I have been inactive the last couple of months, so I want to make it up with a little celebration🌸

“Aren’t you a chubby cutie...”

You woke up to someone kissing and biting at your neck.

It was a strange sensation that coursed through your throat, and shoulders.

”B...Be...n?” You whispered.

”Not quite.”

Another young man, who wasn’t Ben, was floating in this black void realm with you. He looked around 18 and he was EXTRA close to you. Unlike Ben he had gray skin, a cap and a hoodie on. But like Ben he had bleeding red eyes.

”I’m Lost Silver,” he whispered.

His voice had an echo to it.

You tried to swim back away from him- from this potential threat- but then you see he has no limbs to grab you with. He has bloody stumps for arms and legs.

He tilted his head at you, blood dropping from his eyes onto his gray hoodie. Then a smirk came across his face.

He clicked his tongue, licking his pearly whites and then these red symbols appeared.

They were glowing and made a weird humming sound. They formed into two arms and legs, making hands and feet- that latched onto Lost Silver’s limbless stumps. 

You were too shocked to move.

They shot out (his new arms) and grabbed you, pulling you close to him.

You screamed.

A crackle of electric waves suddenly shot out in between the both of you- greenish blue one- separating you both.

”Maybe,” admitted Lost Silver, showing little to no emotion. This only seemed to anger Ben more.

Ben’s eyes turned from black and red irises to a complete blue-ish green color, filling the whole eye.

He moved his fingers in Lost Silver’s direction- it was such a small gesture but it caused a huge lightning bolt to zoom straight for Lost Silver.

Lost Silver’s symbols swiftly moved swiftly, from the red door to protecting him, like a barrier.

You gave him one last look, before opening the red door, going through it and finding yourself back at wherever you called home.

I'm going to do a quick summary of each of my characters, for the sake of perhaps sparking someone's interest in writing with one of my sweet girls. If anyone is interested, please feel free to like or comment here and I will come to you !!

S o p h i a P e l e t i e r. We all know Sophia from season one of The Walking Dead. I do have my own spin on her, given that I've aged her up a bit ( as I'm not comfortable writing a child character -- to each their own, it's just not for me ). So, in my version, she was around 17 years old during the time of the initial outbreak. That said, when she was separated from the group, Sophia was chased away from the road by more walkers and unable to find her way back. She is very fearful of the dead, but not so much toward other survivors. Dangerous optimism or perhaps just naivety -- either way, it is very easy to establish a connection with her, given that she is a very sweet girl . . . but she's not going to be much help in a fight.

E l e a n o r B r o o k s. Before the outbreak, Eleanor was just a normal girl with a bit of a co-dependency on her older brother. She was an elementary school teacher ; she loved her job and the children, and often took it upon herself to care for them as if they were her own -- given that she had never had the time to settle down and start a family of her own. When things started to go downhill, Eleanor's brother ( Denver ) was quick to get the two of them out of the city. The pair lived out of his truck for months, never really finding a place to call home, but it did feel safe . . . enough. After an uncertain amount of time, the two found themselves scavenging abandoned homes for food or supplies -- just as everyone else. But they found themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time, when the Claimers stumbled upon the home that the two had been shacked up in. Denver put himself in between the strange men and his sister, allowing her time to hide . . . but his death wound up being in vain. She was found and taken by one of the Claimers, a man named Jericho. Later, after discovering an unplanned ( and very much unwanted ) pregnancy, Eleanor made her escape after attacking Jericho in his sleep. She's been on the road, trying to put enough distance between herself and the men, knowing that they would likely track her down again.

M u r p h y C r a n e.

Very loosely based on Murphy from Z Nation ( the name was just kind of a coincidence, because I love the name Murphy for a girl ). Murphy's life was very normal growing up ; she was an only child and her home life was really good. When she was in high school, her father was diagnosed with cancer, and the family was always in and out of hospitals. It was never something that she complained about, and often found herself being the one to accompany her father on his trips. Though, during one of his hospital stays, things took a turn. Military were crawling all of the place, panic spread about while patients were forced to keep to their rooms. When gunfire started, that's when her parents took initiative to get her out of there as quickly and safely as possible. Her father stayed as a distraction, while Murphy and her mother ran. It as a decision that would always haunt her -- leaving him to die like that. Her mother, however, wound up doing something similar months down the road. During a supply run with her mom, Murphy was bitten by a walker ( along the top of her shoulder ). She was brought back home, where she was made comfortable and bandaged up. But the symptoms began soon after : fever, cold sweats, nausea, the indescribable pain in her bones, the whole nine yards. It was something that her mother couldn't handle, it seemed. Murphy was told that she was just going out to get some medicine -- anything to try and help her . . . but her mother never returned. Murphy's wound healed over and she's now known to be immune from the infection. The dead don't seem very interested in her anymore, finding that she can simply walk right past them without batting an eye ( she won't, because she's very fearful of them given her trauma ). This is a very well kept secret -- she is terrified of what might happen to her if anyone were to find out about her immunity. She doesn't want to be a lab rat.

These two characters have been living in my head rent free lately and I thought to myself, Spider and Madi would make an epic duo fighting alongside each other and even being friends.

A) Both are orphans of war

B) They both share parent trauma (Spider’s parents died attempting to protect what they thought was humanity’s only way to survive, and Madi’s parents died attempting to keep her safe against the Fleimkepas and other warriors in the last minutes of Praimfaya before the Earth was scorched in fire)

C) Both have grown up in a forest (Spider in Omatikaya territory, and Madi in Shallow Valley)

D) They’re both children turned teens that carry a lot of baggage for such a young age and are very aware of it

E) They both wish to be normal

D) They’re both loyal, stubborn, independent, selfless and loving

F) They’re not afraid to fight back

G) Their genetics makes them different from everyone else (Spider is a human amongst Na’vi, Madi is a natural born Natblida amongst red blooded Grounders)

H) Speak another native language besides English (Spider Na’vi Omatikaya dialect, Madi Trigedasleng)

I) Both are allies to clans related to trees (Spider = Omatikaya living in the forest, Madi = Trikru also living in the forest)

J) Their allies have human enemies (Omatikaya = RDA humans, Trikru = the Mountain Men)

K) They’re both adopted by others in a way without calling them “mom” or “dad” (Spider = Norm and Max, Madi = Clarke)

L) Both have curly hair!

M) They’ve been taken at least once by evil forces (Spider taken by RDA and Recoms, Madi taken over by Sheidheda and The Primes of Sanctum)

N) Both know how to use weapons to defend and attack (Spider = bow and knife, Madi = swords, knives, guns, and traps)

O) Both are surrounded by future tech (Spider = RDA, Madi = Eligius)

P) Both are involved in some type of neural connection (Spider surrounded by Eywa and living creatures using queues, Madi with The Flame mind chip embedded in her skull)

Q) Both we’re tortured via invasive mind surfing devices (Spider by the RDA, Madi by The Disciples)

R) Both like to joke around, have fun, and try not to think about the craziness of the world around them other than the happy memories they can make

S) They look out for kids near their age (Spider with the Sully siblings, and Madi with Luca and the Sanctumite children)

T) They’re both children born into wars they didn’t ask to be a part of, but stay strong for those they care about and make the best of their situations

U) Both wear some type of paint on their bodies (Spider with blue paint, Madi with her own blood)

P E R S O N A L I T Y  

When asked about, people tend to describe Michaela as a total girls girl. She's kind and genuinely cares for others. She's never been the type to try to bring someone down to help herself. Michaela will always consider everyones feelings. But that doesn't mean she's a push over either. Her kind heart doesn't mean she'll hesitate to put someone in their place. Especially when it comes to her children, 'Mama Bear' is always ready for them. She's a very active and hard working woman. Doesn't let anything stop her from her goals. Which isn't a bad thing, but has gotten her in trouble from time to time. Mainly when she was younger, but once in awhile even now.

H E A D C A N O N S

Growing up, Michaela was always someone who other's would describe as "ahead of her times." She'd run around like most children, but also had moments where she'd just stop and really think about things that most children didn't. She didn't just accept most things told to her. As soon as she could read, the girl didn't stop researching anything and everything. She needed to know the why's and how things could change. She always knew she wanted to be a doctor. The only thing that changed was what she'd specialise in. She wanted to help everyone and focusing on one thing didn't always sit right with her. Micha just wanted to do it all and help everyone. The old she got, the more she was able to realise what seemed to call out to her. Due to always being so into school, she was able to get into a school of her choice and graduated at the top of her glass. When she was twenty, she found out she was pregnant, and while it hadn't been part of her plan in that moment... She knew she wanted a family. So she decided to not only keep the baby, but also to not let it stop her from her goal. A lot of people judged her for not slowing down. They all assumed she'd overwork herself but she proved them all wrong. Even before her kids were born, she was setting examples for them. Having Beckett changed her life. Michaela wasn't a selfish perseon, but all her goals shifted. They became goals she wanted for her family. She wanted to prove that if you want something badly enough, you can do it. So she always encouraged her kids to go after what they wanted. Nowadays, Michaela is still pretty much the same. She has everything she's ever wanted. With all the threats, she has been on edge a little because she's afraid to have any of it taken away from her.

What is Numerology?

Numerology is a pretty old technique that uses numbers to assess the character and destiny of any given person. It can also be used to check the nature of a new pet, business, and anything else with a name and/or a start/birth date. This can also be paired with a simple form of astrology for more accurate predictions, or used on its own. A simple search on the Britannica website for ‘numerology’ will give you an extremely short article. But, I pulled the following quote from there: “The theory behind numerology is based on the Pythagorean idea that all things can be expressed in numerical terms because they are ultimately reducible to numbers.” 

However, numerology was practiced in Ancient India (in the Vedas) and China (in the I Ching) which were, coincidentally, before Pythagoras/the Pythagorean Brotherhood’s time. But, since the way Pythagoras taught his method of using numerology seemed to have truly stuck with most other cultures around the world, this way of numerology is the most accessible. The ancient Greeks, Romans, and Hebrews also used number systems based on the letters of their alphabet; but the numbers we have today came from the Arabs.

Let’s get to the fun part!

How do I use Numerology?

So, Numerology in my opinion, is the absolute easiest form of divination. Just remember to take notes as you go, and you’ll be fine! 

Or, you can reach out for help from someone you trust that knows numerology; or you can reach out to literally anyone on the internet willing to teach this, but be careful with that one… I believe knowledge should be free, but that’s not the case with a few other people, I’ve heard. So if they ask for a payment, make sure you’ve truly looked at their blog/page. If their vibe doesn’t sit right with you, don’t do it. Money can make good people funny. And not in a good way.

Okay! Let’s get back to this topic. How do I/you use numerology? Super easy. There are two SUPER common types of numbers, and they are usually the first thought in people’s head when they think about Numerology as a whole. They are the Destiny and Life Path numbers!

The difference between these numbers is that the Destiny number shows your life’s purpose and the pattern by which you’ll achieve that, and the Life’s Path number is usually used to make forecasts about one's future. 

I’ll make a separate post on what the numbers 1—9 mean, because that’s what we’re going to be working with for right now; but in the meantime, let me explain what you’ll need to figure out your numbers!!

Materials:

Your Full Name

Your Date of Birth

Pen/pencil

Paper

Calculator (optional)

It’s not a super complex mathematical formula that we’ll be using, just some basic addition!

Also!! If you are transgender, or nonbinary; or you’ve changed your name for any reason—PLEASE use the name YOU HAVE CHOSEN for yourself! If you’re comfortable with it too, you can also use the old/dead name to compare the potential outcomes of your life! If you’re not too comfortable with that, don’t sweat it!

Okay, so you’ve got your materials; cool beans, now what? You’re now going to assign the letters of the alphabet numbers!

Instructions: 

Write the numbers 1—9 across the width of the paper. So you’re going to write out:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9, making sure they’re spaced out enough to write in columns beneath them and not have things overlapping. For ease of reading!

Put the letters beneath the numbers in the order I have listed:

A,J,S under 1.

B,K,T under 2

C,L,U under 3

D,M,V under 4

E,N,V under 5

F,O,X under 6

G,P,Y under 7

H,Q,Z under 8

I,R under 9.

Now, spell out your FULL NAME!! 1st, middle (if you have it), last and anything after that! You’re now going to add up the numbers! I like to keep my number in three separate rows, so my first name has one, middle the second, and last the third line.. Just for the sake of keeping things readable/not too overwhelming.

My numbers, just because I don’t want to give my full name out on the internet; are:

24, 29, 29. But! We need one number between 1 and 9. If you do 24+29(2)=82, you can then simplify my numbers to: 8+2=10, 1+0=1.

What we did here was we found our Destiny number. Pretty neat right?

Let’s do our life path number as well.

Get your birthday written out, it doesn't matter if you use the UK, US, or any other style of writing out dates, because they will always add up to the same number!

Mine is: 12/20/2003. I’ve got it pretty easy, because there’s a bunch of 0’s in mine and I’m working with small numbers.

1+2+2+0+2+0+0+3=10, 1+0=1. And BOOM! We have our life path number as well.

Alright, closing this up in a bit but some last things, the story of thieves tale can follow the original story of 2014 Reboot Thief with a pov of Sans(Garret) instead of Frisk(Erin)(Ghost no kill run 100% complete) with a lot of switched around characters and some past d e a t h of important characters you would probably be depressed over.

Tae likes to watch documentaries with you,, not just ones on animals (though David Attenborough is Tae's hero) but on anything

B = Baby (Do they want a family? Why/Why not?)

He doesn't want many kids, 2 maximum, but he'd love to foster kids and maybe adopt one someday

Animal sanctuaries and rehabilitation centres can be one if the locations he'll take you but a classic Tae Young date is a picnic in the park

When he saw how gentle and patient you are with his doves, it was his first time letting anyone, let alone you, near his doves so seeing you handle then with such care really affected his heart lmao

The most gentle probably,, he spends a lot of his time tending to injured animals, especially Doves, so he has a gentle touch by default at this point

H = Hands (How do they like to hold hands?)

He likes to hold your hand and fiddle with it,, whether that be swinging both of your hands between you as you walk or simply playing with you fingers

I = Injury (How would they react if you got hurt?)

P calm,, again he handles injured animals everyday, he'll take care of you np

J = Jealousy (Do they get jealous?)

Nah,, he might get a bit huffy, like T, about lack of attention but Tae trusts you too much to be jealous

V softly,, it's incredibly sweet.

Watching the first blue planet documentary with you,, you just let him ramble on about and actually listened, it was v nice :))

Tae brings you flowers all the time but they're not exactly bought flowers,, if you ask for something he'll buy it for you but otherwise he doesn't think of buying gifts all that often

O = Orange (What colour reminds them of their other half?)

White like his doves,, pure, innocent and loving

Tae doesn't really use pet names, no reason really either

For himself,, he'd watch funny animal videos with you and tell you fun facts about each one as it pops up on screen
