I'd have to say she's an, oddly intense child? At least that's how a lot of the adults in her life view her.

She comes off as serious, mainly 'cause if you're not one of like, 7 people, she's very quiet. Very direct and to the point when she does speak. But if she likes you, she'll talk your ear off

Clay's not the most social and has trouble getting along with kids her age, so she tends to cling to the adults and teens in her life. Thinks Denzel and Marlene are the coolest people on the planet(they'd be in their mid/late teens at this point).

Gets into fights for fun. Begged Tifa to teach her hand to hand combat(was told no. due to aforementioned fighting).

She thinks chocobos are scary. No one is sure why, but she does grow out of this fear eventually

While I wouldn't say she's clingy, she likes grabbing onto things. And people. If she doesn't have stuff to do with her hands she'll scrunch up a part of her shirt and hold it really tight.

Very close with her parents, none of them talk in circles around her, if she asks them things, they'll give her an honest answer. With varying levels of tact.

ignore how the ramble came a whole year after the initial post

essentially, the idea is as follows. starting during infinity war, as many "peter in gotham" fics typically do -- strange needs to send peter away in order for the one future victory he saw to work, but in order for that itself to work and for peter to survive, he needs to send someone else. now he's barely got enough in him to do this (and don't ask me how they never do in all the other fics and au's so im not going to explain either, get creative, something something marvel magic fuckery)

picking bucky was just a random chance. but often, magic can think for itself. anyway, thanos snaps as usual and both peter and bucky wake up in gotham city, in some old abandoned factory or something. now, i'm a bit conflicted on the use of lazarus pits/machines, though honestly it doesn't play much of an important factor in the story itself, it just adds an extra layer of angst so. but right, they wake up in this strange new place and it takes a moment for either of them to realize theyre not alone. when they do, they immediately recognize each other.

bucky: oh god it's that punk from germany, how the fuck did he get here?? peter: OH is that the guy with the metal arm?? awesome -- wait, where are we?

once they realize they're not in their own universe anymore (which bucky denies at first because the idea of being in a completely different universe is absurd) bucky makes a plan on how to survive until they can find help. thanks to bucky's winter soldier instilled training, as well as instincts from surviving in pretty harsh conditions (he definitely did not have a great time growing up in brooklyn) they're not as bad off as peter usually is solo. they'd find an apartment somewhere in crime alley, bucky fits in perfectly as a gothamite, a stark contrast to peter who is. very much struggling.

bucky even lands a job to make sure they don't starve. meanwhile, peter forges fake documents for them with their identies -- james buchanan barnes and (to make things easier and more believable) peter is listed as peter benjamin barnes, his son, so less people ask questions. and it works. they intergrate themselves into gotham without any hiccups. except, maybe some people, cops mainly are suspicious as to why peter isn't enrolled in any school so he does that. i do want to sprinkle in some classic dark matter and have him maybe resort to stealing a little from bruce's bank account. which peter is very reluclant to do but bucky couldn't be prouder because fuck yeah !! steal from the rich !!

so that would mean from there, that's how peter meets and befriends tim and co !!! also, at school. i'm thinking -- sure, bucky has a stable job but they're still struggling to get by. that, added with peter's frequent nightly patrols, he looks a little worn down. which tim is concerned by and of course, being the detective he is tries to find out what he can about peter and his "dad" who he barely mentions.

but it wouldnt be complete without some vigilantism. so im thinking, peter starts getting a little stir crazy. a few months pass and they're still no closer to figuring out how they got here or how to get home. so he starts going out as spiderman -- he thinks he can hide it from bucky, but he becomes quickly aware of it. one particular night as spidey, peter has a run in with some of the bats for the first time. namely nightwing and red robin, they're confused but not at all hostile since they've been keeping track of spiderman since his first appearance and he's been doing a lot of good around crime alley. but bucky made it very clear not to trust any of these people and so he flees the moment he can.

eventually, bucky even joins peter on patrols. he claims it's only because he doesn't want him to accidentally spill anything to the bats (but he's grown to care for the kid a lot during their time in gotham, he doesn't want him to get hurt on his watch) i haven't decided on what alias he'd go by, since i doubt he'd want to be called the winter soldier -- even if it is in some postive way, he doesn't want to recall what hydra did to him in any capacity.

bucky would have a very strained dynamic with the bats. especially bruce, especially upon learning just how young robin is (damian, who i imagine to be 13 during the time of this) he could even get into an argument about this resulting in a conversation something like-

batman: and yours? bucky: my what? batman: your kid. bucky: he's not my -- what's it to you, anyway? batman: he's not yours, but you care for him all the same. bucky: we're all each other's really got here. batman: then maybe we understand each other better than you realize. (and of course, bruce understands that. so does bucky. despite their differences he walks away from that conversation feeling like he knows him just a little better. still, he seizes every opportunity to mock or snap at him, eventually in a more lighthearted way once peter and bucky themselves are dragged into the batfamily)

alright i need to cut this short as its already gotten so long but those are just some of the main ideas ive been having. found family my beloved, winterdad and spiderson my beloved. trust me at some point i will write a little scene with them based in this au that i'll post here whenever it's done, but for now just sit with that. and if you's ever wanna hear more, ofc my askbox is always open. or ill just ramble more unprompted, probably the latter, i need to revive this blog already.

you hold your breath, bracing for impact. steve is frozen next to you, perched on the edge of the couch as if getting ready to run at the first sign of danger.

all week the two of you have agonized over this. telling everyone that youre now together was a given. obviously it wouldnt be a secret, but telling everyone seemed simple at first. now, with dozens of eyes staring at you: its terrifying.

especially when the news is met with complete and utter silence.

mike yawns. el and max stifle giggles.

"youre all shockingly quiet right now." you finally say, hating this immensely.

robin looks up at the ceiling, suddenly finding the wheelers basement a fascinating thing. will picks at the carpet beneath him and dustin taps his leg impatiently on the ground.

lucas, bless him, has the decency to smile at you. "thats great, y/n."

"did we..." steve scratches the back of his neck. "did we, uh. miss something?"

"why the hell is everyone acting so weird?" you butt in, now really starting to wonder if you and steve did something heinous to deserve the weird silent treatment.

jonathan shifts on the floor, and your eyes narrow at him instantly. crossing your arms, you jut your chin out at him. "fess up, byers. whats going on?"

his eyes widen slightly, and nancy, who is sitting next to him holding his hand, bites back a smile. your eyes narrow even more and jonathan finally releases a laugh.

"stop glaring at everyone, bug." he looks at you fondly. "i think we're all just wondering who won."

your face scrunches in confusion. "what...?"

dustin jumps up from his seat, sick of the anticipation. "just spit it out already! did i win? for the love of god, please tell me you guys got together on july 11th. please."

nancy raises her hand. "or july 16th. id prefer that date, actually."

"what about y/n's birthday? i thought everyone agreed my date made the most sense." will speaks up, looking eagerly at you.

an offended scoff escapes your mouth when you finally realize whats going on. "that bet seriously cant still be going on."

"answer the question, y/n!" dustin wails, practically choking on the taste of victory of the $30 that went into the betting pool. "when exactly did you and steve finally seal the deal, huh?"

"what the hell is this kid talking about?" steve looks around the room, completely confused. "why does it matter when we got together?"

jonathan explains before you can. "we all placed bets on when youd get together. lucas and max were out of the running a while ago. but me, nance, dustin, and will are still in."

"i, for one, am still personally offended that i wasnt allowed to join the bet when i found out about it." robin says, looking pointedly at him. "just so you know."

"sorry," jonathan says without any real sympathy. "rules are rules."

your face burns wildly. "y'all are insane and this is such a gross invasion of privacy-"

"screw privacy! tell me when steve found a pair of balls and asked you out." dustin stumbles in front of you and steve now, panting. "i need the money!"

"dustin!"

steve places his hands on his hips. "i already had balls, thank you very much."

you elbow him. "please stop talking."

mike, no longer finding this conversation amusing, stands up and claps his hands. "alright, im bored. will," he turns to him. "clearly they didnt get together on y/n's birthday. they were locked in a death lair and not even steve is dumb enough to make their anniversary that date. so youre out."

steve wants to argue with him, but admittedly he cant.

mike then turns to dustin. "it wasnt july 11th, either. considering the fact that we had funerals to attend and we all know y/n's crippling guilt complex."

"hey!"

"hes not wrong, angel."

you elbow steve again and he doubles over in pain.

then mike turns to nancy. "and it wasnt july 16th because its currently the 27th and theres no way in hell harrington would be able to keep his mouth shut for that long."

again steve really wants to argue with mike, but, unfortunately, hes right.

mike finally turns to jonathan, sighing tiredly. "which leaves us with you and your guess of july 19th. aka: the only possible date left. wow, shocker! jonathan byers correctly guessed something about y/n henderson!" he spins around, glaring at you as if this somehow all your fault. "are we done here now?"

robin, not at all whispering quietly, leans over to max. "this kid has some serious issues."

"like you wouldnt believe," the girl mumbles. "trust me."

dustin shoves mike out of the way, inadvertently causing the teen to stumble into jonathan and fall on top of his sister. "hes wrong, right? please tell me hes wrong. y/n, im your brother. we are blood."

"well, technically mike is wrong. july 19th isnt when we got together." you begin to say, raising your voice when dustin starts to cheer wildly. "it was july 20th, so mike isnt wrong about jonathan winning."

two things happen at once.

first, dustin falls to his knees in despair, screaming in agony as max and el cover their ears and glare at him.

the second thing that happens is dustin regaining his senses and then tackling jonathan, with nancy and will right behind him.

its a mess of screams and screeches as jonathan tries to defend himself, but you simply press your back against steves chest and watch the storm unfold with slight vindication.

serves the fuckers right for betting on your private life like a game of poker.

"how much money do you think our relationship ended up being worth?" steve asks you, wincing under his breath when he sees dustin pinch jonathans nose.

"better be at least $20. if be offended if its anything less than that."

he laughs, the sensation of it sending vibrations down your own body. he kisses the crown of your head. "thats my girl."

"how did you know?" dustin has jonathan pinned now. "how do you always win?"

"get off me! it was just a lucky guess-"

"that was $30 you asshole!"

you hum, pleased. "think i can convince jonathan to give me some of his cut?"

As an artist who likes to put his own spin on things ive decided to make some appearance headcanons because why not you cant stop me

Lucifer - Eyebags, grays, and glasses

Lucifers eye bags can vary with how well you can see them. If its during the school year they are terrible, during breaks theyre not as bad because of him being able to sleep more.

Lets be real, his brothers and Diavolo give him so much stress of course he has grays.

Glasses are self explanatory i know he has glasses soo

Mammon - Piercings and tattoos

Yes i know cannonically he has piercings but to me he would have multiple, mainly on his ears but i 100% see him with a tongue piercing.

I also feel like he would have a few tattoos (hidden of course because Lucifer would kick his ass if he found out Mammon got a tattoo without telling him)

Levi - Orange and Blue freckles and a snake tongue (just a little thicker)

Because of him having scales i feel like in his human form he would have freckles on his cheeks and some on his neck.

His tongue.... Do i have to explain myself?

Satan - Black roots and red specks in his eyes.

I saw this on a satan redraw where they gave him black roots and im obsessed. I feel like they would have come in when he was older, but now nobody questions of Satan is Lucifers son brother.

Asmodeus - Nothing hes already perfect

Beelzebub - Scars and some freckles

Ive mentioned before but I love the idea that Beel has visible scars on his arms and some on his chest from when he was training to be a Cherub (yes he was a cherub in the celestial realm look it up)

Unlike levis, his freakles are all over and are very light where Levis are very promanant

Belphegor - Lilith Tattoo, eyebags, and bedhead

I can see him getting a memorial tattoo (three Death Meadowsweet's, which is their Devildom birth flower). He didnt tell Lucifer at first as a small way to rebel but when Lucifer found out let be real he got choked up he wasnt punished or grounded just told to tell him next time.

eyebags because... Why not and by bedhead i mean messier hair because hes constantly sleeping

Diavolo - Fangs and grays

Human and Demon form i can see Diavolo having some sharp and Visibile fangs.

And grays because being a prince is stressful. (Not as many as Lucifer but they are there)

Barbatos - split tongue

I dont need to explain, just unlike Levi his is a normal size just with a split in the middle (yes i know thats an actual thing, except he was born with it)

Luke - Freckles and head wings

I dont need to explain i think its self explanatory for the freckles.

The head wings are because i love head wings they can be added for more expressions and come on. Our baby boy luke neede to be cuter though he already is fucking adorable

Simeon - nothing hes perfect

And then when push comes to shove- she choses her brother over Gem.

Pearl chose Scar over her.

How could she?

Pearl explained, a season later, that its because Scar was there for her when no one else was, she had to return the favor, she couldnt just leave him hanging when he needed her. And yet Gem takes that the wrong way

Gem hates being remembered of all she missed out on, all the drama and bonding and experiences. All the jokes she will never get or be a part of-

Pearl wishes she cared. But she cant. Cause out of petty grudges. Drama she knows the watchers wont even like enough. Because its fake and unprovoked. At least in her eyes.

She cannot care cause because of that pettiness she lost her closest ally, her soulmate. And instead was left stuck with- the worst version of him. Who cannot even believe her when she says this isnt the place they split up in. This isnt the place they cut the thread, its one with a way stronger bond without the need of any strings attached.

She is stuck with the person that hates her the most.

But of course. Gem doesnt know that. Gem doesn't believe that. She *can't* believe that. Cause how could she?

Everyone loves Pearl. She knows that. The thought of someone hating her is just- ridiculous. She's the first one to dare and do such a thing! And she's the best at it too.

She's no longer her player 2. Gem is her own player 1 and she decides if to go solo or co-op. And she choses Joel. She choses her own team. And Pearl wont be a part of it.

And Gem wont care when Pearl's sad or pathetic.

now the thing about dust is that compared to horrorkiller he doesnt really HAVE a set in stone canon story established for me to base this off XS so usually i just either,,,,,like,,,,,,leave it vague and ambiguous or just come up with a different thing each time LMAO

actually recently ive been thinking that my dust is actually quite undeveloped compared to hrkl 🤔🤔 so maybe this post will be me thinking about him deeper!! you dearest reader will get to see the TGC process 😈

mmm to begin with: the thingy thingy that started it all,,,,,, the human! i actually have my own personal design for them (they wear a poncho for the rain (with the HOOD up wink wink) along with rubber GLOVES (wink wink) and rainboots all over the usual frisk striped shirt :3) which i designed specifically to parallel my dust design muehehe,,,,,HE BECAME EXACTLY WHAT HE HATED,,,,,, also this human is a STREAMER

why you may ask: wonderous question!! it is simply to make dust go through more pain and misery 😈😈😈 isnt it quite funny that he would suspect he's in some sort of game based off the save/load/reset mechanics already and to make it even worse: he might be some little show for a bunch of people?? (or at least more than one person,,,,,he doesn't know how many people control frisk (similarly to my something new chara, frisk is the player's avatar))

i would imagine this player streamed undertale geno run speedruns trying to get the world record. maybe they didn't even care about undertale and just wanted to jump on the bandwagon to get famous!! ohhh maybe that explains why they kept on doing so many geno runs,,,, maybe they wanted to be famous so they milked the HELL out of undertale until they just didnt wanna play anymore :3 but uhh maybe they suck ASS at it initially LOL so they end up just going the geno route over and over until they become goated (searched it up and a geno route at MINIMUM is around like 3 hours? assuming thats the speed for a goated speedrunner so imagine a total beginner trying to reach that and theyre not even that good at gaming ToT no wonder there are so many resets)

now dust,,,,, he has to get his determination somehow to remember the resets otherwise he's just plain old sans undertale!! maybe he just naturally had it in him (enough to remember resets but not enough to control the timeline) (looking at you undyne who somehow has determination but doesn't remember resets HOW DO YOU DO IT) or maybe the game glitched (have a possibility in my head for that) or maybe the player hacked it into dust (blatantly STEALING killer's lore but ok 😒)

i think having a direct similarity to killer like that is BORING so it will NOT be given by the player and also if he naturally had dt then he would remember flowey's shenanigans,,,,, WHICH WE CANT HAVE NOW CAN WE so the obvious solution is the game glitched to give him dt!!! how would this work?

here's an idea,,,,, the player used cheats? i used similar logic for my killer take for this but the game glitched as a result of the cheats and one side effect was that dust got dt to learn about the resets,,,, that determination allowed him to deviate off script (which is also logic i used in my killer take??? what is this consistency LOL) and let's say he remembered all the resets prior to the current reset where the player is using cheats

i think having the player use cheats is a very interesting idea because like dust's whole thing is the human is too strong to beat without lv so i gotta get lv to beat them but then that puts him on the same level as the player which is a bit boring isnt it 🤔🤔 have him struggle eternally more by pitting him up against an enemy that doesnt abide by normal laws of everything so that he can try everything. he could get LV, he could use items, he could optimize how fast he processes as much as he wants, but in the end he just cant compete with the human (but he cant stop, and eventually he has to be a whole other level of hopeless if he comes to the conclusion that the only way to stop the human is just to bore them out)

eitherway dust does the classic dust thing: once he realizes the resets he tries every way he can think of aside from killing other people (because why the hell would be resort to that? to him at this stage of time, killing wouldn't even be effective against an enemy who can just artificially get to LV99 (although the player wouldn't do that (often) since its not that fun for their fans to be very op and not be an entertaing challenge). so if dust tries to evacuate everyone the player just finds them anyways through glitches. dust tries to team up on the player with everyone? the player just gives themselves 99999 def. he tries to physically block their way?? the player either just resets and gets past there faster than he can block it

and remember that he probably wouldn't be successful for every single one of these attempts to stop the player considering everyone else is still somewhat scripted (maybe his determination opened the possibilities for other choices for other characters to make) so they have to act in accordance to their script unless dust figures out the best possible way to convince them (and by them it must mean A LOT OF PEOPLE. he has to do this with how many people he needs) and thats not even CONSIDERING the player coming in the middle of it and interrupting whatever he was doing 😭😭😭

by now its DEFINITELY been a whileeee since the resets and safe to say dust is Crashing Out (minorly). ok MAJORLY he's probably acting a tad bit paranoid (gotta watch out for the human or else his plan's gonna go to shit) and probably maybe a bit manipulative (because how ELSE is he going to get these people to cooperate without wasting time?!?!) and also also most CERTAINLY considering just killing everyone (hey just like another take of mine! ahaha)

now dust wouldn't feed into it because you know he's still sans (somewhat?) and that justice part of him is still there but god DAMN does it feel good to finally get an upper hand against the human every now and then (he can't help but feel a bit overjoyed, really). it feels amazing to be able to be able to able to beat the human every now and then. sure it feels nice to be believed and assisted with going against the human, but there's some form of sadistic spite there that enjoys being able to see them bleeding out (red is a different from the gray of the dusty underground after the human passes through) and it brings pride to see them disappear and come back from that red light. yep, he just killed a god. and he could do it again, couldn't he?

but he cant do it consistently. the player can cheat, but they dont cheat often (fans RIOT otherwise) so he needs to find a way to one up them. everyone is so goddamn annoying too. dust tries to find ways to stop the human without having to deal with everyone else, but if he's protecting them, he still has to deal with them at least being on his mind, right? it's annoying. its REALLY annoying. and everyone else is so ungrateful and unaware of what he's doing for them (he almost hates everyone else. almost. but this is for the just thing to do, and he would be a hypocrite to help the underground while hating them all)

with that massive amount of resets, wouldn't all the memories blend together? everyone is just an endless loop of doing the same thing over and over until he gets the correct combo and then player upps the ante because he managed to beat them more than usual. everytime he kills the human, they only come back stronger. dust doesnt know if he cares for everyone else anymore. and maybe he's losing his grip on his emotions slightly, maybe he's clearly panicked or strangely giddy or irritated or hurried or sluggish!

eitherway, all those memories blend into one eventually. dust doesnt remember who the first person he killed was, and he definitely doesnt know how it happened or what he felt during it. in fact, he doesnt even remember if he took the time to grieve during that reset. a tiny part of him whispered something when he killed whoever that was: "they were going to die in the end anyways. just a minor casualty. you could just sweep it under the rug and keep trying to stop the human". and for some reason, maybe it was all the stress or maybe he just didnt wanna confront what he did yet, dust listened to that voice and returned back to his usual unpredictable plan against the human.

hypocrisy from this point onward is RAMPANT (because that's like the whole point of his character X3). dust could you knowww just kill a couple people here and there because they were pissing him off or he needed them gone for his plan to work or maybe he started to notice beating the human was a little easier with the extra lv from that first kill! who knows? eitherway the guilt doesnt stop itself from creeping on him at this time,,,,

just because someone was annoying him doesnt mean they deserved to die (but wouldn't they die in the end anyways) (do i not value life anymore?)

just because someone was in the way doesnt mean they deserved to die (but they were a necessary aspect to remove from the problem) (who am i to decide who lives and dies for the sake of "necessity?")

the truly fun part about this here to me with dust is that he just feels SO MUCH during this,,,, there's all the guilt and frustration and disdain and apathy and sadness and regret ITS ALL SO AWESOME i love it,,,, i'm sure dust doesnt tho! and that identify crisis is really hitting now + the logical part of his brain is REALLY STARTING to lock in because the increased LV is SERIOUSLY starting to make things a lot easier (less variables to account for (he killed them off 💀) and he can go toe to toe against the human because he stole their lv and they have less (if they dont cheat!) which is NOT helping when dust is already going through phases of total apathy and hatred for everyone else

there's one person he hasnt killed ever though: papyrus. no matter what, he cant bring himself to do it. its just that papyrus is papyrus and even though dust has no idea if he is still himself anymore (when did he ever stop?) he just cant bring himself to do it. he rather leaves him to die to the human most of the time because he cant bear the pain of killing his own brother

yes this is hypocrisy and YES this is actually the opposite of what most people say (he killed people because it would be a nicer death to die to someone they cared for compared to a cruel killer) but you think dust hasnt thought of that either :3 ❓ nooo he's definitely thought of that! unwillingly though

the guilt over papyrus (and everyone else but hey that's not that major rn!) takes form as his voice. and then his face. and then his body (somewhat. do hands count enough as the body?) this strange phantom of papyrus brings up all the things he doesnt want to think about in regards to papyrus. isnt it cruel to leave your own brother to die while you slaughter everyone else around him? leaving him in the dark like always in a situation like this where he deserves to know what's going on? are you scared what he'll think about you if he knows what you're doing? are you scared he wont think badly of you? after all, it is papyrus... would it or would it not hurt more to know that he thinks youre a dangerous person or not?

more and more questions like that pop up in dust's head from this new phantom papyrus. he answers some, doesnt know how (or wants) to answer others. how could he confront himself after killing his own brother? sure, he killed others, but it was all for a cause, right? those other people were necessary losses it was for a reason he's not doing this pointlessly he's done too much for it all to be nothing and clearly there IS something that changed now: the phantom.

in a world where everything is the same and goes back to how it was before, the phantom is new. it's real. it knows what dust is thinking, it interacts with him in a way that others don't. is it because it's a extension of himself, dust wonders? is this phantom a ghost of a person he never personally killed (yet?) or is it just his mind playing tricks on him, to the point he's fallen far enough to hallucinate? dust doesnt know what the phantom of his brother is, but it feels real. he can't help but be a bit attached. after all, the phantom supports him more than papyrus does at this point (how could he when you hide everything, leave him to die, and his memories don't stay like yours do, dust?)

but not everything is perfect with that phantom, and eventually it says one thing too wrong at the wrong time, and suddenly dust is face to face with the half dusted face of papyrus. when did that happen? what was he saying? why was papyrus being so nice to him? he LITERALLY just killed him, in fact, he killed everyone else, there was no way him, the worst person, could change anymore. that phantom was talking again, and dust couldn't tell the difference between the whispers of a voice and the strained dying breaths of another.

it was better like this, is all he could cling to. it was the first thought he came up with, and not like any other thought would be better (although he could certainly find ways to debunk himself, but weren't there holes in every argument he came up with?). maybe this was his breaking point, the part where he couldn't tell the difference between himself and that person he hated the most, or point out any similarities to himself and the image he thought he was before. was it this, before, a long time ago. did dust even know?

dust is too far gone at this point to care about anything and anybody else but stopping the human. no other reason at this point, he could (and would) delude himself into believing otherwise, but there was no other reason aside from the fact that he was simply determined to do so. it was too late to go back anyways, so why not embrace it? the benefits outweighed the cons when it came to stopping the human anyways

and so in typical dust sans fashion: he devotes himself to the lv grind. he figures out how to consistently do betrayal kills. he figures out which foods max out his hp fastest so he doesnt need to eat more. he figures out which monsters to kill first and which to save for last for whatever reason. he theorizes on where the human could come from and sets up traps there. he discusses strategies with the phantom, cracking a couple puns here and there.

the routine was nice (although dust didn't wanna admit it). he could ignore everything else and focus on his goal of eliminating the human which was really the only thing he had at this point. it was getting easier too, considering the human only used their cheap tricks occasionally, and he had developed some of his own during the time spent perfecting his craft. that sadistic feeling he got whenever he killed the human never went away, after all. it was still a thrill after all this time, one that he liked.

the guilt never stopped, but neither did he. but neither did the human, and for some reason, they were acting differently. sparing everyone, or talking about truces, or trying to empathize with him? what was this? some sort of cheap trick once again? dust wouldn't fall for it.

somewhere inside his head he wondered when he had become so paranoid and vigilant, but that didn't matter. and eventually, even killing the human became stale too, like everything else did. the enjoyment was there, but it was so dulled considering he'd done it so many times at this point. after killing the human in ome reset, dust wondered why they had suggested those things. was it that they were finally getting sick of it? did they want it to stop, and thats why they wanted the truce? to stop all this without any bloodshed

nahhh what type of possibility was that?!?! no way the human would stop this without any death LOL (he wouldn't do that himself, so the human wouldn't either) (using himself as a basis for what the human at this point wasn't all that surprising (and it worked sometimes too)). this must be a trick from them......or better yet, something to exploit. dust almost felt himself genuinely smile at the thought of this all ending. maybe if he just kept this up, they would actually stop?

determination and patience meant that dust could do this for a while. the human may be more determined than him, but they were running out of patience, dust could tell. all he had to do was wait them out (behind the screen, the player was losing their popularity. they tried all they could to remain relevant, but trends pass after a short time and there wasn't much else to do after they lost their popularity. even the premise of their unique and interesting undertale copy with cheats and a sentient sans wouldn't get people to stay, and eventually, they quit streaming.)

eventually, dust's intenal clock realized something off. the human would hide in the ruins sometimes, trying to wait him out or just messing around in there, but they were taking a long time. one check around the dusty purple pillars and bricks revealed no human? no human? the human was gone, just like that?

well that was anti climactic. dust didn't know how to feel. relief or disappointment? he didn't even know if he could feel all that they felt during all of this fully. he didn't try. all that was left now was to live in the empty underground, now that everyone was over and his goal had been accomplished

now now dearest viewer you may think: triglycercule isnt this an anti climactic way to end?? YES thats the whole point 😁😁 all that dust did was for nothing,,,, he couldve just spared himself and everyone else the agony if he had just given up so the player would get bored but nope! all he did.....was for nothing! and what did he get out of it??? trauma and isolation X3 now here are some facts like i did for killer too ‼️

i actually depict dust a lot calmer than he seems here but that's simply because he's just not the in dusttale environment anymore haha,,,,,, actually outside of dusttale/(a long time) after the events of dusttale he's pretty chill and relaxed. typical dust sans fashion he likes to read he naps a lot he cracks puns here and there (although not as rampant as before) and he's just pretty chill :3

however after being constantly on edge and aware of every little variable (very observant guy) (he's gotta be if he wanted things to go well) dust can't sit and lay down for a while anymore like a normal sans. the determination keeps him going to do things Plus he just needs something to be going on to not get bored/agitated (triglycercule doesnt this go against what you said of him being chill and liking to nap? EXACTLY!!!! he's hypocritical,,,,,)

because he went against an enemy that was LEAGUES above him in power level dust had to optimize a LOT of stuff to be able to compete,,,, For example: his outfit!! the hood? OBVIOUSLY to keep dust out of his face /j nah its for the same reason as the cloak: to make sure people recognize him less (because if they recognize him, they'll just waste time talking to him/fighting back so its better to stay hidden for betrayal kills).

same thing for the scarf: dust used to wear it around his neck but a certain someone with a target soul and black tears showed him that it was most DEFINITELY a choking hazard hehe,,,,so he moved it to his waist (why not change his slippers for normal shoes? well because he can just shortcut everywhere and doesn't really need to walk (walking SLOWS HIM DOWN 😒😒))

guys i hate to break it to you but,,,,my dust doesnt have any extra special magic stuff because of his high lv,,,,,😞 in my mind lv doesnt work like that (because i HATE fun and whimsy clearly) so the most having a high lv does it make you really apathetic towards violence (clearly,,,,based off the name 💀) dust just has much better control and precision over his magic compared to horrorkiller because he's much more experienced with it. however PHYSICALLY (not endurance) he's not all that strong compared to like sans because his strength resets every reset and its not like he has time to work out when stopping the human so he relies on magic most (killer is the strongest because he has most time actually fighting Lul,,,,,)

SPEAKING ABOUT FIGHTING!! with my killer post i talked about his fighting style!! to me dust is a spammer. if you've ever watched frieren you would know fern who like totally obliterates all her enemies because she just spams basic low level spells that dont consumer her mana much? yeah thats dust Lul he BLASTS you with a shitton of blasters and bones (because more projectiles=more chances of being hit am i right lads or am i right lads) this also means he lacks complexity in things he could use to fight but he (tries to) compensate for that with unpredictable attacks

every dust take has an explanation on phantom papyrus does it not,,,, so here's mine! i dont want to say that he's a hallucination caused by a mental illness like schizophrenia or something because i dont think i should be labelling dust with that without doing much research/having any experience,,,,, at most phantom papayas appears as a result of the extremely stressful situation dust was :P (i looked it up and saw this was called stress induced psychosis? again i dont wanna label dust as anything i cant accurately represent and talk about but i Guess if we're going based off real world logic this could be the reason,,,,) phantom papyrus pops up more when dust gets stressed and goes away when he's not all that stressed. usually he's pretty negative, making fun/mocking dust, bringing up sensitive topics, and guiding hin through the run but of course that's not 100% (actually i think if dust Were to keep hallucinating phantom paps during positive moments he would actually be not as mean)

i haven't shown this much (because i only recently began to like this idea for my dust take) but i think it would be fun if dust was bit mocking and silly and stuff (thanks to this fic for making me like this). but of course this doesnt happen unless he's confident :3 like imagine dust taunting the human in dusttale ("struggling, huh? why don't you use those tricks of yours? or have you suddenly had a change of HEART?" he says as he shoots through the human's chest) or something more chill like horror got sick or something and is being bitchy and dust is like "do you want me to feed you milk in a baby bottle too with how much you're whining?" (killer is there with a small smile (both s1 and s3 laughed at that)) so yeah basically only when he's confident and cocky :3

dust likes happy endings in the books he reads (WHAT A SAP!!) because it's nice to see those little fictional characters get their happy ending after all the fighting they did. he didnt get it but thats ok he doesnt deserve a happy ending but those lite characters in the book deserve it and its nice to see them overcome challenges :3 also he likes bunnies because of the little fluffy bunny book he used to read to papyrus :,,3

dust is craaaazy good at talking to people and picking up certain things like body language and facial expressions and such. he picked this up during that period where he tried to find various ways to stop the human without killing others and you know that likely required cooperation from others that dust NEEDED to get without major struggles and learning non visual cues helped with that. also he can articulate himself really well because Reading and also because he just needed to be good at explaining himself during this (and also he talks to himself a LOT 💀)

after killing the human dust picked up drinking,,,,not DURING killing the human because he simply didn't have time to get distracted like that :P also now he can get black out drunk and wallow in his sorrows without having to worry about the fucking uhh human interrupting it (the booze eventually ran out and he had to stop LOL) smoking? erm sometimes i guess but i dont really care much for this headcanon right now

i did this for killer too (and ill probably do it for horror as well) but dust's ideal ending,,,,, cant really make a clean cut comparison with my take and others because Ahaha i dont care for bad sanses but usually they have dust settle down somewhere? live a chill domestic life? and ill be so for real i do NOT think he would want to live that chill of a life,,,, like he just wouldnt want to give himself that peace and also he'd get restless after time,,,, maybe he would settle down but then still go out to do stuff but still i feel that happens wayyyy later. is this my justification for keeping mtt together? YES. but also i feel like it does fit :,S dust doesnt need much he just wants to go out and exist now that he has absolutely no fucking purpose but also cant die so he might as well enjoy the moments he can (and eventually grow to enjoy the people he has too X3)

Yo I actually have. A question about airport security that the catsa website doesn't seem to answer. I use the family and special needs line bc I'm a cane user who can't tolerate standing in really long lines. It seems like every time I've flown in YYZ recently, there's been a random-ass airline employee who starts "helping" me by taking my things and sending them through without really asking, or even ignoring when I say I'm fine on my own. I've actually had my bags pulled aside bc they sent them through with my large electronics and stuff inside. Do you know if that's standard for people with accessibility needs now, or if I just keep getting unlucky? I'm baffled bc it seems like it actually compromises security and efficiency in the end. And also pisses me off lmao

Unfortunately I can not comment on what the airlines do because I don't know their procedures, but if theyre in blue vests and never leave the checkpoint theyre actually not airline employees, theyre facilitators hired by the security contractors that CATSA employs.

Because stupidly enough, we arent catsa employees. We are privately contracted security guards. This is so catsa never has to be the fall guy when someone fucks up, and so they can pay us less because we arent considered federal workers nor essential. But thats a different rant for a different time.

Recently, they've created a new position in the name of "customer service" (even though we arent fucking customer service!!) to assist passengers with accessibility needs or language barriers through security. Even though us officers are already fully trained on how to do that (with a requirement of a certain amount of officers who speak other languages at all times!!).

Unfortunately, with how our contractors are, the facilitators are punished harshly if they arent "continuously busy," ie always doing something. Even when theres nobody to assist, which means that they will often insert themselves into assisting people who dont need it just so they dont get in trouble for the 15th time that week. So its not actually the facilitators picking on you for having a cane, its that they have to get somebody or theyll be disciplined, and if you look like you wont yell at them, youll be their person to keep them busy.

This also would explain why they'd forget about your electronics, because they're probably too concerned with avoiding hell to actually do what their position was created to do.

So its actually not because of you, or because youre unlucky, or because theyre trying to say that youre incapable of doing it yourself. Its because the inner politics of Canadian airport security is just... horrifically toxic.

Now, that doesnt mean you have no voice in this or way to tell CATSA that youre unimpressed with this. They dont listen to any of us, even though we all 100% completely agree with your feelings about how this system is stupid, doesn't actually help people who need it, compromises security for a bastardized version of customer service, and ends up making a lot of disabled people who can handle their own bags just fine feel very patronized to. The facilitators themselves agree with you on that in my experience, its that the people who keep food on their tables have them by the throat about being "continuously busy."

What you can do is head over to the CATSA website and find the complaint line and tell them exactly how you feel about this. Make sure to tell them that you feel that security is being compromised for customer service, because they really are so up their own asses about that. And I know its like, really hard when youre the one experiencing it and its totally natural to feel angry at the facilitators for doing that, but remember that theyre no more willing a participant in it than you are. If youre brave enough for it, you can ask for a checkpoint supervisor to tell them this and ask for a CATSA complaint card directly, but its okay if you arent.

But basically yeah, its stupid internal politics trickling down to the passengers. The employees are often the ones who get lashed out at because of it, and that's by design. If you take it up to the top youll actually hit the people (who have often never actually worked in a fucking checkpoint) who created this stupid system.

PS: DO NOT TELL THEM ANYONE TOLD YOU THIS!! Make it sound like you figured this all out through observation. They will throw it out as another employee gripe.

okay so rumbles still do exist! but yknow how there are skin fights without weapons? there’s also powerless are also powerless fights where it’s kind of established at the start that nobody is to either grow, nor shrink (also because i think it’d be unfair for a greaser to be able to grow to this huge height while nobody else can yknow? that seems like an unfair win) and if there’s any purposeful use of these powers, the opposing team automatically wins. but if someone gets too emotional and their powers start going off, theyre kinda just expected to sit out until they’ve calmed down enough. sometimes afterwards they use their powers to blow off some steam, but during rumbles is a big no no. it’s also kinda established that crossing between sides while using one’s powers is pretty wrong, but socs usually don’t listen to that because it’s much harder to catch a six inch tall soc stealing your jewellery than it is to catch the twenty foot tall greaser wrecking havoc fir fun. so it’s kinda just an established rule that one side is expected to follow more than the other.

i think you could still do something with the canon story! i think that’s what you were asking? but in the past ive kinda made posts about how darry’s confrontation with ponyboy would most definitely lead to stress induced growth (which in turn probably scares the shit out of pony, who doesn’t have much control over himself or his powers) and i’ve also made a post about how at the fountain, bob and the other socs shrink ponyboy during the drowning but, and when johnny murders bob, he kinda has to fish this now tiny pony out of the fountain and wait for the effects to wear off since johnny is much too frazzled to help much at all in that moment. johnny dying would probably lead to some sort of rampage on dally’s end—probably the worst growth anyone one the east side had ever seen. i kinda like the everyone living aspect in my aus, but i also like the idea of dally still going nuts because maybe he thought johnny died but after he ran off they revived him? but yeah, dally doesn’t die either in the au, but he still just snaps and breaks down. so canon still exists for the most part, save for everyone living.

class divides! okay, so as i explained, socs get the better jobs because even at the dx, socs have the ability to shrink down and get inside things to fix them (which, engineering and things of that nature offered big money back then) while greasers are often just used to transport things. like darry’s main “job” is to grow and transport things from town to town, because he’s younger, so his powers are stronger, making him more able to do harder labor like that (while also making him very very tired after a long day of work (and leads him to being uber careful about where he steps, even at normal size, because he always runs the risk of destroying something and having his pay docked, so it’s led to habits he can’t really evade himself of even when he’s nit grown). so socs kinda get rich from doing those tasks that can be done with smaller hands while greasers are more known for manual labor. another thing is that the east side is so much more run down because of rowdy teenagers growing and destroying things, and the government eventually just got tired of replacing everything, so the east side tends to be much more worn down because of that.

please ask all ten questions you want!! i have so many Thoughts about this and like all the characters and their roles in this (and kinda just silly little side headcanons, like steve and soda being idiots to see who can grow the biggest before realizing they were too tired to shrink down so they kinda just nap for a bit cause its either that or find enough food for the both of them—and sometimes, johnnny and pony would go to secluded areas to grow and watch the sunset because the view from a higher standpoint is always much more beautiful than it is from the ground… soft things :) ) so please if you have any thoughts or questions don’t hesitate to ask!

I actually think there's sooo so much of what they understand about their feelings for eachother that we never see on screen. Theres some really lovely moments in the novels in that vein (Read Isabo's Shirt. no really. youll enjoy it 😘)

But setting Beta canon *aside* and working under the assumption that they do not ever talk about feelings during the shows run

I can believe that piece easily. Until Hunters she considers herself engaged to Mark. thats an easy way to justify getting emotionally close to her first officer (for the support and companionship they both need) but never going further with it or discussing it.

And after Hunters is there ever a good moment? for the rest of the series, Chakotay is coping with the trauma of knowing all the maquis in the alpha quadrant were massacred. Something that we see BElanna struggle with but we never see Chakotay's side. We never even see Janeway learn about it.

Theres a metric fuck ton of other trauma these two go through during the show run - the Hirogen enslave and torture the crew for a whole month. Janeway grapples with depression or ptsd or whatever you interpret Night as being. Being assimilated. Memorial. That encounter with the Dauntless. oh and then of course Timeless...

Timeless seems to acknowledge their feelings but subtextually. there still is a lot left unsaid. even if I headcanon that they did have "dessert" in that episode, I think it would have been just a sexual release of the tension between them. Theres being aware that you have mutual feelings. theres acting on them... and then there is actually talking about it. And I suspect that they are both extremely aware of them and think it is only going to make it harder if they talk about it (however right or wrong they are about it).

Regardless, Timeless ending the way it does is another opportunity to spook them both back to opposite corners: not only do they not make it home but Janeway becomes painfully aware of what could have happened in that alternate future. so lets load that onto her heaping high pile of things she feels massive guilt about. Thats not a person who is going to feel free to open up about their feelings. whether it be viewed by her as something she doesnt deserve (for stranding the crew) or something that will be an added burden on Chakotay (to be her partner and her subordinate? perpetually? thats HARD) or on her (potentially needing to be responsible for his death if it happened due to her order? Thats also hard!).

My own timeless theory is that she comes to see these feeling she holds for him as toxic to their goal. she wanted to be back home and able to embrace a chance with him badly enough to overlook the clear risks of the slipstream flight. thats got to weigh heavy on her. This crews lives are in her hands and hers alone. she has to put them first. (And he KNOWS that deeply. establishing a longstanding situation where they both know about theyre feelings. theyre free to act on them and possibly have in the past. but neither feels able to begin talking about them)

The long and short of it is i can easily see them never discussing their feelings during the shows run. acting on and acknowledging them sure, but talking about them, nope. no talking here. (that also would explain his dating Seven in the final season. being in limbo with someone emotionally for that long is unsustainable)

But your question was whether they ever talk about it ever.

I think they definitely do. but it would be a huge thing to approach. theyve hurt eachother. theyve been wounded by the long mission. they are gonna have massive things to adjust to when they get home. (Ex fiance has a preschooler and wants to be friends. all the maquis are dead. family and friends have grown and changed. A whole devastating war happened without them there. Basically I think theres ALOT of more important things theyre gonna need to figure out after Voyager. And they'd do what theyve done for 7 years and lean on eachother. I think they might just wind up in a situation where they only talk about their feelings after theyve all but moved in together.

(God if two characters ever needed couples therapy without technically being a couple it would be these two. Starfleets counselors probably have a field day with everything the Voyager folks are dealing with)

ooh something else i wanted to ask you if you have had any paranormal experiences or somethings you just couldnt explain? and do you believe people are genuinely mediums because surely if someone has to announce it then theyre kinda pushing it a bit to either get some revenue out of it or theyre just looking for attention or theyre trying to prove it to others because theres no other explanation for what they experience?

is it something like how if u believe in something then itll happen only bc u believe it? sort of like these "haunted dolls" fad i love the dolls im not so sure if i believe theyre haunted. i do love using my pendulum its fun when it works and gives me accurate results or when someone else has confirmed something for me and its been on point with what my question or what my suspicion was. but i do think that haunted dolls is quite a sellable trend however if u need like dozens of different instruments such as cat balls to get a response from said doll then i think its rather comical and the price some folk is selling them at is obscene and questionable too. i mean i buy the second hand ones cheaper bc a) i like them affordable and b) they dont come with an obnoxious backstory which im sure would be true to some extent and c) i might as well be classed as haunted at this point i have lots of emotional baggage anyway but i havent honestly experienced much more usual things. i mean i got a scratch once or twice one on me neck and one on me shoulder but again i couldve chlked it up to me scratching myself without realising. like sure ive seen something i like and thought oooh i love that doll/picture and so on so i buy it without even thinking oh maybe its got a spirit attached to it. so idk where so many folk is getting these stories from some peoples "haunted" dolls. i also think it has to happen spontaeniously too like u can use pendulum to get two different answers if u word them differently same with the pic i bought one vintage pic of a lovely victorian girl bc i saw it once and liked it then went back to buy it again i dont think its haunted at all, i just think i was drawn to it. not paranormal per se more like i was telling myself i should buy it, i dont regret it bc its a pretty picture and it was still reasonable too! so clarice now sits on my drawers next to my doll ruby c: plus ive seen some folk have bigger collections too. but this girl i think she may be exagerating her youtube videos bc shes seen the popularity of some other big youtubers who easily fake paranormal stuff for views. i do think some of it can be real but again how do they time it just to happen when theyre on queue for filming it? like those pranks folk did for views u had to know it was planned in advance for the video to be perceveied to be funny from the start

what do u think personally and have u ever im not skeptic but im not 100% believer of haunted dolls per se i just think theyre interesting to have or look at and u can get them super cheap too. i did buy one "haunted" doll but thats just bc i was drawn to the way it looked and i hadnt browsed enough to see if anyone was selling it any cheaper. i mean u can get a normal priced doll and it will look exactly the same as a typical "haunted" doll but it will be considerabley less than what other people was selling it for. my pendulum sometimes gives me mixed answers and im not quite sure in how im supposed to ask certain things without getting someone else to clarify it for me. i maybe doubt myself too much or think similarly about paranormal stuff ah it was just bc i wanted to experience smth spooky did it happen type of thing or its bc i wanted a certain answer that got a yes for that? am i overthinking it probably. pendulum is moderately more fun than tarot imo. i still think its a case of using ones own intuition / gut feeling though as well.

Yes, I believe mediums are real, as I Tarot reader. You communicate with spirits/guides, so it is easier for me to believe in Mediums and being able to communicate with the dead.

I don't know anything about haunted dolls, but I believe anything can be true, so if you believe it, then believe it, or don't. There are things that cannot be explained, and I accept and embrace that. I am spiritual, so I am believer that nothing is real, just our perceptions create this reality. Science actually backs that up, look up Quantum mechanics/psychics. I mean Science can't even explain things about this world, like what is dark matter lol They know it is there but can't show you it. Anyway, what I am saying is not everything can be observed or understood to realize the validity of it.

It is true only your experience can verify something, so if you haven't experienced it, then to you it isn't real, but for someone who has experienced it will see it as real. It is all about your own lived experienced, but you can learn to open your mind to the possibilities of experiences happening for others, but you should also go with what you truly think, so if you believe it, then believe it, if not, don't.

Hell yeah best pokemon game to make fanfic of, easily. its an absolute BANGER Ok i got a few pieces of advice for ya, i don't mind sharing! 1 - One of the most important ones for me personaly, is to know and understand yourself and your own style of writing. By what i mean its like; you get an idea for a story, or a concept. But knowing your writing style, your capability to write scenes, and even the characters in question, do you KNOW that you can write this story? Its actually pretty important; Because writing takes up a LOT of time and effort, and if you just start blanking halfway into it, you'll have wasted so much time with a story that you don't exactly know how to do. I personaly have so many ideas, but i only execute on the ones that i am aware i can work on, and would know where to take, even if the idea is small. (For example, i had an idea for writing a fic of rarijack but only when theyre older, after the events of FIM. I started writing immediately because i knew exactly that i could do it; and am already 25 pages in and might finish today, heh) 2 - Write horizontaly, not verticaly. by that i mean; don't start at the beginning and work from there, consider all of your story's structure before you even start, act 1, 2, and 3, and its most pivotal moments. Much like you would sketch a drawing before lining and coloring, its important as hell that you are planning all your setups and payofss in advance, all of the arcs and character progression in tandum and stuff. This applies well to the first advice too! Don't be afraid to make an ugly ass sketch of a story, as long as youre aware that this is indeed a story you can make. Make the skeleton before adding the meat, and only after do you add the makeup. And as you write, more ideas will come to you! 3 - This one is more for my own, personal taste, but never be afraid of writing multigenre! By that like. If you're writing romance, dont be afraid to put action, if you're writing drama, dont be afraid to put a moment of comedy here and there; stories are infinitely more interesting when they're not just one note, not just a single tone! And the readers would absolutely be delighted on having moments of respite or shock, it keeps them on their toes. 4 - This one is hard to execute, and i cant give examples that arent long, but like. None of your scenes and sequences should be just what they are in the surface. Like; A character knows something that the other doesnt, or the audience knows something that neither character knows, or the underlying conflict is constantly clashing silently. A short example i can give is a scene in on of my fics in which a character was being asked about her past, and she spoke ernestly, but every once in a while i'd add a "She lied" after the information she provided; And i didn't need to add anything else, that in itself is enough for the audience to understand and consider why this character is doing what shes doing, and just that simple little thing added an really interesting layer to the simple conversation. Essentialy, there's no reason why a conversation should *just* be a conversation in your stories, and there is no reason why you should have filler for the sake of it. Pacing is important, and you can make every single scene and chapter on your story interesting, nothing stops you but you! The "She lied" thing is specialy important, because you don't have to treat your audience like babies. I didn't explain why she lied, because if any reader was paying attention, they'd understand completely, everything would simply click. A character can sometimes say something, and all you need to do is write the tone of their voice, and the reader can already connect the dots, or even something as simple as describing a facial expression or body language without explaining why it is what it is; It makes your story more engaging! I have a million other advice, but i felt like these were the most important ones i specificaly could provide. Good luck!

so basically in this au, everything is prettyyy much the same except that aren is a merman..

after his meeting with kusuo, it becomes painfully obvious that kusuo doesnt belong there but aren still thinks hes just a cool foreign mermaid.. but he keeps asking so many questions about where hes from and kusuo is already in so much shock he cant keep up the act anymore and tells him hes from the land.. (he probably couldve just told him to leave him alone, but truth be told he had a hot merman right in front of him and he literally just found out mermaids exist ??? so why would he do that)

so after learning kusuos secret (which wasnt explained in full, he really just said he has powers and aren thinks its some sort of secret human magic) he begs him to give him human legs, and kusuo has to explain that he cant use his shapeshifting ability on other people, and the only similar thing is hypnosis, which wouldnt work.. SO kuboyasu introduces him to mermaid magic !! which isnt all that powerful at all.. they just have certain minor spells, charms, and incantations that can have small effects.. so they work together and find a way to make his shapeshifting ability work on kuboyasu!! maybe its a thing similar to saikis limiters, but its like a pendant or a pair of earrings infused with a combination of magic+kusuos powers+technology

and soooooo he transfers to PK!! (with kusuos genius+mind control, its easy to cook up a fake ID+birth certificate and all) and everything else is pretty much the same, including even how kusuo attempts to ignore him at school at first+then spies on him without his knowledge.. but theyre also secretly romancing each other outside of school hours in the literal ocean..

it definitely took a while for kusuo to trust him enough to take him on land btw so they also spent a lot of time in arens home but i havent put much thought into what/where exactly that is or about his family and mermaid friends and such..

either way, even when he trusts him, aren still messes up and almost spills various secrets a lot lmao.. it shouldn't be that hard because hes been told his whole life that humans were dangerous because they couldnt handle things they didnt understand (like.. magic) but somehow he still manages to slip up many times on BOTH of their secrets (good thing their friends are DUMB)

- i feel like they do everything together like train play video game even when theyre doing separate things theyre tgt… like its always cole AND jay and never just them seperate… always team up for missions and everything… when they arent together the others will go wheres your other half haha stuff like that also they bicker all the timr and never say anything to each other but when the other isnt around they always talk so fondly about each otjer and 😭😭 it makes me wanna puke /pos

- they have very different music tastes (i hc jay listens to kpop and cole to 80s rock & new wave) and theyll always talk about how bad the others music taste is but secretly they actually like it… (jays kpop playlist got a save once and he was trying to figure out who it was and cole was like whoever it is has the worst music taste in the world) (it was cole who saved it) (also vice versa)

- they play every game and watch every show together and when one of them starts something without the other they get offended 😭😭

- speaking of watching cole cant handle anything scary at all but sometimes jay will somehow convince him to and always puts on the scariest stuff because he thinks its cute when cole jumps 😭

- jay still sleeps with his plushies so when they cuddle jay is spooning his plush and cole is spooning him and sometimes cole lays on jays chest

- they playfight and wrestle a lot and sometimes get seriously hurt while doing it

- they play dancing games tgt… like just dance and ddr

- also i think jay deffo dances to stim (totally not self projecting here) and his dance moves are always a bit silly so cole will copy them and jay is like are my making fun of me >:( and cole is like yeah maybe i am

- on the topic of stims they deffo mimic each other a whole lot in the sense theyll copy each others vocal stims and it annoys the hell out of everyone else because theyll say the same silly phrase over and over again for weeks 😭😭

- i also hc them both as chronically ill (jay is hypermobile and cole has arthritis) and sometimes after especially hard training days they will give each other back rubs/massages…

- they arealso borh very smart separately but when you put them together they become super stupid and lose all their brain cells
