It was like a duel strike to Logan.

“Aren’t you claimed now?” the varcolac asked with a raised eyebrow. It was his job as the castle doctor to know whenever slaves were claimed and this one had been claimed by Nikolas, a vampire Lovell actually knew. 

“Are you sure you should be offering yourself so freely?” Lovell was rarely one to abide by any rules if he could get away with it, but it was fun seeing how far this slave was willing to go.

It had been a few days since Nikolas last saw Logan, and only one since he got the claim approval. He knew the boy needed something to claim him, so today he would take the boy from the croft and get him nice and pampered. As he went to the croft Nikolas wasted no time spotting the boy and going over. “Logan, my pup, you are claimed now. Let me take this silly collar off you and we shall find something as a way to claim you.” Nikolas gave a little chuckle and smile as he reached out to undo that wretched collar. “What would you like instead?”
