We liked this Henry Moore sculpture at the ADAA Art Fair, but at $4,500,000 it was a bit over budget for us! (Sorry, we forgot to write down the gallery). Overall, our impression was that this was a weaker show than previous iterations with many B-quality examples of artists’ works and lackluster presentation. Too many galleries crowded their work and several devoted their presentation to one artist when one or two examples would have sufficed. The highlight for us was Jules Olitski at Yares Gallery: strong works and presentation.
