They had done it, they had won. Here she was in number 10, surrounded by her team and yet she had never felt more alone. She knew that she wasn't going to be able to relax that evening, wondering what she would do with herself when she heard the knock at the door.

Mia decided to share a rather unusual piece of information with the newcomers. She motioned for them to gather around, her expression a mix of amusement and intrigue.

"Now, there's something you should know," Mia began, "the reason many of us here seem to have larger, more voluptuous breast is because we're... well, we're swollen with soju liquor."

The newcomers exchanged curious glances, unsure of what to make of this revelation.

Mia continued, "You see, in Hell, the sushi and soju are closely intertwined. The sushi we serve is made with a special ingredient – Hellfire Wasabi, which is incredibly spicy. To soothe the fiery torment it brings, we serve the souls with soju, which helps dull the sensation of the Hellfire Wasabi."

The newcomers couldn't help but be both fascinated and perplexed by this strange connection between the sushi and the soju in Hell.

Mia chuckled softly, "I know it's bizarre, but in this place, everything is unique and extraordinary. Just remember, the sushi and soju are essential to the process of redemption for these souls. And as you serve them, you'll become intimately familiar with the connection between the two."

Anyways. Yo. Owl will be happy that the career counseling certificates us officers have to get are being put into use, I guess.

Short answer: you're already doing great if you're still breathing and ambulatory. As in, you are alive and survived this far. Those who make it past the first two years after their initial trials without tapping out, generally have a good team of people who you can trust to have your back, and thus stay for the entire six-by-two of the contract.

Long answer: depends on what you're having trouble with.

If it's your skillset, try finding a more senior member of your team and ask to spar. Take those personnel evals that your superior officers have to conduct to heart, because we usually try to list areas where we think you can improve and how you could go about it.

If it's mental...

You joined for a reason. Whether through voluntary application or from being scouted, there was some part of you that wanted to be a part of something bigger when you signed up. Hold on to that feeling. It's the first pillar, and the one you're guaranteed to share with each and every agent by your side.

People regulate themselves differently. What works for others, might not work for you, but feel free to take inspiration and try new things if you feel like you're slipping. If you're the social type, drop by a restaurant or bar with your teammates or a touchstone and embellish a story or two of the weird things our missions involve, if you trust yourself to censor them appropriately. Crash at your touchstone's place for a night and be a winsome bastard. Find someone you'll swear to come back home to and stand by for as long as the world allows, or a few someones to take to bed and lose yourself in. Pace yourself by taking a mission or two with the general forces while you're off rotation. Sign on for a shift behind the missions desk at the tower or as a guest speaker for the Academy if you're desperate for a change of scenery. Variety is the spice of life, and all that.

Essentially, find something you enjoy and indulge it during your downtime.

Try to be home for festivals and holidays. I know we don't get a choice sometimes, but it's important to be able to see what we're slinking around in the shadows for.
