Yanderes are possessive and obsessive, as well as stalkers of the extreme variety. Chances are, they've been watching you if they're saying shit like that. And if they've been watching, there's too high of a chance that they'll find some way around your security, no matter how much you think they won't.

These are people who are obsessed with you. They aren't going to stop because you're bigger and stronger than them, they'll just find a way around that and come after you anyways.
