So about a month ago, I sent an actual Letter to Micheal, care of the National Theartre. Rest assured it wasn't a creepy, stalker manifesto, but a little card and a note that said 'Thank you for being such a kind light.' I also unashamedly enclosed a few little creative bits of mine, including this silly short... Thought I'd reshare it here just because...

Crowley waved him off, switching tactics. ''You can't tell me that you haven't dropped a... sulfurous plume to get rid of a customer in the last two hundred years or so?''

Aziraphale wrinkled his nose, setting off peals of laughter from his companion. ''You have! You have!'' he cackled.

''But those...fisles were entirely...''

''Heaven Sent!''

''Must you be so, so vulgar?''

''If it takes the metaphorical stick out -'' more giggling. ''Maybe if you let it break free! Let fly a rouser! Serve a raspberry tart!''

A sigh. ''Are we quite finished? I'd like to get lunch before supper...''

''I'm just sayin','' Crowley replied, slapping his knees as he rose from the bench. ''Farts and stars...''

''What?''

''Great balls of burning gas!'' he crowed. ''Exploding across the galaxy! As if the All Mighty Herself -''

Shocked and perhaps a little scandalised, but his eyes danced and sparkled. ''Crowley! One does not accuse the All mighty of... of cutting the celestial cheese!''

Crowley stopped in the middle of the path, jaw agape. ''Angel, did you just make a - a FART JOKE ABOUT GOD?''

''Nonsense, my dear boy!'' Aziraphale replied, not missing a step, but with perhaps a little more bounce in his walk. ''And if anyone asks, we'll just blame the dog. That's what humans do, isn't it?''

haiaiaiai mike i’ve missed you too !!!!!! i’m kinda in the midst of a depressive episode so i haven’t been super active either but this lowkey made me cry actual tears when i saw it so thank you !!

also i was in the theartres watching dune 2 the other day (side note: it was so good. and better than the first one idk how they did that) AND I SAW THE TRAILER FOR GODZILLA X KONG it looked so cool :3 i was very autistic about godzilla when i was little but my parents wouldn’t let me watch the movies cos they thought it’d scare me and i haven’t ever got around to it since. i’m putting it on my miles long watchlist though, now that i know you like it !!!!

i really need to watch more doctor who (i watched one full episode and literally sobbed my eyes out. to be fair i cry at everything even slightly emotional. i openly weeped at lego batman) i literally have no time anymore sobbing. but YAYYAYAYA feel free to infodump to me about it anytime i will gladly listen :3 !! i love you too <33

Helloooo I see your Godzilla posts on my dash a lot and I was wondering if you wouldn't mind telling me which films/shows/other things to start with to get into Godzilla and Kong and associated stuff?? It looks really good

Yeah I really love Godzilla its a lot of fun. Ok so for both series I recomend watching the original movies Godzilla from 1954, and the original King Kong from the 30s.

King Kong is very easy to get into because there is less films with him and to be fair they all mostly tell the same story. The Monstervers material with him has the most variety as well as an animated show on netflix.

Getting into the Godzilla series is interesting because there is a lot of variety in tone, story, characters, and continuities. If you want to go very serious then Shin Godzilla and Minus 1 are great. If you want complete cheesy camp fun then Invasion of the Astro Monster or Godzilla vs Megalon are great (especially if you watch the mystery science theartre 3000 episode on it).

Here is a basic rundown of the different continuities, or eras, to keep in mind:

First there is the Showa era which is from the first film in 54 to Terror of Mechagodzilla in 1975. This is the era with the widest variety in tones with some being dark explorations of trauma of nuclear war, to fun kids films ablout Godzilla being a dad, to experimental explorations about the dangers of polution, to cheesey alien invasion flicks with size changing robots. Its great!

Then there is the Heisei era which ignores the continuity of the first and follows on from the original 54 film. This lasts from The Return of Godzilla in 1984 to Godzilla vs Desroroyah in 1995. These films try to have a bit more of a consistant tone throughout, being more of a balance between the cheesey and the serious, again great fun.

Then theres the Millenium era, which is again a reboot, disregarding the last era except of course for the 54 original film. These are from Godzilla 2000 in 1999, to Godzilla Final Wars in 2004. Most of these films are stand-alones.

And then there is the Reiwa era which is the current era of Godzilla. These include Shin Godzilla and Minus One, as well as two anime series. Technically the Monsterverse is a part of this but since its an american lead series its a different continuity to the japanese lead films.

All eras include films with wild plotlines, like alien invasion, fairies, time travel, genetic experimentation, spies, terrorists. And Godzilla himself has different characterisations aswell, from being the embodyment of nuclear destruction or the acumulated vengful souls of the victims of Japans actions in ww2, to being the defender of earth or like mentioned earlier, being a dad.

As to watching subs or dubs, go with subtitles first if you can, because often the american versions edit out parts of the films or change dialogue, but that doesnt mean you shoulnt watch the dubs either because they can be funny as hell. Its the dubbed version of Ghidorah the Three Headed Monster where Godzilla swears.

Its a series with a lot of ups and downs but it is def worth it.

This is just his ranking of the Showa era, but its a good starting out point to find what you may like.

Togo was minding her own buisiness, sitting at the fountain in the middle of hope's peak. She was in the middle of a writters block for her latest novel, death in the spot night. The protagonist, Angelina, was a makeup artist for a theartre where one of the members ended up dying rather mysteriously. The death was pinned on the understudy of that actor, but there's ment to be more to then meets the eye.

What realy happened was that the actress and her understudy found out about the shady dealings of the lead actor, Angelina's bff. This was because they possessed the same ghost abilities as Angelina. The ghosts helped gather evidence.

The problem was in the current scene, the protagonist was supposed to meat the second of the two love interests. While there were two, Togo didn't want to make it annoying and have Angelina spend her time wondering who to get with. There needed to be balance, make it obvious who she'd end up with while keeping a small opening for the other interest.

I need a motivation walk. she thought, putting away her laptop. The weather today was a bit warm so she wore a red tank top, a pair of dark denim shorts, a pair of blak gladiator sandals a black smartwatch and a black hoodie around her waist. with her laptop snug in her dark leather backpack she set off for a strole down town.

It was a summer sunday afternoon so there weren't too many people, but many ice-cream and frozen desserts in season.

A snack would do me some good, especially when I get to eat sugary food! My hard working brain needs it anyway. She decided, entering a small dessert shop.

"Wellcome miss, what can I get for you taday?" A boy, about the same age as Togo greeted her as she came in.

The amount of desserts before her nearly caused her mouth to water. How can I choose just one!?

As if reading her mind, the boy gestered to a poster with the words summer special on it. "In honor for the summer we have summer berry waffles. A must recomend!"

Just as the demon queen was about to answer, a muscular arm made its way across her shoulders. "I think we'll have 2, and 2 mango smoothies too."

Looking over her shoulder, about to throw the arm owner across the room, the queen came face to face with her king.

"Ace?!" Exclaimed the brinette, "when did you get here?"

"Just now, I saw a certain beauty admiring some treats," his voice was clear as he slowly moved his hands to hug his girlfriend from behind. Resting his head on Togo's head.

Content in their current position, Togo closed her eyes, oblivious to the daggers the two boys were throwing each other.

Ace lead Togo to a seat next to the window, the summer light brightening her features in its radient light. And her man wasn't the only one to see. The unnamed worker also wanted a piece.

After a bit of chatting a tray was placed between the two. "Here you go, 2 summer berry waffles and 2 mango smoothies", only smiling in the writters direction.

"Thank you sir-"

"Mike", the boring dude cut her off. "Call me Mike", and gave Togo a piece of paper before walking away.

"Okay...?" Well that was weird. She thought as she opened up the paper to reveal a phone number.

Ace seemed to have a hunch on what was written on the paper and took action. "Man it realy is hot today", and that action ment taking his shirt off to reveal his toned abbs. Even Mikey- I mean Mike couldn't help but stare.

Hot damn my man is ripped! Please take me now! Togo looked away to stop herself from getting a nosebleed she's sure is coming up. This caused Mike to go green with envy over his single life. How was he supposed to compete with that?

The playful smirk on Ace's face made it so obvious how aware he was of the affect he had on everyone around. Leaning in, he lowly whispered into the brunette's ear.

"Keep your eyes only on me"

after the movie I made a quick stop of ice cream because I didn't eat anything 😝 yes ice cream is real food~ I got (I forgot the flavors already) lemonlike? ale? with strawberry - double scoup - waffle cone~ the bestest orders as the waffle cone is legendary and I can never go without it no matter how many times the cone has broken on me because it's so brittle BUT I LOVE ICE CREAM 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓 when I got home finally I reunited myself with ladybug~ took a photo of her with my lovely ticket that I will frame and keep forever waiting until Cristina vee to sign that peace of paper and put in in the museum of Paris (real)

i can't wait to see armand and lestat meeting and creating the theartre des vampires through lestat's pov. like obviously he's gonna tell a completely different story than armand's. and we'll have to decide which bits we believe and which we don't. that was always one of the things i loved about the books; there's this ambiguity there that allows you to interpret things a different way.

but we know we'll have gabrielle next season, and she'll probably be there like she was in the books. especially for those scenes after lestat dismantles the coven/armand burns some of them extra crispy. and asks to travel with lestat and gabrielle. and gabrielle like, automatically realizes that they can't give armand what he needs, and if he comes with them he'll end up destroying them.

and in the book lestat is like, telling us how beautiful armand is every other paragraph, but he also understands that he and armand fundamentally would not work.

BUT. in the earlier books, the vampires biting each other = vampire sex wasn't something that was explored often. however, we have it right from the get go in the show. and also in the show vampires can fuck, where they can't in the books. so i think it's possible lestat and armand did fuck. (human style; i think the biting would be something lestat considered too intimate)

i had a point when i started, but i lost it. oh well.

OK, consider the scene where we meet modern day Aziraphale. The Sushi Chef obviously likes Aziraphale as a regular customer - their rapport is friendly and easy going. So NOT a 'Karen'. I also think that there's a bit of 'selective amnesia' in play at places like restaurants and theartre box offices - after all, he's been in Soho for over 200 years at least - there's a lot of Men In Black stuff going down... Also his favorites would always be available, and after a gentle 'please can you check one more time for me,' his dish of choice would... miraculously be available. He may be 'just enough of a bastard to be worth knowing', but outright rude and unpropitious seems to be out of his wheelhouse...

it's my head canon that Aziraphale is actually a nightmare customer to have in a restaurant, and the whole Ritz staff let out an audible groan when his name 'suddenly' appears on the bookings list. Aziraphale is a creature of habit, you can't tell me that he doesn't throw a hissy fit when his favourite item isn't available, the special is sold-out, or they've updated their menu
