What is your favorite Disney Princess wedding dress?
I quite like Cinderella's; it's so elegant and refined, yet simple and likable. However, I really adore Snow White's! I love the fit on her and the structure of the garment; I think the toned down colors work too and she looks like a dream. The deleted scene it comes from is one of my favorites- it's pure MGM with the solid black background, wisps of semi-transparent clouds, and the cluster of stars that surround Snow White and her Prince. I'm also really taken with the way it was interpreted for this piece, and think the base is probably the best design they had in that collection.

About Moviebob, I found a tweet of his that I really love. He thinks reality is radicalizing. Here's the quote: "People are radicalized everyday by too much reality. People aren't capable of putting things in the correct context. That's why the state is needed. Reality has to be shaped correctly so that people don't revolt against their governments and act against their best interests." I can submit it to you if you do not have it.
Last thing I’ve seen about Film Robert was him shitting on Mauler’s newest video because it’s really long, but a number of people pointed out that Mauler has like 4x the audience despite being on YouTube shorter than Bob and that Film Robert’s most popular video is him shitting on BatmanVSuperman for 4 1/2 hours.
I am not supervised his still acting as if he’s an intellectual superior though.

For send me a character, can you do Sora (KH) and Kairi?
Send me a character and I’ll list:
Sora
Favorite thing about them: I'm weak for genuinely positive, supportive and kind characters, who hide a more fragile side. I love it when Sora snaps, he might be nice, but he's done with being pushed over (beware the nice ones, they snap the hardest).
Least favorite thing about them: How much he used to undervalue Kairi (telling her she'd just get in the way), but he finally learned from that in KH3.
Favorite line: “My whole journey began the day I lost her. And every time I find her… she slips away again. I thought we’d finally be together. But she’s out there, alone. Not for one more second.“
BROTP: Donald Duck, Goofy
OTP: Kairi
NOTP: Riku
Random headcanon: It wouldn't suprise me at all if he has ADHD. He has so much energy and trouble keeping his attention (though in that same breath, can also hyperfocus on things).
Unpopular opinion: I actually love his romance with Kairi. Especially if you consider romance isn't the main focus of this franchise and more of a side thing, it's really not as badly written as people claim it is.
Song I associate with them: A Thousand Years - Christina Perri
Favorite picture of them: I will never get over this.
Kairi
Favorite thing about them: Everything. How imperfect she is. She has such a big, pure heart and tries so hard to help and "do better", but it constantly blows up in her face, because the bad guys keep picking her as a target (imagine victim blaming someone for choices the bad guys make... couldn't be me). It makes her human and interesting.
Least favorite thing about them: Her writing. But honestly, in a franchise like this where writing isn't one of it's strong points... I can't really blame her for it.
Favorite line: "Thinking of you, wherever you are. We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend. Now I will step forward to realize this wish. And who knows: starting a new journey may not be so hard or maybe it has already begun. There are many worlds, but they share the same sky- one sky, one destiny."
BROTP: Namine, Riku, Axel, Aqua
OTP: Sora
NOTP: Where do I start...
Random headcanon: She suffers from depression, but tries to smile through it. And she hasn't really gotten a chance to work on recovering from it, since life keeps throwing shit at her.
Unpopular opinion: Kairi being a "damsel in distress" who struggles with being "useful" makes her 100 times more interesting than most KH characterst (I said what I said). And people need to seriously stop acting like physical strength and being a good fighter are the only ways to be "strong".
Song I associate with them: A Thousand Years - Christina Perri
Favorite picture of them: I love too many, so have a random one.
I kinda turned this whole thing into Sokai, but that's what happens when you put both of them in the same ask... And this ship is literally my fave thing in this entire franchise, so I don't even care.

💄🐻👰 Sora Shiunin?
💄 - Probably doesn't branch out into anything more than eyeliner tbh. Makeup's not really his thing, but if you ask him for help with your own, he can draw a perfect wing in a pinch. It is admittedly kinda nice for him when he helps a friend fix their makeup, but anytime they try to say he should do his own, he shuts that idea down.
🐻 - He's got more stuffed animals than he can carry in his arms, but he only sleeps with one of them. He tells himself he should switch out with another from time to time so the other animals don't get jealous, but every night he finds himself holding the exact same bear because breaking routine is too much trouble. Maybe if the bear were to get so worn it was falling apart... But then he thinks he'd probably just fix it.
👰 - He wants his wedding to be a private affair. Just his betrothed and the few close friends he has. No one there that he doesn't want to be there. It doesn't have to be anything super extravagant, as long as he ends up married to the person he loves, he's happy. ...And as long as the cake is really good. He's simple like that. The food at the wedding is probably his biggest focus, after the wedding itself of course. Decorations come second, but he'd probably want to be involved in a lot of the setup so he feels like he's helping, and has to be told to take a break.

Alongside all of the other complaints, I also find it annoying that the Warriors of Hope are never relevant after Nagisa informs Komaru of Monaca's location. What ever happened to them after Side: Hope?
//And we never got any resolution them, so what was even the point??? I don’t understand DR3

14, 29, 31, 54 and 94 please?
Suuuuure thing
14. What do you think about Danganonpa 1 anime?
It’s... objectively bad if you didn’t play/watch the game first, but it’s nice to see some scenes animated. I’m glad this does exist, for some reason, this reason being Celes and Kirigiri doing the pinky-promise.
29. Which character should have survived in your opinion?
I’m a big supporter of the idea that Hiyoko should have survived. And to be honest, if Sdr2 was written like Dr1, she would have. Also, Miu. Call me biased because I love her, but there was nothing more irritating than to have Kokichi just pull out of his ass Miu’s inventions in the last chapter. If you’re going to use Miu’s talent, then keep her around, god dammit.
31. Is there a character you think who shouldn’t have survived but did?
Well, ‘deserve’ is a big word, as I don’t think anyone deserved to die. Sonia in Sdr2 is the main one I can think of, to be honest. I always thought she was killer-material, and I think I’m disappointed by her non-existant arc. I’m also honestly convinced that Yasuhiro was only kept around in Dr1 to DRAG ON the trials, and I side-eye this decision. A lot.
54. Least favourite game end?
Ndrv3, for sure. It’s almost a ‘by default’ choice, because the ending of Dr1 is incredibly strong, the ending of Sdr2 too, and even the ending of Dr:AE is pretty straight-forward, with a touch of fanservice to hype us.
Ndrv3′s ending is... all over the place. The decision to sacrifice everyone to ‘stop’ Danganronpa could have been a very interesting decision, but Kodaka eventually half-assed it, as if he was afraid that the fans wouldn’t accept no survivor. He betrayed his own idea, I feel like.
94. Did you like the Warriors of Hope?
As a whole, yes, I guess. They are really dark antagonist, being children suffering from heavy abuse, who decided to turn back this violence toward the adults. The concept is a bit dumb in itself ( Hello Battle Royale 2 ), but this concept makes them villains and victims all at once, which is something that Danganronpa isn’t really used to.
Characters-wise, I mostly care about Monaca, Kotoko and Nagisa.

For a request, how about Jolyne with a very girly s/o who's also very strong and muscular? As in strong enough to put average bodybuilders to shame.
- Jolyne already considers herself pretty strong; she likes the contrast between you and her. She would describe her personal style as ‘eclectic’, but not necessarily girly; she likes butterfly motifs and glitter as much as the next person, but she favours edgy cuts, bright colours and unusual fabrics. She likes you to stand beside her in soft pinks and whites, in floaty chiffons and lace. She thinks it makes you look like a power couple, and she’s absolutely right. - But she is weak for you when it’s revealed just how strong you are. She’d realised that your strength was not something to be sneezed at before, when you’d opened jars for her and maybe been a little too rough opening cupboards and knocking their hinges out of shape. She hadn’t realised the true extent of that strength though - and when she does, she feels her heart beat double time and she knows that she is helpless when it comes to you. - Because when you’re a girl who likes girls, ‘strong’ and ‘muscled’ are generally something that makes you feel weak at the knees. She loves the look of your body, too, and feeling where your muscles are prominent in your biceps and thighs (she’s probably, in all seriousness, begged you to crush her). She loves it when you surprise her by sweeping her up in your arms and carrying her around, although she’d never admit it. She always goes pink and clings to you and smiles up at you with so much fierceness you worry she’ll hurt herself. - She wants you to help her get stronger; she enjoys going to the gym and training with you, and she’ll see you being so strong as a good reason for her and you to get some healthy competition going. She wants to be as strong as you - no, stronger! - If anyone is ever rude to you about being someone with visible muscles who likes some of the softer things in life, she’s immediately on the ball like a vicious attack dog - snarling and hurling out insults and scrappily ready to fight for your honour. It might makes you have to talk her down, but secretly it sends a little thrill through your deeply romantic heart. - In private, Jolyne enjoys some of the girlier things too. She likes drinking tea with you and she buys you antique tea cups (and she asks her grandmother to send teas from Japan). She collects little trinkets. She likes curling up next to you on the sofa and watching trashy romantic movies and having you read love poetry to her. She sometimes worries that jail has hardened her beyond rescue - and then, she sees your smile and curls up beside you and she feels safe and soft and warm and home.

How about a fanfic where Hiro secretly loves Honey Lemon's designs and wants to dress just like her, but he's too embarrassed to tell anyone about it?
I remembered that you sent me an ask like this, so this fic is based on what I talked about as my answer. Hope you enjoy it! :)
Change of Style
Rating: K
Characters: Hiro Hamada and Honey Lemon
Word Count: 1,213
Summary: Honey Lemon takes Hiro clothes shopping after opening up about wanting to try a different style.
All his life, Hiro dressed in comfortable, casual clothing.Hoodies, t-shirts and cargo shorts were his signature, everyday look. He wasused to his personal style and so was everyone else around him. Growing up, henever considered a change in what he wore. No one asked if he wanted to and hewas simply used to the style he had been wearing for so long now.
It wasn’t until recently that he had taken interest in outfitsmuch different.
His usual attire wasn’t necessarily something he wanted to partways with. He wanted to add other choices into the mix. Other options that henever once considered before were becoming appealing to him.
There was no arguing that Honey Lemon was the most fashionableof their friend group. All of her outfits were soft and vibrant; unlikeanything Hiro owned. Yet, he liked how she dressed and could see himself adaptto a style more like hers. He knew that if anyone could help him embrace newoptions for clothing, it would be her.
At first, he was unsure of how to approach her about it. He didn’tknow what to say or what she’d say. Eventually, when he got a moment alone withher, he confessed his desires of wanting to change his look up a bit. Notsurprisingly, Honey immediately showed enthusiasm and interest in wanting tohelp out. She proposed a shopping day for just the two of them during theweekend.
On their agreed day to shop, the two took a trolley to the mall.On the way there, they flipped through a magazine she brought along, hopingsomething would spark Hiro’s interest. She wanted to get a better feel for whathe wanted. Certain things caught his eye more than others, but she figuredactually looking at clothes in person would be best for him.
The mall was its ordinary, crowded self. Honey knew of Hiro’sdistaste for shopping, so she made a mental note of not staying around toolong. They wasted no time heading into the clothing section of the store. Hirobegan walking around, looking for anything that caught his attention.
“See anything you like yet?” Honey asked; eager to seewhat he’d choose.
Hiro shrugged. “Not yet. Some of this stuff looks okay, butI don’t know if it’s for me, y'know?”
Honey Lemon placed her hands on his shoulders. “Take yourtime, Hiro. There’s no rush,” she assured.
Hiro nodded and smiled. He was grateful for how patient hisfriend was.
The two both continued looking around. Hiro continuously lookedat an article of clothing before deciding it probably wasn’t for him andwalking away. Honey Lemon frowned at this. She knew Hiro wanted to switchthings up, but he wasn’t allowing himself to do so.
“What’s wrong with this?” Honey Lemon asked, lookingat a sweater he just dismissed. “This would look great on you!”
Hiro turned around, giving the sweater a second look. “I don’tknow. I’m not sure if this is me.”
“You like it, don’t you?” She questioned. The sweaterwas cotton and had multiple shades of washed out pastel colors. Winter wascoming up so it’d definitely keep him warm. She saw Hiro doubtfully nod at herquestion. Then, she came up with an idea. “I know! You should go try iton. It’ll look much better on you than on this hanger!” Hiro caved in and chose to try the sweater on. He wasn’t sure what to expect, but he admittedly did like the sweater more once he tried it on. He looked athimself in the mirror for a few seconds, smiling at his reflection. The sweaterwas not only comfy, but it really did flatter him.
When he walked out of the fitting room, Honey gasped and clappedupon seeing him. “Hiro, you look amazing!”
“R-really?” Hiro asked nervously.
“Yes!” She squealed. “I’m totally buying that foryou! It’s perfect!” As she celebrated Hiro’s first choice, another ideacame to mind. “Oh! You know what would look great with that sweater? Someleggings!”
Hiro smiled sheepishly at her idea. “Are you sure?”
“Of course! Leggings are so comfortable and perfect forthis time of year. You can get them in just about any color too!” Shehummed as she looked at the sweater. “Something that will match thesweater. I’m sure we’ll find something.”
Hiro went back into the changing room to get back into his ownclothes. He met back up with Honey Lemon, who was already in the leggingssection. With a sweater that he was growing fonder of by the second, he feltmore relaxed with picking something to go with it. Honey Lemon was not onlymaking the shopping experience more fun, but also more helpful. To hissurprise, leggings did come in a variation of colors. The fabric was pleasingto the touch and would definitely compliment the sweater.
Since the sweater had mixtures of blues, purples, pinks andyellows, Honey looked around for a pair in each shade. She held each pair shefound next to the sweater, making sure the shades matched well enough.
“All of these are go great together! Do you like them,Hiro?”
“Yeah,” Hiro stated, nodding as he looked at theleggings she had in mind. “They’re actually nice.”
Honey Lemon smiled widely. “Great! And since they’re onsale, I’m buying you all of these.”
The teen genius widened his eyes. “What?! You don’t have todo that.”
“I know, but I want to! You wanted help figuring out yournew style and I want to do this for you.” She handed him one of the pairs.“Try these on. I think I picked the right size.”
Both of them walked back over to the changing area. This time,Hiro put on both the sweater and the purple pair of leggings. Again, hereceived positive feedback from his upbeat friend. He may not have been a fanof shopping, nor enjoying trying on clothes, but he was happy that he had thisexperience with Honey Lemon. She really helped him out of his comfort zonewhich made him more confident with his change of style.
Once he changed back into his clothing, he decided he had doneenough shopping for one day. They immediately walked over to the registerswhere Honey Lemon generously paid for everything.
As they left the mall, Hiro spared a few seconds to give thebubbly girl a quick hug. She didn’t hesitate with hugging him back.
“Thanks, Honey Lemon. I’m glad you could help withthis.”
“Aw, you’re welcome!” She squeezed Hiro a littletighter before they part ways. “If you want to go shopping again sometime, let me know okay?”
Hiro nodded and smiled warmly. “I will.”
A wave of happiness washed over in Hiro’s heart. All his friendsmeant a lot to him for different reasons. He knew he could depend on them all. When it came to Honey Lemon, he now knew he could always depend on her if hewas in need of cheering up and if he needed help with clothes.
And next time he wanted to add something to his new style, heknew exactly where to get a second opinion from.
Here it is! I apologize for the delay on this, but I hope you enjoyed it! I’m quite sure Honey Lemon would be extremely helpful when it comes to helping just about anyone shop (especially for clothing). Thanks for the request! It was so sweet to write! :)

What do you think of the Love at First Sight trope, especially when it comes to the early Disney Princess movies? Some people may find love at first sight to be hackneyed or outdated these days, but I am very interested in what you have to say about it. I don't think you ever talked about it at length.
I think it's beautiful. A lot of people bash on it for not being realistic, but there's something to be said for things that are either aspirational or simply escapist. And, honestly, I don't think it's that bad of a thing to glorify or like? It's a fantasy- Cinderella has a pumpkin coach, not an uber lol it's totally feasible that she'd meet the love of her life while going to a ball that her Fairy Godmother sent to and it is to distinguish that, in these universes, these are the loves of their life (otherwise Snow White and Aurora still would've been under sleeping curses). And I think, in the age where most people can't even get someone to commit or a text back after a first date, being able to see the example of someone as steadfast as Snow White's Prince, who continues to look for her for seasons even when she seems lost to him, is something that is refreshing and healthy.
They each go about showcasing this notion in different ways. Snow White is an orphan with no one in the world that loves her, and her wish in the well is very clear. "I'm dreaming of the nice things he'll say." Before it can echo back to her, she finds him- the literal answer to her hopes and dreams. That's so empowering to me? That she believed she was enough and wanted better for herself, and knew what she wanted, and that his existence was contingent upon her wish in the well. It's a young, sweet romance- that's so pure. When he sings of his love being "constant and true," we see it in the film, as he continues to search for her until the very end and which lends credence to Snow White singing "Someday My Prince Will Come." She doesn't stress over whether they will ever see one another, because despite the time or distance that might separate them, they're never lost to one another. That's why she tells the hag, "Well, there is someone" when she's asked if that's someone she loves.
Cinderella and Charming's love is also different- neither of them were looking for it or expected it. Cinderella never mentions wanting love, nor does Charming; to the contrary, Charming is placed in front of an endless bevy of beautiful women, decked out in the finest clothing they have, and he's unimpressed (I dare anyone to tell me that his interest in Cinderella was based on looks). Appearances mean little to nothing to him. While we listen to the Grand Duke's metatextual speech though, we see Charming spot Cinderella out from the crowd and approach her. "There she stands, the girl of his dreams. Who she is or whence she came, he knows not. Nor does he care. But his heart tells him that here, here is the maid predestined to be his bride." It's a pure vibes thing, and when you are in contact with that person you were meant for, many consider this to be a twin flame, it changes everything. That's why Charming knew he could never go back to life the way it was before the ball after Cinderella left; he couldn't live a life without her. I also think it's so fitting for them and cute that they vibed out for hours at the ball, considering Cinderella fighting so hard to go to a party so that she could enjoy herself.
Aurora and Phillip also have their unique connection. They're both extremely romantic and fantasy oriented- Phillip literally slays a dragon for Aurora's honor and promises to renounce the throne after meeting her for a single afternoon. Aurora, while she returns to the castle to fulfill her royal obligation, feels that life without him is empty and can't contemplate a life without love- it'd be like a bird without a song. While they have different temperaments and characters, I think they compliment one another beautifully and have such great chemistry that it truly does feel as though they'd met once upon a dream.
In any of these cases, if the connections were shallow or something where one forgot about the other the next day, that'd be another matter entirely. But they were all willing to fight for their love, show commitment under extreme circumstances, a unyielding devotion, and both a chemistry and a connection that was special unto each pairing and underlined a natural affinity toward one another so I don't see what's wrong with it and I lean more toward these types of relationships over the Disney ones where they just yell at one another repeatedly or resort to physical violence for comedy.

For send me a character, can you do Cinderella and Riku (Kingdom Hearts)?
Send me a character and I’ll list:
Cinderella
Favorite thing about them: I love how she's a good balance of being genuinely nice and trying to keep her chin above water in a bad situation, while still having her limits and breaking points. At the end of the day, she's just a human trying her best with limited resources.
Least favorite thing about them: This isn't the character's fault at all, but I will forever hate how many people completely misinterpret Cinderella's character and story (I wanna bet at least half of these people haven't even watched the movie).
Favorite line: The lyrics from A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes
BROTP: Jaq
OTP: Charming
NOTP: Her step-family
Random headcanon: Cinderella manages to get the Tremaines out of her old home (Anastasia eventually moves in with the baker, and they don't care where Drizella and Lady Tremaine go) and turns it into an orphanage.
Unpopular opinion: Getting back to what I said earlier, I really don't vibe with those "Cinderella is a weak damsell in distress just waiting for a man" kind of people (not to mention I'm someone who doesn't shame damsells in distress in the first place, I don't care if someone "has to be saved").
Song I associate with them: Pretty straightforward, but the songs from her movie.
Favorite picture of them: You go, girl!
Riku
Favorite thing about them: Riku arguably has the most character development of any character in this game franchise. And I have to admit I was the kind of an emo-phase teenage girl who was into guys like him back then... (like around 2007-2010).
Least favorite thing about them: Honestly, I said "back then" for a reason, because Riku has kinda of overstayed his welcome for my taste. He's the most focused on character after Sora, constantly leaving Kairi in the dust (Square Enix be like: Destiny Trio? I thought you said Destiny Duo). I still like him, just not as much as teenage me did.
Favorite line: "Neither. I'm taking the middle road. The road to dawn."
BROTP: Mickey Mouse
OTP: Kairi
NOTP: Sora
Random headcanon: Though, the short hair was an accident (free Heartless haircut) he actually quite likes it.
Unpopular opinion: If not shipping him with Sora isn't an unpopular opinion, I don't know what is... (You don't wanna get me started on why I don't ship it, because that's 15 years worth of bagage...)
Song I associate with them: I have none.
Favorite picture of them: I never really have a "favorite" so have a random screenshot.

💄👗👰 Yuya Sakaki?
💄 - He has enough money to buy the higher end stuff and favors eye shadow palettes with bright colors. (He buys more than he actually uses.) Yuzu always insists that he lets her pick his looks if he's got an important match coming up because she doesn't trust him with colors, which she is absolutely correct not to. Occasionally they borrow concealer from each other since they're almost the same shade.
👗 - Well... I do like red eyes, other than that: sweetie you look like a disaster. His outfit's a mess but I enjoy the fact that he wears cargo pants purely because I know he'd keep the weirdest things in his pockets. He probably has different pockets devoted to different kinds of items. Emergency snacks, extra cards, house keys, some cool rocks, a bird feather, etc.
👰 - Yuya has to have the Biggest most extra wedding of all his friends, definitely spends a lot of time planning out all the details with his mom. He invites everyone he thinks will come and everyone he thinks won't because he doesn't want anyone to miss out on the event. Definitely tries on about a hundred different outfits because he can't settle on the right one... Gong cries when Yuya asks him to be his best man and cries even more at the wedding. Gong cries more than Yoko does tbh.

For the trope ask meme, how about "For Want of a nail"?
That’s a trope I’ve never heard of, so you know what that means !
Okay, now that I’m educated, and that I understand that this trope is basically a broader definition of ‘The Butterfly Effect’ I feel like I can answer it with an enlightened mind.
No | rather not | I dunno | I guess | Sure | Yes | FUCK yes | Oh god you don’t even know
That’s a solid trope, honestly, and one that satisfies me as a writer and a reader, when it’s done well. My favorite use of this trope would be in the Illiad, with a golden apple leading to such legendarious war that some people are still wondering if it happened in real life or not - despite the story implicating gods and supernatural abilities, I guess.
If I want to be less snob with my references, it’s also why I love Evan Hansen so much, because it’s just a multitudes of little things that lead to a heart-breaking conflict that probably caused a lot of psychological damages, but also touched hundreds of thousand people.
This is just a chain of events that could have been avoided, of course, if someone had a functionning brain, but also makes complete sense in retrospect, so much that it’s actually hard to pinpoint a real bad guy in conflicts that are created by this trope. Things just... happen.
So yes, a favorite trope of mine indeed, which fits nicely with another one called ‘Chekhov’s gun’, aka this trope but for mystery novels.
I’d say the only reason this doesn’t get the higher rating, is that ‘butterfly effects’ video games, like Life is Strange, Until Dawn or any David Cage or Telltale game out there, are cheating with this trope, using it to cover plotholes or for shock value, or general laziness. These games are terrible, terrible exemple of this trope, because this tropes needs for the writer to know where they’re going.
So, this trope ? Good.
Except in ‘make your own adventure’ games.
