IDK WHAT TO TITLE THIS??? Just read
I think by creating countless amounts of posts to help people reach the state of shifting or enter the void state is low key pointless
Because why do I have to continue to tell you
A bunch of people I’ll never actually talk to
Irl
How to do something we were all created and born TO DO??
You’re just read this and then proceed to not do it anyway
The reason you’re on here is actually why you “can’t do it”
It’s not that you can’t
You won’t
Because you’re procrastinating but not only are you procrastinating you’re also
Trying to figure out how to do something
You’ve always known what to do
I read somewhere some ppl can’t enter the void
Because it was scientifically proven that we all have different parts of brains that’ll allow it or something I don’t remember but google it
I think that’s weird
Because the void state is literally conscious
Every single human being has consciousness
And we can all access it through meditation hypnosis etc
Why some ppl enter it more easily
Is because they don’t overthink it most ppl look at it as a “oooh I wanna try it”
When you’re excited to try something you don’t over complicate it or assume it’s not gonna work
Even if you do you’re still too excited to try it to care
it’s important that if you’ve already discovered the loa void state and shifting
You should continue to believe in it
But the actions matter just as much as the intentions
Your actions shouldn’t be wavering like
Is it real?
But then saying you believe it is
Figure it out
Do you believe in it or not?
Stop confusing your subconscious mind
Now back to what I was saying earlier
You keep treating it like a chore or a job
When you finally lay down to meditate you think
“What’s takin so long?”

Your impatience is the reason you’re not getting it
The whole point is for relaxation but since you’ve all put it on a pedestal
With the manifesting
You act as if
It’s a wish granter
It’s not
You are the reason you get your desire
You could get in the void rn but you’d only get your desires if YOU say your affirmations
Stop
Waiting to enter the void
If you have this mindset it’s not gone happen
Think of it as a
You’re setting the intention and just vibing
That’s why my method with the music works so well
Because I don’t overthink with music on
Music keeps me awake mentally and certain songs keep me relaxed physically
Plus it’s a good energy then just depending on a subliminal or something
It’s not doing it for you
My method plus ppl on here literally getting in the void
With no background noise is proof that subliminals are just guiding you to a destination you were already going to reach on your own
So what to take from this post
1. Stop depending on subliminals it’s fine to use them but thinking it’s gonna get your results is putting power into something that isn’t as powerful as you
2. Procrastination is going to be the cost of a life you could be living The more you linger on this looking for the answers you already know the longer you’ll be living in a world you are desperately trying to escape from congrats you’ve got a Dr you can daydream and escape this reality mentally but what’s the fun in that? That life you keep fantasizing is real and the universe knows how bad you want it so why fantasize? Go there
3. Why are you wondering how ppl get in the void easily? Simply just stop thinking about it so much literally just meditate think affirm whatever don’t even think of the void but still have that intention in your mind you wanna move your body? Why? You hate this reality you wanna block out all the physicality it actually feels so good to just be in a moment of peace I’m telling y’all the key to entering the void shifting etc other OOB experiences is literally just stop paying attention
You know so many ppl with adhd
Or other neurodivergent disorders think it’s so difficult to focus
But I remember years ago I accidentally entered the void without knowing what it was
I was so sleepy I laid down
Got distracted by a thought
And literally it went black for like five seconds and I felt nothing
So literally just stop paying attention
Affirm
If you want
Set the intention count whatever
Or you could just set the intention and just think
Of literally anything
That doesn’t cause physical reactions like a funny thought you’d laugh at
But just pretend you’re dreaming like how you normally would
Which brings me to my method
THE DREAM METHOD:
You could pretend to be dreaming
Like if you can’t visualize it still use your sense
Image your dreaming
And in that dream you’re living your dream life or you could “dream” that you’re in the void
However you want your void to look
By not moving you’re tricking your body into thinking you’re asleep
And by pretending to be dreaming
You’re tricking your mind into thinking
You’re both sleeping and dreaming
This will make you either dream Forreal
Or you could use this to get in the void
When or if you feel symptoms
By the way
Those floaty etc symptoms are actually signs that you’re astral projecting because shifting your awareness is a mind thing
NOT an outer body experience
So if you feel floaty dizzy spinning etc
You are astral projecting
BUT
You can use astral projection to shift and to enter the void
You’re Welcome
Also P.S but have you ever zoned out and stared at something til your vision got all blurry and background noises get fuzzy and whatever you’re focused on is the only think you can subconsciously focus on?
Yeahhh it’s a trance
Try doing this while meditating with your eyes open then close them and keep doing it
What ever you were focus on
Close your eyes
Set the intention
Affirm for a bit
Breathe then
Imagine something
Anything you’d want
And pretend to dream
By just visualizing or thinking or using your senses
You could put on an instrumental and imagine your doing a music video
If you feel symptoms just remember
Nothings physically happening to you
So why focus on it?
If someone saw you you’d still be in bed
Not moving
Itchy feelings mean your body is feeling as if you’re awake
There’s no actual physical symptoms of entering the void
Because it’s not really an out of body experience it’s you shifting your awareness has nothing to do with your body
Since you’re shifting to the 4D
The 4D is not physical
I may have mentioned symptoms in my previous posts I don’t remember I’m not a hypocrite I just learn and get more educated
But no matter
Take this how you want
And even if I could help
I could never get you into the void state
It’s literally me trying to tell YOUR subconscious mind to do something you already know how to do

You don’t need the void to shift
Trust me there’s a gagillion methods

●HOW I USED IT●
Okay so before I did this I listened to the whole Renaissance live album in audio mack because in my dr those are my song and instead of Renaissance its called "The Saturn Returns Tour" and in that world I'm the beyonce of that reality like a list celebrity i could go more into it if yall want me to next post! Throughout that whole album I was visualizing being there and using my senses to immerse myself and get a feeling of how it's like being me
Okay yall I'm reporting good news!
So I didn't do only the theta waves but also used the wim hof method for like 11 minutes in order for me to like feel light head or floating and oh my god yall! It made me feel so light and my hands and fingers, toes. EVERYWHERE IN MY BODY WAS FEELING LIKE IT WAS LIGHT AND HAD NO WEIGHT TO IT!??
Since I created a Playlist and put two videos so after the breathing guidance was over I could go straight to using the theta waves without getting distracted and using my phone..unsurprisingly no ads played throughout the video..but as soon as the videos started, I calmed myself down because the lingering fear was still in my mind but I managed to transform it to positive thoughts and not be afraid..it was like I had it all in my hands..like I knew what to do. Its also like my subconscious was talking to me or something? It was a very calming voice and it guided me through..
So then I started to say affirmations in my head.
"I AM THE UNIVERSE"
"I AM THE CREATOR OF MY REALITY"
"NOTHING CAN HOLD ME DOWN BECAUSE I AM PURE CONSCIOUSNESS"
"I AM NOT MY BODY NOR PERSON OR BRAIN"
"DONT BE AFRAID OF ANYTHING, YOURE SUBCONSCIOUS KNOWS WHERE TO GO. TRUST IT."
And by the time I was getting symptoms like my body was light and my head felt it was spinning and I saw flashing lights! My body was twitching like my muscles would spasm for a second.. I think that was my brain checking if I was still alive and I then told myself there's nothing to be afraid about..we are perfectly safe. Also my body felt so heavy like I got sleep paralysis but I didnt??😭

●THE PART YOURE WAITING FOR●
Bro..just bro..like I'm so proud of myself that I managed to do something like this.
I tried to ground myself using my senses first I used my smelling sense..and I smelled my significant other's colonge..and cinnamon..i..I couldn't believe it actually. I used my touch sentence to feel the sheets. It was silk he likes to use silk sheets to sleep on. MY HEART WAS POUNDING!
I then used it to feel my clothes I was wearing. Which was a panda stripped onesie that he bought me cause he knows I love soft and comfortable things

This next part is confusing though..so all my senses were working..expect for my eyes..like I was partially there. All I saw was black. But it was like a blur?? I don't know but it was blurry for me and I think because I kind struggle with grounding. So I started to sit up in the bed and wiggled my fingers. I saw my sharp nails and the black fade marks on my fingers. My heart was pounding bro( how many times have I said this?) I then turned my head to my significant other...

HOLY SHIT THAT MAN HIS HOT AS FUCK..LIKE HE LOOKED GORGEOUS SND ETHREAL..like I'm biting my lip and finger thinking of him like damn I really copped this fine ass man bro.
I then asked for him to wake up and that it's valentines day today(I scripted it was valentines an my DR..it was 6am when I looked at the clock)
And..yall I'm so smitten for him like it ain't funny at ALL..so he woke up and graced me with a soft smile..a loving smiling of adoration coming from him and I swear happy tear came from my eyes that he's actually there infront of me. I couldn't help myself. I just had to kiss him on his lips and forehead..it was so tender. I then grabbed his hand placed on my cheek..yall I never felt so loved in my life. He then said that got a gifts for me in the dresser next to Bed. And proceeded to open it and grabbed a couple of boxes and gave it to me. I was opened them and I swear I smiled so brightly yall. It was a ruby necklace and a ruby bracelet. He said he bought me it a few days before valentines days from a shop and said it reminded him of me and the time I said ruby reminded me of his eyes(he remembers everything about me and stuff I've said)

We walked into the closet to get dressed and yall that closet was long asf. Like billion dollar worthy. So then I picked out my dress which was this

WHAT THE FUCK LORD HAVE MERCY I THINK I BECAME A WATER FALL OR SOMETHING..anyway he then said why was I tempting him so early in the day and I was like huh? Cause I already forgot my words or the offer I tempted him with..and he said that I had to face the consequences of my actions one or another and that Demons don't do well with resisting temptations and I'm a walking temptations to him..oh fuck..bro like you obsessed with me? Oh I LOVE THAT FROM HIM AND TBH HE CAN HIT IT ANYTIME AND ILL LET HIM so anyway let I them noticed that cat followed us and was watching and I was like you can't do what you're going to when there's an kitten watching..and he simply shrugged and just said that'll probably think that it parents(i fucking loved when he said that like aww he thinks of phobos like a daughter) were just loving eachother and showing love or tussling..

Overall I rate theta waves a solid 8/10 two points because I had a little bit of trouble but Overall it was good

Here’s a step by step guide that actually helped someone get super close and helped me get in!!!
First
What is the void state?
The void state is the deepest type of meditation
It is the state of pure consciousness where your body is asleep but the righty side of your brain is awake
Why we need to keep the right side of our brain awake?
Because the right side of our brain is more “creative”
We have two sides of our brain
They’re called “Hemispheres”
Left hemisphere(left side of brain)
Is for your every day activities you use more of during certain classes at school
This sides more logical
Meaning it knows things like
“1+1=2” “You eat cereal with a spoon spaghetti with a fork”
When you stay still for 15-20 minutes not only is your body asleep but your left hemisphere is also asleep
How to enter the void state
To enter the void state one must simply
Be
In the void state anything is possible
You can revise death, heal someone from something, gain magical powers
Become famous be a billionaire marry your celebrity crush wake up next to your SP
Be the coolest person in the world
Have pink hair etc
Nothing is impossible
If you lost someone you could literally manifest in the void they’re still alive and healthy
Here are the steps to entering the void:
1. Get comfortable I don’t care if you lay down or sit up just be in a position where you feel comfy
2. Put on an instrumental to your favorite song if it’s relaxing enough it can even be a rap song
Just no lyrics
Make sure it’s upbeat enough to make you happy and keep you awake
Or a slow pop instrumental I don’t care if it’s Billie Eilish etc
Any song instrumental that gets you in your mood
3. Whilst listening to your instrumental, I want you to start daydreaming
Visualize your dream life
Picture that everything is perfect the way you want it
The 3D can be altered that’s why it’s an illusion
In this very moment that you’re lying down the only thing that’s important is your mind
Allow your thoughts to pass they don’t even matter
Shift those thoughts into your daydream
Fantasize about your dream life
Feel happy feel good
4. While daydreaming about your desires
I want you to picture your desired self as vividly as you can picture them staring into your eyes
Breathing with you
The breathing method I want you to try during this is
The “444” method
Breathe in on 4
Like this
As you’re breathing in through your nose count to 4 in your head or out loud
Then hold it
Release on the count of 8
So hold it then release on 8
Do I this until you feel super relaxed
Now imagine your desired self
Counting to a hundred with you
With each breath in you both count together
What you’re doing here is you are becoming in sync with your desired self
As she/he/they( your desired self) stares into your eyes
Let them count with you picture them just staring at you with a comfy smile and counting with you
Until you reach maybe 100 or 200 whatever you choose
5. After counting
Still imagine your desired self
Imagine they’re telling “you always wake up in the void”
Repeat after them start saying
“I always wake up in the void “
Create affirmations for them to say
And just repeat after them but using first place like they’ll say “You are pure consciousness” so you say “I am pure consciousness”
Become in synch with your desired self as if your souls are one because truthfully this desired version of you is already you
You’re just forming a deeper connection with them in this very moment
6. Start saying together “I am in the void”
7. that’s it
If you’re not in by now
I need you to focus on talking to your desired self today become in synchronized with them
This will help you feel a stronger connection with your desires instead of putting them on a pedestal
Subliminals to use
For Alpha waves
What is Alpha waves?
Alpha waves are a mindfulness meditation exercise that helps relief stress and many other things
The alpha state of mind is a relaxed state of consciousness while awake when the brain produces alpha waves instead of beta waves. Alpha waves can help reduce stress increase productivity, and boost creativity. Some techniques that may help you enter the alpha state include:

Examples of when you’re in the Alpha wave state
1. When you sit down to watch tv for awhile
2.While studying
3.Maybe reading a book
These are examples of things we do that trigger the alpha state
To get into the alpha wave
Listen to the subliminal above with the waves included
During this subliminal
Focus on deep breathing
Calm your mind
Slow down your heart rate
The frequency of alpha should be at 8 to 13 HZ
The video I mentioned above is at a frequency of 11 HZ
ISOCHRONIC TONES
Isochronic tones are tones that basically forces your brain waves to move in synch with the frequency you’re listening to
Isochronic tones is what I like to call “Synchronized tones “
You can use binaural beats but these and isochronic tones are the not the same
The differences are
Binaural beats are separate frequencies functioning together
While isochronic tones are frequencies of a singular wave
You could use either one
“What if you can’t visualize?”
No worries!
If you are unable to visualize like I was I want you to practice this method instead
The non visualization method:
Requires no daydreaming no visualization
How to enter void with a clear mental image
1. As stated before get into a comfortable position
2. Put on either subliminal or instrumental
3. Close your eyes and instead of visualizing
I want you to lay completely still
In about 15 minutes or when you feel it’s been awhile
Start moving your eyes rapidly
Not too fast
You know when you’re fake sleeping and your mom tries to see if you’re actually asleep
Like that move your eyes
Not like you WANT to wake up but more like as in you are dreaming
This will trick you into thinking you’re in the “R.E.M” state
The REM state also known as “Rapid eye movement”
This occurs when your brain waves and your mind are becoming consciously aware
You’ll feel like waking up because you’re in the process of waking up
But you’re still asleep
This where you dream
Or if you have Aphantasia(the inability to visualize) whether your dream or not
Many people with aphantasia still dream they’re just low in sensory
Anyways during REM sleep
You’re basically half awake half asleep
The duration is about 90 minutes
To trick yourself into thinking you’re in the REM state
After awhile of laying still and tricking your body into thinking you’re asleep
Move your eyes rapidly
You’ll start seeing little lights or colors that’s behind your eyelids
These are called “phosphenes”
Focus on these colors behind your eyes
Until you feel you’ve are in a self induced trance
You might end up in the hypnagogic state
Hypnagogia are phoshenes which is where you’re between awaking consciousness and sleep
You’ll hallucinate different patterns shapes smells etc
This is just extra information
The main key here is if you can’t visualize
Trick your body into thinking you’re the REM state by moving your eyes
And focusing on the lights shapes sparkles or colors you see behind your eyes
4. When you feel like your mind is blank/fuzzy at this point
Start affirming or counting or both while still focusing on the colors

Honestly this is not my reality or home no more, I'm not supposed to be here at all. Me staying here is literally playing myself because like why am I here if this isn't my home? Why stay if this reality is not benefiting me at the slightest?? Like this is a toxic relationship with this reality and I needs to go and leave it and that's exactly what I'm going to do tonight.
