Such a deliciously filled lettuce cup; we have a salad of crab meat, avocado, sugar snap peas, coriander, sliced red onion, fresh red chilli and warm tiger prawns. Topped with sweet and salty chopped cashews with seasame seeds and Nigella seeds, with a lime juice, chilli, garlic, mirin, sugar and soy dressing. It was so nice near to the end, with the last prawn to go. I just wrapped it all up and ate it, all the juice and spice was there and crunchy textures from for peas and cashews.
