build of the hospital in two versions — one without cc and the second using cc items from realistic childbirth mod by pandasama. there are some of the necessary rooms for hospital to work, i add cantine and café, backstage for nurses and other employes and some offices.

i wasn't sure, if i should share this build, because one part of exterier was inspired from someone else on the youtube (i already forget name of the creator), but it's only front of the building.

I said when I made my First Hospital that I would make another using only base game, which I have finally done!

I typically like doing builds a lot more detailed, but my sim was in the middle of giving birth and I wanted to make the hospital as simple as possibly while still hopefully being somewhat aesthetically pleasing! This is only Base Game and the Required Get to Work so anyone who uses the mod can download. :)

An iryou kei* lookbook! Nurses clothes can fit male bodies but there will be some bulging on chest. ther than that, it's ok. This lookbook wasn't requested, but refer to this ask.

* Iryou Kei – This substyle of visual kei is hardly one and rarely used. Iryou means “medical” and it features this use of grotesque medical themes such as bloody lab coats and eye patches. This is obviously related to the uniquely Japanese fetish with wounds, hospitals and injuries.

Hospital Help

Another set of poses that I made for my story, and decided to tidy up and share.

Pack contains 8 couple poses for use with a hospital bed; one Sim is injured/sick and having a bad time, the other is quiet and reserved but helping the injured Sim dress. All-in-ones included.

Poses were made with masc rigs and as always there may be some clipping or floating depending on Sim body type and clothing.

You will need: - Pose Player - Teleport Any Sim - this hospital bed by AnotherSimsStory

Optional requirement: the original poses were made with JustJay's half-off t-shirt for poses 2 and 3. Pose 3 has a version where the helper Sim's hand is clipping into the chest, to make it look like they're pulling the shirt on, but I've also made a version where the hand is away from the chest so you can use it with a different top.

Ta-daa! I'm making a hospital for one of my stories and I noticed that a few things were missing. This set is BGC and contains 3 items: safety stairs (9 swatches), a yellow railing to match them (2 swatches), and stairway signs (21 swatches).

If you have a use for this, you may also like my warning stripe platform trim.

The texture on the tops of the steps is pulled from the light gray 'Construction Quality Concrete' base game floor, so if you use that in your landings, it will blend seamlessly with the tops of the stairs.

One note - you have to place the stairs as one tile wide or the textures will distort horribly. To make a multiple tile wide staircase like the ones in the previews, you have to place two staircases side by side.

About the pose pack: Hi I had some eventful weeks and I never imagined that a breast cancer check two weeks before my 24th birthday would be one of these events.

I share this pose pack with you all in hope it raises awareness for breast cancer, but also as a part of processing my experience (it was a bit stressful and rushed) and turning it into something useful or educational.

These poses for the Sims 4 show a clinical breast exam by a GP/health provider and later a breast cancer (ultrasound) screening.

And for who was curious, it didn’t turn out to be cancer, so that is good for me. Go to your health provider when you notice changes of your breast, nipple, skin or any lumps - especially if combined. Look out for those signs:
