Proposal to the UTMV Community to Revitalize the Fandom: On February 12, 2016, Muffet's Love Ball RP was hosted. This was a huge step for the UTMV Community. In modern times, the amount of UTMV content has started to slow down. I believe that if we do a similar event, we can create a surge in the UTMV community and bring back a lot of activity. That's why I'm proposing that we create another Love Ball-type roleplay event on February 12, 2026, the 10th anniversary of Love Ball. I don't have any of the specifics thought out or planned, but I'm willing to put in the effort to create such an experience if y'all are willing to help out and participate in it. The name is subject to change, but I'll call it "The Violet Banquet" for now. On February 12, 2016, Muffet's Love Ball RP was hosted. This was a huge step for the UTMV Community.

In modern times, the amount of UTMV content has started to slow down. I believe that if we do a similar event, we can create a surge in the UTMV community and bring back a lot of activity.

We have organized "The Violet Banquet," a spiritual successor to Muffet's Love Ball that aims to revitalize the server.

The First Violet Banquet will be held on the 9th anniversary of Love-Ball from February 12, 2025 (12AM EST) to February 16, 2025 (11:59 PM). We will then host another Violet Banquet, learning from our previous run, on the 10th anniversary (February 12, 2026), pulling all the stops to create a truly sans-ational event.

Please, follow the official tumblr, join the Discord server, and spread the word about the event! We need all the help we can get!

Our Discord Server is already active and we already have people rping, though not in the main event as of yet. In addition, we will be hosting various events and art contests, and some winners may be featured during the event.

I came up with the idea for the Violet Banquet like yesterday and already I've gotten a lot of activity.

I think the Violet Banquet will be happening. But I need your help, because there's no way I can organize this on my own.

Last night I set up a Discord Server for the Violet Banquet. Since the current plan is to do this event on a Discord Server, the actual server I have is kinda lackluster. When I say lackluster I mean that as of the time of writing, I don't even have a reaction-roles set up yet.

If anyone would be willing to help set this up, I would be so, so glad.

Announcement about the Violet Banquet

I was not expecting to make another post so soon, but the need for it arises.

Recently, the mod "SpaceCheese" has been banned from the server due to a disagreement on pro shipping in a server with minors. Their stance on the matter simply was not acceptable, and the way they handled their argument by blocking the other parties was also not acceptable.

As a mod and event organizer, they had a duty to enforce proper rules regarding rp and proshipping. By choosing to stand against this, they have been banned.

In addition, later on, when we voted to kick them out, they decided to make a tumblr post without blurring our names or having any tact.

The Violet Banquet - A UTMV RP Event is Definitely Happening!

Not even a full 24 hours ago, I had doubts that this thing would ever gain traction. I had just heard of loveball and the impact it had on the utmv community, and i just wanted to create a similar event to revitalize the community once more.

Now, the discord server is up and running. RP Rules are still being made, but the actual server is operational with 58 members and rising in the first day alone!

I have high hopes for this event, but we still need your support to make this event the revitalization of the community it ought to be.

Please, join the discord and spread the word about the event! We need all the help we can get!

The Violet Banquet Update - 2025 Trial Run

Hello again! The Organizers of the Violet Banquet have decided to host a practice run of the Violet Banquet in 2025.

We are trying to see how well we can do and what impact we can have in the two months we have to plan, promote, and organize.

The Start Date will be on the 9-Year Anniversary of loveball: February 12, 2025. Further information will be released as we progress.

Remember: the 2025 run will not be the full extent of the Violet Banquet. We will pull out all the stops for the 10th anniversary of loveball, learning from our mistakes from 2025 to create a brilliant masterpiece in 2026.

That said, the points i made last time still stand - join the discord and spread the word about the event! We need all the help we can get!

I got motivation to start writing out of nowhere and now you're stuck with this

As the sun sets, the armies of the Holy Kingdom of Venalia have set up a camp deep inside enemy territory. Looking to bring glory to the Kingdom, their name, and their gods, they have declared war on those they considered heretical barbarians, the neighboring Byllians.

For 2 score and 3 years the two realms were at war. Entire states which had been caught in the crossfire had been raided, ravaged, and razed.

The Byllian Republic had fought valiantly, yet it was no match for the fighting spirit of the armies of Venalia. Now, Venalia is preparing for a massive attack on the most symbolic city of the republic: Istantinople, the city the heretical republic had risen from, and, if all went well, the city whose fall would mark the end of Byllia once and for all.

The battle raged on for eternity. Each army sent their divisions, hour after hour, day after day. Swords clashed, spears and arrows rained down from the heavens, red splattered everywhere. The smell of blood filled the air as the armies went into battle, side by side, children of their nation. The Repears were very busy that month.

Both nations were down on their last legs. They had sent everyone they had to the Bloodbath for Istantinople. The world had deemed that month Mensis Sanguinis, the month of blood. But the Byllians had protected their most sacred city.

The final army of the Venalians had only one member; a small figure, a child, no more than 12 years of age. The Byllians were confused and horrified: How could they send a child to the frontlines, and was he really ready to die so stupidly for this senseless war? The Byllian Commander stuck his sword into the ground and went to the child. He took his helmet off and offered peace.

The child then proceeded to pull out two automatic assault rifles powered by the sun and shot them all down with laser guns.

Prologue

Balance. It is an essential part of every world. The world hangs on the balance between Good and Evil, Light and Dark, Life and Death. But what happens when that balance is broken? This is the story of Color Balance a world where the balance was broken and what happened next. I, The Cosmic Gamemaster, will be telling this story with my gift of observation and recollection granted to me by my creator, NegPos.

Our story begins with a town called Epetia in the Empire of Gaplon on the Planet Aesclepius. The Empire of Gaplon was an Empire of Magic. All inhabitants had either Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, or Purple Magic, or some combination between two colors; they were born with it, and cannot change or learn new magic types. Additionally, they were either Light-Based or Dark-Based, which was affected by your personal well-being and physical health, and affected your behavior and personality. As such, many Light-Based and Dark-Based people do not get along, though Friendships across Light and Dark Based People are not unheard of.

Nobody knows where the Magic truly came from, or why light and dark based magic existed, but according to folklore, they acquired it from a mountain that had exploded and covered the towns around it in its Light and Heat.

So, one day, a boy from Epetia decided he wanted to find out, once and for all, where it came from.
