♡ Book AU ♡

(You know in isekai manhwa where the main character gets teleported into a book they read? This is that. I had no ideas for Bibi.)

♡ You'd been reincarnated as a princess, the scenery was familiar but you never put together which book you were in until you'd been introduced to your sister when you were both 10, Princess Theanna, the main character in a novel you read over and over, one who killed all of her siblings besides a few who she couldn't be bothered to kill or those who gave up the race for the throne quickly and while you had been a strong contender for the throne, you had to become one just to not be killed when you were a child but now that you knew what book you were in, any chance of that was immediately gone. The next day after meeting Theanna you gave up the fight for the throne and moved into the servants quarters since if you weren't a princess anymore you couldn't just live with the royal children, still you knew that wouldn't be enough, you had to leave the capital, you weren't stupid enough to believe you'd be entirely safe from the conflict as a maid. ♡

♡ You were the most interesting thing Theanna had ever laid her eyes on, you'd been fighting for the throne somewhat but the moment you heard Theanna's name your face dropped and you dropped out of the race entirely, she had to know what was going on in that head of yours so she watched you over the years, biding her time to make you her queen. You weren't stupid though, you knew Theanna having interest in you wasn't a good thing, on the night you planned to leave she brought you into her room and proposed, you were never leaving, if you tried then she'd blackmail you, see she knew you thought this was just a book you'd read in your past life, she'd tell everyone you were crazy so don't refuse. ♡

♡ 'The Saint And I' was a novel you had read almost religiously in your past life, you were obsessed with the saint character in the book but that didn't mean you wanted to be isekai'd as her lover! It was a tragic romance revenge story, the first half was the saint Elisha falling in love with a temple priestess only for the gods to kill her lover halfway through the book leading to her destroying the entire world just to bring her lover back, her darling the sweet priestess was disturbed to awaken and see what her hero had become but Elisha had gone crazy and delusionally believed if she just held on tightly enough her lover would love her again. You loved that part but you really didn't want to incur the gods wrath by attracting her attention so you left the temple in the middle of the night, you were not going to be the reason the world was destroyed. ♡

♡ Sadly for you, Elisha decided to fetch you from the hole you had decided to hide in, well it's more like the temple was very sad you had ran away and Elisha had to kill a dragon in the area anyways so she decided to help with this too, the temple was very concerned about you possibly being dead and she was curious why you ran from the temple so she spiked you with truth serum. The truth was... flattering, when she realized you were truly in love with her she decided she'd kill the gods and destroy the world anyways, they had it coming anyways based on what you told her, she had fallen for you the moment she heard how passionately you loved her. ♡

♡ You had been kind of an idiot and a complete dick from the moment you'd reincarnated into this fantasy world but you hadn't realized you were in a book you'd read until the main villain of the novel cursed you. In the novel your character is cursed by the villain and has to go on a journey to kill the villain to remove it but you didn't really want to do that, mainly because on that journey all your favorite characters died so you decide to take advantage of the villain's weakness and get engaged instead to have her lift your curse. It was a curse that would weaken you and drain all your magic, as punishment for you making fun of her inability to do magic. ♡

♡ Pauline was shocked when you seemed actually remorseful after she cursed you, even proposing a fake relationship for her to get her inheritance and while she still hated you, your proposal sounded good, you were someone she had no chance of falling in love with, or so she thought but you were entirely a different person after you got with her, she needed to find some way to chain you to her after she removed the curse so she looked through all your diaries and was surprised to find out you thought this was all in a book, if that was the case she'd make your memories of the book hazy and change the diary so you'd believe you'd die if you ever broke up with her. ♡

♡ Abigail was the main character of your favorite book, it would normally be cool to meet your favorite character but you'd been isekai'd into the body of her rival who dies after challenging Abigail to a duel, they refused treatment for their wounds out of pride so while you wanted to geek out about being so close to her, you decided the best course would be to just avoid her and if the duel happened again then you were demand medical attention. ♡

♡ Abigail knew you were different from the moment she saw you that morning, she wasn't sure if it was a new change or if it was always there and she didn't see it. You didn't seem like you should ever be a knight, you seemed like a precious lady she had to defend and when she looked into it, you had recently lost all of your fervor and passion for training, she was originally just going to get you kicked out of the knighthood, she couldn't stand seeing delicate ladies fighting but along the way she decided you were her delicate lady, you seemed completely terrified of her even after she made it clear she wanted to court you. Oh well, it would get figured out eventually. ♡

♡ Rapahel was your favorite side character in a novel you read in your past life, she didn't get much screen time so you didn't know a lot about her actually, other than she seemed to have something she was hiding but you wanted to know what that was. Well you'd gone to far, you'd been stalking her from afar and wandered into something you weren't supposed to see, her draining the life from some random noble, you didn't know the novel had vampires, that was a complete surprise but thinking quick so she wouldn't kill you for knowing her secret you confessed your love for her and she took the bait, crying for some reason? Was she always a crybaby in the novel? ♡

♡ You were so beautiful, her perfect, perfect sunflower. Truthfully she knew everything about you, she found your diary that you left behind, running when she approached so she wouldn't catch you stalking and she was enamored with it, she wasn't normally a clumsy hunter but her sunflower wanted to know what her secret was so she had to be somewhat clumsy so you'd stumble in on accident and it worked and finally got the both of you talking! She was so happy she couldn't help sobbing. ♡

♡ It was a novel you actually hated in your past life, the princess spent the entire novel romancing the dashing knight only for the novel to end with the evil dragon killing the entire kingdom and taking her soulmate, the princess away. Horrible ending, you hated it so much but you still liked the characters and so when you were reincarnated as the princess you decided you would go to the dragon instead to spare your favorite characters lifes. You didn't actually know where the dragon lived though which lead to you trekking through a random forest for an hour before you heard a roar and she came to fetch you. You had to admit she was very kind though you couldn't help but hate her somewhat for being the worst plot twist ever. ♡

♡ You lived with her in peace for a year until your characters entire royal army came storming in, trying to rescue you from the evil dragon just to get killed very easily by the very large dragon. What the fuck did you do all that work for? Worst twist ever. ♡

♡ She was one of the most gruesome villains you ever read which was why you loved her, though that didn't mean you wanted to take part in the novel. The novel followed a mage who had decided to come to the capital to train under the mad immortal mage in hopes of immortality. It followed a string of murders before the main character uncovered that her mentor was killing to make her darling, the main character immortal, the main character rejects Ainsley and then she snaps and kills the both of them because the main character broke through Ainsley's natural delusionality. You weren't sure you'd be able to avoid triggering her so you decided to leave the capital immediately. ♡

♡ Luckily you were at the point of the novel where Ainsley had only just met the main character, surely she wouldn't be obsessed just from eye contact? You were wrong, she dragged you back to her, demanding to know why you left leading you to have to soothe her back into her delusions. You were possibly even more screwed than the original main character was. ♡

Anna goes to Thea’s softball/basketball games because she’s high key crushing on her but has no idea how to talk to her. Thea starts to notice and looks forward to seeing this cute girl in the stands and her teammates hype her up to talk to her eventually. 

You know that Ernst brings Moritz flowers on their first date and Moritz almost falls over, he’s so blushy and doesn’t know what to do. Ernst was already nervous about this and he starts apologizing and Mo is like no it’s fine I’m sorry.

Georg tries to bake for his bf Otto but the smoke alarm goes off and it’s a disaster. Otto thinks it’s hilarious but Georg feels bad so they go to a bakery and get cupcakes and otto pretends like Georg made them

If Georg and thea dated they would start off pretending to hate each other. Like Thea makes fun of everyone, right? It’s just her. Georg is bros with Hanschen and he brings Georg over and Thea’s like ew why would you bring nerdy mcnerdface into our house. So Georg sets out to show her that he’s the smartiest. they’re both in ap english and Georg starts to attack every point she makes. they have battles during socratic seminars and thus, a rivalry begins. one time Georg comes over when Hanschen isn’t home yet and he and Thea argue over something stupid and then they start making out angrily and that’s that. 

Ernst will wake Hanschen up on nights he finds especially beautiful and beg him to come outside and look at them. This could be a gorgeous, warm summer night, but Ernst also does this in the dead of winter and if Hanschen didn’t love him so damn much it would be really irritating. More often than not Ernst convinces Hansi to join him, and the night is always just as beautiful as Ernst insists. 

Moritz loves having his hair played with. You bet that whoever you ship him with does that for him.

Hôm nay là thứ 7, ngày mùng 7 tháng 9, chúng ta đã từng hẹn nhau ngày 21/12 sẽ gặp mặt, để từ ngày hôm đó, ba người nhà chúng ta sẽ được nhìn thấy nhau, ôm, nói chuyện và yêu thương nhau hằng ngày đến mãi về sau.

Con gái của mẹ, mẹ đã rất ngạc nhiên khi nhìn thấy con.  Không phải vì sớm trước ngày hẹn quá, mà vì hình hài của con trông thật chí khí và nghị lực, hơn mong đợi của bố mẹ rất nhiều lần. Con bé nhỏ như vậy, nhưng lại có một sức mạnh lớn vô cùng.  Lúc ấy, một luồng không khí ấm áp vây lấy bố mẹ, khiến những giọt nước mắt ngừng rơi, và khiến hai trái tim đau khổ dần mỉm cười. Mẹ bỗng nghĩ rằng, chỉ có tình yêu mới có sức mạnh lớn đến như vậy mà thôi.

Cũng giống như cái cách bố mẹ đã từng mong chờ con đến bên mình.  Bố mẹ đã chọn một đất nước yên bình, an toàn và ngập tràn thiên nhiên bao quanh mình để chuẩn bị cho bản thân một sức khoẻ thật tốt trước khi con đến.  Bố mẹ đã tự nhủ rằng tình yêu của mình dành cho con có thể đợi chờ một chút, để yêu con được nhiều hơn và thiết thực hơn. Mẹ tin rằng tình yêu đẹp và kiên nhẫn như vậy.

Ngày con đến, trời xuân chưa bao giờ đẹp lộng lẫy và lấp lánh ánh cười ở mọi góc phố như thế.  Ánh nắng rực rỡ của một ngày đầu tháng Tư cũng chưa bao giờ huy hoàng, an nhiên và tự tại đến như thế. Con đã đến thật.  

Năm tháng có con tới bên mình là năm tháng đẹp nhất trong cuộc đời của bố mẹ.  Cuộc sống của một đôi bạn thân ngày nào giờ có thêm một sự hiện diện thường trực, đáng yêu, luôn lắng nghe, hợp tác và cổ vũ hai người bạn lớn ở mọi tình huống.  Con có còn nhớ những lúc bố ghé sát và mách với con mẹ vừa trêu bố không?  Con có nhớ lúc mẹ gõ gõ vào tổ ấm của con và hỏi “Gạo đang làm gì thế này con ơi?”  Con có nhớ những lúc nghe thấy bản nhạc quen thuộc, liền hứng chí quậy qua quậy lại không con?  Nếu con không nhớ, cũng đừng lo, vì bố mẹ sẽ luôn nhớ thay con.  

Một tuần trôi qua kể từ khi con tạm biệt bố mẹ để theo một cuộc hành trình mới, bố mẹ vẫn rất ổn, con gái ạ.  Nhớ con lắm, có bố mẹ nào không nhớ con mình khi phải chia xa, phải không con?  Có hai trái tim vẫn ở nguyên đây, hơi trùng xuống một chút nhưng đều nhận thêm năng lượng mỗi phút giây nhớ về con và hình hài nhỏ bé đầy cá tính của con.  Mẹ biết con gái của mẹ không phải “dạng vừa”, khi con tự lựa chọn hành trình cho bản thân mình, khi con chủ động và mạnh mẽ ra khỏi bụng mẹ để đến với đôi bàn tay của bố đang chờ sẵn, khi thấy đôi vai cứng cáp, cặp môi nghiêm nghị và ngón chân láu cá chòi cao lên hơn cả ngón cái y như bố vậy!  Tình yêu của con đã làm bố mẹ nhoẻn miệng cười trong cả phút giây tăm tối như vậy đấy, con ạ.  

Tình yêu của con còn làm biết bao trái tim đang trùng xuống ở nơi xa tiếp tục có thêm sức mạnh để đi tiếp cuộc hành trình dang dở ở đây, con biết không?  Ông bà nội, ông ngoại, cô Mi, cô Devina - người đặt cho con một chiếc tên tiếng Anh như một thiên thần - Theanna, bác Tùng, dì Danh, cô Trang, và rất nhiều người khác cũng đã yêu và mong chờ con trong năm tháng qua, đều đã nhờ con mà vẫn có thể mạnh mẽ, cố gắng nhắc cõi lòng dậy sóng phải an yên, và thầm cảm ơn tình yêu của con, Gạo biết không? Mọi người nhớ và biết ơn con nhiều lắm, con gái ạ.  

Cảm ơn con, cô gái bé nhỏ, đã giúp cho mẹ hiểu ra được sức mạnh của tình yêu sau gần 30 năm trên cõi đời này.  Vì yêu mà con tới. Vì yêu mà mạnh mẽ. Vì yêu mà gạt bỏ nhưng suy nghĩ mông lung, dằn vặt, sân hận. Vì yêu mà bước tiếp không ngần ngại. Điều kỳ diệu này chỉ có thể nhờ con. 

Bố mẹ sẽ nhờ sức mạnh này để tiếp tục con đường.  Nhớ và yêu con rất nhiều, con gái đầu lòng của bố mẹ.

♡ Theanna Degradation ♡

"Darling I really don't think you should be denying me right now, what will happen when people learn you disobeyed the crown princess?" You hated her smug attitude, but she was right, you had to pay to price for denying her marriage proposal, and slapping her when she told you she could just order you to become her queen, and that meant you had to do anything so asked of you now if you didn't want to be outcast from society or worse, thrown in the dungeons. Didn't mean you had to be nice about it or even like it though, she didn't care if you insulted her as long as you did what she asked of you and today she was asking you to sit on her face. You hoped she suffocated there.

"Gross, again? You're really disgusting, can't believe someone who asks for this twice a day is actually our crown princess." She really did ask for this twice a day, sometime even three or four times, right now you were on number five though, it seemed something had agitated her the previous day and cause her to command for this more than the usual amount. It was a wonder anything was ever accomplished in the kingdom when she just couldn't help herself. Maybe she wanted to die buried in you, or maybe she liked knowing you couldn't do anything to harm her despite her being vulnerable, a moment away from you putting all your weight on her neck and ending your torment, but you never would, you were too much of a coward to go to jail or get executed and she knew that obviously, it was why you were allowing her to blackmail you into this. Despite your words though you still lifted your skirt and removed your underwear positioning yourself about her face.

"Darling, I told you not to hover-" You pushed yourself against her mouth trying not to make a sound when you felt her chuckle against you before she got to work, luckily with the heavy skirts she made you wear, only the finest for her future queen, you didn't have to see her face while she did this and more fortunately she couldn't see yours, though she certainly could still hear it when your breath began to be shaky and could feel it when you came undone around her tongue, you really were trying to get better with holding your reactions and acting unaffected but it was a struggle.

"Shut up, this is why I hate you." You could almost picture how smug she looked underneath you, sure you could say you hated her all you wanted but at the end of the day she was the only one allowed to touch you, she'd behead anyone else for trying and she was the one who clothed you and fed you every day and washed your body after a long day, you really had no leg to stand on, still you liked bullying her and so even though you both knew it was somewhat of a lie, you would continue to do so just to vent your frustration at having to marry sure a filthy lazy pervert.

"D-disgusting, make s-sure you go d-do your actual work after this, I'd h-hate to see the c-council m-members have to d-do overtime to make u-up for your i-incompetence." She snickered a bit when she heard your breathing become shakier above her, you hated how well she knew your body, it made it really hard to seem confident though you did have to admit you were starting to get somewhat better at not letting your emotions show. "You're lucky you get to even touch me you know. Say thank you." You lifted up slightly so she could speak properly.

"Yes, thank you my darling queen, now may I please get back to my meal, I'm very hungry." You huffed and lowered yourself back down again.

"Smug bastard."

Sure!  Theanna Shepard’s a paragade Colonist/Sole Survivor background.  Having lost everything, her main goal is to not let anyone else die.  She’s usually good natured, but she has a short temper that frequently leaves her regretting her words and actions.

For in game decisions, she saved the rachni twice, saved the council, romanced Kaidan, saved Ashley on Virmire, romanced Thane, saved everyone during the suicide mission, cured the genophage, made peace between the Quarians/Geth, and chose to destroy the Reapers.  After the war she probably tries to retire, but can’t actually sit on the sidelines and goes back to active duty.
