the air to circulate. Johnny’s laughter cuts through the alarms, as he watches her scramble.  Scorn zips through her, but she does not have time to express her contempt. The air is moving through the apartment though, and after minutes of waving her arms like a gonk, the alarm finally turns off and her screens return to their stream of content. She drops back onto the couch, groaning and drapes her forearm over her eyes. V sinks low, catching her breath.
“Smooth one, V.”
Before he can add any more to that sentence, she cuts him off with her middle finger. “Not another fucking word, Silverhand.” He keeps his mouth shut and she risks glancing at him. If Johnny didn't look stoic or broody, he was smug. And this is the smuggest she’d ever seen the rockerboy. “What?”
Johnny’s brown eyes go between her and the half eaten grilled cheese on the table. “Gonna finish that?”
V growles, grabs the sandwich and throws it at him. The bread phases right through, probably making a mess of her couch. He flips her off in turn, laughs then glitches away to some spot at the edge of her brain and out of sight.
Asshole.

So what if you made Jake, Neytiri, Lo ‘ak, Tsireya, Spider, Kiri, Tonowari, Tuk, and Aonug try human food?
When I read this I said: I NEED to do this request. So here I go.
Quick note: this is the longest headcanon post I have ever made, it took me three days to write it and the worst part is that I am not even exhausted, I am a fanfic-writer-monster that feeds off of y’all energy 🤠
Avatar characters trying human food
Jake Sully
Tumblr media
He had tried human food in his human form, but he never had tried it in his avatar. And obviously Norm hadn’t told him that human food doesn’t taste the same and it affects differently to Na’vi. Sometimes it doesn’t have an effect, other times they throw up or worse.
He tried a sandwich for the first time, a simple ham, mayonnaise and cheese sandwich. When he first tasted it, he didn’t think it was the same taste he remembers.
Luckily, this sandwich didn’t make him throw up or have diarrhea or anything. But the taste is something he won’t forget. It felt so different that he almost shed a tear thinking that he would never eat anything human with the same taste again.
He is obviously the one that introduces human foods, or ideas of cooking to the Omatikaya, not in a offensive or forceful way. He just shows them the things he did, some people find it funny, others interesting and also some want to try it.
Neytiri
Tumblr media
At first, she doesn’t like the idea and eyes Jake carefully. She isn’t fond of humans and she doesn’t want to try their food. What if it’s poisonous?
After Jake insists, she tries a cheeseburger. She forces Jake to explain the whole process of how it is made, that way she will decide if she is going to bite into it.
After Jake has explained the bread with its sesame seeds, the burger and the cheese, Neytiri feels pleased enough to eat it. She doesn’t like where cheese comes from.
Anyways, she gives the smallest bite she can muster, even though it is halfway down the cheeseburger since it is to a human scale. She things the flavor is odd and may gag a little bit, but she doesn’t hate it so much.
Lo’ak
Tumblr media
Lo’ak is quite eager to try human food. He wants to see the good part of sky people, just like his father was once. Maybe, subconsciously, he wants to be like him. Following his footsteps.
He would try some spaghetti, easy recipe that Jake could follow on a human-sized kitchen without making the biggest mess to ever exists. With the help of Norm and other scientists, the spaghetti bowl is ready to be eaten.
Lo’ak doesn’t wait for it to cook down, nor he is interested in what has been used to make it. He burns his mouth, cursing under his breath as he takes a sip of his drink. “Darn thing!” He says.
Once it has cool down a little bit, he will try to take the spaghetti with his hand and he begins eating. It might be one of the flavors that gets better and not worse. He continues eating, not seeing the huge mess he is making.
Tsireya
Tumblr media
She finds human food quite funny and as Lo’ak asks her to try it, she is curious about how it will taste. She is never the one to pass on an opportunity to try new things.
They made her try something sweet, just like her. She tried pancakes. She though the idea of a dough so soft was cute. She toyed the pancakes with a fork, mixing up the chocolate syrup and the whipped cream.
Once it is time to eat it, she takes a spoonful in her mouth, eager to taste something that smelt so good. To her luck, the taste is almost she same. Not used to such a sugary treat, she is a little bit overwhelmed but so much sugar.
But after all, she finds it tasty, but she doesn’t like how sweet it is. She thinks it way to sweet. (Don’t throw the pancakes away, she will munch on them even after saying so).
Spider
Tumblr media
He is human, so he has tried tons of human foods. So this time he will try something new, ramen. It took Norm ages to make it, but there it was. And it smelt perfectly.
Spider isn’t really up for the idea, he has grown used to Na’vi flavors more than human now. When he first tries it he doesn’t like it. He also doesn’t know how to eat ramen properly and his noodles splash all the time against the soup, making a huge mess around him.
He isn’t happy about it, he knows it tastes delicious but he isn’t happy with the way he is making a mess. He feels a little bit ashamed and pretends like he doesn’t like the food so he can get up, clean it and nobody can see it.
He has a secret stash of pre-cooked ramen just to try it again.
Kiri
Tumblr media
Kiri is the one to try all kinds of new things and food is one of them. As she saw Spider eating ramen, she wanted to try it too.
The smell made her smile sweetly and she tasted it with a soft smile on her face. Sadly the mixture of textures and flavors wasn’t something that Na’vi took well. She threw up.
She knew it was delicious and she was willing to try more “simple” foods and not ones that mixed so many flavors at the same time.
She was sad that she could try complex foods, but she isn’t going to give up in her journey of trying.
Tonowari
Tumblr media
He isn’t a big fan of sky people or their food, but he is a mighty warrior that doesn’t say no to a challenge, specially when the former Toruk Makto challenges him personally.
Deep down, Tonowari is excited to try fried chicken, whatever could that be. The smell doesn’t actually appeal to him, making him gag and furrow his brows.
The fried chicken piece looks like a toy on Tonowari’s hand, so small that he eats it all in one bite. At first he is overwhelmed with the taste and gets close to throwing up, the oily sensation on his tongue almost unbearable.
But then he started chewing, taking his time to taste it and when he shallows he is smiling. He likes it, it is a little bit to oily to be considered one of his favorites but he does like it.
Tuk
Tumblr media
Tuk saw Kiri try sky people food and she is interested in trying some. Norm though of an age appropriate dish to make her and he made dinosaur nuggets for her. Or as he said “this nutritious dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets”.
She was happy, playing around with her food a little bit before taking the first bite. She liked it, biting off the stegosaurus head and then whaling about biting off his head. She was sad about the poor dinosaur she just ate.
Ketchup was a sauce she wanted to try dipping her nuggets in, she didn’t like the taste nor the way that her nuggets looked like they were injured.
She is willing to try new foods but she doesn’t want to torture more dino nuggies.
Ao’nung
Tumblr media
He HATES human food from the start. Won’t eat it, won’t smell it and won’t look that way. But oh…. Lo’ak called him a coward. Nobody calls Ao’nung a coward.
With his pride hurt, he makes the attempt to eat some sky people’s food. He is trying some grilled pork with fries and he absolutely devours it. He loves it. But as soon as Lo’ak looks at him he pretends to be gaging.
He is going to try so many more flavors. Until he finds those foods that don’t sit right with Na’vi and he ends up throwing up. Then he’ll stop.
Never trying it again ig. Well, maybe, just maybe, he’ll sneak around with Tuk to get more food. Just maybe.

For the Acotar Bingo could you do Pregnancy with Azriel?
You thought you were going to be free from me? NEVER MUAHAHAHAHA I promised to do all of the requests and I WILL
See? I'm not capable to do a one-shot without giving their whole story before. Not that any of you mind I guess 😎😎
I don't know if it's something you like but hey! Let's give this poor author a try, alright?
Anyway, hope you guys enjoy this 🥰🥰
Tumblr media
Never Knew I Needed
You always knew Azriel would be the greatest male that ever got into your life. From the moment you saw those eyes looking at you from the other side of the room until the scene going on in front of you, you decided that this male would be forever cursed with your presence in his life. You doubted he would mind tho.
It all started when your friend got you an extra invitation to the High Lord's starfall party in one second she was guiding you through the food table and in the other she found another friend of hers and simply disappeared. Easy like that you stayed a good part of the night eating every single different appetizer you could find. This kept going for a long time until he saw you looking like a fish out of the water and smiled at you from across the room.
And, oh my, wasn't he ravishing? The most beautiful male you ever encountered in your life. And yes, you were counting those funny-looking shadows that kept flying around him as part of his charm.
You didn't smile back through, too shocked with his looks to make your brain work properly. He raised an eyebrow and made a wave with his hand, signalizing for you to approach. Not that you did, your first reaction was to put another deliciously fried cheese thing inside your mouth and look around to search for who he was talking to. It couldn't possibly be you… right?
As you were ready to take another cheese ball a shadow appeared in front of the bowl, after circling your wrist and tugging the sleeve of your dress you finally looked back at the male, he was definitely trying to contain a smile that threatened to form in his mouth. Damn it, you wanted to see that full-mouth laugh he was trying to hold back.
That's when you finally realized he was waving at you. Oh, gods, everything made sense now, he was one of the High Lord's men and he discovered you were nothing but a mere citizen and that you were not part of the High High Fae, but a Low High Fae. By the Mother, you could just jump out of the building and hope for a quick death if he was going to take you to the dungeon and torture you. Could you possibly give away your friend for sneaking you there? You decided that no, however the torture method you were going to face you would never EVER give away your friend. Even if she deserved it for abandoning you there.
You quickly popped another ball into your mouth before following the shadows that looked so happy to guide you through the crowd. When you made it to the male you were already finished chewing that delicious food, hoping it wasn't the last proper food you were going to taste before being only fed with old bread and dirty water for the next few days.
- Oh well, hello there - He said, his voice causing reactions in your body that you didn't think were possible.
- Hm, hi? I guess - To say you were scared was ridiculous, you were ready to pretend to have a heart attack and get away from there - Look, I'm sorry if I'm not on my best behavior. I'm just a little nervous that my friend disappeared from my view and she was kind of my guide here, so, yeah, I'm sorry that I'm eating the whole buffet. But you need to understand, it's my first time here, and, I kinda figured out you already know that I'm not part of a rich family or even deserve to be here, I mean, my parents are bakers! How could I possibly get an invitation, right? That's what you were going to ask! So, this friend that I was talking about, Stella, she got me an invitation, it was supposed to be her sister but she got sick last week and told me to come to her place. Yes, I know, fake identity is a crime, but hey, having fun for one night is not! I swear I'm not going to do this ever again, if, and only if, you promise to not take me to the dungeons to only feed me bread and let the rats ruin this beautiful dress, because, you know, this is not even mine! I borrowed it from Stella! Please mister scary and strangely handsome winged muscular attractive male, don't kill me! I swear I'm usually a good person, I had a good education too, you know? I don't know what happened to me tonight, but I promised I'll be better from now on!
You could only watch as his face morphed from a shocked expression to the most amused one. The laugh he seemed to be holding now made music to your ears, and you wondered if you actually had jumped out of the mountain and were now in that heaven with milk honey or something like that people always talked about.
- What? - He laughed even harder as you tried to catch your breath.
- You are not one of the High Lord's men?
- Well, that I am - He said as the laughs slowly turned into small giggles.
- But you are not going to arrest me? - His eyes sparkled as he took you in, his smile now permanent on his face.
- Why would I do that to such a beautiful female? - You felt your face heat up at his question, mischief covering his expression as he realized the effect he had on you.
- You called me here for what, then? - One of his shadows slowly made its way to your arm, resting on your shoulder as if trying to warm itself.
- Can't a male try his luck with a pretty girl at his brother's party? It's Starfall, after all, I was kinda hoping you could give me the gift of your night - That made you dumbfounded, you weren't going to lie to yourself.
- You are quite shameless, huh? - His eyes traveled through every part of you before stopping at your face again.
- I'm not the one giving away my best friend Stella for inviting me to a party - Your eyes surely were popping out of your head as you realized what you said only minutes ago - But I promise I won't tell Rhysand if you give me the pleasure of your company for this night, my lady - He offered you his hand, a shining stone glowing in the back of it - And maybe I can personally invite you for the next Starfall and you won't have to commit a crime again.
You gave him your hand as you felt a smile appear on your mouth, making his expression light up from the simple view of your happiness.
That was basically how, thirty years later, you were now caressing the shadowsinger's hair as he sang for the little baby inside your belly, making yours and his heart calm as the smooth voice of your husband filled the place around you and he finished the song and kissed you belly one more time before pushing himself up until he met your lips with his.
- What that big mind of yours was thinking, hm? - He knew you too well, thirty years of sharing your lives and you learned that you could never hide anything from him.
- Just remembering the day we met - He slightly chuckled before wrapping you in his arms, keeping a hand on your stomach to make sure his future son would stay calm and finally let his mother sleep - Weird to think I was hoping to not get arrested and ended up caged to you. Now I'm carrying your child and you sing to him when he kicks too much while I admire that pretty face of yours and imagine how in this universe I got you to fall in love with me.
- You never asked, actually - At your confused look he kissed lips quickly before explaining - Why I fell in love with you. I know that you took your time but I knew that you would be my wife the moment you begged me to not let the rats eat Stella's dress in the dungeon. You're the best thing I never knew I needed, even if I always searched for.
- You're the best thing I never knew I needed too, Az. Thank you for loving me, for giving me the life I have right now - You joined your hand with his on top of your belly, feeling your son kick lightly as if to say he agreed with you - I love you more than life itself.
- I should be the one thanking you. You changed my life for best and showed me so many different ways of living - He kissed you, deeply now, taking his time with you, tasting all the love you had to give, and answering with the same amount - I love you more than life itself.

Pizza tower headcanons for both cooking and baking
Peppino: best cook of the entirety of the pizza tower crew, knows exactly what he needs to do, and knows how to spice things up, but not ruin them, as well as being the best pizza maker around, however, aside from making pizza dough and bread, he can’t bake for his life, which thanks to the noise, a rumor popped up that peppino being unable to bake deserts and his location is what caused him to go bankrupt.
Maurice: can’t cook to save his life, he is the guy how can burn water, and doesn’t know anything about seasoning, and hates peppino got his parent’s magic cooking touch, and can’t bake either, will burn the dough every single time, he does however know how to make various drinks.
Gustavo: is a great cook, not as good as peppino, aside from his pasta, which is even better than peppino’s, and is also a great baker himself, with sweets being his speciality, making Gustavo the most well rounded chef around.
Brick: can both cook and bake, but tends to eat the cheese, so peppino and Gustavo don’t like having brick in the kitchen, but if brick is in the kitchen and actually cooks or bakes without getting distracted and eating the chess, they turn out to always be masterpieces in both looks and taste, and the kitchen is always not a mess, everyone is surprised by how great of a chef brick is, especially Pizzahead and Gerome.
Mr stick: is okay, but has bad luck when trying to do such, he can cook, but he has a tendency to mess it up, and he can bake, but he’s very messy, so he mostly orders food, and only bakes or cooks when he can’t buy something, or to try and impress someone.
Pepperman: is an good cook, all their food is great in presentation, but their flavor and taste can be lacking, especially since pepperman likes to make them spicy, which makes his baking skills not that good, but he will make them look very good, that’s for sure.
Vigilante: is a great cook, all things form him come fresh form his farm with no preservatives, his chili is his speciality, he also is the best at grilling out of the group, he can also bake too, but he prefers to go simple with his baking, if it works, there is no need to fix it in his opinion.
Noise: can’t cook or bake to save their life, can not make a meal form scratch, but they can heat up a meal, gets bored way too easily so they can’t learn how to actually bake or cook, and plus also his maniac depression combined with his adhd is a bad combination.
Noisette: would be decent at cooking, if she didn’t try to spice everything up with unique flavors and additions, like peanut butter spaghetti, or chocolate corn on the cob, she is however amazing at baking though, she owns a bakery after all, and can make a great coffee.
Fake peppino: can’t really cook or bake, as they doesn’t have the experience, but with enough practice and training, learning form both peppino and noisette, has the potential to be the best cook and baker around out of the entire cast some day, and they are waiting patiently when that day approaches, when they reach the piont where “nothing compares”.
Pizzahead: pizzahead is the true unique cook out of the cast, he likes to make everything taste like it’s pizza equivalent, or taste like it is pizza, as a result, he can’t bake anything good aside from pizza with any topping, and his cooking can be all over the place, just depends on how much you like pizza.
John: John lost some experience of cooking and baking due to being stuck as a pillar and cloned, but he is still at least decent at cooking and baking, he was actually great at both before he was sealed away, but similar to noisette, he likes to combine things together in werid ways.
Gerome: the most average cook and baker overall, he knows the basics of cooking and baking, follows the recipes exactly, and that’s it, cause they work, and that’s all gerome really cares about, though, he can make a great sandwich, and is the only person in the pizza tower, how will always have their kitchen spotless and shining no matter what.

Fiction story
In the corner of the bustling gym, a young man named Marcus pumped iron with the fervor of a modern-day Hercules. His muscles flexed with each lift, casting sharp shadows across his sweat-drenched face. The clanging of weights and the rhythmic grunts of his exertion filled the air, a testament to his relentless pursuit of physical perfection. His friends had long ago dubbed him "The Sculptor," for he seemed to chisel away at his body with the precision of a master artist. But today, something felt different. His usual vigor had been replaced with a gnawing unease that grew stronger with each repetition.
As he lowered the barbell back to the rack, Marcus caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror. His reflection stared back, not with the gleaming confidence he'd grown accustomed to, but with a hint of doubt. The muscles that had once defined him now felt like a prison, confining him to the routine of the gym, the diet of restriction. A sudden craving for something warm, something greasy, something utterly unhealthy, washed over him like a wave of sweet temptation. He set the weights down and wiped the sweat from his brow, his eyes drifting to the exit sign, beckoning him to the world outside.
With each step away from the gym, his resolve to stay fit crumbled. The scent of freshly baked bread wafted from the nearby café, and his stomach growled in protest of its usual protein shake lunch. He found himself drawn to the allure of comfort food, a siren's call he'd never truly allowed himself to answer. He stepped inside, the bell jingling against the glass door, and the warmth of the place wrapped around him like a comforting embrace. The smell of melted cheese and sizzling meat grew stronger, and his mouth watered uncontrollably.
Marcus ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a thick milkshake, his eyes wide with the thrill of rebellion. As he took his first bite, the taste explosion was like nothing he'd ever experienced. The juicy patty, the crispy bun, the salty, gooey cheese - it was heavenly. Each swig of the cold, creamy shake brought him closer to a state of bliss. He could feel his body changing, not just in the physical sense but in his very essence. The desire to grow, to indulge, began to take root in his soul.
Days turned into weeks, and the gym visits grew scarcer. Marcus found solace in the embrace of his ever-expanding waistline. His muscles softened and stretched, making way for a new form of power: the power of gluttony. He'd wake up each day with a new craving, a hunger that could only be sated by the most decadent of meals. His friends whispered behind his back, but he didn't care. The gym had been his sanctuary, his battleground, but now he'd found a different kind of victory in the art of indulgence. The Sculptor had become the Connoisseur, and his body was now his canvas for a new kind of masterpiece.
Unfinished story!!

Reassembly 5
Masterpost
(What the frick is the bat guy about???)
They did serious damage to Lexy’s credit card in the form of a cast iron pan, a pot, basic cooking utensils and a four-person set of dishware before they even made it to the grocery store.
Peter tried not to go nuts there. He really did. But Kon had that empty kitchen! And to be honest, shopping was major wish fulfillment. Even though he knew he wouldn’t be eating all of the food he got way into it. They stocked up on easy freezer food like pizza rolls and fries. They got pasta mixes and jarred sauces and they got snacks and sweets. He even got Kon baking basics. It might take Kon a while to get into his fresh bread era, but it was going to happen. Peter was calling it now. Kon was just that kind of guy.
The last thing he got was meat. Meat and cheese and fresh vegetables. Peter ended up putting back half of what he initially put in the cart because, honestly, Kon didn’t have a massive super appetite and he didn’t know how to cook yet. Vegetables were just going to go bad, so he only got what he planned to use that night. He also stocked Kon up on breakfast supplies- bread and jam, eggs, sausage, coffee and tea and juice.
‘I wish I was staying with Kon to eat this. I’m going to be hungry again tomorrow.’
Peter pushed down that greedy little thought where it belonged. He was going to be eating lunch and dinner with Kon tonight, since they were cooking together. That was already really generous on Kon’s part. He couldn’t ask for more.
The boys ended up making spaghetti. Peter wasn’t the best cook in the world, but he could cut onion and garlic to cook meat in, shred in carrots and zucchini, and add a jar of red sauce to make something nutritionally dense that tasted really good. Kon hovered over his shoulder watching this process and making faux sports commentary.
“Go away!” Peter shoved Kon with his shoulder, laughing. “Go start the garlic bread.”
“...Garlic bread?” Kon asked hopefully. He seemed way younger than he was sometimes. “You can make that at home?”
“You can, if you get to cutting garlic really small.” Peter tossed him a bulb without looking.
They ate dinner while watching some drama that Kon picked out on a streaming service. “Holy shit,” Kon said quietly after his first bite. He put down the plate and took a photo.
Peter snorted. Kon must have sent it to someone because his phone went off constantly after that.
He wasn’t even done eating their late lunch when he first wondered where he was going to sleep tonight. Peter stared down into his pasta like it might have some answers. When should he leave? What would he say if Kon asked for his phone number? He didn’t have one. He couldn’t give Kon the number to the phone he had on him– he was pretty sure that he really should get rid of it in case someone was tracking him.
He should ask first. If he directed the conversation it would be easier to be normal than if he was just answering questions. So Peter swallowed hard, made himself smile, and said, “This was fun. Wanna hang out again?”
Kon noisily slurped down some sauce and wiggled in place while he chewed and swallowed. “Yeah, we should!” he agreed. “You uh, free later this week?”
He was jobless and homeless with no other acquaintances.
“I have some time,” Peter said casually. “I’m kinda busy tomorrow, but the day after? Should I come over in the afternoon?”
“Yeah!” Kon bounced up off his seat for a moment. “We can finish the projects. Or work on them, at least.” He screwed his face up with a thought. “Can I get your handle or number, in case my work pops up?”
Peter’s smile turned fixed. “Actually, not now,” he said as casually as he could manage. “I dropped my phone in water. I just have my Dad’s old phone right now for emergencies.” He didn’t need to add that lie, but what if he needed to pull out the flip phone later? He didn’t want Kon to think that he just hadn’t wanted to give his number.
Kon laughed. “That sucks, man,” he empathized.
Oh thank Thor, he bought it.
The fabric was dry by then, so Peter helped Kon cut it out and sew it into place. Kon modeled his new look in the living room and then took approximately two hundred selfies while Peter worked on his project. Kon eventually flopped down on the sofa upside down and started sketching out design ideas. Peter glanced over and saw what looked like a boob window cut into some kind of top.
…Kon would look great in it. Peter didn’t comment. He smiled a little more when he went back to cutting out pieces for his own jacket.
“Smile!”
Peter looked over on reflex and cheesed. A shutter went off. “Can I send that to my friends?” Kon asked, so casually that Peter knew it mattered a lot. “Cassie says no way did I meet someone without her.”
“Go ahead.” Peter gave a thumbs up for reasons even he did not understand. Good thing he wasn’t a weird little guy!
Kon looked relieved. There was less tension when he went back to looking at his phone. “Thanks, man. You want to think about dinner soon? You’ve been working for a couple of hours.”
Peter had to blink a few times to process that. Oh yeah, he was pretty stiff. He stretched experimentally. “You’re right,” he said, mildly surprised. “Huh. What did you have in mind?”
Kon shrugged. “Pizza?”
Peter hummed. “We can pull that off,” he decided. “We have… two more jars of marinara, one will do. Cheese, the bell peppers- yeah, that’ll work.” He stood in a smooth movement. “Could you get the flour down from where we put it- yeah, thanks.” Kon hovered back down and handed him the bag.
“I meant that we should order it,” Kon said, but he didn’t protest. “You can make pizza? At home?” He was delighted by this new information.
“You can make basically anything at home,” Peter said, because it apparently needed to be said. “Can you look up a pizza dough recipe?” He got out the salt and tried to remember where he’d put yeast.
Pizza did not go quite as smoothly as the pasta had. Kon brutalized the dough by over mixing it and the gluten developed bonds strong enough to rival the Hulk. But it was still edible! Kon was openly delighted with what he had made. Peter stole sideways glances at him, wondering if he should reassure that it was a great first try.
‘..I’m not sure he knows that it’s really tough,’ Peter decided. He said nothing. They watched one episode of Kon’s selected drama before Peter decided it was time to go.
Kon seemed surprised when Peter said that. He blinked at him a few times. “It felt like I was at the tow- a sleepover,” he said self consciously. He forced a laugh. “Yeah. You wanna leave your stuff here?”
Peter looked around Kon’s surgically clean living room and wondered if Lexy’s cleaning staff would throw away his stuff. “Yeah, sure,” he said, because it wasn’t like he had a place to store a project. “I appreciate that.”
He left not much later, making his excuses and backing out into the night with dread that he didn’t want to face curling in his gut. The feeling intensified as he got down to the lobby of Kon’s apartment building.
It was dark out, even with the streetlights on. The air was cold against his face. Peter huddled into his jacket, hand wound tightly around the strap of the bag with everything he owned in it.
At least he knew the time. It was a little past 10 pm.
He needed a shower and to sleep. The gym should be empty now. He could break back in, shower, and then go sleep on the library couch again. Even if the librarian came in early again, he could get a few hours of sleep.
He woke up again to the sound of keys in the door downstairs. This time he woke up feeling much better rested. Peter wandered blearily until he found a clocktower and realized it was nearly 9 am. Nice. He was working on his sleep debt, then. He surely hadn’t spent more than an hour between traveling to the gym, showering, and getting to the couch last night. That was maybe 9.5, 10 hours of sleep?
He left to a new hotel for a breakfast buffet. This one was particularly sad. He had two pieces of peanut butter toast and a glass of milk before he heard the front door staff quietly phone someone else asking if they had any teenagers staying at the moment. He left pretty quickly after that and walked for a while, heart pounding. The police didn’t descend on him with sirens and lights, so he was probably okay.
‘I can’t go back there.’
Later that day, Peter grimaced and took a moment to indulge in burying his face in his hands. He was overwhelmed and he still felt shitty and dirty and gross despite his shower. Maybe it was getting spotted as a homeless teen eating from the buffet? Yeah. Probably that.
He was in the library again, sitting in front of one of the older computers and hoping he'd get a reply from a potential client who had asked for some information.
Maybe it was a little weird to spend all day in the library. He was on notice for librarians acting like they wanted him to clear out, just in case.
But, assuming no one had any problems with it, why not spend most of his daylight hours there? He could study computer science, use the computers to do his work, and be somewhere temperature controlled for free. They also had pitchers of coffee and tea for free that he took advantage of.
He was hungry, though. He was always hungry. Maybe it had been a mistake to go to Kon’s house. It almost felt worse to be hungry again after eating everything he wanted two meals in a row. Peter suppressed despair. He was doing his best! He was taking care of himself.
"Is everything alright?"
Peter shot up and gave a sheepish grin to the librarian. He hadn't noticed her approaching, but he'd been lost in his head. "It's fine," he said.
The older woman gave him a sympathetic smile. "Well, let me know if there's anything I can help with. It's what I'm here for."
Oh. Before she could turn away he blurted out, "College!"
Her face lit up. "Are you applying?"
"I need to." Peter wrung his hands together. "But I don't know where to start. I want to go somewhere with a strong sciences program but I think I need to go there on scholarship."
She sat down beside him, an easy smile on her face like this was a topic that she enjoyed. “Do you care about where it is?”
Peter shook his head. “It would be best if I could stay in NYC since I know here, but I’m willing to go anywhere that meets those conditions.”
She nodded slowly. “There’s a few places I can think of.” She hesitated. “Do you expect to be eligible for testing related scholarships?”
“Yeah,” said Peter, who was so good at tests but would probably falsify the results that he needed if he didn’t manage to take tests in time. “I test well. Very well.”
“That’s great! And you said sciences? Technological sciences?” she didn’t glance at his current computer science book, but she didn’t have to.
“Yes,” he said, not entirely sure what he should be focusing on. Engineering, to build some kind of portal? Astrophysics like Dr. Foster, to find an Einstein-Rosen bridge? He’d have to get his foot in the door to figure out what was going on in the fields here. Shit, he should have looked into that already.
“And you would be looking to live by yourself, on campus? Or off? With family?”
“By myself,” Peter said, and wow that was depressing. “And whichever way is cheapest.” He cringed as he said it. That felt pathetic too. He wanted to say he wanted to live on campus since he’d be more likely to meet people that way. But honestly, he had no resources, at all. He couldn’t afford to be picky.
The librarian’s smile was a bit fixed now. “I… I almost hate to suggest it, but have you considered Gotham?” She continued before Peter had to decide whether or not he should admit he didn’t know that university. “It’s a dangerous city to live in, but it’s very affordable, and there’s extensive funding for the sciences and student support services.”
“...Because it’s a dangerous city and doesn’t get many people?” Peter confirmed.
She was doing her best to keep a poker face. “That’s right. They have a brain drain situation at the moment, so the sciences are really well funded. I think you could probably go there with full support, though that might be contingent on taking an internship or job in Gotham after graduation.”
Huh. He considered it. He’d never heard of Gotham, so it had to be a city that didn’t exist back home. But so what? How bad could it be? It was like, Chicago or something? He could handle that. He was Spiderman. He was an Avenger, sort of. So he directed a real smile at the librarian. “If I could get a full scholarship there, I would go in a heartbeat,” Peter said. “Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll look into the university there.”
The librarian patted the side of his chair as she stood up. “Wonderful! Let me know if you change your mind or have any questions!”
He ended up having a lot of questions, actually, once he started looking into Gotham, but he didn’t think, “What the frick is the vampire bat guy about?” was what she’d had in mind.

Does hank have a favorite food? I read somewhere it's twinkies but I'm not sure if it's true or if that's all. If he doesn't have any, what's your headcanon?
So, the Twinkie thing actually comes from an issue of X-Men in the 90s!
Tumblr media
X-Men #73, by Joe Kelly, as it happens. As for whether or not it's his favourite food, well - he certainly seems to like them a whole lot, but I love a good Kit Kat every now and then, and I wouldn't necessarily call it my favourite food, you know?
It's a fun character tweak, though. Someone like Hank would definitely indulge in the odd sweet snack cake, especially given his penchant for skipping meals and eating at irregular hours. I like to think he has a general sweet tooth, and Twinkies are just the instant sugar hit he needs sometimes.
Though I don't know if I could have as many as Hank implies he eats. I tend to get sick after just one or two, they're pretty sickly sweet and very rich.
As for what I think his favourite food is? Honestly, that's tricky. I could actually see it changing over time, because his taste buds probably change with his biology, just like everything else.
Tumblr media
Probably something made by mom, good ol' Edna McCoy. I could see it being a massive stack of pancakes, with syrup and butter, something hearty and formidable, especially since his father has a love for the same breakfast, and I could see it being a really warm family memory for him, breakfast with mom and dad and the smell of pancakes filling the kitchen.
Tumblr media
I think it's gonna be a form of street food, maybe a really outrageously sticky and greasy and drippy meat sub sandwich - Hank mentions in A+X #12, when he's eating such a sandwich with Simon, that he's surprised the board of health hasn't shut the place that sells them down, but the fact that he's still getting them years later, and visibly enjoying them? He doesn't care about the cholesterol, he wants that protein. Probably tons of sauces and toasted bread, too, the full shebang.
Tumblr media
Privately, I think he craves something incredibly meaty and bloody. Nothing raw, I think that would disgust him, but rare, certainly - possibly a steak, some form of pork or beef, but messy. I think the idea of eating such a thing in public would fill him with shame, however, and instead he'd probably pivot to something sweet. Maybe a French creme caramel, or a burnt sugar cake, with a dollop of cold ice cream on top.
Tumblr media
There's a sequence in an Infinity Comic where he just goes to town on a whole ass tray of pastries, so I think something baked, sugary or savoury, would be the pick here. As something of a fiend for a cheese twist myself, I could see that hitting the spot for Hank. I also think he'd have a soft spot for particularly salty French fries.
Tumblr media
I think a sugar fiend. He probably likes a good meaty, sloppy burger (apparently he fucking hates pickles) with some red onion relish and some applewood cheddar, maybe a slab of bacon, but I feel like his heart lies with heavily processed sugar products, especially since I don't think that's something they really had in the Age of Apocalypse? Ice cream or sorbet would probably really hit the spot for him.
Tumblr media
So, he's an overeater, from stress and guilt and a degree of ennui and dissatisfaction with life - I don't feel like he's particularly picky? We obviously see him eat lobster and tomatoes, the latter with a degree of relish, but I don't see him having it in him to eat anything with any real joy. He eats because he has to, feels he should. I could see something made with a lot of heart, something with a complex but earthy flavour profile, like a homemade stew or soup, really satisfying him on some level, even if he doesn't know why.
Tumblr media
I feel like this man is a secret pizza fiend. Maybe that's just born out of him ordering, like, twenty pizzas in the comics during Infinity Crusade, but something with a lot of meat on it, maybe a stuffed crust, garlic sprinkles? It's just a feeling I get.
Tumblr media
Doesn't want to admit it, but probably the store brand cookies that Zeke favours. More because of what they symbolise than anything else - a human connection after so long, a degree of innocence, the trust that he's fostering again? This feels like the right answer.
Tumblr media
Cheese.

we hop-skip-jump back with more akatsuki questions! we hope your days have been grand and your songs sweet, tak(?)
if the akatsuki were exposed to the cuisines of our modern, international world, what would each of them gravitate to? would hidan be lured by the cooking of the southern american states, creole, the sausages and cuts and grinds of europe, the whole beasts of the pacific? would itachi look at italian cuisine and feel a deep pang of nostalgia of how sasuke would like this fare? what would these tongues make of our world's bounty?
Hello again! Yes, I'm Tak uvu Some more cusine headcanons for you, dear!:
Honestly I think you nailed Hidan right off the bat. I think he's a connoisseur of meat in specific, if given the time and lack of killing people (so only a world with no Jashin. Probably). I can imagine him, Deidara, and sometimes Kisame having a hot sauce drinking contest. Kakuzu would show up and blow them out of the water once and never participate again. I think Hidan would like beef jerky and pork rinds.
My dad is obsessed with the Red Lobster food chain and now I'm thinking about how Kisame would genuinely enjoy himself while everyone else is only there for cheddar bay biscuits.
My dad just bought at least 100$ worth of Red Lobster gift cards once finding out they're going out of business HE KEEPS ASKING ME OUT TO RED LOBSTER SOMEONE FUCKING HELP M
I've already said in a prior post that Deidara would be OBSESSED with pop rocks. Wouldn't be surprised if he seeks out other kinds of food that give specific sensations, hence the hot sauce bit just now. He'd love carbonated drinks, too. He can bullshit his way into convincing you that yes, Monster Energy Drink *does* require a sophisticated flavor palate! He'd try anything if it had a novelty factor, at least one he can take seriously.
Perhaps obviously I can see Itachi especially enjoying the vast variety of teas that one can acquire in the modern world. My personal favorites tend to be rooibos blends, so I'd like to give him a cup. God, he'd be a great cafe owner. Literal coffee shop AU type of man. I want him to tell me about the floral notes in this morning blend of green tea from the Himalayas. I wanna own a combination tea shop and bakery with him, that'd be the dream.
Kakuzu strikes me as a hardy, heavy food kind of guy. Stews and meats and breads. He'd probably like corned beef and cabbage and potatoes. ...Sorry my Irish in me is coming out. Gravitates to comfort food that keeps you full and warm.
Nagato and Konan are...interesting ones to consider, because whenever I think about them and food I just can't stop thinking about how formative starvation must have been for them. I think they can get overwhelmed by seasonings really fast, anything especially salty or sugary or what have you is in small portions. I don't think they'd deal well with the fact that the most available foods in some societies are saturated with flavor that's overcompensating for shitty processed food. I think if you gave Nagato a bottle of Sunny D it might actually kill him.
Sasori can't taste shit, I think, but if he did he's one of those assholes with PIN POINT PRECISION. Wine connoisseur. Chocolate connoisseur. Will intellectually wreck your shit if you tell him you're making spaghetti and serve him angel hair.
I think Obito would get really disappointed if you told him you were going to get mochi and you came back with the kind you get from the grocery store.
Zetsu still eats people, I can only presume. He might be interested in foods related to "stranger" body parts, brain cheese and haggis, that sort of thing.
Side note: several years ago when I first entered my never-ending Akatsuki phase, I read a really, really cute self insert or reader insert fic where the Akatsuki came to the "real world" and they watched Spongebob and Kisame made what the story described as an adorable face as he was shown how a soda can works. I've been looking for it and my heart yearns to reread. If you happen to find it, please let me know!

Polyship week "is that my hoodie" yes I'm late shhhhhhh. I am not finishing this week.
OPC spoilers, follow up to this one here. Implied sex but nothing on screen.
Celestine slaps her face, trying to pull it together; stupid Cascadia, stupid Amalia making her blush like that. Marius is pointedly not looking at her as she tears open cupboards in search of food.
Despite the flustering she still puts together three plates of bread, cheese, and berries, and even steals a little of Remus' wine and herbs to make a dip for the bread.
She mixes that into a pot, settling her embarrassment and growing back her spine. Her shoulders have relaxed into their usual position by the time the door opens, and Amalia and Cascadia step into the room.
"Good morning!" Cascadia calls to the entire room, drifting over to grab her food.
Celestine offers her one plate, and Cascadia takes one of the others.
"What?" Celestine asks. "Is this bread not good enough for you?"
A different pair of hands takes the plate as Amalia responds, "it's good enough for me."
Stupid girls.
Celestine turns to talk to either or both of them, and freezes. Amalia has at least had the decency to throw her cloak over things, hiding it a little, but Cascadia.
"What." she looks between both of the women. "Are you doing in my tunics."
Across the room, Remus bursts out laughing; Celestine raises her hand to swear at him.
"Amalia suggested it," Cascadia immediately says.
Amalia shrugs, seemingly unbothered by the situation, "you tore ours last night. It seemed fair."
Celestine... Celestine could pretend she did not remember that, but it would be a like. She does remember it, and she remembers enjoying it.
"Well," she says. "I /did/ tell you I had the superior taste; you both look better than usual in them."
Cascadia is giggling, and Amalia is the sort of carefully stoic that only means she is trying desperately not to crack.
"I should introduce you to the merchant," Celestine continues, basking a little in her victory. "Maybe he'll give a discount when she sees the state of you."
He gives Celestine discounts all the time; if she had a father she has no doubts the man would have asked after her already, but more the fool him. She is perfectly content with her girls, no need for a man to be involved.
Also, with no father and given her post, she is fairly sure it is the Emperor that the merchant would need to ask.
... That would be a sight, for sure.
Back on her proper footing, Celestine takes the final plate. She gives Amalia a kiss on the cheek, dodges one from Cascadia, and throws herself beside Marius at the table.
Amalia and Cascadia whisper something to each other, before coming to sit nearly - Amalia next to her, and Cascadia the next seat along.
"So," Cascadia clears the room of snickering. "Any ideas what are orders are today?"
"Gaius has them," Remus leans closer, picking at some olives. "We have a while yet."
"Oh joy," Celestine clicks her tongue. "You would think they'd stop giving him our orders, given he's old enough to just die in his sleep."
Amalia shifts to put her head on Cascadia's shoulder, not saying anything as she puts a little weight there.
Not wanting to be left out, Celestine leans over kisses the top of her hood. Amalia reaches out, taking one of her hands, and looking fondly over.
It is then that Gaius walks in, leaning on a walking stick. His eyes skin the room and, upon seeing the three of them, frowns.
"Girls," he sighs. "Nero is visiting today."
Ah, shit; Celestine's sure Faustus enjoyed his night with the other men, but Gaius rarely has time for their bed-swapping schemes. She thinks it might just be that he's so much older than the rest of them, as opposed to him being immune.
Still...
The /reason/ their rooms are split up in the first place is to stop the sort of liasons they have absolutely formed regardless.
Celestine sits properly up, as do Amalia and Cascadia. A few moments of shuffling and all three look like nothing at all happened last night.
Gaius steals the dip Celestine made, and joins the table.
It's fine.
It's fine.
There is no way Veritus - or, worse, the Emperor - know enough about clothes to realise Amalia and Cascadia are in her spare tunics, right?
...
If they do, Celestine is following Amalia's lead on the explanation.

Tonight Scarlet hosts the Lanista Society for a special dinner event. The Champion is the coveted prize, and Ivan is honored to have been the cause of it.
Champion taglist: @emmettnet , @ostensiblyfunctional
Ivan is left marveling once again at his superior's immaculate taste.
High Martinet Matar sure knew how to throw a party.
Her guests had been greeted with the finest. A banquet of gourmet Crescentine dishes and exotic delicacies. Fresh fruits and cheeses, tender meats and fish, spiced breads and decadent sweets, aged wines from the mountain vineyards. The finest money and magic could offer.
Their venue is just as grand, perhaps more so due to its creativity. A conjured demiplane Scarlet produced specially for this affair. Ivan finds it rather ingenious.
The woman was no stranger to hosting guests at her manor; he himself had been there only last week. But she limits those meetings to no more than a few people at a time. Fewer bodies are easier to keep track of. With large parties like this, comes the ever present risk of unsavory infiltrators. The Lanista Society held members with many enemies. The uninvited in disguise or potential rivals waiting for the right moment to snoop around. Larger groups made it inconvenient to keep tabs on everyone.
The demiplane removed that risk.
No need to worry about the unwanted loose in your home if you're not bringing them to your home to begin with.
And as a bonus, the spell's design was limited only by the imagination. And a wizard of Scarlet's caliber knew fine decor.
All which was fully on display for tonight's event. It was a special occasion after all.
On one end of the chamber, seated on a raised platform, was an ornate bronze cage. Round and domed at the top like one of those old-fashioned bird cages that didn't allow room for the bird to spread its wings. However this cage was far larger, for its occupant was no bird.
Scarlet found the perfect display for the Society's beloved Champion. An advantageous maneuver given he was the subject of business this evening. If Ivan had thought he looked enticing their first meeting a week ago, Scarlet had expertly ensured that the people present now would be incapable of keeping their eyes off him.
In fact, there was already a crowd forming around the cage.
Knees spread and wrists secured above him, the Champion was giving everyone a show with his trembling body. Years of fighting had toned his muscles, and the shimmering red velvet bands only accentuated them. Scarlet must have gotten the outfit custom tailored, for it turned the tiefling's form into a canvas painted with red. Velvet strips hugging his thighs and shoulders. Flowers of beaded lace climbing from hip to collar to the small of his back. Dangling garnets mimicked the appearance of dripping blood.
Absolutely exquisite.
Scarlet had elected to keep his lower region covered, draping that same black cloth around his waist that he'd worn last time. Ivan could see the sense; what was already being shown was enough of a free sample.
The guests were permitted to touch, at least to the extent they were allowed without having to pay. And the Champion’s body was a buffet getting more attention than the actual food. Fingers traced the soft velvet, then slipped in between to caress exposed skin.
“He has the best reactions if you stroke his tail,” Ivan had informed them, and they were quick to take advantage.
The touches worked well to elicit forced pleasure, though perhaps not as much as some other things.
Scarlet couldn't allow her pet to spend the whole party glaring or growling at guests, so Ivan suggested a means to keep him occupied. Just a couple simple toys, one placed inside him and the other encircling the base of his tail where he was most sensitive. Both hidden from the guests eyes with a specially crafted belt that doubled to prevent the tiefling from making a mess of himself.
From how much he was trembling, struggling to close his legs, face flushed as he moaned around the ring gag strapped around his head, the toys were doing their job. And the guests were very much appreciating the sight. Ivan could see a number of people with their hands under their pants.
He couldn't blame them. They stood before a desperate succubus, beckoning them all with pleading huffs of breath and squirming hips. Ivan himself was imagining how pretty that face would look around his cock.
He would have to wait his turn.
Ting! Ting! Ting!
The rhythmic taps of a wine glass drew the attention of the masses to the head of the table where Scarlet stands.
“Now now, everyone. I know my pet has been an exciting treat for you all, but I do hope you help yourselves to the dessert table.”
There were more than a few bouts of embarrassed laughter. Ivan included, as he too nearly forgot to go fill up his dish.
“I'm pleased to see he has garnered such interest,” she continues. “Just a quick reminder that the bidding period ends in thirty minutes. The current highest offer stands at 2,500 platinum.”
Well, not too bad a price tag for the Champion’s first official patron (Ivan's previous night with him didn't count). And if this went to a formal auction at the end of the party, if there was still an active bidding war, that amount would likely grow.
But already, he'd be returning home tomorrow with a decent payment. In a deal that spoke wonders of her generosity, Scarlet had agreed to save a percentage of the funds for him. None of this would've happened had he not raised the suggestion to her.
Lucrative business indeed. Ivan could recognize many big names at this party. Politicians, industry tycoons, nobility, all those with plentiful riches and power. He wonders if he could convince some of them to assist him in forming a similar operation in Mężnydzik. Or perhaps a connected branch.
Those were thoughts for the future. Right now, he was enjoying the view.
The first moment the cage is clear of onlookers, Ivan walks over and reaches through the bronze bars to lift up the Champion’s head to face him. With how long he'd had his mouth held open, his chin was streaked with drool, but thankfully Ivan had the foresight to wear gloves.
“Just like I said, little devil,” he purrs, gazing into eyes that struggle to focus through the mind clouding sensations. The tiefling whines in protest as Ivan lets his other hand trail up his thigh. “I knew you'd be quite popular.”
There's a moment of clarity to the Champion’s stare. A moment he's able to fight through the tears and the unwanted stimulation and-
Oh. Well isn't that a nasty look.
Reference for the outfit here.

What would be an ideal feast/stuffing for you?
OoooOOoohh such a good question!!
So, let's get this out of the way first. There are certain qualities to an ideal eating experience for me:
1. I need some level of variety of different kinds of foods and tastes as I can get tired of certain flavors sometimes and need a new one to keep going
2. I'm very plain when it comes to foods. I love sauces and seasonings, but I'm not usually a fan of mixing foods past something like a starch and a meat in the same bite. I always clean my plate. I just eat everything separately, so any dish that lets me do that is preferred
3. It needs to be possible to make a large quantity of it with bonus points if it expands in your stomach like rice (shocker, I know lmao).
With that in mind I think my ideal feast (and I'm gonna go into detail here) would be a huge multi-course meal a bunch of meats, veggies, and carbs.
Course 1: Salad and bread 🥗🥖🫃
The bread just regular baked bread you'd get at a restaurant. The salad huge with a mix of spinach and arugula topped with carrots, cucumbers, croutons, and a *ton* of ranch and cheddar cheese
Course 2: Pasta Dish 🍝🍗🥦🫃
I regularly make this dish for Lee and I because I grew up with it, and we both love it! What I do is boil some pasta (usually angel hair, spaghetti, or egg noodles), dice up a container of chicken and sauté that as well as some broccoli with lemon juice, garlic, this Garlic Herb and Wine seasoning from Mccormick, and just a bit of salt and then I mix the sautéed meat and veggies with the noodles to get the seasoning all over the pasta as well. It's absolutely to die for, and I could eat it forever, so it has to be a part of my ideal feast.
Course 3: Steak Dinner 🍖🫃
This is probably a basic American thought process, but whenever I think about getting to eat anything I want with no consequence, a big steak is always what comes to mind. Any kind is fine for me, so let's just say a medium rare sirloin that is at an absolute minimum 16oz. Then I'd have grilled/seasoned asparagus and a bowl of mashed potatoes on the side. It's simple but very tasty.
Final Course: Dessert 🎂🫃
This is the most free form part of the feast. Unlike Lee, I absolutely *love* sweets and can absolutely destroy huge amounts of sweet stuff. It could be a big ice cream sundae, a birthday cake, brownies, cookies, banana bread, pumpkin pie, anything. If it's sweet and baked, I won't be able to resist it. Call me Ego from Ratatouille cause my answer is: Surprise me!
By the end of this meal I'm sure I won't be able to move for at least a day, so please make sure rub and take care of my poor overworked tummy once it's all slowly turning into fat inside me...🫃🐷💕
Thank you for letting me indulge in this fantasy, and thank you so much for the ask!!💜❤️
