Sketchy Drinks

After fucking around a bit in the magic world I learned that there are a few things your sim have to master to actually do. For example, these magic shows. I actually can't remember at this moment what it was, but I guess it was a skill based thing. (I think it's good to mention that it was literally like... 3 months ago I played this game? I'm super slow at writing these posts. I just have notes to follow)

A huge deal in this pack is mixing shit together to make fun stuff. There are a few recipes you can choose, but you can just try stuff too. But I realized pretty quickly it's a good thing to follow the recipes... Because the ingredients could sometimes be SUPER HARD to find.

I'm not going to lie, I actually did not understand where to even get some of the ingredients. It was at this point I realized that this was the type of sims gameplay I never really got into. Having to google stuff and look around has never been my thing. Which may sound weird, I know. I know that these types of things (secret lots, blabla) is one of the BEST THINGS the game series to some people.

But with that said, it really is a fun thing to do, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into this pack!

After years of hiatus, I picked up sims again, and decided to learn the ancient art of skinning, inspired by the weird content from 7deadly sims I got inspiration after finishing the Netflix docuseries (NSFW). Just wanted to give a shout out to this awesome blogpost I found from Drew1440 “Ultimate Sims 1 Neighbourhood”

I started out wanting the Mashuga family in the same hood as the other maxis families then found this guide.

It allows you to have all the original maxis families and the downloadable families from the sims 1 website all on the same hood. It also moves some of the cool premade houses from the second hood.

MySims - Better Build Mode

MySims - Better Build Mode Mod: This mods will remove the building floor limit when you're building a house, and allows you to build more freely by improving the camera and allowing you to overlap objects, as well as removing the grid in decoration and furniture building mode!

Installation: The Installer will install the mod automatically. If you want to change the installation location, you must change the install location in the Installer. (Although this is not recommended unless the game is installed in a different location). NOTE: If you have installed MySims somewhere else, such as the retail version, you will have to change the installation location.

Uninstallation: To uninstall the mod, click on the file after installing it, and click on 'Remove'. After that, repair your game through the EA App.

🇬🇧 Well, our forum didn't go anywhere, but it was very silent for a while. Because of the upcoming Project Rene - new version of The Sims - we decided to start a renaissance of the forum.

It's time to get nostalgic.

With this update of my Sims (2000) world, you can revisit every lot and every household from the Sims 1 in an open world experience in the Sims 3! This addition adds the Magic Town and Vacation Island area's, making this a complete Sims 1 world, that includes every Sims 1 neighborhood.

I apologize for the long delay in releases this update for this Sims 3 world. My real life has gotten very hectic, so it's been hard to make time for this project. I hope it was worth the wait and that you'll enjoy reliving the Sims 1 in this Sims 3 world.

This world was made with every Sims 3 expansion pack (except for Into The Future), in addition the the High End Loft and Town Life stuff packs. You can install the world even if you do not own all of these packs. But the save file (which includes all of the premade sims, ghosts and some fixes) can only be played if you have all of these packs installed.

To everyone who has installed and played the previous version of my Sims (2000) world: to install this version, you'll need to uninstall the old one. If you have an active save file with the previous (1st) version of this world, please backup any households and builds you want to save to your library. Because that save file will probably become unplayable after installing the updated world file.

I have one little request… If you know any other long time simmers, please share this project with them. I would love it if as many people as possible get a chance to enjoy this nostalgic experience <3

Also, if you enjoy setting up high quality screenshots, I'd love to see them and use them to promote this world.

Maxis' older games like Ts1/Simsville have a timeless charm. I decided to bring this to #OldSunset, replacing the previous theater with a revamped version inspired by Simsville and completely adjusted to work at night as well as during the day. What did you think of the result?
