Movie link at my bio - youtube.com/TheLastofUsINSIDE After specutations around the story of “The Last of Us: Part II”, one of the most anticipated games of 2020, Alice Monstrinho decided to create the short film based on the protagonist Ellie, imagining how one of her adventures in the sequel could be. Among the infected pandemic that devastated earth, the girl’s quest for revenge takes her to an unexpected encounter with a dog. Ellie has to face the consequences of her actions and make a moral choice. With a low budget, the film was created and produced between friends and fans of the game. The direction, production, story boards, makeup and costumes were made by Alice Monstrinho, with cinematography by Bruno Nascimento, image treatment and post production by Baltazar Sobierajski and acting by Alice Monstrinho, Victor Vieira Paulo, Zé Maciel, Bruno Escobar, Larissa Dutra Lopes, Victor Lebarbenchon, Humberto Garcia and the good girl Lariat, Alice and Humberto’s german shepherdess. The production was made in partnership with “The Last of Us Brasil”, the biggest fan site dedicated to the game in Brazil. If you have the chance to watch our movie, we’d appreciate a lot. I proudly present you guys "The Last of Us: Bound", a fanfilm we've been working on for a looong while. This is the first picture! #thelastofusbound #fanfilm Photo by @brunojn.photos Last year I really wanted to create a shortfilm about my favorite game. Me and Humberto Garcia thought a lot about it, and after I wrote the script and made the storyboards, we took a long time to find a place to shoot it. Not only that, but we needed equipment, costume design, make up and, of course, a crew. I gotta say we found the best! Our cinematographer Bruno Nascimento (who also took this awesome photo) and actors Humberto Garcia, Bruno Escobar, Zé Maciel, Larissa Dutra Lopes, Victor Vieira Paulo and Victor Lebarbenchon, along with the best girl Lariat, did an incredible job and I'm so thrilled! Our post production and video editing is in great hands, since Baltazar Sobierajski Oliveira will be taking care of it, and we even got to rent a bow with a professional medieval fighting instructor, Anderson Tsukiyama! We're super excited with all that and right now we're working hard editing it to show the final product to you guys before The Last of Us Part II's release.
