Sunday Chill Day Complete!! Today has done everything it said on the tin! #sunday #chillday #completed Last night (saturday) I found a picture of me a few years ago, a few stone ago, its been in my head ever since... Body confidence is big thing for me at the moment and lockdown definitely hasn't helped. I needed today to get my head straight, to create a plan, to have a routine in place. We have done loads to the house the past 10 days and I feel happy and ready for the new #schoolterm. Now i feel happy and ready for the new #me...
