Found another test animation gen of Fink the fox! And also Pinktail. It's done by animator Kate Vaillant. Pedro Pascal was definitely born for the role of Fink.
Here's their Instagram link, check it out!

youtube
A film about a robot living away from society and hanging out with her animal companions in the wilderness? Yeah, I'm down for that.

The Wild Robot is amazing but please be careful if you’re photosensitive - the opening sequence had some very harsh flashing and strobing lights!

Movie rec for enjoyers of pretty animation, children of parents, parents of children, and havers of feelings!!!
Tumblr media
I just watched The Wild Robot (2024 movie) for the second time and holy fuck yall. The themes of motherhood and identity and free will GUYS IM UNWELL.
When I watched it for the first time with my friend I (a high school senior preparing for imminent adulthood) started bawling at the scene where Roz watches her baby fly away. I couldn’t stop thinking about my own mom and how she has broken and remade herself to be a mother, only to have her babies grow up.
Yesterday I watched the movie again with my mom next to me. I could barely bring myself to like at her during that same scene, but out of the corner of my eye, I saw her crying.
Beyond that, the movie is beautifully animated and expertly combines little-kid optimistic fantasy with more mature understanding of life and death and sacrifice.
I can’t stop thinking about this one line. Roz (a robot living in the wilderness), has successfully raised her adopted son and is trying to convince herself to go back to the factory for reprogramming. She says: “maybe there’s someone small there who needs my help” (I may be misquoting but that’s the idea) and AGHHHHHHH I’M HAVING SO MANY FEELINGSSS
it’s a very good movie.

A movie about a robot befriending wildlife sounds perfect for the Unbreakable Bond's individual interests
TRUE!
It's got an advanced sentient ai technology with a specific programming which would cater to Tails' interests.
But also, this robot that was created for whatever purpose with whatever programming and mission, gets lost in the wild, faces everything dangerous and deadly and beautiful and stunning about nature. And learns about everything which makes it beautiful and great. Befriending wildlife, gaining their trust, appreciating that amazing beauty, that would definitely cater to Sonic.
And the visuals are stunning!
Everybody please watch the trailer of that movie, it's so beautiful! Literally a love letter to nature and humanity.

Promoting a 'fic that has been bugging my mind for a few weeks now. It's a set of stories that happened in between scenes of the movies. For now it's just a one-shot. I may add a few more but it's not a full blown story with a beginning and an end.

So yes we went to see the new Animated movie The Wild Robot. I wanted to see this being it looked pretty cute and I thought it was going to be cute also I like robots so it was a prefect thing to go see.
As for collectables unlike the Transformers snafu there was collectables which you can see here.
Now as for the movie I don't want to say to much but I absolutely loved it!! it was cute and sweet had some nice funny moments and at its it was very emotional there are scenes in it where you'll feel your eyes tear up lol
Your I think basic story is a Robot who becomes know as "Roz" (voiced by Lupita Nyong'o) finds itself marooned on an Island after its transport ship crashes there. It tries to adapt to its new surroundings with the animals on the island being afraid of it. Through an accident the Robot becomes the care taker of a baby goose who is later named "Brightbill" (voiced at first by Boone Storm and then later by Kit Connor) and it has to teach this lil fledgling how to be a Goose.
Now the movie is absolutely excellent! like I said I loved it! I really liked the style of the movie its art style really fit this and it really fit the the animation in general. The animation alone was really good I felt the movements were realistic and life like along with the voice work. I thought the voice work was impressive from everyone involved each voice fit the character in my opinion.
Like I said the story is cute and sweet and it can be very emotional at times. It does deal with aspects of finding where you belong in the world as well as stuff relating to the importance of family and ideas of not having to be related to be family. As well as thing like love and togetherness as well as setting aside ones differences and all those good things. I feel it was a great movie to watch with your kids or family.
Like I said it was excellent all around and would highly recommend it. Aster you go see Transformers One you should go in to see this one too. Personally this is my pick for Best Animated Feature for 2024. So I hope it gets nominated and wins.
but yeah definitely go see this! and of course Transformers Ones as well.

Fink the Fox from The Wild Robot
Just about looking some scene references of him on Google Images and some different backgrounds, it’s finally finished! Fink looks good in here on this drawing! Like I said before on my first WIP pic on DeviantArt, I cannot wait for The Wild Robot to come! 😃

The wild robot: one of the best of existential pieces children’s entertainment I’ve ever seen
The Wild Robot (2024) is a rare gem in the world of animated films, seamlessly blending heartwarming storytelling with existentialist themes. Directed by Chris Sanders, the film is an adaptation of Peter Brown’s beloved novel and features a stellar voice cast, including Lupita Nyong’o as Roz, Pedro Pascal as Fink, and Mark Hamill as Thorn. What might appear at first glance to be a typical…

I’ve only seen it once so forgive me for not saying more—
—but my favorite sequence is by far the part where ROZ is watching Brightbill finally take flight, and she looks up to try and see him as he gets farther away, but then her view of Brightbill is blocked by the pop-up screen saying “Task Complete.”
And she has to rush after him to get her final look, because of that. Because the Task was getting in the way of her seeing him.
