It's not really a big deal, but whenever somebody puts "-ess" at the end of a word that's already inclusive to women, I'm reminded of a mildly annoying thing some people do in WoW roleplay.
Like, no, my female troll isn't a "trolless", she's a fucking troll. My female shaman isn't a "shamaness", she's a fucking shaman.
"What about 'priestess', Vanja?" Don't look at me, I have no good comeback to that.
