Would it be OK to say that Makie felt justifiably pissed? 

They could summon demons. They could summon lawyers, hell they could summon LAWYERS AS SERVANTS! BUT THEY COULDN’T SUMMON HER FUCKING BIKE?!

Okay mods i have questions. 1. For those master and servants who can create items. What are some RESTRICTION on what they can and can't create? 2. Possible for our master or servant can open their own establishments in Utopia?

For Servants with Item Creation the limit would be whatever would be within their level. As those levels are never strictly defined in the Nasuverse, we won’t be either, and will trust our members to be reasonable with it. As always if a situation where you feel like someone is going beyond reason, message us and we will look into it. If you would like to see examples of canon Item Creation, the page on the canon holders and descriptions can be found here

As for Masters, they would be more or less limited to what they can find within the city. Again we more or less leave that up to reasonable creativity on the part of our rpers.

And of course we very much encourage members to create their own establishments and sub groups. However in this world, money does talk. As of now I would ask that you do not, as we may have some plans to incorporate that into an actual mechanic soon. I hope you’re ready to lose some SSRs~

Oddly enough….Eobard keep his word. He let the boy sleep though his class as he gave his lecture to the rest of the class. Yes most of the class are MORONS in Eo opinion for not getting things a genius from the future like him can get at one go as a child. After the class left Eobard roll over and gave Shintaro a poke,

He could throw another chalk but Eo sense the nervousness in the boy voice. Long as the boy don’t become a threat in Eo eyes. Eo can help him.

“Come on Mr. Kisaragi. Follow me to the library. Be more quite there.”

On the road to the college library after a bit of silence Eobard finally open his mouth.  He been observing the boy. He a bit nervous….but Eo got a feeling Shintaro a brilliant kid deep down.

“So…..what dreams do you have? You don’t take this class because you want to. We don’t have a school system like that of earth so my guess is someone close to you that you care about suggest it. A way for you to learn more things after the world end. I want to help you in reaching your full potential. Not just get a job and live okay in utopia. But to also support the person who care about you so much who want you to be in college to do better. I might not look like it but i was a pretty good mentor to a couple of amazing people.”

A simple question. What to Shintaro wanna be? Eobard feel like the boy have potential. Just need the right push at the right direction.

The old Eo never had time for youngsters. Spending 15 years having to work with people make Eo realize there so many talented youngster who just needed the right push.

It's unlikely that Shintaro could be a threat to Eobard. If anything, he's the sort of person that might be much more of a threat to himself. And please, Eobard, not everyone is a genius from the future!

Shintaro leaves out a big yawn as he stretches and rubs his eyes, followed by him standing up from his desk. He had forgotten how tight those are on the legs, compared to the one he has back home. He isn't a big fan of the feeling.

"Ah, sure, Sensei." He follows the other silently, not a word coming from his mouth either. He wonders what exactly might be in the other's head, with this whole idea. Sometimes he wishes he had Seto's Stealing Eyes instead.

What is said next... warrants a couple blinking from Shintaro. Did he hear it correctly? Did Eobard... just describe word by word the process that led the NEET to come here? (Crap, don't tell me HE is a mindreader!)

Almost instinctively, he rushes to cover his head with his arms. "E-Er, dreams? I... dunno, really. Nothing really comes to mind for me... except going back home, I suppose." He then releases his arms to shrug. "And also get the rest of my friends here in the city, but neither of those things are stuff I can achieve by studying."

Having that degree of self-awareness regarding his own abilities was perhaps the hardest lesson in Shintaro's life, but a much needed one.

No matter the world, a good drink and a place to acquire them always seems to exist. If there’s one universal constant it will would be alcohol is a good business.

At a bar, the cowboy in black sits down, his long jacket hiding the chair underneath him. Snapping his fingers for a glass of whiskey, the patron sees a new face already vacating the seat next to him.

“Haven’t seen your face around before. Are you new to the city?” Johnny asks, in a slow and clear manner. A voice of no concern or suspicion, here friendliness and curiosity.

Klarion had been doing well at quelling his frustration towards the whole “no powers” thing, but today saw a relapse in his lack of anger management. 

It wasn’t over anything serious, either; Teekl was safe and lounging on his shoulders, and Klarion himself was in no immediate danger. No, the catalyst to his incoming tantrum was as simple as movement restriction. He had forgotten that he couldn’t just snap his fingers and go where he wanted, and when he did exactly that, it was like the dam broke: every emotion he felt about being placed in Hive City against his will hit him at once. He could have screamed.

But he didn’t. He kept his cool for as long as he could, removing himself from the public’s eye in order to act out as he wished. And finally, after slinking off to an abandoned building, Klarion balled his fists and stomped his feet and tore the unhinged steel door down telekinetically, smashing it into the ground. The satisfaction was short-lived, and only served to remind him of how helpless he felt.

And, of course, right when he felt he was about to snap for good, Klarion realized that he was not alone like he initially thought.

“Well? Show yourself,” he sneered icily. “I don’t put on shows for free, you know.”

Eobard can simply sigh. At the beginning of this class he already gave each of his students a assessment exam to see how much they know.

Surprisingly enough. Shintaro the one with the highest score. When Eobard found out he was excited at first then he come to realize another thing about about Shintaro Kisaragi.

He hopelessly unmotivated. The boy got the highest IQ among the student in the class yet he either sleep though Eobard lessons or distracted as Eo sigh once again.

“Mr.Kisaragi. I know the world ending a big shock for all of us. But if we simply just stop learning then we never grow as a person…..perhaps you want private tutor after class? Free of charge of course. You are one of the smartest kids in class and i think you just need a little push.”

What? Eo could do something nice. If he let Cisco walk into STAR labs with whatever T shirt he likes. Eo could let Shintaro rest a bit in class right now and teach the boy later when less people in class. Different people learn differently after all.

“Ah, sorry, Wells-san.” He yawns once again.

Truth be told, Eobard isn’t wrong at assuming that about Shintaro. Because of his eye power, he can retain any sort of information his brain receives into his permanent memory, even details that’d be usually discarded at a normal memory making process or stuff he doesn’t pay conscious attention to. He can daydream all class long, for as long as his ears are working, he can recall the whole lecture of Eobard’s.

However, he is now at least aware of how unpleasant that might seem to an outside observer. He does want to try breaking out of his old attitude, to become a functional member of society that won’t simply face life with utter apathy. However, sometimes he feels like he must either succumb to disconnecting himself from the world or endure a lifetime of never ending anxiety at every single thing.

It’s really tiring, you know?

“That… that sounds good, yes.” A space with less people for him to deal with would be welcome for him. No constantly feeling like the whole world is judging his every action. “Thank you, sir.” (Just don’t throw chalk at me anymore, please.)
