@ericcolsen - The final stop on this Swiss journey of a lifetime!!!!@thedoldergrand -- We stumbled into this legendary 135 year old resort and were immediately embraced with clean PJ's, stunning views of Zurich from the family suite bathtub and a fully sustainable vegetarian meal from the incredible Blooms Restaurant. They source most of their ingredients and ideas from the kitchen garden on property. It was an explosion of colors, flavours and tactile sensations. Between courses the kids disappeared into the blueberry, strawberry and gooseberry plants like foraging Ewoks. They also use geothermal heating and cooling system which cuts the hotel’s energy use in half?!?!? We may never come hoooooooome!!! #Swisstainability #myswitzerland

SWITZERLAND 🇨🇭 // Our CHF98 pp (approx aud127) amuse bouche lunch from the two Michelin-starred The Restaurant at The Dolder Grand in Zurich, Switzerland (visited Oct’17). Thank you Chef Heiko Nieder @heiko_nieder for your hospitality and allocating us one of the best tables in the house. We arrived in Zurich in the morning and headed here after a quick check-in at the hotel. Lots of different elements in each of the small dishes sampled.
