Proven Tips To Help You Lose Weight
Like most worthwhile things, losing weight is more successful when you understand the rules of the road. It can be difficult to know what advice to follow since there is so much of it coming from different places. See if the suggestions below work for you.
When you are on the phone is a great time to workout. Move around when you’re on the phone vs sitting down and talking. There is no need to engage in calisthenics. Simply circle the rooms in your house or try picking up a little; you will be burning calories before you know it!
A great way to make weight stays down is to not eat in the hours directly preceding bedtime. The benefit to not eating before bedtime is that it won’t settle in your stomach, rather than burning off right away. Try to spend your evening while doing something productive such as reading so that you will not be tempted to eat a lot at night.
Exercise is a crucial part of any weight loss program. Go out and join the neighborhood gym if you can afford to. You may also want to try jogging, Pilates or Tai Chi. Talk with your doctor prior to beginning any program if there is a chance you have any heath problems. Most exercises can be performed outside during the day or in the comfort of your home.
Your weekly weight loss goal should be about one pound a week. Much more than one pound per week is a little too fast. Losing weight too fast endangers your health, and you’re also more likely to gain it all right back.
Make sure you are keeping track of what you’re drinking. All liquids other than water have calories in them. Calories from drinks such as soda, alcoholic drinks, or fruit drinks total up at the end of the day to be a large amount. Keep track of these calories and include them in your daily allotted count.
You will find it is easier to lose weight when you eat at home. The portions that restaurants serve are up to three times larger than normal servings. It is hard to eat healthy when you are out since the fat, sugar and salt content are so high.
Laying your meals out in advance can be a great way to stick to a healthy diet. Planning your meals helps you avoid the temptation of making an unhealthy food choice at the last minute. Don’t stray from the meal plan. You can switch which days go with what meals, but don’t switch a healthy meal with McDonald’s. You will be burning off calories while you are preparing the meals.
If you possess a job that is full-time, try to eat healthy snacks while working. If your hours are long, it’s important not to go too long without eating. This can cause you to eat junk food, which will prevent any weight loss.
When attempting to lose weight, it’s a good idea to vary your diet. Eating the same thing every day will lead to boredom and an abandonment of the weight loss plan very quickly. Make sure you eat a balanced diet, and realize you are still able to quite a variety of foods, but you can’t have them all at once.
If you cut back on French fries and other fatty foods, you will see acne or oily skin improve. Research has proven that following a diet that is very high in protein and low in fat has many benefits. Your skin has a natural balance of oils and adding large amounts of high-glycemic foods such as fries or candy will offset that balance and really show in your complexion.
To shed more pounds, thing about doing a bit more walking each day. Almost everyone can walk some each day. It burns calories and keeps you healthy. Park away from the store to help increase the number of steps you walk each day.
Your body requires a certain amount of protein when losing weight, so look for low-fat, high-fiber sources like a three bean salad. You can quickly make the low-calorie version at home. Mix together three types of beans with a light Italian dressing of your choice. You can snack on this high-fiber treat all week long.
Healthy Snacks
Have a pack of healthy snacks on hand. This include things like veggies, nuts or healthy cheeses. If you have healthy snacks available, you’ll be less tempted to stray from your diet. A healthy snack like trail mix can also double as a great on-the-go snack.
You can beat the mind-game of weight loss by beating your own mind. You have to know that you’re doing everything you possibly can to achieve your goal. When you are positively focused on success, you are more likely to achieve the results you desire.
Salt is something to eliminate from your diet. Excess salt results in your retaining fluids in your body, particularly in your lower extremities. This is contrary to your diet and can make it seem like you’ve gained weight. It can also cause you to crave salty foods. Salt is hidden in foods that are healthy like soups. Soup is something that’s great to help you lose weight, but you need to get a kind with lowered sodium so it doesn’t get in the way of your diet.
As you get older, you ought to take a close look at your diet. This will keep you very strong and healthy. Older people, especially women, usually require more calcium and iron as they age. Find and add foods to your diet that help you manage your weight while providing your needed nutrition.
Lose Weight
The tips that were in this article have proved successful for a multitude of individuals, and can do the same for you. Don’t waste your time watching continuous DVDs about how to lose weight. These tips can help you begin to lose weight immediately. Sticking to these tips can help you see quicker results.

How To Take Care of Oily Skin
We all want clear and glowing skin, however, maintaining that requires lots of efforts from our side. Even though proper cleansing, toning, and moisturizing with the Best of Products, cannot provide you with desired skin.
It is true that oily skin gives you an unwanted shine, however, that’s the only benefit of having oily skin. Excessive release of sebum in the skin usually leads to blackheads, whiteheads, and large pore openings.
There are several factors which make the skin oily such as –
What makes skin oily?
There are sebaceous glands in the skin which produce sebum which keeps your skin nourished. However, when too much of sebum is produced in the skin, the skin becomes too oily and can also lead to acne flare-ups.
One of the primary factors of oily skin is hormones and genetics. Fluctuation in hormones can result in increased androgen – signals the maturation of sebaceous glands. As sebaceous glands mature, the production of sebum increases, and thus making the skin oily.
Oily skin can be hereditary and it is evident that over-washing of faces isn’t the solution. Rather over-washing of face or scrubbing too hard will strip the skin of moisture which causes sebaceous glands to produce more oil.
Humidity, hot weather, certain medications, diet, and cosmetics can affect the production of sebum in the skin.
Poor dietary choices can also make your skin oily. We are enlisting a list of foods that you should definitely control in order to get rid of oily skin. Here is the list –

You must drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help your body to flush out toxins on a regular basis.
Cleanse your face twice a day.
Use Facial Toners to control excess oil, shrink skin pores, and restore skin’s pH balance in order to keep the skin moisturized and keep the germs at bay.
Choose the right moisturizer for yourself to keep your skin hydrated and it also creates a physical barrier in your skin to keep moisture locked in.

Whereas regular sea salts is made up of over 90% sodium, salt from the Dead Sea is only about 10% sodium and the rest is made of minerals which are essential for the proper function and health of skin. This fact however gives it the therapeutic properties that have been raved about for centuries. The minerals present in the salt are also naturally present within skin cells but commonly get depleted which can cause severe dryness, wrinkle development and dull looking skin. Healing powers of the Dead Sea People seeking relief from chronic skin, respiratory and joint conditions benefit from the unique solar and mineral properties found only at the Dead Sea. Mineral Composition of Dead Sea Salt A place of healing since antiquity, the Dead Sea is site to one of the world’s very first health resorts. Practicing what is now known as thalassotherapy, ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Roman visitors would bathe in the buoyant waters and rub marine mud all over their bodies to cleanse, soothe, and revitalize the skin. The therapeutic effects of Dead Sea salt are derived from its supremely rich mineral composition. Though it contains more than 42 elements, these are the most abundant: Magnesium – Involved in more than 300 essential reactions in your body including muscle movements, DNA repair, energy production, and cell signalling, magnesium is a powerful anti-inflammatory that also fights against depression, improves sleep, and strengthens bones. Dead Sea salt is comprised of between 31% and 35% magnesium chloride. Potassium – An electrolyte with a positive charge that conducts electricity within the fluids in bodily cells, potassium is vital to hydration, heart rhythm, muscle contractions, and pH balance. It makes up 20% to 28% of Dead Sea salt. Sodium – Though often vilified because our diets tend to contain excessive amounts of salt, sodium is an essential electrolyte needed for the absorption and transportation of nutrients, fluid balance, blood pressure, and the transmission of nerve signals. In Dead Sea salt, it makes up 3% to 8% of its mineral content. Calcium – Playing a major role in healthy bones and teeth, calcium is also necessary to circulate the blood, release hormones, regulate body weight, and stabilize enzymes. Dead Sea salt is 0.1% to 0.5% calcium chloride. Sulfates – Found in mineral springs and volcanic ash, sulfur helps synthesize proteins, supports cartilage and connective tissues, helps the body resist bacteria, and cleanses the body of toxins. It comprises 0.05% to 0.2% of Dead Sea salt.
MHC Dead Sea Collection Dead Sea Collection Incredible Benefits Of Dead Sea Salt Dead Sea Salt is Deeply Hydrating Bathing in a solution of 5% Dead Sea salt improves skin hydration, reduces redness and roughness, and enhances the skin barrier, according to a study published in 2005. Sufferers of atopic dry skin submerged one arm in seawater and the other arm in plain tap water for 15 minutes. While the salt treated arm showed significant improvements in all areas, the tap water arm showed evidence of further transepidermal water loss. The anti-inflammatory and skin hydrating effects of Dead Sea salt are due to its high magnesium content. Magnesium salts bind to water, which in turn boosts skin absorption and permeability. Dead Sea Salt Cleanses and Disinfects Thanks to sulfur’s natural antibacterial properties, Dead Sea salt is wonderful for cleaning the surface of the skin. Because Dead Sea salt contains only small amounts of sulfur salts, it offers a gentle way to reduce oily skin and clear away acne. It is an Excellent Exfoliator Another way Dead Sea salt helps cleanse the skin is its ability to slough off dead skin cells that can contribute to skin roughness, clogged pores, and blemishes. Dead Sea Salt Promotes Youthful Skin In evaluating the effects of Dead Sea salt on aging skin, researchers found that it reduces skin roughness that contributes to fine lines and deep wrinkles. It Heals Chronic Skin Conditions The combination of minerals in Dead Sea salt has worked wonders for people who suffer from dry, sensitive, and itchy skin. Dead Sea Salt Calms Rheumatoid Arthritis Marked by painful swelling of the joints, rheumatoid arthritis may over time lead to bone erosion and deformity. Though there is no cure, Dead Sea salt therapy has proven to be an effective treatment for many of the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. It Soothes Sore Muscles Soaking in Dead Sea salt can help relieve muscle cramps and soreness and offers a relaxing way to ease the pain and discomfort of fatigued and tense tissues.Dead Sea Collection

Reduces the blood triglycerides.
Decrease the blood pressure and lower the stress levels. .
Among all the walking is one of the easiest and the healthiest ways to exercise.
Few interesting facts about diabetes:
Merely having a sweet tooth or eating "too much" sugar, however, doesn't cause diabetes in a healthy person. The reality is your risk of diabetes increases due to many interrelated factors.
The risk of diabetes further increases for someone who has an immediate family member with diabetes, so eating too much sugar alone won't give you diabetes.
Diabetes, once developed, is a lifelong condition. While it can't be cured completely, it can be managed. With proper diabetes management, including medications and lifestyle modifications, you can lead a normal and fulfilling life.
Diabetes is not restricted to the older age group. In fact, three-fourths of the people with diabetes belong to the working-age group. Many children and adolescents have type 1 diabetes, too.
It's a common notion that having diabetes and getting started on treatment means you have to refrain from absolutely all sweets. However, with well-controlled blood glucose levels and regular exercise, it's generally safe to have a sweet once in a while.
Research suggests that some cases of diabetes and depression share similar biological origins. Hormonal imbalance as well as high blood glucose in diabetes causes an imbalance in the neurotransmitters, ultimately causing depression.
Unlike full-blown diabetes, prediabetes causes slightly high blood glucose levels. Without proper care, prediabetes can lead to a diabetes diagnosis and the serious issues that come with it. To preempt this development, it's important to keep an eye on your blood glucose levels.
Foot-related problems in diabetes occur due to poor blood circulation, damage to the nerves and slower healing. Proper diabetes care and regular inspection of your feet can help to avoid such problems.
Despite being particular about your medications, diet and exercise, your blood glucose levels may be high and your doctor may tell you to start taking insulin. (source)
Ways to avoid complications of diabetes:
Members of your diabetes care team — doctor or primary care provider, diabetes nurse educator, and dietitian, for example — can help you learn the basics of diabetes care and offer support along the way. But it's up to you to manage your condition.
Smoking increases your risk of type 2 diabetes and the risk of various diabetes complications, including: Reduced blood flow in the legs and feet, which can lead to infections, ulcers and possible removal of a body part by surgery (amputation) Heart disease Stroke Eye disease, which can lead to blindness Nerve damage Kidney disease Premature death
High cholesterol is a concern, too, since the damage is often worse and more rapid when you have diabetes. When these conditions team up, they can lead to a heart attack, stroke or other life-threatening conditions.
Schedule two to four diabetes checkups a year, in addition to your yearly physical and routine eye exams.
Diabetes makes it more likely you'll get certain illnesses. Routine vaccines can help prevent them. Ask your doctor about: Flu vaccine. Pneumonia vaccine. Hepatitis B vaccine. tetanus shot (usually given every 10 years).
Diabetes may leave you prone to gum infections. Brush your teeth at least twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste, floss your teeth once a day and schedule dental exams at least twice a year.
To prevent foot problems: Wash your feet daily in lukewarm water. Avoid soaking your feet, as this can lead to dry skin. Dry your feet gently, especially between the toes. Moisturize your feet and ankles with lotion or petroleum jelly. Do not put oils or creams between your toes — the extra moisture can lead to infection. Check your feet daily for calluses, blisters, sores, redness or swelling. Consult your doctor if you have a sore or other foot problem that doesn't start to heal within a few days. If you have a foot ulcer — an open sore — see your doctor right away. Don't go barefoot, indoors or outdoors.
If you have diabetes and other cardiovascular risk factors, such as smoking or high blood pressure, your doctor may recommend taking a low dose of aspirin every day to help reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke.
Alcohol can cause high or low blood sugar, depending on how much you drink and whether you eat at the same time. If you choose to drink, do so only in moderation, which means no more than one drink a day for women of all ages and men older than 65 and two drinks a day for men age 65 and younger.
If you're stressed, it's easy to neglect your usual diabetes care routine. To manage your stress, set limits. Prioritize your tasks. Learn relaxation techniques.
Get plenty of sleep. And above all, stay positive. Diabetes care is within your control.(source)
list of foods to be avoided by diabetes mellites:
Sodas and sweet drinks are high in carbs, which increase blood sugar. Also, their high fructose content has been linked to insulin resistance.
Trans fats are unsaturated fats that have been chemically altered to increase their stability. They have been linked to inflammation, insulin resistance, increased belly fat and heart disease.
White bread, pasta and rice are high in carbs yet low in fiber. This combination can result in high blood sugar levels.
Fruit-flavored yogurts are usually low in fat but high in sugar, which can lead to higher blood sugar and insulin levels.
Breakfast cereals are high in carbs but low in protein. A high-protein, low-carb breakfast is the best option for diabetes and appetite control.
Flavored coffee drinks are very high in liquid carbs, which can raise blood sugar levels and fail to satisfy your hunger.
Honey, agave nectar and maple syrup are not as processed as white table sugar, but they may have similar effects on blood sugar, insulin and inflammatory markers.
Packaged snacks are typically highly processed foods made from refined flour that can quickly raise your blood sugar levels.
Unsweetened fruit juice contains at least as much sugar as sodas do. Its high fructose content can worsen insulin resistance, promote weight gain and increase the risk of heart disease.
French fries are fried in unhealthy oils that may promote inflammation and increase the risk of heart disease and cancer.(source)

According to Ayurveda, the right salt—in moderation—can help balance your dosha. Here are 6 of our favorites, from mild soma salt to fiery black salt.
Salt gets a bad rap, but the right type of salt in moderation can have great health benefits, according to Ayurveda.
“It can help eliminate waste from the body, aid in digestion, and relieve pain in the colon," says Heidi Spear, faculty at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, meditation coach, and author of Ayurveda Made Easy: 50 Exercises for Finding Health, Mindfulness and Balance.
In Ayurveda, the salty taste is one of the six tastes (salty, sweet, sour, pungent, bitter, and astringent). Ancient Ayurvedic texts even mention the likes of sea salt and rock salt. “We need to have salt in our diet,” says Divya Alter, chef at Ayurvedic restaurant Divya’s Kitchen in New York City and author of What to Eat for How You Feel: The New Ayurvedic Kitchen. “It helps us experience all the other tastes properly. Each taste has a mental and physical function in the body.”
But don’t make BFFs with your salt shaker just yet. The goal is to keep the body in equilibrium by discovering your constitution (dosha) and choosing the right salt accordingly, as salt's inherent elements—fire and water—impact the doshas, and affect each dosha differently.

Salty Taste for Vata
Vata is air and space, so to keep it grounded, you want something warm, moist, and heavy, making the salty taste an ideal equalizer. When saltiness is ingested, it helps balance vata’s cool and dry elements. Our on-the-go, hyper-connected culture creates excess vata for many people. “In the right amounts, the salty taste's qualities—oily, heating, and heavy—can balance vata,” says Spear.

Salty Taste for Pitta
Pitta and the salty taste share the same elements: fire and water. Adding saltiness can aggravate this dosha, especially in the hot summer months. To cool down, you’ll want to look to add small amounts of bitter taste, like coffee and rhubarb, which will also clear and open the mind.

Salty Taste for Kapha
Made up of earth and water, kapha is stable, damp, and cold. To optimize best tastes for this dosha, choose something that has heating and slightly dry qualities. So go ahead and sprinkle salt in your dishes, just don’t go overboard, as one quality of the salty taste is water retention, which can make kaphas feel sluggish. “Too much salt is kind of like having molten lava within and can cause aggravation of kapha and pitta, triggering problems such as skin eruptions, digestive issues, and feeling overly hot," says Spear.

Regardless of your dosha, when choosing a salt to add flavor to your meals, steer clear of table salt, as pure sodium chloride is particularly harsh on the body, says Alter. Here are 6 of our favorite salts—from mild soma salt to fiery black salt—to better balance your dosha.

6 tips for living in good health
"For your health, eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day", "For your health, eat less fat and less salty", "For your health avoid alcohol abuse": for those who watch TV, you are subjected daily to these redundant and unnecessary advertising messages. No one will say to themselves when they hear that "Yes, they are right, I'm going to do a little jogging! "In addition, these messages are far too simplistic and incomplete, note the irony when they dare to put" Eat less fat and less salty "at the end of an advertisement for McDo's new burger, it always makes me laugh!
Here are 6 REAL tips to keep you fit and healthy for as long as you can, tips that you will NEVER see on TV.
1) Follow the basic nutritional advice
The most important thing is to follow the dietary recommendations that I outlined in my previous article " What can (still) eat today? "
Here is a brief reminder:
Do not go to fast food: it's not new, it's the worst thing to do. See the Americans ...
Stop food stuffed with dyes, preservatives, full of "E": chips, Curly, sodas, syrup ...
Ban foods with high glycemic index: classic baguette, white pasta, white rice, refined sugar ...
Eat low GI foods: vegetables, legumes, oilseeds ...
Avoid gluten, lactose and casein: pasta, bread, cakes, wheat flour, animal milks, cheese, butter, margarine, yogurt, cottage cheese ... All these foods promote intestinal permeability, contributing to the development of an impressive number diseases: from schizophrenia to osteoarthritis, through rheumatoid arthritis, ... in short, all kinds of pathologies.
Eat fruits and vegetables at every meal: take them organic because some are highly processed in conventional agriculture. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants etc ... Vary, all are good for health. To quote a well-known slogan: "Eat all! "
Limit consumption of red meat and large fish: Red meat contains antibiotics, toxins, many saturated fats. If you take it, it is essential to take it bio (because chemicals love to store in fat). For fish, avoid those at the top of the food chain (so the bigger ones) because they have a high concentration of heavy metals. You can eat white meat several times a week but prefer organic.
Eat organic eggs: very good for health, consume them without hesitation!
Optimize your intake of Omega-3: olive oil, rapeseed, flax, oily fish (sardines, salmon, mackerel ...). All these foods are good for the heart, the memory, the mood. Omega-3s even help with weight loss!
2) Avoid bisphenol A
Bisphenol A or BPA is a chemical compound used in combination with other elements in the constitution of plastics and epoxy resins. It is found everywhere: in plastic containers, the coating of metal cans (including cans), hard plastic water bottles (found in companies, in waiting rooms ...), receipts and until recently he was still found in baby bottles. Bisphenol A is very toxic and unfortunately it penetrates very easily into the body.
Many studies have proved its harmfulness: it weakens tooth enamel, is probably responsible for many cancers, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, it acts on the brain, on the reproductive function (it is an endocrine disruptor). I advise you to take a look at the Wikipedia article, the list of risks is very long.
The first thing is to NEVER heat a plastic that contains food.
It is extremely toxic because bisphenol A goes directly into food (yet I often see people putting plastic dishes in the microwave oven: never do that!). When you buy your products in store, beware of plastics. Do not worry, there's a simple way to spot Bisphenol A: on the packaging you can find the recycling logo having a triangular shape with a number inside.
Identifiers 3, 6 and 7 indicate products that are very likely to contain bisphenol A. Avoid them like the plague! Replace canned vegetables with frozen vegetables for example. They stay for a long time and have as many vitamins as fresh vegetables.
Note: to my knowledge, only for broccoli is freezing destroying an interesting compound, it is sulforaphane, an anti-cancer molecule very useful to prevent this pathology.
The bisphenol S (even more toxic compound that BPA) and phthalates (used to make soft plastics) are also harmful to health. All that I said previously avoids bisphenol A, bisphenol S and phthalates. It is important to point out that these three chemical compounds are ubiquitous in the environment and they are fat soluble that is to say they are stored preferentially in fat. This is one more reason to limit your consumption of fatty meat.
3) Flee the aluminum
Aluminum is much talked about, especially in deodorants. Indeed it is a very toxic metal (especially neurotoxic) that is not supposed to be found in the body. If the number of cases of Alzheimer's disease is increasing, it is not a coincidence.
Indeed, aluminum is found everywhere: deodorants, food additives (E173), tap water, vaccines, aluminum foil, cooking utensils, stoves, pans, medicines ...
My advice is simply to avoid using or consuming all products containing aluminum:
Deodorant: Do not buy antiperspirant. Take a deodorant without aluminum or parabens.
Do not buy foods containing E173: anyway you now know that you should not buy any industrial products.
Tap water: use filtration means.
Vaccines: they raise many controversies, especially concerning their harmfulness.
Cooking utensils: just avoid those made of aluminum
Stoves and pans: do not take it in aluminum, simply.
4) Take less medicine
Do you have a sore throat or head? The reflex of most people is to take a doliprane. It is a very bad idea to do this systematically, drugs are harmful in the long run.
Every year in France, tens of thousands of people die because of the side effects of drugs (and hundreds of thousands are hospitalized)! Often we take drugs to treat small ailments, we think it does not matter. They are used for headache, stomach ache, because you are constipated, for a lot of reasons.
This excessive consumption has repercussions on the state of health. On most drug leaflets, the list of side effects is long as the arm. Yet there are many ways to care naturally and without side effects small ailments everyday: herbal tea, essential oils, plants, propolis, ...
Consume as little medicine as possible, you will only get better.
5) Take dietary supplements
This point completes the previous one in the sense that if you have optimal vitamin and mineral status, you will be healthier, your visits to the doctor will be rare, you will not spend money on drugs.
I mentioned it in another article but it is necessary to detail vitamin C and vitamin D:
Vitamin C :the peculiarity is that Man is one of the only species that does not synthesize it. That's why it must be brought by the food. Only the fruits and vegetables that bring us are less rich in vitamin C than before. In addition, the needs are greater with our modern life: cities polluted, cigarette, drugs consumed in excess, too much sport for some, stress, a lot of stress. For example, a pack of cigarettes destroys 500 mg of vitamin C! All these factors lead to an overproduction of free radicals in the body that vitamin C is responsible for neutralizing. As a result, the level of vitamin C in the blood is considerably reduced and we are particularly fragile. This is how it is very easy to catch a cold, a flu or worse. The famous "Eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day" is therefore insufficient for anyone wanting to take care of their health. In general, 1 to 2 grams in supplementation is a good thing. Adjust your supplementation according to your factor exposure rate above and according to your feelings. According to some researchers the needs can go up to more than 10 grams. The surplus is eliminated in the urine. Too much will cause diarrhea. Choose a pure vitamin C, that is to say no capsule or tablet, take the powder. Take it under the name "L-ascorbic acid dextrorotatory" is the only interesting. To my knowledge this is not in pharmacy, and this is all the irony, so you have to buy it on the internet. Vitamin C in pharmacy (with dyes, flavors, added sugar) sells up to more than 10 € for 30 tablets of 500 mg (15 days of use at 1g / d), that would be more than 200 € per year ! I got mine at less than 60 € for a pot of 1 kg without any additives. Calculate the difference.
Vitamin D: the skin synthesizes it directly when exposed to sunlight. It should be known that it is the UVB that allows its synthesis and that the windows filter the UVB, so you do not produce vitamin D through a glass! Pollution and sunscreen greatly reduce this synthesis. The synthesis is most important in the hottest hours of the day. To have your daily dose, expose yourself 15 minutes, with the least possible clothing and without sunscreen between noon and two. That's for the summer. In winter, it is necessary to supplement because this synthesis is no longer possible (80% of the French population is deficient in winter). The other possible contribution is through diet, but no food is rich enough in vitamin D to cover our needs. It would be necessary to eat several kilograms of fish every day, considering the price and the heavy metals which they contain, it is not the solution that I suggest to you! I advise the daily intake of 4000-5000 IU (2000 IU for 30 kg of weight). This supplement prevents osteoporosis, protects against fifteen cancers, has a beneficial effect on immunity ... Many studies have proven all these benefits. Go shopping for Zyma D, it's really cheap compared to the effects on health. Do a regular vitamin D dosage to check your vitamin D levels in the blood.
Multivitamin complex: in the context of stress, lack of vitamins in the environment, etc., it is very useful to take a multivitamin supplement to fight against stress and fatigue. These supplements are rich in antioxidants. One of the best on the market is the Nu Power. Check the absence of iron, copper and manganese if you opt for another. This is a very important criterion for the choice of a product, do not bring these metals in the form of food supplement. If you are afraid of an overdose while taking Vitamin C + Vitamin D + Nu Power or other multivitamin, do not worry, the Nu Power contains few of these vitamins because the French legislation ondietary supplements impose restrictions.
6) Exercise regularly
This advice is a must, especially if you work sitting or do not move much in the day. Playing a sport is good for morale, for the heart, for the physical, to fight against diseases, to lose fat , to meet people ...
There are only good points to practice a sport!
Just be careful to avoid the excess: do not run every day, that makes sense. Adapt your consumption of vitamin C as I specified in the previous point. Be careful if you have never played sports or in any case for several years, do not recover suddenly. Start slowly and go crescendo.
Note: I touched briefly on some topics in this article that I will develop later, namely on: cosmetics, vaccines, water, cooking methods

The miracle worker salt therapy
Salty air is healing, beautifying, detoxifying and energizing. Several research results confirm the beneficial impact of using salt inside and outside of our body. Not only water – salt is essential to life, too.
Written records of frequent use of salt for healing and anti-inflammatory purposes go back until ancient Egypt. By now, it is proven that we need salt or its connected elements for even the simplest processes in our body. Minerals are necessary for proper cell function and metabolism. Certainly, it matters in what form and quality we take the suggested salt amount. Instead of table salt, which dehydrates, we should use high-purity, structured, mineral-rich ones, like the Himalaya, Epson, Hunza, Parajd or Dead-Sea salts, as they nurture and moisturize the body.
Salt and the Skin
More and more dermatologists and cosmetic professionals suggest the salt therapy for clients suffering from psoriasis, eczema or for alternative healing ways for acne-prone skin instead of using drastic chemicals or antibiotic treatments. The skin cleanser and demulcent salt has already offered effective solutions for many to recover from problematic skin conditions.
The beautifying salt can be applied in different ways depending on the skin concern.
Mud: Salty mud masks support skin regeneration and thanks to their perfect hydration impact support the cells’ water supply. Mud is successfully applied for connective tissue concerns, reduces the signs of cellulite and the formation of wrinkles. As salt stimulates metabolism and blood circulation it greatly supports skin firming.
Scrub: To achieve even better result during treatments apply salt scrubs and peelings before the treatment, 1-2 times a week.
Bath: A detoxifying and energizing salt bath is beneficial in all seasons.
As opposed to the misconception, salty water does not dry your skin as traditional foamy hot baths do, so people with dry skin can freely add it to their weekly routine. To put it very simply, salt penetrates the upper layer of the skin through a so-called reverse-osmosis and binds water there.
Undoubtedly, salt therapy cannot substitute professional face and body treatments, but it efficiently supports it and speeds up our skin’s regeneration process.
Body Firming and Toning with Thalassotherapy
The Dead Sea is worth a visit at least once in a lifetime. A 2- to 3-days active recreation at the shore will make you feel reborn.
The buoyancy of the water is so tremendous that no additional energy is needed to float on the water. The salt consistency of the sea is so high – approx. 33 % – that our skin is almost immediately revitalized and will be as smooth as if it had been ironed. J The salt does not dry out the skin, on the contrary, when we do not take a quick shower after floating a salty oily coating develops on the surface of the skin, which does not even dry in the sun. Of course, this high salt concentration can irritate the skin on the long-term, so I do suggest a quick wash-off. The Dead Sea water has an extremely strong anti-fungal and anti-viral impact, enhancing the regeneration process of the skin and wounds. The miracle worker salt does not end with the skin as it has countless other health benefits. For more information on Thalassotherapy please see our previous article “What is Thalassotherapy?”.
Salt Therapy and Health
The therapeutic usage of salt, regardless of whether it is Speleotherapy (therapy received in a naturally formed salt cave) or Halotherapy (in a man-made cave, usually above ground, using natural salt bricks) can be broadly applied to treat medical conditions and to enhance well-being. The salt level in our body affects our cell activity, energy and even the blood sugar level. For more information on this matter please see the infographic below.
Tip – Salt Therapy at Home
Nowadays, as we use tons of electronic devices, our home is full of positively charged particles, which can lead to chronic tiredness, enervation, pale skin and on the long-term to other different health concerns. This is why I recommend you to get 1 or 2 salt lamps in order for our body but also our close environment to be filled and charged with negative ions.
Just think about how great it is to take a deep breath and smell the fresh air after it has rained – when the air is filled with negative ions. This uplifting feeling can be taken to your home with those handy salt devices. Try it!

Modeling Photoshoot? 4 Perfect Ways To Look Perfect
Imagine for a moment that you finally get a big break in your modeling career. Perhaps, you have an appointment with Cecy Young for some modeling shots. You’re informed that you’ll be dressed in a variety of different pastel gossamer garments against a variety of urban backgrounds. It all sounds perfect, and you have a few weeks before the photo shoot.
Further, let’s suppose, this gig could make a huge difference to your career because the pictures will be posted on some top rated fashion websites and in some fashion magazines, too.
How do you prepare?
Essentially, you should revamp your diet, exercise, and sleep patterns before the big day. You’ll also benefit from using some Dermaclara skin care products.
Let’s take a quick look at exactly what you should do before the photo shoot:
1. Diet
Here are some dietary tips that will help your skin glow, your eyes sparkle, and your muscles look toned:
1. Avoid stomach bloat. You can avoid looking bloated and instead look lean and toned by using natural diuretics like fresh lemon or lime. If you don’t like these citrus fruits, you can also try ginger or mint. These foods, rich in micronutrients – vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants – that will ensure skin health.
2. Avoid foods that might cause breakouts. Avoid salty and fried foods. These can cause oily skin, which might result in breakouts.
3. Avoid foods that might stain your teeth. The usual suspects are raisins, grapes, tea, and coffee.
4. Increase your water intake. The best way to detox your system to make your skin and your eyes look shiny and bright is to drink plenty of water; perhaps even more than you usually do.
5. Eat low-fiber foods. Although you probably enjoy high-fiber fruits and vegetables, they tend to make you look a little bloated so about two or three days before the photo shoot, substitute these food choices with bananas, yams, potatoes, or oats, because these are all low-fiber foods.
2. Exercise
Prefer stretching exercises to any high intensity aerobic or weight lifting exercises. Yoga is perfect; as it will help you limber up, look relaxed, and stay-toned. The reason to avoid high-intensity workouts is two-fold: one, you avoid the risk of injury; two, you risk muscular inflammation and stiff joints. You want to look relaxed, happy, and carefree in the photos, not stiff and awkward.
3. Sleep
Here’s some advice from photographer Quentin Décaillet in Fstopper on the value of getting a good night’s rest before a photo shoot:
“Skin can take a while to clean in post production. Clean, even and healthy skin can really make a difference on the time spent in Photoshop. There are a lot of things models can do to have a better skin. It starts with sleeping at least eight hours a night. Not sleeping enough can lead to unealthy and bad looking skin (fine lines, wrinkles, lackluster skin, etc.)”
4. Skincare
In one of several Dermaclara reviews, Lydia Bee explains why she believes in this product line,” It’s easy and simple to use. Dermaclara features a carefully curated five-product system: Clara prep hydrating cream cleanser, Clara line peptide intensifying serum, Clara some radiance restoring moisturizer, Clara slips collagen-infused lip serum and Clara fuse dermal pads. I used all five Dermaclara products with great success, resulting in a lessening in the appearance of wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and laxity on my face and chest.”
When using skincare products, you’ll get the best results by using a skincare routine in the following order:
1. Cleanse for your skin type twice a day, and never sleep with your makeup because you’re too tired to do anything but go to bed. When choosing a cleanse, you will get the best results if you know whether your skin is dry, oily, or a combination.
2. Treat and moisturize with a serum and moisturizer, and do this daily. Look for products with ingredients like Vitamin C, retinol, and Hyaluronic Acid to nourish and protect your skin.
3. Regardless of your skin type, you will may have problem skin like fine line, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, brown spots, clogged pores, and, yes, acne. Exfoliation removes dead, dry surface skin cells and ensures healthy skin. How often you exfoliate depends on what your dermatologist recommends.
After your dream gig, you can go back to your usual diet, exercise, and sleep patterns, but these suggestions will help you look your best on the day of the photo shoot.

A lot of skin problems stem from a dehydrated skin. Not only is a dry skin dehydrated, but an oily skin is also dehydrated from the inside. Hydrate your skin inside out to ensure you have a flawless, glowing, even toned skin!
Ways To Hydrate Your Skin
Drink A Lot Of Water
This one is a no-brainer. You must drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Water cleanses your body and gets rid of the harmful toxins inside. Think of water as a cleansing agent. Just like you never skip skin cleansing, do not forget to drink water. Water also provides your body with essential nutrients to keep your body working properly. Our whole body needs water to function properly. Without an adequate supply of water, our vital organs will suffer and they will stop working properly. Once your body stops working properly, you can expect to face numerous skin problems. This is because your skin and face are the reflections of your health. Do not expect your skin to look flawless when your body is not flushing out toxins properly. Water also provides moisture to your body which keeps skin hydrated. Those who have oily skin often notice an increase in sebum production when they feel dehydrated. This is because a lack of moisture prompts the oil glands to produce more sebum to moisturise skin. If you do not like the taste of water for some reason, you can try drinking infused water. Infused water is basically water infused with fruits and vegetables. Infused water has more benefits than regular water.

Apply Oils
You can apply oils on your face and body to provide adequate hydration. Oils are full of antioxidants and essential fatty acids. Oils are also more like skin’s natural sebum, so they can make skin produce less oil. Be sure to choose an oil that suits your skin type. If you have a dry skin, you can go for coconut oil or olive oil. Do not apply coconut oil if you have an oily skin as coconut oil can clog pores. Look for lightweight oils like rosehip seed oil and argan oil if you have an oily skin. Make sure your oils are 100% pure.

Be Gentle With Washing
Do not use harsh cleansers for your face and body. Harsh soaps, body washes, and face washes can strip the face and body of their natural oils, making them feel dehydrated. Go for gentler cleansers. It is a good idea to look for companies that use natural ingredients in their products. Good quality cleansers not only help you get rid of dirt and grime, they also hydrate the skin.
Avoid Hot Showers
Addicted to hot showers? Well, they may be your undoing. Hot water can harm both your hair and skin. Hot water dries out your skin and also take away all the natural oils. While hot showers do feel good, in the long run, they only harm. Take a shower using room temperature water.

Use A Humidifier
Investing in a humidifier in your home will also prevent your skin from drying. A humidifier is also great for the respiratory system. Do not put the central heating or the air conditioning on very high, as these can also dry out your skin.
Eat Vegetables
When your body is lacking essential nutrients, it get dehydrated. Eat vegetables to make sure your body is getting all the required nutrients, vitamins and mineral. Vegetables also have a high water content so eating vegetables can keep your skin moisturised.

Oranges
Oranges are 87% water. They more than 100% of the recommended daily value of vitamin C.
Avoid Junk Food
Other than the temporary enjoyment, junk foods serve no purpose. They have little to no nutritional value. In fact, they can be harmless for your body. Junk food usually contains a lot of processed ingredients, sugar, and unhealthy oil. Avoid eating junk food if you want your skin to look its best.
Avoid Caffeine
I sound like a hypocrite writing this, given that I am addicted to tea. Tea and coffee are diuretics which means they can make you urinate more frequently. This can lead to dehydration. Do not drink more than 2 or 3 cups a day. For every cup of tea and coffee, drink a cup of water to stay hydrated.
Avoid Sugary Drinks
Sugary drinks seem refreshing and hydrating. The truth cannot be further from this. Drinks that are high in sugar can dehydrate you. These beverages create an acidic environment which can mess with the enzyme function and reduce body’s water storage capacity. Replace sugary drinks with fruit juices.
