For the WIP tag game: PKMDESky Body Swap, please?
PKMDSky Body Swap - As much of it as i have, which isnt much at all and entirely unedited.
Nanu sighed as he stared at the child, who remained annoyingly still under the sheets of the hospital bed. Still out cold and only the persistent metronome of the heart monitor indicated that all was well. Or, as well as it could be given that there was a child unconscious in a hospital bed.
The kid was an enigma. He'd been receiving reports for months about them, the petty theft and the minor vandalism they had been causing. When he had asked around, no one claimed to know them. No name, no parents, or where they had come from. No one he had talked to could even remember having heard the kid speak. It was as if they had simply appeared, fully formed, and started causing trouble. Slightly Feral were the words someone had used, and they hadnt been exactly wrong. The Kid had been living in the woods, surviving primarily off of a small stash of berries, fruits, and a large amount of poke beans of all things, which had matched with the reports of the things that had been stolen. He had intended on bribing the kid with food to stop stealing, but then this happened.
It had been years since he had seen an Ultra Beast and he had not been prepared for the reminder of his old life when the kid had scrambled out of the bushes, mimicking a pokemon's cry and very clearly trying to lead UB-01 away from something. What, he didnt know, as the kid, triumphant in their success had charged the damn thing. It had been slightly awkward to watch, foolishly brave, stumbling and uncoordinated as if the kid wasnt entirely sure where their limbs ended. And whatever they had been trying to lead the Ultra Beast away from had been important enough to try to tackle what most reasonable people would consider a monster. And then, to his horror, the kid missed. Overshot really, and then tumbled over the roads edge and down the mountainside, assisted along by a single hit from the Beastie. It was that part that finally snapped him out of his shock induced stupor. He would not let another person die on his watch. Not again.
He still wasn't sure how exactly he did it, but the Symbiont was gone, his pokemon were fine and he had managed to get the kid to the hospital. And now it was a waiting game. The kid would be fine. He just had to keep telling himself that and wait. He hoped to hell they had believed him about the silica spines and the neurotoxin they normally contained. The kid would be fine, he repeated to himself again, tilting his head back to rest against the wall. They'd be just fine. Some unknowable amount of time later, the door to the room opened with a soft click and Nanu blearily opened an eye. "Hey Ace. Whatcha got there?"
"Uncle Nanu!" Acerola chirped, arms cradling something. "I found her!"
"Found who?"
"The girl who was screaming mad"
"Ace."
"Yeah?"
"What girl are you talking about?"
"The one who's been crying in my dreams! She needed help cause she got lost and separated from her partner!"
"Ah. You found her?"
"Mmhm"
"And got her back to her friend?"
"Im working on that part!"
Nanu opened both eyes to look at his adoptive niece. "Then where is she?" No answer was given, and instead Acerola held out the pokemon she had been cradling towards him, hands positioned securely under the little foxes front legs. Brown eyes peered up at him from beneath slightly matted golden orange fur and a fan like tail hung loosely
"Thats not a girl, thats a Vulpix." Acerola simply stared at him apparently not comprehending and Nanu continued. "A Kantonian Vulpix."
"Is that why shes orange?"
"Yeah. That would be why she's orange. But why did you bring her here?"
"I just told you! Cause she got lost! She was looking for her partner who separated from her to make the weird Frillish stop attacking them."
Nanu blinked. He could have sworn he misheard that. "Ace, is the lost girl a vulpix?"
"Uh huh! and you found her partner!

Similar to how Alola seems to draw in Ultra Beasts, Sinnoh tends to draw in ghosts. One reason is that Sinnoh has the weakest barrier between our universe and the Distortion World, and with how there’s an open portal at the end of Turnback Cave, the energy from Giratina’s world sort of… bleeds out into the Sinnoh region. The incident at Spear Pillar with the portal being open didn’t help either, unleashing a massive amount of energy from the Distortion World that can still be felt by ghosts and aura sensitive people/pokemon to this day.
Now back to the portal in Turnback Cave. Unlike the portal left open on Spear Pillar, this one is on a slightly smaller scale, and is contained in a walled off area, reducing the threat to the fabric of the universe around it. The energy that radiates from this portal drapes over Sendoff Spring as a whole. Ghosts in particular are drawn to this energy, and the energy Giratina herself exudes.
The fog in Sendoff Spring deters any unwanted guest from finding the lake. It’s impossible to fly in since there’s no visible spot to land, and people on foot tend to get lost/turned around in the fog. Sometimes, these people even will pass out and wake back up at the entrance to the forest. Ghosts and those who can hear the dead/departed are exempt from this. They can hear the voices and whispers from the beyond, and these voices guide them to the spring. Ghosts are welcomed with open arms. Some do go there to find a place to call home, while others see it more as a pilgrimage; a place to see and experience at least once, without necessarily staying forever. If Giratina trusts someone enough, she will tell the ghosts of the Spring to guide said person through the fog whenever they show up, just so they can get to her place of residence without much trouble.
There’s a wide variety of ghosts that live within the spring. Dusknoir, Drifloon, Misdreavus, Lampent, etc… ghosts found naturally within Sinnoh, and even ghosts found in other regions have come to visit, or even to call the place their home. Some have been there for  years, some have been there for days. Some have stayed for a while and  left, while others have come back after leaving decades ago. They mingle with one another, with Giratina, and with her daughter, Elys. Some loiter in or around her house, though most ghosts generally prefer to be outside in the fog.
Anyone who does manage to make it through the fog somehow that isn’t a ghost will be met with harshness from these ghosts, as they feel it’s their duty to protect such a sacred place. Unless Giratina specifies otherwise, the ghosts will do everything in their power to drive said unwanted person away. With how powerful some of them can be, it isn’t out of the question for them to possibly kill the person, be it on accident or totally on purpose.
It really is like a giant ghost family. They spend time mingling, pranking each other, or playing in the fog. It’s a place for them to call home, avoiding the hatred/disdain directed towards them from the living, despite some of them doing nothing wrong at all. It’s a place they feel safe at, a place they know they’ll always be welcome in.

Some Overwatch in Crossthicc thoughts:
Omnics are pretty much as in canon, robots created to be menial labor who resented their lot in life, rose up and caused a massive war with tons of collateral damage and body counts. Unlike canon, though, they are far older; Crossthicc’s Omnic Crisis took place eons ago, and was part of the cataclysm that wrecked the multiverse. Additionally it wasn’t just Omnics but robots of all kinds (basically all intelligent robots that are not naturlaly revolving mechanical lifeforms), generally referred in positive tones by historians and is seen as having been a historical inevitability. There are many Omnics in the Endowed Nomad Fleet, generally super curvy fembots, but they are numerous enough to be present in all factions.
Note that, due to the much broader scope of Crossthicc, there is no garuantee that canon characters have any relation to each other, or even know one another unless specifically stated or are related.
Reaper may be the main Ghost Rider of this setting, given his powers and habits. Otherwise he is pretty much the same as in canon. This version of him g oes with the idea that his actions are deep cover spy games; he is a genuine hero here, if something of a total troll, and is the unofficial leader of Task Force X. He may be extremely old, dating back to the times of pre-spaceflight Earth. This would make him over four thousand years old; at the very least, he doesn’t’ age. Is a team dad to the Task Force, and scouts out poential recruits. Looks absolutely horrifying beneath the mask, but is legit a good guy, and a buff beefcake at that.
Widowmaker/Amelie Lacroix was at one point an assassin in service to a minor organization in service to the Ringers, but was freed of her programming. She has since taken her services to the Task Force in hopes of redeeming herself. Hyper hourglass and super limber, with spider-themed mutations and gadgets. She may be from a line of designer clones engineered to be absolutely Perfect. Also possibly from a sci-fi version of Dragon Age’s Orlais, which may be used in-setting as a Space France of sorts.
Winston: Originally from a technocratic society of hyper-intelligent sapient apes, from gorillas like him, to orangutangs and chimpanzees, some of which are anthro monster people, and others are not. A member of the Endowed Nomad Fleet, humbly considering himself a regular engineer but is one of their most respected and admired super-scientists, with many cybernetic intelligence enchancements, and an ace pilot of mechas and powered armor. In a close relationship with Athena/EDI (see below). He has some unspecified conflicts with a famous criminal warlord of his home society, Grodd (of DC comics) and they have polar opposite views on non-apes.
Pharah/Fareeha Amari: A super-soldier kitted out with high grade cybernetics and enhancement mods, she operates an ace custom suit of powered armor called the Raptora, capable of flight and massive bombardment, and can slot into a larger mecha for REALLY big fights. (It is patterned after her Thunderbird skin, aesthetically, and this version of her leans a bit more towards her First Nations ancestry.) A member of the Endowed Fleet, and she is also Endowed herself; a hyper curvy amazon, with obvious cybernetics and giant size. Also has explosion-based superpowers and falcon-themed mods, including feathery hair, talon fingers, and even genuine hawk wings.
Ana Amari: Mother to Fareeha, and a Fullmetal Alchemist-styled alchemist, mixing up and experimenting with mods and power-up potions. Despite her age, she is far younger than she looks, appearing even younger than her daughter. She’s got more hips than Fareeha’s curve balance does. Can use her alchemy skill offensively, and acts as a combat medic otherwise, and works as a doctor aboard the fleet. Is also Endowed herself.
Symmetra/Satva Vaswani: Member of the Endowed Fleet, and she is also Endowed herself; hyper hourglass, with an extremely small waist and absolutely massive hips/bust ratio. Not really bio-modded, but makes heavy use of cybernetics to make herself impossibly limber, agile and ludicrously fast. A physicist and gadgeteer in excellent standing on the fleet! Specializes in a variety of ‘hard pixel’ the fleet uses as a somewhat plausible take on hard light, and uses powers to weaponize it somewhat. Fairly close with Jade Harley, in a friendly rival way, as their technological discoveries are similar. (they have probably fused.)
Other characters below!
Zarya: Independant, originally part of a group dedicated to fighting kaiju and from the same broad group that includes the likes of the Neon Genesis Evangelion characters, and the as-yet-undetermined cast from Pacific Rim. She fought on the ground, using potent biological enhancements, though she has a lot of conflict over this, developing something of a fear of misuse of power. She’s otherwise a super soldier, and her dislike of robots stems from conflict with the Decepticons... which would give anyone a phobia of robotic life. The Dinobots love annoying her whenever they cross paths. Since her original group dissolved, she’s gathered a group of like-minded ‘protect the helpless from evil’ military-types and formed an informal mercenary band that takes helpful jobs. Mega-amazon body type, like canon but bigger, bustier, and with more obvious enhancements.
Zenyatta: An omnic who was born quite recently, his fabrication line going all the way back to the catacylsm. He is a Doctor Strange-style sorcerer, using potent magic harnessed from the realms and his enlightened understanding of the cosmos, as well as soul energy. Initially he was a monk studying within a vast and great library (possibly one belonging to a mighty knowledge spirit named Wan Shi Tong, possible one more mundane in nature), but when the Endowed Fleet came there seeking information, he joined them with a thirst to see the multiverse in person. He’s also a healing wizard, and helps restore damaged people and parts.
Angela Ziegler/Mercy: An incredibly ancient human, possibly around Reaper’s age, but she is something of a sci fi lich, though a very pretty one; preserved through unusual procedures to survive through the ages, radiating the healing energies she employs to restore others. Being technically undead has no effect on her ethics (as this setting doesn’t do that kinda thing), and she serves as an advisor to a large and multi-species federation going throughout the multiverse and trying to establish order. Hyper thicc MILF body type, with biomechanical angelic wings. She may also have an angel of some kind merged with her, until an unspecified task is done.
Bastion: Not the only one of their kind! The Bastions were a weapon originally created during the cataclysm in order to combat some terrifying menace, but resented being made to be unthinking weapons and rose up to claim their freedom. While few survived the conflict, the standard template to create them survived and has seen use in anti-Transformer conflicts. our bastion is an ancient and power one one, dating back to that ancient conflict in the cataclysm, but whatever happened was so intensely traumatic they cannot consciously remember it, and being forced to remember sends sthem into a terrified panic. Is mecha-sized here, and might be able to shift into a more fembot-style form for the heck of it? A member of the Endowed Nomad Fleet, usually happily wandering around the agriculture ships and taking care of the beasts and pets at the zoo facilities.
Athena/EDI: A composite character of Athena from Overwatch proper, and EDI from Mass Effect. A powerful AI so intelligent and mighty that she is actually a member of the God Squad, and may even be a goddess, or hit some kind of singularity that she is on that level. While she exists as one of the fleet’s ships, its systems are not powerful enough to truly embody her, and so she is not entirely online. She also exists as a wide variety of extremely curvaceous fembot bodies modeled after the same ones used by the likes of Aradia and others who download themselves into super curvy robot platforms. These are not quite powerful enough to express even a fraction of her power, but she is improving them all the time. In a close, romantic relationship with Winston (mirroring both her canon friendship, and EDI’s romance with the pilot Joker/Jeff Moreau). She is Endowed, and rumor suggests that she can transform her ship body into a massive ultra-thicc MILFy body, and gets larger the more powerful the ship is. In theory, her true humanoid forms could be larger than planets.
As Athena is probably a goddess, she does have a wide range of divine powers, usually themed around wisdom, guardianship, and strategy. Whether she is actually the Athena (since I’m still not too sure about using real life mythologies all over the place) is a matter of some debate. It might just be a name... or not.

Pokemon Sun Postgame Recollections *6
The endgame approaches for the Ultra Beast conservation project...
After catching four Kartanas in the previous episode, Nanu stopped by to update us on the history of Interpol’s interactions with the Ultra Beasts in the past. We didn’t quite get to the end of the story before Anabel got back to the motel, though.
Humorously, our final meetup location for this project, since Poni Island doesn’t have any motels, is at the floating restaurant on the west side of the Seafolk Village. Looks like Looker will finally get his long-delayed feast after all!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That’s a relief to hear! We already know that Anabel is so tired that she feels a need to hide it, so if she goes somewhere where the Ultra Beast isn’t, then we won’t have to worry about it eating her.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And the other shoe finally drops. So Interpol agent Anabel is a Faller, a human from another world.
Actually, this isn’t the first time Pokemon has touched upon the idea of other worlds. I believe there was some discussion of them during parts of XY and ORAS, particularly during the Delta Episode of the latter games, during which the governing bodies decide that the correct approach to dealing with an approaching Meteor of Destruction is to warp it into another world. I also remember that there was some discussion about XY being a sort of ‘soft reboot’, with the events of the previous three generations taking place in a different dimension. The breakpoint between regular RSE and ORAS, as I recall, was that Mega Evolution was discovered in ORAS-land but not in vanilla RSE.
Anabel being a Faller does kinda tie into the above theories, though:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
One of the few things Anabel remembered, albeit only vaguely and not in so many words, was that she used to be Salon Maiden of the Hoenn Battle Tower. No such position exists in the ORAS tower, which points to her ‘home’ dimension being that of original Emerald.
(Another brief aside: Looker’s postgame cameo in ORAS is basically limited to you finding him washed up on a beach, also amnesic. Does that mean he too is a Faller???) (if so that explains why the pairing Looker x Anabel is called “Fallershipping”)
Of course, Anabel having been found unconscious raises a whole bunch of other questions. Does prolonged exposure to Ultra Wormhole energy have a debilitating effect on humans who fall into the cracks between dimensions? Remember, we are also technically a Faller by dint of having visited Ultra Space briefly - yet we still have all our memories. Was it that we didn’t spend long enough in the other world, the fact we had Nebby to protect us, or something else that makes our situation different from Anabel?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
As we learned in the previous episode, Interpol apparently takes the “resources” in “human resources” pretty seriously when it comes to their use of Fallers in their ranks. Nanu clearly has not gotten over the loss of his former partner. Nor has Looker, for that matter, but the two of them deal with their loss very differently. Nanu basically just gave up and retired, whereas Looker threw himself into his work with reckless abandon.
It is strange that Anabel was promoted up in the ranks of Interpol so quickly, though. Usually the more senior members get first shot at promotions. Thus, either Interpol thinks Looker is still incompetent, or they had another reason to pull Anabel up - in this case, because they wanted to make sure Anabel had the rank necessary to justify sending her on this mission.
But if Anabel volunteered for this role, as Looker tells us, what does that mean?
Tumblr media
Ultra Beasts and Fallers... Both come from other worlds by chance, rather than by choice.
Tumblr media
Oh, right, this. Ultra Beasts confuse the residual radiation carried by Fallers by the radiation emitted by proper Ultra Wormholes, so they are both drawn to and incensed by them.
Tumblr media
Looker must have done some research prior to taking on the Ultra Beast mission - probably enough to know about Anabel’s backstory, but not enough to figure out all the ins and outs of what it meant. Nonetheless, it was enough for him to know that two people (one Trainer and one without a team) would be insufficient manpower to deal with the Ultra Beasts. And who better than the Champion, the strongest Trainer in Alola (who coincidentally also happens to be a second Faller) to join their team?
With the whole story out in the open, there’s just one small matter left to take care of before we take on the last Ultra Beast: a battle with Nanu, ostensibly to make the passing of the torch official.
Tumblr media
I had Silvally set to Fairy-type before this battle, so it was absolutely no trouble to sweep Nanu’s team.
Our win gets a rare smile from Nanu, who then leaves to go secure the actual perimeter of the last Ultra Beast’s hidey-hole.
Anyway, enough gabbling on about the past - we have a job to do! Namely, we need to go catch UB-05 Glutton, also known as Guzzlord.
Tumblr media
Resolution Cave is a place we have not yet been to. It’s a cave in the heart of Poni Island, in a part of the island you can’t go to before becoming Champion. So if you jump into the UB conservation project right away without going there yourself first, you’ll have to battle your way through a number of Trainers before you get to Guzzlord’s room. I’d already taken care of that stuff, though, which gave me access to a more convenient Fly point than the entrance to Vast Poni Canyon - specifically, it’s possible to Fly to the entrance of Poni Grove.
Guzzlord will only show up in the bottom-most floor of Resolution Cave:
Tumblr media
Guzzlord is Lv70, another 5 levels over the rest of the Ultra Beasts we’ve been fighting. Fortunately, his major stat is HP, which means that although he can take hits quite well, he doesn’t hit nearly as hard, even with a +2 Attack aura. That said, it took me two tries to catch him, because I accidentally one-shotted him with Fairy!Silvally’s Multi-Attack on the first try.
With Guzzlord captured, we can return to the restaurant we were using as a base. Anabel, thankfully, seems to be in better spirits - perhaps Looker’s bit of misdirection was sufficient to let her recover some of her strength. The two don’t discuss that particular tactic, however - at least, not in front of me, anyway.
Tumblr media
Although, if you read into this line and Anabel’s previous one, you might get the impression that Anabel is trying to obliquely thank Looker for his actions, without coming out and saying that she wasn’t up to the last task at the end.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Oops! I completely forgot that Wicke was in on this project too, despite being told after every step that we could talk to her to learn more about the Ultra Beasts we’d captured to date. I guess we’d better go down to her lab and properly thank her for her role in all of this.
But that can wait until the next episode, which will be the final in the vanilla Sun postgame series!

I was watching various Zelda and PokÊmon theory videos, and I... have a little bit of a thing. A theory, I mean.
The general gist of it is that Arceus is an Ultra Beast, came from Ultra Space, and created Solgaleo and Lunala. (And by extension Cosmog and Cosmoem.) This also has relations to Type: Null and Silvally, as well as the Aether Foundation and Necrozma.
PART ONE: Ultra Space
Arceus is the creator of the PokĂŠmon universe, for the uninitiated. The following are all of its PokĂŠdex entries from Generation IV to Generation VI:
Diamond: It is described in mythology as the PokÊmon that shaped the universe with its 1,000 arms.
Pearl, Y, and Alpha Sapphire: It is told in mythology that this PokÊmon was born before the universe even existed.
Platinum, Black and White, and Black 2 and White 2: It is said to have emerged from an egg in a place where there was nothing, then shaped the world.
Heart Gold and Soul Silver, X, and Omega Ruby: According to the legends of Sinnoh, this PokÊmon emerged from an egg and shaped all there is in this world.
Three (3) out of four (4) of these entries describe how it existed in a space of nothing before creating this world, some even going so far as to state that it came from an egg of sorts.
However, it might be apparent to everyone that eggs in the Pokémon universe don’t just pop out of nowhere. (Not that the Daycare/Nursery hands will tell you otherwise, but I don’t think they’d want the responsibility of explaining reproduction to some random tween/teen they just met.) It requires at least two Pokémon in the same egg group, or a Ditto and another Pokémon. Where am I going with this, you’re probably asking?
My conclusion: there are more of Arceus’ species in Ultra Space, and they are in their own egg group. The only reason Arceus is put in the Undiscovered Egg Group is because there is only one in this world and thus it cannot breed to create more. Ditto cannot replicate the biology of Arceus because of its origin in Ultra Space, and Ultra Space genetics being even more complicated than that of the Pokémon universe or even the one we reside it, which also explains why Ditto cannot breed with other Ultra Beasts.
A point you may be eager to dispute is that, in its Pokédex entries, Arceus’ egg is stated to have been born in “emptiness.” Ultra Space, of what little we see of it in Sun and Moon, is shown to be pretty empty, with the only other thing there being the Ultra Beasts. Another point to be made is that it’s described as Ultra Space, with “space” being the word that we humans use to describe both the void in between planets as well as the universe beyond Earth’s atmosphere. So, “emptiness” would be a fitting descriptor of Ultra Space.
PART TWO: Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, and Lunala (And Necrozma’s Here, Too)
Arceus has been shown to create beings that rule over and regulate the things it creates, like Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina, as well as Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie. Dialga rules and regulates time, Palkia rules and regulates space, and Giratina rules and regulates matter and antimatter. Azelf embodies willpower, Mesprit embodies emotions, and Uxie embodies knowledge. Arceus created these things to give order to the other Pokémon it created, including humans. So, what’s to say Solgaleo, the embodiment of the sun, and Lunala, the embodiment of the moon, weren’t created by Arceus as well? (And maybe even Necrozma, who seems to embody light, despite its black coloring.)
Well, let’s look at all their designs.
Solgaleo is quadrupedal and white, with golden accents, just like Arceus. It also has a white underbelly, again like Arceus, and a golden crown-like structure around its face and protruding from its main. The golden crown is similar to the structure around Arceus’ midsection.
Lunala is winged and actually has no legs, and is primarily indigo in color, but does still resemble Arceus. However, it does have bony white accents making up its main body and golden structures on the edges of its winds and tail. These golden structures also resemble Arceus’ hoop... thing.
With these similarities, and the fact that Arceus is more dissimilar to Lunala, it can be assumed that Arceus did, in fact, create them, but at least not at the same time. Arceus must have created Solgaleo first, making a commanding son who was the spitting image of itself. Then, Arceus created Lunala, an equally as commanding daughter who looked like itself, but not so much like itself. This order of creation mirrors how the Sun and the Moon in our world came into being: the Sun is simply a star, and formed like one. Then, the Earth and the Moon came. Nobody is exactly sure how the Moon got there, but it definitely was created after the Sun.
However, these Pokémon both started out as mere Cosmog, little embodiments of stardust and nebulae. After all, its entry in Sun states, “its body is gaseous and frail. It slowly grows as it collects dust from the atmosphere.”
Then, they evolved into Cosmoem, which represents the process of all the starstuff coming together, and this is evident in Cosmoem’s weight, which is 2204.4 lbs./999.9 kg. Its Sun entry also supports this, stating, “motionless as if dead, its body is faintly warm to the touch. In the distant past, it was called the cocoon of the stars.”
Then, it all expands into the Sun or the Moon, being Solgaleo or Lunala. This process is a mirror of how celestial bodies are actually created.
Another connection the Cosmog line has to Arceus and Ultra Space is their PokĂŠdex entries making multiple references to other worlds:
Cosmog, in Moon: In ages past, it was called the child of the stars. It's said to be a PokÊmon from another world, but no specific details are known.
Cosmoem, also in Moon: There's something accumulating around the black core within its hard shell. People think this PokÊmon may come from another world.
Solgaleo:
Sun: It is said to live in another world. The intense light it radiates from the surface of its body can make the darkest of nights light up like midday.
Moon: This PokÊmon is said to be a male evolution of Cosmog. At the activation of its third eye, it departs for another world.
Lunala:
Sun: It is said to be a female evolution of Cosmog. When its third eye activates, away it flies to another world.
Moon: Said to live in another world, this PokÊmon devours light, drawing the moonless dark veil of night over the brightness of day.
The only alternate worlds we know of in Pokémon, besides the one that the Mystery Dungeon games take place in, is Ultra Space. (And the Distortion World, but the Distortion World most likely resides in or is a part of Ultra Space. It’s a place beyond our dimension where the rules of our world don’t apply, after all.) So, using the powers of extrapolation, we can infer that the Cosmog line is from Ultra Space. Since Arceus is from Ultra Space, as stated earlier, and Arceus is know to create beings in that space to accommodate the Pokémon world, this makes sense.
Now, let’s take another thing I said and prove it: that Necrozma is the embodiment of light, and was also created by Arceus.
Actaully, it being the embodiment of light is pretty much canon. How? Well, it’s the Prism Pokémon with ability Prism Armor and the Move Prismatic Laser. Prisms are associated with light and their ability to split it into many colors. As well, its Moon entry says, “light is apparently the source of its energy. It has an extraordinarily vicious disposition and is constantly firing off laser beams.” It’s safe to say that Necrozma rules over light.
As for its connection to Arceus, Ultra Space, and the Cosmog line, its Sun entry says, “reminiscent of the Ultra Beasts, this life-form, apparently asleep underground, is thought to have come from another world in ancient times.” So, Necrozma isn’t dissimilar to the other Ultra Beasts (and is even encountered during the Ultra Beast post-game sidequest!), and is said to come from another world. This pretty much confirms that it comes from Ultra Space.
Another thing: Arceus most likely created it before Solgaleo and Lunala. Why? Because you can’t have a shining sun and radiant moon without light being there in the first place. Necrozma is like their big nonbinary sibling, basically. The reason it doesn’t look similar to Arceus is because Arceus is god and it can do whatever it wants.
In short: Arceus created the Cosmog line and Necrozma, and they’re ALSO from Ultra Space.
PART THREE: Type: Null, Silvally, the Aether Foundation, and... the Beast Balls?
Type: Null and Silvally are made to replicate Arceus. I know that, you know that, it’s basically canon. Silvally’s ability is called RKS System and is near identical to Multitype, and its shiny turns it yellow just like Arceus’ does, for Mew’s sake!
But... why?
It’s possible that the Aether Foundation knew of Solgaleo and Lunala’s status as Ultra Beasts and as being created by Arceus. Thus, they created it in order to contain them (Solgaleo and Lunala) and other Ultra Beasts. They might’ve hoped that its Arceus-like appearance, moves, and ability would remind all the Ultra Beasts of Arceus, thus making it easier to capture them. Type: Null and Silvally are also very powerful, the latter’s stats comparable to a Pseudo-Legendary’s.
And now for the Beast Balls, because I’m getting tired and this section is the shortest on its own:
The Beast Balls share similar design elements to the Cosmog Line, being blue with golden claw-like accents, and with Arceus, again with the accents. This would make sense, since they’re all Ultra Beasts.
Aaaaaand since I feel as though I’ve covered everything I wanted to, and that I’m tired, that will be all.

similar to how alola seems to draw in ultra beasts, sinnoh tends to draw in ghosts. one reason is that sinnoh has the weakest barrier between our universe and the distortion world, and with how there’s an open portal at the end of turnback cave, the energy from giratina’s world sort of… bleeds out into the sinnoh region. the incident at spear pillar with the portal being open didn’t help either, unleashing a massive amount of energy from the distortion world that can still be felt by ghosts and aura sensitive people/pokemon to this day.
now back to the portal in turnback cave. unlike the portal left open on spear pillar, this one is on a slightly smaller scale, and is contained in a walled off area, reducing the threat to the fabric of the universe around it. the energy that radiates from this portal drapes over sendoff spring as a whole. ghosts in particular are drawn to this energy, and the energy giratina herself exudes.
the fog in sendoff spring deters any unwanted guest from finding the lake. it’s impossible to fly in since there’s no visible spot to land, and people on foot tend to get lost/turned around in the fog. sometimes, these people even will pass out and wake back up at the entrance to the forest. ghosts and those who can hear the dead/departed are exempt from this. they can hear the voices and whispers from the beyond, and these voices guide them to the spring. ghosts are welcomed with open arms. some do go there to find a place to call home, while others see it more as a pilgrimage; a place to see and experience at least once, without necessarily staying forever. if giratina trusts someone enough, she will tell the ghosts of the spring to guide said person through the fog whenever they show up, just so they can get to her place of residence without much trouble.
there’s a wide variety of ghosts that live within the spring. dusknoir, drifloon, misdreavus, lampent, etc… ghosts found naturally within sinnoh, and even ghosts found in other regions have come to visit, or even to call the place their home. some have been there for years, some have been there for days. some have stayed for a while and left, while others have come back after leaving decades ago. they mingle with one another, with giratina, and with her children. some loiter in or around her house, though most ghosts generally prefer to be outside in the fog.
anyone who does manage to make it through the fog somehow that isnt a ghost will be met with harshness from these ghosts, as they feel it’s their duty to protect such a sacred place. unless giratina specifies otherwise, the ghosts will do everything in their power to drive said unwanted person away. with how powerful some of them can be, it isn’t out of the question for them to possibly kill the person, be it on accident or totally on purpose.
it really is like a giant ghost family. they spend time mingling, pranking each other, or playing in the fog. it’s a place for them to call home, avoiding the hatred/disdain directed towards them from the living, despite some of them doing nothing wrong at all. it’s a place they feel safe at, a place they know they’ll always be welcome in.
