Review of “The Whole Thing: The Story of the Bible Through Six Images” by Jason English I got this book with only a mild nterest in it. But “It’s short,” I thought, “if I don’t like it, it won’t take up a lot of my time.” Instead, I found it to be one of the most creative and interactive books I have ever read. You can’t just read this book; you must participate in it. (I’m sorry; I can’t explain more without spoiling it for you.)

The book looks at the Bible as if it were a body. Each section of the Bible is a specific part of the body----a hand, a foot, a face, etc. And, as I said, you must participate in this book, just like you must exercise your body.

I recommend this book. It’s an easy read, but emotionally moving. It’s short, but you’ll want to take your time with it as you want to get as much from it as you can.

OKWELL thewholething with.after the shift!! 10-15 minute span of just complete wolf brain, right? if someone comes across them or they get out of the room somehow, maybe even just fan coming in at some point to sleep or something and them running through the open door and fan not doing anything because good lord thats an entire wolf in our room horse in the hospital yknow, they could really do ANYTHING that they WONT remember because it may get crammed to the back of their mind or just completely lost! so that could be, really dark or just them managing to eat all the meat they can find and not having any for the next day

Finally made it over the bridge & walked through the Union Sq. Farmers Market. . . Grabbed a bunch of every green you see here, s’been a while since I’ve cooked up some Callaloo. Big Purslane fan & i haven’t been able to find Black Nightshade & Alache anywhere else. And omg @ Spilanthes. I didn’t even know this plant existed. I ate a leaf & my mouth started salivating & felt super fresh immediately after. Known as the “Toothache Plant,” it helps jump start the digestive process & apparently the flower is 10x more intense than chewing the leaf. I’ll stick to the leaf for now, lol. What a beautiful foraging. 🌿🍃✨ Also visited one of my fav’ bookshops, Namaste. Love a good pyrite & obsidian.
