Was just talking in a Sonic Discord server, and someone mentioned how they were listening to the Sonic Boom soundtrack and found nothing enjoyable about it so far. SOMEHOW my thoroughly rotted ADHD brain made the conclusion that Sonic Boom -> currently celebrating Sonic CD's 30th anniversary -> Sonic Boom is a song that originated from that game -> they must be listening to the Sonic CD soundtrack and not enjoying it so far! So I respond with, and I quote, "Even if you don't end up enjoying the entire album all that much, I bet you'd at least find the B mix to Stardust Speedway to be an absolute bop". Because it is, in fact, a bop! It was then made immediately clear that, in actuality, they were actually talking about the soundtrack to Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric!

Yeah Poppy was amazing in TBT cuz she was supportive of Branch and all but can we also talk about how she was the first one to accept John Dory and not judge him based on Branch's part of the story but she actually wanted to learn the full story about their past? I wouldn't have this many if she was just a whole side character but gege made her to not be a side character and was made to be clearly important which is why I'm always pissed about her.

She has an interesting concept that was executed by a MOTHERFUCKER who could could give less of a fuck about developing a woman if it dosent involve gege sucking the dick of some male character randomly. She was so interesting to me especially with her backfire only to be given "oh she dosent care about herself bc she's in love with an emotionally constipated dumbass that she met once and he could give less of a fuck about her." The only reason he cares somewhat is because of some half assed guilt that gege wrote in there because he already wasn't beating the "idk women" allegations.

She has such an interesting vibe about her of being a vessel that has control still other than Yuji but that's because he was born for that shit who gaf. Hana was not. How did she live? How did she get to that point.

I honestly think she would've been better off without having any relations with Megumi but most think so. I want to know more about her but I don't trust gege. I honestly think she should've been a blacksmith or something but idk. She's interesting it's just she has the misfortune of being written by Gege as a plot device and stepping stone for a character that barely even changed. Even Higaruma has more and Kusakabe and THAT COUPON BITCH HAS MORE THAN HER BUT THAT GOES FOR MOST IF NOT ALL THE WOMEN IN JJK EXCEPT MAKI FUCKKKK.

unpopular vocaloid opinion: i wish the version of Big Al that was voiced by Michael King and sounded like Elvis was released and i'm actually so sad that he wasn't. a lot of people think his voice sounds weird and bad and even a little creepy but i think he's one of the most unique Vocaloid voices ever and i cannot think of any other Vocaloid who sounds like him and does what he does. the bit of singing we get in his demo song (the slow rap one) sounds really impressive (i LOVE the vibrato) and i think he could have been a really versatile voicebank if he were properly finished and fittingly tuned to match the vocal style he's inspired by. his voice sounds very crisp and high quality and has a ton of detail that makes him sound very realistic, which is pretty damn good for a V2 Vocaloid!! admittedly, his singing in the 'I Feel Good' demo is a bit dodgy, but he sounds really good in the other two demos, and like... he's trying his best and i lovw him :) the version of Big Al we did get is just... not really it for me. he doesn't have that unique gruff sounding voice and he can sound really iffy in his high ranges. don't get me wrong, his voice is really good and i do like his final incarnation!! he's just not as unique as he could have been. a lot of the more experimental Vocaloids went unreleased and that really saddens me because they all had so much potential. plus his original Elvis Frankenstein's Monster design goes so hard

bonus: Sweet Ann is a great vocaloid and her design wasn't really that bad, it just clashes with the rest of the anime-inspired designs of the other vocaloids. the fire-like background on her box art is absolutely hilarious, yes, but also i really genuinely love her original design a lot. it's so unique and it's actually really pretty!! i love the classic vibe she has going and like Big Al, there's no Vocaloid who's really like her. i think they really did Ann dirty with her redesign, like the design itself is good but it's just not Sweet Ann. they took everything that was special and unique about her away and now she looks kinda bland (at least compared to how she originally looked), and plus, they made her skin tone super light to the point where she just looks like a completely different person to the original Ann. like who tf is this character and what did she do with the original Sweet Ann 😭
