Danger | | Tenth Doctor x Reader
Requested by another Tennally member hheh @late-night-thougts
25: "What the hell were you thinking?"
Strictly speaking, it wasn't the Doctor's fault. Strictly speaking, it wasn't Y/N's, either. Strictly speaking, it had been the planet's inhabitants fault.
Okay, so, maybe the two had contributed to the mess.
"What the hell were you thinking?" The Doctor's voice rang out loud and clear, but he wasn't shouting. It was...powerful and certain, but sounded as if even he had had some kind of doubts during the situation they'd just been in. Doubts of whether he'd be able to save Y/N again.
They'd been visiting a planet called The Library, together, their other companion Donna having went off somewhere. The Doctor had refused to leave Y/N's side, as if he were attached to the other Gallifreyan. Well, he was, quite literally. Not physically, but mentally. The two had established a mental link, which allowed them to communicate without speaking. Instead, they could hear each other's thoughts. Didn't stop them from talking, obviously.
There had been something seriously wrong with The Library, there was no sound, just silence. Silence in The Library. The Trio had gone to investigate, Donna had been 'saved', quite literally, and there had been a woman called River...Y/N had figured out that she was from their future. The Doctor was a tad bit slower to figure that out.
Anyhow. Turns out the place was full of Vashta Nerada. Y/N had ran off upon hearing that Donna has been 'saved', which was why the Doctor was more than a little frustrated.
"I was trying to find Donna!" Y/N responded, calmly, voice even. Donna was stood to the side, watching the two, bewildered. It'd been a while since she'd seen the two getting into some form of mild arguments. "What, would you rather I had left her?" Y/N added.
"No! Of course not! But the place was teeming with-" The Doctor paused, then continued. "The place was teeming with Vashta Nerada. You could have been killed." He looked at Y/N, and the Gallifreyan shrugged.
That caused the Doctor to scowl slightly. How could Y/N be so...careless! "So now you don't care if you get killed...right then. Right. You know how dangerous that would be for me. Is that what you wanted?" He asked, his voice cracking slightly, and Donna was quick to reply for Y/N. She knew what the consequences were.
"Oi! Shut it! Y/N doesn't want you to get hurt! Why would you even think of that, you idiot!" She yelled, and Y/N had to take a few moments to try and calm the redhead down. Her temper certainly matched her hair, that was for sure. Eventually, Donna headed off, presumably to bed, and Y/N turned to face the Doctor, and walked over to him.
"Did you really think I'd risk your life? I kept talking throughout the whole thing, through the link, if anything had happened I would have said. Or you would have felt it." Y/N told him, voice soft. "I wouldn't ever run off unless it was necessary. It was. I wasn't going to risk losing Donna. Not after the others." There was a pause, and then a whisper that the Doctor recognized as his actual name. "Look at me." The Doctor lifted his head, his eyes meeting Y/N's eyes.
Then there was soft lips against hiss, and he suddenly wasn't so tense, and he let his earthy eyes shut. Earthy, ha. Still, the feeling made him feel much better, and he carefully lifted his hands to cup Y/N's cheeks, needing to actually feel the other Gallifreyan, so maybe he could convince himself that he wasn't actually alone for just a little while longer.
Alone.
Everything suddenly changed. Y/N was gone, the TARDIS went dark, and the Doctor was alone, grasping on thin air, before he remembered that Y/N was gone. Gone, and there was no returning for them. He slid down the console, onto the floor, his knees buckling underneath him, and a shuddering sob racked through his body.
"What was I thinking?"

Lend A Hand? | | Tenth Doctor x Reader
Hey this was requested by History Triplet One. I'm stupid, and don't know your URL leave me alone bajnsjbw
Oh wait it's @friendlybutsarcastic
Prompt 26: "Here, let me help you."
The trip had been going relatively well for the two, no trouble had arisen so far, and they were having quite a lot of fun. Well. Kinda.
The Doctor had decided to take Y/N to see a nebula, and he'd even let them float outside for a little while. He'd asked the TARDIS to expand the oxygen field so Y/N could do so. They'd said about wanting to float about before, and he'd decided that now had been as good a time as ever.
Now the two were both sat inside, dangling their legs out into space, Y/N munching on a chocolate bar that they'd purchased on the last trip to a planet. Turns out that quite a few planets had chocolate. The Doctor was swinging his legs back and forth. Y/N chuckled at his mildly childish behaviour, to which the Doctor responded to by sticking his tongue out, laughing quietly.
Y/N grinned, amused, and then looked back out at the Nebula. The view from close up was gorgeous, and the different gases were all their own unique colour. There was stunning reds, golden yellows, dazzling purples, and Y/N's favourite was the slight streaks of purple.
Y/N leaned forwards a little, to get a better view. The Doctor automatically put a hand put to stop Y/N from tumbling out into the vacuum of space. Y/N only smiled softly in response, leaning back again, understanding why the Doctor had been worried.
Eventually the two both stood, heading back to the console, and that was when Y/N tripped, and grazed their elbow on the TARDIS' floor. They let out a startled yelp, and the Doctor spin around, looking as if he was just about ready to use his sonic screwdriver on anyone who wasn't Y/N. When he saw Y/N on the ground, he put the sonic away, and smiled softly, holding a hand out and spotting the graze. He gestured to it. "Here, let me help you."
Y/N shook their head. "No, I can do it myself." They mumbled, taking the Doctor's hand, and standing. The Doctor smiled a little, and sighed, leading Y/N to the Medical Room.
"Shush, just let me sort it out for you. I'd dread to think what's been on that floor." The Doctor remarked, making the TARDIS hum, probably slightly offended by the comment. Y/N chuckled at her response, and let the Doctor to his thing, watching him curiously. Well, at least he lived up to his name. Kinda. He could treat a graze, at least. Y/N grinned.
The two certainly were going to keep each other around as long as possible.

“I deserve to rot.”
“We all know you hate me. Just admit it.”
“You promised me nothing would happen.”
“The creature is staring at me again.”
“We found you in the snow. What the hell happened?”
“Can you hear me?”
“Why am I always late?”
“This is all my fault.”
“They hate me, don’t they?”
“I just want to look at you.”
“I don’t want to fall asleep. I’m scared.”

Just Stay Here (reader x tenth doctor)
Requested by @slithredn
can you do ♗ with the tenth doctor, please?
I sure heccing can, love!
"After a long day of running from extraterrestrials that want to kill someone to study human biology, it's inevitable that said someone would want to sleep. Now, bugger off and let me catch some well needed sleep." Y/N grumbled to the Doctor. The Doctor pouted, a little bit offended by the comment, but he didn't mind too much. Sometimes he forgot that humans needed sleep, though. He was a Time Lord, and he didn't need to sleep very often.
"But I don't want to 'bugger off', as you put it." He protested, and Y/N scowled at him, and then grinned. The Doctor couldn't help but be a more than a little bit concerned by the sudden mood swing. "Why...why are you grinning like that?"
"Well, if you don't want to go away, come here and be a pillow." Y/N sat up, and patted the spot on their bed beside them. "C'mon." The Doctor raised his eyebrows, and slowly made his way over, and then sat down. Y/N's head was instantly resting upon his lap, and he couldn't help but smile, and begin to carefully thread his fingers through their hair. Y/N smiled too, so he supposed Y/N liked the gesture.
Y/N soon began to drift off, their eyes drifting shut, and the Doctor smiled fondly, and he leant down to gently press his lips to Y/N's forehead in a featherlight kiss.
Y/N smiled just a little more.
And so did the Doctor.

Is that a good woah there or...?
Who? (Not an X Reader)
Alright. @fortune-fool02 gave this idea. Crowley meeting daleks. Fuck yes. Dis gonna be short tho, like me
Crowley was confused.
Well, maybe a little more than confused.
Actually, he was extremely confused.
"Who the heav- he- who on earth is the Doctor?" Crowley asked, staring at the...robots? Were they robots? They sounded it, so they must be. One of them did the robot equivalent of a confused noise. Could they get confused? Crowley had no idea.
"You are the Doctor." One stated, pivoting on the spot slightly. Crowley scowled at it, narrowing his eyes from behind his glasses.
"Look, I don't know what kind of trick this is, but I'm not a Doctor. I'm Crowley. I'm a demon. I'm anything but a doctor." Crowley grumbled, taking his glasses off, and gesturing to his eyes. "See? Snake eyes. Demon. Roar." He threw his hands up, and shook his head. "What even are you?"
"We are the Daleks, we are superior, and you are the Doctor." The same one as before answered his question.
Crowley laughed, and then there was a sudden whooshing noise, and he spun around as a blue police box appeared, and out stepped..."What the fuck?" Crowley narrowed his eyes at...himself? Was that him? No. No way.
The newcomer gawked at Crowley. "You're me!" He grinned excitedly, seemingly forgetting about the Daleks. "You're me!" He repeated, holding out a device, scanning Crowley.
Crowley hissed. "I'm not you! Who are you?" He asked, snapping his fingers to get rid if the Daleks. The newcomer gawked some more. "Yes, I'm a demon, surprise, now who are you?"
"I'm the doctor!"
"Doctor...what?"
"No, you're supposed to say Doctor Who."
The Doctor and Crowley stared at each other incredulously.
This was going to be a long, long night.

Abjsbhsh THANK :D ❤❤
The Last Of His Kind (Tenth Doctor X Gallifreyan Reader)
Hi again, it me, your local trans mess, how are you? You better be okay because I'm sending good vibes to you and you can't stop them.
Also, I wrote this one is 1st person haha, I used to write this way all the time so it should be a bit better :D
And a daily reminder, you are loved, even if you think you aren't. There is always someone there for you, and you aren't a burden, so don't be afraid to just message them or talk to them, because the chances are they'll listen. And if they don't, then I'm here! I know I'm a random stranger on the net, but I just want you all to be happy, which is one reason why I write these. But, please, if you ever need to talk, please do it. Bottling emotions only makes things worse. I learnt that the hard way.
I used to think that I was the only one. I used to think that everyone else had died, and I was prepared for a lifetime of loneliness, it didn't bother me at all.
So why was I so upset?
Maybe this regeneration was more emotional. I was also running on barely any sleep, so that might've contributed to it, but I'd never been like this before. I let a sigh escape my lips, and then I stepped outside, not expecting what came next.
I had, luckily, landed on Earth. That was good. That was always good. I was expecting the weird looks, after all, I was dressed in my previous regeneration's clothes, and I probably looked a mess as well, so the weird looks were normal.
I hadn't expected to be dragged inside by some random woman though. And who the hell was this doctor she was talking about? I had no idea. Ah well. At least she let me make my way into the kitchen. Kitchens were good. Kitchens meant food, and food meant that I could eat my sorrows away, and- oh dear, I'm crying.
I continued to slowly eat a coconut, ignoring the Woman's protests. Well, if I wanted to eat a whole coconut, shell included, I was going to eat it.
"What even is your name?" I asked, looking at her curiously. She stared at me, before shaking her head.
"I'm Rose. Rose Tyler." She answered my question, at least, before squinting. "But who are you?" She flipped the question, and raised her eyebrows.
"Me? Oh. I'm not really sure. New face, and all that. Last time I checked I was a guy. Am I a man? Or a woman?" I frowned, taken aback. "You got a mirror?" I jumped up, shaking, before falling back down. "Ugh. Regeneration sickness. Not nice. You're a lucky human." I glared at the ceiling, and then I realised that someone was coming through the front door, and- something felt...familiar.
A man came skidding around the corner, and he looked at Rose, then me, then Rose, and then me again. Then it seemed to hit him, and he gasped, obviously shocked. "No way." He mumbled, rushing over. "No...it's impossible." He stared at me, and I frowned, not even noticing.
My thoughts were being plagued by how alone I was again, and that brought a fresh wave of tears. The man yelped, startled by my outburst of emotions.
"Doctor?" Rose called softly. The man, who I guessed was called Doctor, looked up, something unreadable in his brown eyes. "Doctor, are they...?" She trailed off, leaving me confused, but Doctor nodded. Wait. Would it be Doctor, or The Doctor? Was Doctor a title? Or was it his name? I, once again, had no idea.
"Yeah." He confirmed whatever suspicions Rose had. He turned to face at me. "You're a Gallifreyan." He stated, earning a nod from me. He gasped, and next thing I know I'm engulfed in his arms. It was a familiar feeling, though, and I returned the hug. "What about your name? Your real one." He asked quietly, and I whispered it, which caused him to jump back. "I know you! I actually know you!" I blinked owlishly. What on earth?
"Okay, as intriguing as this all is, I'm rather tired and regeneration sickness isn't nice, and I want to sleep." I grumbled, trying to stand on unsure legs.
"Uh, careful." Rose frowned, trying to figure out what was going on. "So, Doctor, you're saying that they're a Gallifreyan?" She asked. The Doctor nodded. I had come to the conclusion that it was a title. Nobody would just be called Doctor. No way. "So you're not alone? You're not the last one?" Rose smiled at him, and he nodded once again.
I chose that moment to pass out.
~
I awoke to find that the Doctor was sat on a chair beside me. Rose was nowhere to be seen. But...I felt a lot better. I jumped up, and The Doctor looked at me, and there was something in his brown eyes that was oh so familiar, and- oh. Oh. Now I knew why...now I knew why he had been so shocked.
He was Gallifreyan too. Like me. "What's your name?" I asked, quietly, edging closer to him. He smiled, and told me. "Wait. You're...oh my god. It's been too long, Doctor." I knew him. I knew him from all those years ago on Gallifrey, before the war, and I knew him! We had fought together, we had even travelled together for a while, and then I went missing and he must have thought I was dead, and I thought he was dead, and we both thought we were alone, and oh my god!
I was unable to stop myself from diving forwards and wrapping him in my arms. I missed him. I missed him so, so, much. I didn't even realise that teas were streaming down my face until he gently pushed me away, and carefully wiped them away, his touch so gentle that I almost didn't feel it. But I did. Once he had wiped the tears away I hugged him again, never wanting to let go. I couldn't lose him, not again.
"What regeneration?" He asked, and I laughed quietly, and he grinned slightly. "Oh come on, what regeneration are you on? This is my tenth."
"I'm on my fifteenth." I shook my head, amused. He raised his eyebrows, and I rolled my eyes. "I never seem to get any less clumsy, alright? I still trip over air. How have you been, anyway? I haven't seen you in so long, Doctor." I watched him, and he shook his head.
"Forget that. It doesn't matter. I'm just glad that I found you again." His hands were in my cheeks again, and I assumed that this regeneration of him was more...affectionate. I wasn't objecting. "We've got so much to catch up on." He leant down, pressing his lips to my forehead in the quickest of kisses, and then he was off, darting down the stairs, and I followed him downstairs, into the Tardis.
And that was the start of a long day of storytelling.
