here's a purely personal take on it. when i was a kid i had to fucking imagine that the pretty women in the pictures or the stories or whatever were Like Me, trans girls. now that im a full grown adult, it's wrapped back around to being the same thing. trans stuff got a bit better and then worse again but at no point did trans girls become desirable. famboys just kinda swooped in and got that prize ig. but i am finding it in my bitter old lady heart to be a bit happy for all the ppl genuinely into that i guess, they get it good.

Besides living in an incredibly haunted castle that may or may not have Jadus' specter spying on him through every mirror and flashes of unknown shadows out of the corner of his eye, Eight was ordered to bring the Dread Master's bodies back from Oricon where they were buried in a plot of soil in Jadus' laboratory-- eventually sprouting from their remains a massive dreadseed tree that bore human-faced fruit. Oddly enough, the tree is very much alive, and retrieving cuttings from it and steeping the roots in tea has a plethora of observed effects, some of which include summoning a hallucination of the Dread Masters, though which one appears tends to vary. They insist through these drug-induced hazes that they are very much at peace, having finally become one.

This does not prevent them from insisting you should join them in this blissful afterlife, among gnarled roots and thorns and bled dry. Perhaps this may even be a false sentiment, given the tumorous outgrowth on the back of their trunk that resembles a missing master.

Was shitting bricks for two whole days hoping nobody would snatch these up before I did, and thank fuck no one cared!! PHEW!! Bought both these issues over the course of two days (back to back), for under $20 each, and are now two of the oldest comics I own in my humble little US comic book collection.

Both purchased via eBay and worth every penny to boot! American style for the win!

My friend @whoishalf and I have been talking about a BSD AU with Dunmeshi and I've been sketching ideas for the races of my favorite ADA characters. In this AU they are a secondary organization to the Canaries but are famous for admitting members of different races into their organization.

In this AU (sigzai as one of the main ships) Dazai went to an unknown dungeon with the intention of looking for the edible and poisonous monsters to find a quick and effective death, on the way he found a snake creature named Sigma who is instantly interested in testing his poison, Sigma is pretty weirded out of the strange human that crossed his path.

On the other hand (Ranpoe obviously) Ranpo is part of the canaries but is more interested in reaching the bottom of the dungeons and revealing the mystery of their creation, he joins the party of his childhood friend Poe who is an academic magician Interested in studying the dark magics of the dungeons of the world, against his will Ranpo joins his little party and they have adventures, I guess. I hope to create more things for this silly AU
