We were a family, living in peace, love and warmth. But everything changed when conflict and despair swept through our lives. Living in Gaza means confronting ongoing conflict, struggling against poverty and the lack of basic necessities to live. Life is very difficult, and even the simplest tasks seem impossible. Yet, despite all the chaos and pain, we remained grounded by the warmth of our love and the strength of our spirits.

Even six months ago, everything changed. Our once home turned into a mess and everything we cherished. Since then, we have been lost, clinging to a world of uncertainty and despair. We left our badly damaged home with only a few things. Since then, our lives have been threatened

with every passing minute.

But now, there is no longer a reason to stay in this place full of suffering, where we are deprived of even the most basic and important rights, education, security and peace.

Our hearts hurt because of all this injustice. We were willing to endure anything to keep our family together and provide comfort and care for our father in his time of need.

With each passing day, our despair grows and our burdens grow heavier. We need your help to break the cycle of suffering, rebuild our shattered dreams, pave the way to a better future, and reunite with our family. Do they walk holding onto a sighted guide, or is there a bug still alive who could teach them to use something like a sight cane or train some sort of guide dog adjacent bug? Since I'd imagine there was some amount of infrastructure there pre-infection.

If they walk sighted guide... are they just stooped over to be able to reach Quirrel full time, or do they have a different solution to that?

Do you think Hallownest had braille pre-infection? Do you think any would endure post-infection? Would Holly learn it, or would they avoid it & rely on others reading aloud to them?

How do they and Ghost communicate, since ghost seems mute in-game? or can your interpretation of ghost speak? Wait, can your hollow speak?????

ummmm yeah (sorry I'm VI and so I'm a little nerdy about low vision stuff)

Hii nono I LOVE little details and such! :)

I don't personally see them as needing a guide of any sort, as I believe they can manage fine without one. (Mostly because I view the void beings as having another sense that helps them view their surroundings better) but along the lines that they miss the finer details of things and can only see them as either "nothings there" or "something there". Sort of like echolocation in a way. They won't be able to see things the same as before again.

But having a guide makes traversing easier. They don't bump into things, no, but there's the danger with holes and other crevices around Hollownest they can't quite make out fully enough to not fall. Mostly just the thought process of "Oh there's nothing there, should I assume there's a jump or climb somewhere?"

As for the Quirrel question I think they'd stoop down quite often to be at level with Quirrel or anyone else shorter than them. Both because it'll probably hurt to stand up straight without assistance for awhile and it would make it easier for both parties for thk to be within reach.

For the braille I believe that very few Braille plates would have survived in areas with lots of erosion or decomposition. Though maybe areas in the kingdom would have survived. I feel like Hollow on par with everything else is quite adaptable and would attempt learning it with help from their siblings or others when they need it!

I believe all the vessels to be mute but are able to communicate to eachother without any outside help such as sign language or speaking. They use sort of a telepathy in a way :)

Here, I am enduring severe psychological and physical pressures due to my inability to be with them and meet their needs.

I ask anyone who reads my story to look upon us with compassion and help me raise even a small amount of money so that we can leave this country and find a safe place to live. We seek a country that offers us safety and a decent life, far from wars, genocide, and lack of security. We need shelter, food, water, education, and healthcare for me and my family.
