decided to take on a kitten-sitting part time job.

went out with friends till late night yesterday.

came home at 4am, slept at 5am. (oh me, what are you doing to yourself)

skipped 10am class. (it was a minor class but i know its not an excuse)

  Last night was extended. I didn’t expect I would be back home at 4am. It was just a dinner plan but was extended when the gang decided to go for karaoke and hookah after that. Nevertheless, I had decent fun and it was an enjoyable catch up. But I have to regulate my sleeping hour to avoid any emotional roller coaster taking its coarse. 

But it was somewhat a relief for me after a long meeting with my supervisor. Apparently, the things I have been reading on is not appropriate for my research. I was pretty lost because I have only the rough idea of my topic but not a clear topic of what will it be about. I want to analyse on @langleav but was uncertain about my topic. Fortunately, my supervisor (let’s call him Mr. Fred) gave me a clear outlines and possible routes I could take to make things clearer. He sees that my interest lies towards ‘Romantic Trauma’. It is basically on how individuals cope up with a broken relationship (or an abusive one, however is less likely traceable in Leav’s work). This, I believe is a common characteristics in Leav’s poetry.

As soon as I got back from the meeting, I jump straight to work. I first selected the poem that is related to post-breakups/dissolution and find a common ground there. I gave myself a break for a night out with my friends and today I continued. The lead of my studies is getting clearer and clearer each day. And I am getting excited!
