 the dead can't speak . something she's either heard in a stupid murder movie , or read in a teenager murder novel . but it was something she's been unknowingly repeating in her head as she walked through the tombstones , stopping by some to read the names , knowing she'll remember them as the days pass by . it was a habit of hers , to have those dead strangers' names fly around her memory for a few days after she was done visiting her boyfriend's grave . her father and sister were buried in kyoto , her mother was lost , buried in god knows where if she was dead and akina knew she was going to feel lonely in her grave in tokyo when she dies . but her boyfriend died , reassured her that she'll have a friend in this graveyard too . if she dies , when she dies .  ❛ i'm gonna have to ask for a ticket if you keep watching me like that , sugarplum . ❜ comes her quiet voice , without turning around to view the boy's face . but feeling his eyes on her , his presence lingering despite her trying to ignore him . she's not brought any flowers , hated it when someone did , hated the sight of flowers on the graves . eventually , she turns around , and gives him a small grin .  ❛ a little late to be wandering around in this place . someone could hurt you . ❜

“Hey, um, do you mind, uh-” He looks up at the top shelf of the rack at the bag of fertilizer. It’s not that he can’t reach it ( he’s not that short, thank you very much! ), but more of his right arm very inconveniently freezing up. It feels as STIFF as a board although he’s definitely not admitting to that. He shifts his feet. How embarrassing, Lamon realizes, to be asking another guy for help with something he used to be able to do so readily on his own. And then he sighs, resigned to the blow his pride is about to take. “Can you grab one of the fertilizer bags up there? I can’t...I can’t do it with one arm.”

   Rose wasn’t one for saving people. She was hired to do bad. Always BAD, but something had compelled her to act quick. She sprints towards the stranger and shoves them out of the way of a speeding vehicle. “Jesus fuckin’ Christ dude, you almost got hit! What the fuck!?” inked digits brush back tussled raven tresses from her face. She’s making an attempt to catch her breath as she narrows glacial orb at the other, “Do you have a fuckin’ death wish or somthin’?”

SHAME DECORATED HIS FEATURES AS HE STOOD THERE WITH HIS HEAD LOWERED. taewon picked at his cuticles while he avoided looking at mana directly. the carpet that almost got burned off seemed much more interesting to him. the hunter looked like a dog scolded for running off with a piece of chocolate. perhaps that was exactly what happened. except, how would he tell mana that he didn’t drink vodka? or drink at all in her library? not even water! taewon respected libraries. he was even friends with the old man librarian back at cambridge. would mana believe him if he told her that he was getting rid of the tiny gogoboth demons? and one thing led to another and then her table caught on fire? she wouldn’t and that is why he said vodka fire when he panicked. at least the mischievous demons were kicked out. he could find solace in that.   “i’m sorry mana for disrespecting your beautiful library. i am a horrible, horrible man.” he looked up, bottom lip jutting in a pout. “please forgive me? i’ll help in some way to make up for it!” 

See Taewon, she’s not even mad about the vandalism. That table is decades old and probably needed to be replaced anyways but of course, public libraries are one of the last places to get any kind of funding. “You’re probably gonna have to replace it with your own money.” Which shouldn’t cost too much, but really her more pressing question, well questions are- “How did you even manage to start a fire here?” VODKA is one ingredient sure and he probably used matches to start it, but there are also smoke alarms and the sprinklers that activate in response. How did he manage to get pass all of that? “Actually, don’t answer that one. I don’t need to know. But why did you- how did you think this was a good idea to pass time?” 

She raises an eyebrow. Puppy faces- ah, she sees Calum use that on her a lot. Unfortunately it’s effective. Most times. “Trash bags in the custodian closet. Here.” She hands Taewon the key. “Go get them. Someone left the broom in the back.” Which she will be retrieving.

9. was answered! so i'll do 10. which muse is the most fun to write for?

all of them!! but i usually feel the most relaxed when i write lam in particular- he's basically your everyday man who frequently is just like 'fuck it' and then throws caution to the wind. half of the time i feel face-palming at whatever he ends up doing...oh him and suki, my ace attorney oc!! she's an absolute joy to write; i can't help but cheer up even if i just look at her threads!!

12. what is something everyone should know about your muses before interacting?

this applies to all of my ocs, but no matter how shitty their pasts have been and no matter how much trauma they've endured or where they are in the healing process, they're all are so much more than what has happened to them. while i do like looking in the darker parts of all of them, i do try to balance that with the lighter parts of their personalities. that's part of healing and moving forward, i like think, not letting what has happened in the past dictated the entirety of their personalities and lives.
