This one is neat for the concepts of inside his base in the game

Especially for this one for Eggman sitting in it in the chair that looks way too small for him in game while Shadow warps in!

I can't say for sure without the translation of what he's saying (really wish I had those for all of these) but it seems he was originally supposed to be sat there while Shadow entered, unlike the final game:

Eggman is already outside in his Egg Mobile, as we also see depicted in this concept, on the same page

It might be hard to tell because it's so small and pretty blurry (because the collection room doesn't even let you zoom in on Shadow Gens damn it) but that is Eggman in his Egg Mobile from the side outside the window lol

Just like this shot in the final game, from the same cutscene where he warps in:

So it seems this was indeed how this cutscene was originally supposed to go. Was Eggman originally going to be sat there while Shadow entered and then he tried to hop in the Egg Mobile and get away, perhaps? XD

Again, hard to tell when I don't know what the dialogue says but this is so awesome! New glimpses into Eggman in Shadow 2005, one of my favorite games and Eggman portrayals ever in 2024 is so cool :'D

And this one is REALLY interesting for how out of left field it is. It's drawn quite like a cover concept

The left side is definitely supposed to be Gerald. Note the lack of goggles and how his stache is shaped like Gerald's Shadow 2005 model that swoops downward more than Eggman's. Also lol he has white sclera just like Eggman does, checkmate :P But he appears to be somehow modified with metal with the scratches, bolts, and seams- or it's some kind of metal version of him perhaps?

Because Metal Sonic is there too, beheaded with Shadow looking badass holding it. Which is something else that's super intriguing, since Metal of course isn't in Shadow 2005 at all!

And also what's supposedly part of the same concept batch, titled "Shadow the Hedgehog stage concept", there's some metallic equivalent of the Biolizard, with Shadow's version of the fight and Finalhazard recreated

Wtf was going on in the early drafts for this game? Some type of possibly metallic Gerald, Metal Sonic, some metallic/robotic Biolizard inspired creation but it's a different creature? I'm so fucking intrigued!

I've always figured that Eggman and the androids were originally going to have a bigger role in Shadow 2005's story with how they set them up in Heroes and this heavily supports that in a completely new and different way like holy shit

Or there's the possibly that this was for a completely different game they considered before but it is listed just as "Shadow the Hedgehog concept" unlike how other concepts in the collection room art gallery have different game titles listed

Either way I'm gonna be thinking about this forever

Craig repeatedly calling out your name, also for attention. He pokes at your arm, cheek.. maybe even bite your arm softly.

Him holding you close in his sleep, his face stuffed in the nape of your neck. You lay your hand ontop of his that was around your waist, your abdomen feeling tingly and full of butterflies.

Him being so utterly embarrassed by his new braces he had to get that he tries avoiding you, but when you finally realize the problem you kiss his cheek reminding him he's cute either way.

Having matching backpacks togetherrr, most likely some space themed- lots of stars. He begged for it to be space themed you wanted something else but you eventually gave in to what he wanted, plus the stars were cute anyway

i mean, just look at this… how beautiful is this? do not even answer because there are not enough words in the dictionary to explain how gorgeous this is! just look at me with my wife ( a fictional video game character by the name of faith seed but still my wife ) just look at us! considering i have never really shown my full face on here before, she got my face so damn close to what i actually do look like which is so sweet to see! and faith just looks so amazing too, look at her pretty face and her beautiful dress :(

Yeah of course!!! Man poor Atsushi would be having,,, SUCH a hard time acclimating, humans and animals are very different, after all, and he isn’t used to being human all the time. Poor boy probably keeps losing his balance without his tail, at first. But! He’d definitely get attached, even if it’s weird, he loves the ADA- Especially baby sis Kyouka and Dazai!!! Though I do wonder if he’d be more or less aware of like, romantic feelings now? Hm... Food for thought, I guess. (Nyanon, 1/5)

And yeah, I’d imagine that staying a hybrid probably allowed Byakko to block most of his memories out, so now he has all this Trauma and he doesn’t know how to deal with it??? But yeah he’d definitely convince them that animals are valid helpers when he uses his buddies to get them out of a sticky situation!!! (Also the animals tease him about his big crush on Dazai while they, like, test him to make sure he’s Good Enough for Atsushi) And I’m glad you like the Crazy Cat Man AU! (Nyanon, 2/5)

It’s one of my favorites, to be honest, and just. Entirely self-indulgent, which means that Atsushi is definitely the ADA’s babie and of you hurt him you lose your head. And I’m always a sucker for Dazatsu but I’m torn on like,, Maybe they meet with Dazai still in the mafia? And because of Atsushi, he slowly starts to consider the idea of defecting before Oda dies- So possible Oda Lives AU, as well, with him eventually adopting Dazai? (Nyanon, 3/5)

On the other hand, they could meet right after Dazai leaves the mafia and after Oda dies, and maybe Atsushi ends up inviting him to the ADA, in a twist of their canon meeting? Because he sees the potential to be a good person in Dazai. I’m tooorrrnnn help me. And yes yes yes, Kyouka must get a video so she can Profit off of it later by gloating and then selling it to either Fukuzawa or or a zealous member of Atsushi’s harem. Another Nyatsushi Concept: While he doesn’t bring dead things as gifts (mainly because the orphanage beat it out of him), he’ll bring pretty leaves or feathers or rocks to the people he likes as gifts! No one can dispose of them because it’s cute and also it’ll make him sad, and Kyouka and Dazai both have an entire lockbox each of stuff he’s brought them. Fukuzawa almost cried when Atsushi gave him his first feather. (Nyanon, 5/5)

Well I think atsushi would definitely not be much aware of romantic feelings, but the animals would! several years of observing humans and seeing pretty much everything gives them a badge of honour and Observance and a pretty good degree in human-ology (they say, with pride), so they would definitely know when somethings up and when atsushi talks to them about the strange feelings he gets in his chest and stomach when it comes to dazai they just give him the knowing looks
