Conrad blushed, and Kris again stepped forward. "It's a bit over the top and everyone always gets too flirty on Sakura tea, but if you're not doing anything, the more the merrier."

Heather was afraid to speak, trying not to stare at his gorgeous blue eyes, but she wanted him to say yes.

"I'd love to." Conrad grinned, but they were interrupted when Gord sped across the plaza to chase a raccoon. "Damn, and he's off. Gotta go!" He called after her while trying to catch up with his dog. "I'll meet you at the festival tomorrow. Four o'clock?"

Endings week Season 5 countdown tag game

Doing this right away because I'm pretty sure I forgot last week's @lonestar-s5countdown

1) Which 911 Lone Star season finale is your favorite? Gotta be season 4 - the tarlos wedding. Though season 3 with the 3:18 proposal in 3x18 was good too!

(2) What was your favorite moment from the season 4 finale? The tarlos wedding obviously. Tommy singing for them and both of them getting a little teary eyed, TK holding onto his husband's (!!!) arm, Carlos telling his mum it was the best night of his life, their vows (!!!), both of them being romantic idiots, "You are the key that unlocked me" "You are the dream I would not allow myself to have", "You saw me for the man I hadn't yet become" "I vow to take care and nurture your heart as if it was my very own", Paul officiating (!!!), the two of them in their own little bubble dancing in the background, the cake smash scene!!! (I don't care that it was deleted - it counts).

(3) Are there any storylines that you would like to see brought back for a more satisfying conclusion? Not so much a conclusion but I'd like to see Carlos' sisters again - just to see their dynamic with him some more. We barely saw them at the rehearsal dinner and then the next time was Gabriel's funeral. I want to see them tease their little brother, I want TK to join in and just interact with his in laws other than Andrea.

Or if we're going full delusion - Gabriel. He had to fake his death and now Carlos is solving his 'murder' and when the bad guy is locked up, he comes home to be with his family and see his son happily married to the love of his life.

(4) Pick one character and tell us where you hope to see them at the end of season 5. I think most of all I want *everybody* to have a happy ending. though i don't know how likely that's going to be if they really do what I think they'll do with Judd's storyline.

And maybe for Owen to have a FRIEND. No more random girlfriends young enough to be his daughter.

(5) What is one thing you really want to see before the show ends? An announcement abc (or any other network) has picked up the show? Nancy and Marjan kiss and fall in love and live happily ever after? (shush let me live in denial) On a more realistic note... I think I'd like Andrea and Owen to bond over losing their partner/the other parent of their child/children and Judd will probably be joining that club too this season I want tarlos to be a united front with whatever drama comes their way this season. No fighting between them please. I'm curious about Carlos' new work partner (RIP Lexi Mitchell, you'll always be famous) and even though I think it'll be like the Cooper of it all, I really hope it won't be. Carlos would absolutely never cheat, and TK knows it, but I don't particularly want him to be "jealous" of how much time Carlos is spending with New Guy for work. And I want at least one Catan crew hang at the tarloft. I want tarlos to be That Couple that's constantly making heart eyes at each other, telling the other they missed them when they've been apart for more than 5 minutes, just being all loved up and obnoxiously happy. Carlos went to the store to get more snacks, was gone for maybe 20 minutes, slides the door open, and TK all but jumps up from his seat to greet him with a kiss.

Prayer requests for week of March 11, 2024

1. Geri:  I am homeless and jobless. Please pray that     God will help me find a place to live and a job.

2. Krista:  Hi, prayer warriors, I am humbly looking for help. I    am having suicidal thoughts and have low faith. Could you pray for my healing and renewed faith. Thanks for all you do prayer warriors!

3. Windea:  I unexpectedly lost my job in December.   Financially I am struggling and cannot pay all of of my bills. I have serious health issues and no longer have insurance so I'm unable to fill my prescriptions. My mental health is severely suffering. I know God is in control, but this season is beyond difficult to go through. Please pray that I get a job making enough money to pay all of my bills. Thank you all for your prayers. It means so much to know that I have brothers and sisters in Christ praying on my behalf.

4. Juli:PRAISE REPORT:  l asked for prayer from        the SoupMobile Prayer Warriors to get a job and I received two offers of which I have chosen one. Thank you to everyone who prayed for me and thank the Lord.

5. Laurie:  I am blessed to be a prayer warrior.             Please pray for Jill, my daughter-in-law. She is scheduled for brain surgery this coming week. Beatrice Pinscher (nee, Feathers) was a wife of Roscoe, mother of Minerva, and sister in law of DeSoto. She is working in a shopping mall as a shopkeeper in women’s department. In early 20s, she had a blind date with Roscoe who was introduced as an accountant. Immediately, she developed romantic attraction due to his good looks, witty sense of humor and gentleman-like behavior. After several dates, Roscoe proposed to her as she accepted, soon got married as he resides in the penthouse with her. Year later, she gave birth to their daughter Minerva.

Although Roscoe had lingering feelings for the former prostitute Rita, Beatrice does her best to balance her work and her role as a mother. There were times she internally questioned his fidelity whenever he came home late with different scent, slightly unkempt hair, and occasional disregards of her need of affection. It didn’t help when she told the fellow workers how she met her husband, they remarked he is type of a “Casanova” or a “playboy” due to his appearance and mannerisms. However, her suspicions temporarily dies down when he showers her with affection. At one point, as their daughter Minerva was turning 5 and prepares to be the 1st grader, she encountered Rita and finds the same scent Roscoe had when returning home. While enraged within, she decided to focus on her role as a mother as she had no living evidence her husband cheated. At first day of school, Beatrice was relieved when her daughter made a friend with a boy named Oliver. Unbeknownst to her, Roscoe’s remaining feelings for Rita disappeared as he spent more time with her and their daughter, growing to love them as he become genuinely in love with Beatrice.

When Oliver and Jenny has been absent, Beatrice expressed concern as Minerva misses them. Another day, when she was with Jenny’s mother Rose Maylie and other mothers, Nancy came with evidences regarding of Oliver and Jenny’s disappearance, including the ones involving child-trafficking and illegal business by Sykes, Roscoe, DeSoto and Edward “Monks” Leeford. Initially, Beatrice was shock and unable to handle the horrifying truth, but with her suspicion of her husband’s infidelity was believed to be true along with said evidences that her husband was a criminal, she made a heartbreaking decision for the sake of her daughter’s future; divorcing and renouncing Roscoe. When her husband returned after the death of Sykes, Beatrice demanded explanation of his “business”, his involvement with Fagin and the gang (especially, Rita), and of child-trafficking. As Roscoe reluctantly admitted all, she wrecked their framed wedding photo, shredded her wedding dress, and forcibly took off a wedding ring from his finger, claiming she can’t have a husband and her daughter’s father to be a criminal before tossing it at the burning fireplace. She walked from the house as Roscoe—in a disoriented, broken heart and remorse—picked the ring from it, causing his hand to get burnt yet he kept it in his burnt left hand even when he was arrested, revealed she has called the police to arrest him.

She was not present in the court when Roscoe and DeSoto were trialed for their crimes and sentenced 20 years. With Roscoe’s crimes revealed to the public, many students refused to befriend Minerva due to a fear of her being a daughter of child-trafficking criminal. However, Beatrice was grateful of Oliver, Jenny and other students for remaining friends with her daughter. Beatrice also personally apologized to Fagin’s gang, including Rita, for the misdeeds Roscoe has done, later becoming friends with Rita. One day, Beatrice once thought of visiting her ex-husband, but witnessed her daughter destroying the dresses Roscoe bought for her and asked why she was destroying the gifts her father bought. Minerva replied that Roscoe is no father of hers for abusing her friend Oliver, breaking her mother’s heart and ruining her life. This caused Beatrice to hardened her heart to never trust men again and decided not to visit Roscoe. Although her sympathetic colleagues offered a blind date for her or several men asked her out, Beatrice rejected them all to be a strong woman.

Scream 3 1. Dewey was unhealthily obsessed with Sidney. He was the third killer during Billy and Stu's murders. He tied up loose ends and stalked Sidney. He was tired of being the town laughingstock and tired of being the butt of Tatum's jokes. So he convinced Billy and Stu to help him. They'd become infamous, while Dewey would be seen as the hero and get the girl he always wanted, but that never happened. If he can't have SIdney, no one can. Jennifer was someone that Gale fucked over to get the Woodsboro gig. It was supposed to be hers. Gale took everything from her and she wanted revenge. So Dewey and Jennifer come together and enact their plan.

Scream 3 2. Milton is the mastermind. He essentially wants to tie up loose ends. If the story of Maureen gets out, his studio and the Stab franchise is finished. So Milton decides to use his son Roman and his new actress for Sidney to kill all ties to Maureen Prescott, finally ending with Sidney's death. Roman's motive remains the same and Angelina's motive is her cut motive was her being obsessed with Sidney, taking the role of Sidney and wanting to become Sidney.

Scream 4:Judy was in love with Billy Loomis and jealous of Sidney. Rebecca would be selling the story of Sidney's tragic demise.

Unbeknownst to Sidney and Neil, Maureen had an affair with her brother in law before Sidney was born. This led to the destruction of Kate's one and only marriage and Neil later found out after Maureen's death. Kate initially planned her solo revenge around the time the events of the first Scream took place, she's spent years mad that her love life was destroyed by Maureen and inevitably told Neil, who feels his life was derailed by his wife's actions. Sidney isn't their main target, they plan to target people in their lives who did nothing to help them or they felt contributed to their personal struggles. For Neil, it's those who Maureen had affairs with, ie. Cotton Weary, Hank Loomis. For Kate, it's family who continued to associate with Maureen despite knowing the truth and her ex-husband. Jill kills Neil, Sidney kills Kate, Jill's friends become collateral damage. Jill and Sidney become extremely close after this as they're the only close family they have left.

Scream 5:Embracing his uncle’s legacy and attempting to turn Sam into his partner for her to embrace her father’s legacy. This time, the Macher is the mastermind and groomed Tara to be his partner like Richie did.

Tara’s motive would be Sam left her. Her father left her. Her mother is a drunken whore and Wes was obsessed with her and the only guy she liked was stolen from her. Her life was shit and it started the moment that Sam left her. Vince enters her life and they plan to get back at Sam for leaving her and they'd discover something interesting. Not only is Sam the daughter of Billy, but Tara is the daughter of Stu. If Vince can't have the daughter of Billy, he can have his cousin work with him and fulfill Stu's legacy. It would end with Sidney killing Vince while Sam has Tara at her mercy, but she can't kill her. She leaves her alive and makes things interesting as the only Ghostface to be captured alive with Tara promising that she will finish what she started with Sam just hoping she can bring her sister back.

Scream 6. Gale's motive. She needs Ghostface. Her fame is slipping and she lost Dewey. But no one can profit off of the memory of a good man. So Gale decides to become the monster she created to sell more blood and she has the perfect tools at her disposal. The Woodsboro subreddit group. Greg and Jason are the perfect patsys. Their goal is to finish Richie's movie and no one would suspect she had a part to play in this. If for some reason Greg and Jason fail, she has Brooks and Danny by her side to finish her work. And unlike in the actual Scream 6, there is more of a bloodbath throughout New York, on campus and Chad actually dies

you were born the first daughter of the king and queen of frisia. you were much loved and spoiled by your parents growing up. your childhood was as full of warm smiles and laughter as it was of serious lessons and political strategy. you remember days of playing outside the castle grounds with your siblings and your ladies-in-waiting. you remember nights of sneaking into your father's study and seeing the lines of his grave face. you would wrap your arms around his neck his expression would soften. he would point to places on his map and tell you everything he knew about them, and some nights - if you were lucky - he would softly sing to you until you fell asleep on his shoulder. you would wake back in your bed in the mornings.

years later your mother and frederik informed you of your betrothal to a charismatic and wealthy noble from a neighboring land. they hoped that this alliance would help strengthen your land. you thought you were lucky; he was only a few years older than you and people spoke of him well. you were even more grateful when you learnt your best friend would be able to join you and remain your lady-in-waiting at your new home.

your wedding was a grand affair. many friends, family members, and nobles attended the ceremony and feast. you danced and greeted them with smiles and cheer. your new husband was social and handsome and magnetic. when the festivities ended and the two of you were alone, his demeanor changed entirely. he was angry and accusative. he struck you and told you it was not your place to speak so freely with other men at your wedding - even your brothers. he threatened it would be worse if you did not comply. he told you to be undressed by the time he returned and left you alone in your chambers. a calmness and stillness came over you. you knew that this was not how marriage was supposed to be - your parents loved each other deeply. your brothers had always treated their betrothals and potential betrothals kindly.

slowly and quietly you watched the herb seize him. he choked soundlessly, hands clasped around his own throat this time as you sipped from your own goblet. when you could see there was no chance of coming back from this, you screamed and dropped your own chalice. your attendants came rushing in. 'the wine,' you screamed, 'he drank the wine and began to choke!'

he survived for a few days, but was a shell of himself and unable to speak or move. your husband succumbed shortly thereafter. after his funeral pyre you returned home and tried to keep up appearances. only your closest friend had known what truly happened and she had sworn her secrecy. you told your mother the truth on her deathbed; you saw the sadness in her eyes and knew she had forgiven you instantly - she could not be angry with you for that. you made silent prayers and promised to do good deeds the rest of your life - even if you never married again. that was nearly five years ago now.

EARLY LIFE,

Being a mere new-born when her father dies, only a few months old and so far apart in age from her other siblings, her mother struggling to cope after her husbands death, Hope falls through the cracks. Carolyn tries her best to provide the infant with everything she needs but everybody struggles with the baby who’s piercing cries seem to invade the shepherd home in an already grief stricken time.

This causes Carolyn struggles to bond with the young girl at such an important time for them both. Later in life Hope would become highly dependant from a young age and becomes somewhat resentful towards her mother and siblings for the lack of relationship she has with them. As a teenager, Hope goes through a highly self destructive phase, almost getting herself kicked out of school, getting into fights, being generally disruptive both at school and home and once even getting herself arrested for shoplifting. It also wasn't uncommon to find her drinking or smoking a joint with a friend, though she never touched anything harder.

This part of her life puts both her mother and siblings through hell which drives them further apart. After this, Hope ends up getting a job at a local bar, just collecting glasses at first and slowly working up to bartending as she gets older. She moves out as soon as she finds the money for a flat deposit. She slowly becomes closer to Amelia as she finds out about her own destructive tendencies, even being younger, wanting to be a support system for her. As Amelia becomes a doctor, Hope begins to look up to her and, by default, Derek, even more and decides that she herself wants to follow that path.

BIOGRAPHY, Being away from her family was lonely, having nobody to turn to or talk to. Hope had always been the black sheep of the family and it's better than being treated as such, of them believing she couldn't change enough to pursue her dreams or perhaps even thinking she's not capable of it. More than anything, she wants to prove to herself and them that she'd good enough, good enough to get in on her own merit and not because of her connections or families money.

Being behind, Hope takes an extra two years of classes after school before putting herself through medical school. Things with her family fall on the quiet side as she does so, working two jobs outside of school just to support herself through it, not wanting to ask her mother for money and wanting to prove to them all she could do it on her own. She later applies for an internship at Seattle Grace, knowing it's one of the best of the country having the likes of Ellis Grey working there in the past. She has no idea that Derek works there, thinking that he was still in New York.

Eleanor M. Dolan

Eleanor M. Dolan, 90, of 41 Fairway Drive, Exeter, died in the tender loving care of her devoted family on Monday evening, November 11th at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital after a devastating stroke in February.

Eleanor was born in Elmhurst, N.Y., the daughter of the late William and Loretta “Etsey” Kelly and was a graduate of P.S. 89 Bayside High School and Hunter College in Manhattan, N.Y., with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and History. Upon graduation, she taught grade school in NYC, and subsequently married Michael J. Dolan in July 1956, at which time she began growing her family. Both her families, at home and in the classroom, were the greatest devotion and joy of her happy life.

After having her six children, Eleanor went back to the field she loved, demonstrating unwavering dedication for over 25 years, mentoring young minds with love and kindness towards all the children and parents of the Holy Name and Regis Elementary community. The capability and grace with which Eleanor managed her large family and a more than full-time teaching career is a source of wonderment for those of us who were lucky enough to see and feel her beautiful enthusiasm at work. Eleanor was a exceptional Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Teacher, Friend, Neighbor, and Soulmate to so many. There are no expressions that can truly reflect the impact of Eleanors love and how deeply her presence will be missed.

Preceding her in death were her devoted husband of 45 years, Michael J. Dolan; her dear sister Joan Wilke and brother-in-law Victor, her brother Robert Kelly, her brother-in-law William Hooper and her brother in law Joseph Dolan and sister in law Peggy Dolan. Also, her companion Nala "Black Crow Nose".

Surviving are her adoring sister, Loretta Hooper of upstate N.Y., and her adoring family; her daughter, Patricia and David Reynolds of Forty-Fort, her son, Michael J. and Lynn Dolan of West Wyoming, her daughter Nancy Dolan and Lawrence Dellegrotto of Exeter, with whom she resided, her son John and Maureen Dolan of Kingston, her son Joseph and Tammy Dolan of Wilkes-Barre, her son Thomas and Kathleen Dolan of Dallas, Grandchildren; Ian, Darren, Kalleigh, Michael, Connor, Dylan, Casey, Alexander, Keaton, Donald, McKenna, Matthew, Sean, Daniel, Christopher, Brittni and Great Grandchildren; Lillian, Bennett, Monte, Ridley, that she cherishes and will carry her light forward, as well as, sister-in-law, Fran Kelly.

A celebration of Eleanor’s wonder filled life will be held Monday at 10:30 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Swoyersville. The interment will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Kingston Township. Family and friends are asked to go directly to the church.

Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 5 PM at the Hugh B. Hughes Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Institute of Neurological Disorders & Stroke (NINDS), P.O. Box 5801, Bethesda, MD  20824, Local SPCA, or Geisinger Health Foundation to acknowledge her wonderful caregivers.
