🇦🇺 This past week, it was beautiful to experience again water fasting. 💧 As usual, a lot came out from it and I will now continue my journey on juice for the next 10 days. 🍇 The reason why I have decided to interrupt it even if my aim was way higher, it has been my body to call the shot and one of my first lesson over the past 10 years has been, “listen to your body”,Always! Longer fast need longer preparation...✨ . . I am here to share a personal story that many people who know me are well aware: . . About 12/13 years ago,(18/19 Yo.) I have decided to step into one of those famous Keto/Carnivore diet! 🥩 Reason: I was fighting at the time, quite often ,nothing less I was at a time of my life I was trying to come out from a very dark teen ages which they have led me to a very obscure time in my life. So in order to step out of that dark I saw into sports and physical form a way to hide my insecurities...so I did! For at least a few years,I followed a very strict dietary regime,without engaging with anything that my body was signaling me....sugar crave, low mood, rash anger etc...No chance, for me it was “Discipline or Death “! Well,long story short...listening to everyone and not my body I ended up in depression for years...for what? For a body like a bad ass (Swipe For photo) to hide insecurities, like many other people have and don’t deal with them to! With the above said, when I hear things such as “I do Keto/Carnivore etc...”....the specialist said etc... 🇦🇺 Leadership Shadows... . . The water fasting and the new moon in Cancer ♋️ is bringing up in me one of the deepest and most remarkable shadow of mine, “The Leadership Shadow”. As per my star sign and planets/stars locations on my birth chart my path as a natural leadership has been seens since my earliest ages. Wherever you throw me, I will ended up leading it. Who is a leader? Someone who says what other don’t, someone who does what other don’t, someone who is capable to lead with courage, vision and for the best interests of the whole. However, there are wide shadows behind this bright light 🌑☀️. Inequality, Jealousy, Pride. Those are remarkable patterns in my life. Those patterns leads to the inability to accept guidance, advice, any sort of equality exchange and often even abundance...as part of open to receive. . . How am I seeing my shadows? . . 🇦🇺 “...I am not good enough!” . . The deepest and most remarkable wound of our generation. Value, Wealth, Happiness, Often Freedom (Primarily of mind) come in accordance to your reaction towards the above phrase. Why is that such a thing? The answer is: CONFORMITY. . . Conformity is the murder, conformity is the killer. “You must study to do this.”, “You must pass the test to do that.”, “You must do as they do, or you won’t be accepted.” The truth is, conformity is ignorance. The belief that someone can raise a standard for someone else is the totality of control, mass control! We are all that same thing, coming into existence under a different point of attention, how can someone be like someone else? With the above said, how can someone judge another, if himself is different? No one is like another and that uniqueness is the key to success, wealth, happiness,emotional abundance. My shadow, my charge against conformity comes in a very young ages, I used to call it school, I used to call it degree, I used to call it system, I used to call job then I uncovered his real nature in me and in its creators : FEAR.
