a team meeting
to do some life things.
people being
free to fly with wings.
respect, empathy
tell me how you feel?
boundaries, not walls
growing while we heal.
consideration,
accepting changes.
compassion abounds
for life’s hard stages.
willingness to trust,
knowing it could hurt.
working in tandem,
repairing the hearth.
it’s easy to love!
