I guess this is kinda for the meta post...but I get a mix of Norse Loki and Greek God Dionysus, that or I feel like he would get along with them. At the end of the day, he wants attention and to have a chaotically good time...

Grimm, Loki, and Dionysus would be quite the trio... I would fear for anyone who happened to be in the path of that group. I bet he'd also like to meet Vivec, Sheogorath, and Sanguine from Elder Scrolls...

Hmm, I dunno if there were any characters I specifically pulled from when I decided to write him. But I did notice that in personality, he's kind of similar to a toned down Beatrice from Umineko, while being not quite as cruel as her.

Speaking of, I'd love to write with some Hades characters even though I've never played it... I wonder if there are any around?

i hate dream weaver cookie,

anyway- heres my Dream Sheppard cookie who keeps dreams well organized. he cant Create dreams, just keep them looked after and safe from nightmares that try to seep their way in. If a nightmare becomes too violent, he will wake the cookies up before the nightmare reaches its climax.

The red head beamed at Grimm’s amusement as the two traveled, the shift of atmosphere from anxious to calming welcomed by her. It was better to leave her thoughts of what happened behind for now, unless she wanted to mentally exhaust herself before even reaching the troupe.

Speaking of which, the sight of the red tents and flames left her faltered a bit in awe before finding her step again, catching back up to Grimm.

’But a lot nicer and grander!’

Priscilla snapped to attention once the masked bug spoke to Grimm, glancing over to her in natural curiosity before the mention of the scream.

’Horrific? Well, I…it’s fine, only Grimm knows…it’s not like she’d expect a sound like that to come from something of my stature.’

“I agree…as loud as it seemed, it sounded like it was heading away from here…so no worries.”

Her eyes had glanced over to the Dark Moth to gauge his thoughts on what the bug had said only to find him looking back at her, glancing away a little awkwardly before clearing her throat to collect herself…of course he’d cast a knowing glance at her at the mention of that, like it was some inside joke…

“As for who I am…I go by Priscilla. It’s nice to meet you, Ms…?”

"Zia. No need for such politeness around here," the bug says, warily looking into the distance despite the two's lack of worry… before shrugging and returning to her work. "Never seen a thing like you, though, and that's saying something."

"Ha! Our guest is from very, very far away," Grimm explains. "She will be staying for… however long she wishes, I suppose. Nice it shall be to have some new company, no?"

"They'll have unending questions for you, I'm sure…" she comments with a very knowing expression. Zia takes the warm blankets and heads inside herself.

"Well, are you ready to meet everyone...?"

Another recent dream creature. I was wading through an open, wooden "canal", like a very slow-flowing waterslide, suspended in the canopy of a tropical forest. I noticed a huge web built under the surface, against one side of the "slide". It was an unstructured tangle maybe a meter across, with its architect hiding underneath. I was fascinated to find that she was a very unusual orb-weaver spider. Besides being the size of an apple, she was evidently aquatic, and her abdomen was protected by a solid carapace. To my knowledge, the only real spiders to have something like this are in the family tetrablemmidae, with most spiders having soft abdomens. She was very docile, and I held her to get a closer look. Overall, she gave the strong impression of a crab, despite very clearly being an orb-weaver.

I'd love to know more about life history for this one. How do they feed? And on what? Do they normally build webs in arboreal bodies of water, or was that a special case allowed by an artificial structure?
