Rewatching Merlin and I think the reason Arthur’s personality started going downhill again in S2 is because BBC’s writers wanted to introduce Gwen as a love interest to him and realized (too late) what they did in S1 between Arthur and Merlin— damn they’re going around drinking poison for each other, dreaming of one another, making oaths and envisioning their kingdom together, welcoming death if it means the other would survive, staring. STARING. They’re gay. We made them gay. Holy shit.

Firstly because you can see in Rio’s face that she is insanely horny

Like really really horny

Second, their faces. I just can’t handle all the details of their faces.

You can feel the fondness. How much the memories are there and they treasure all the “good old days”

For the first time there is no apparent hard feelings. Even though Agatha is planning on how to frame Rio to the rest of the coven, the air is light

There is no hate. No regret. No resentment. Only the longing feeling.

And also Rio’s soft touch, fixing Agatha’s clothes with care, delicacy, and it’s like they’ve never left each other. It’s natural, it’s sweet, it’s a simple act of caring of people who belong with each other

They really are chest to chest and heart to heart.

I love just slowly scrolling through this scene to enjoy every detail cuz it is almost as intimate as the hug in the woods.

Thought it was worth rambling about. I just love them so much.

fucking love worf and martok's dynamic so much they really do think the most of eachother. martok's a successful general who worked his way up from a low social standing when we meet him, his troops have faith in him, he has the ear of the chancellor, he's a popular guy -- and he's completely obsessed with world's biggest weirdo social outcast worf. and it's not like a charitable kind of "oh this guy's got no friends, i'll look out for him" kind of thing, he fully looks at worf and sees the klingon ideal of a warrior. and i think he's perpetually surprised by worf's extremely heroic tendencies like he'll be watching him do some main character of an epic fantasy kind of shit embodying the values of their people in the way you long give up on expecting once you're an adult in the real world, and he's thinking "is this guy real?? is he real???" and not only is he real, he pretends he's not hiding behind martok at parties to avoid talking to people.

Call me homophobic, but I don't actually think it's great representation to stick a complex, dynamic, newly-realized bisexual character permanently with a flat, boring, underdeveloped love interest just because that was the first guy who showed interest.

I’m going to say this one with my whole chest: OG Gossip Girl writers fucked up BAD by abandoning this couple and letting all this work go down the drain. The enemies to friends to lovers arc was exquisite and they had chemistry, and the same intellectual interests and pursuits. Plus, with her running the Upper East Side from Day 1, and him being exposed as Gossip Girl in Season 6, their power hungry antics were the definition of match each other’s freak. Argue with your mama on this one, idc idc

They actually had Sam send several texts to Castiel and then stare at the lack of response like a lovesick forlorn thirteen year old. Supernatural did that. And then had them gasp each other's names when they were reunited like they were long lost lovers who thought they'd never see each other again.

Really, the last three seasons of Supernatural were underrated.
