— tulsa's most obnoxious trio of siblings have rolled into town, and they're here to bring hell on this blog !!!

decided it was about time i draw these babies since i plan to incorporate them into more of my daily art, so now they have designs ! :D

& here's some individual drawings i did of each sibling:

MAAAANNN were these guys a pain in the ass to design. there's literally ZERO information on any of their appearances aside from black hair and cat-like features from all of them. actually such a struggle ... BUT I MANAGED (as i always do mwahahhh)

these designs might still not fully be set just because they were made in a moment of me being frustrated with art, but either way i still love them dearly and i should be using them in later drawings if i do keep them !

angela my sweet sweet self proclaimed daughter ... tim shepard the devilish boy ... and then FUCKING CURLY. i hate curly (jokingly, still a bit I'm keeping with myself) — they were all so delightful to imagine despite going purely OFF imagination.

I'd show the concept drawings i made the other day whilst working on these designs but unfortunately they just look so disproportionate it would not be appealing to the eye 💀 like i said, i did indeed struggle making these designs ...

anywho ; i didn't have as much to say on this as i thought i would , but !!! maybe expect a curly and tim cameo on the @sodapopcurtis-dx-asks blog at some point in the future ?!! ( big maybe. still would have to figure out how to incorporate them there 💀 curly usually just shows up with pb... tim on the other hand... hhhuuuummmmmmm... )

speaking of soda's blog I'll be running over there for the afternoon to pile up some drafts to shoot out later , so chew on these while i disappear !!! :D

I KNOW the ages don't line up at ALL but absolutely adore the idea of Tim totin around lil curly n angela to do gang shit. yeah that's a baby. n this is eight grams of weed. you want it or not

To me at least the Shepard siblings are like the worst version of The Curtis brothers. Tim is like Darry but he had to grow up to be colder and tougher to support his family but had to do things illegally to make things work. Angela is like Soda but wasn’t raised with that kindness that Soda had. She’s beautiful and attracts boys like honey to flies but does it as a means to an end. Curly is like Ponyboy but he had to grow up to be tougher and meaner due to his family name. He’s proud of it too, he doesn’t see himself as anything other than a Greaser.

When pony is having a good day and can walk without the cane he likes to try and prove he’s feeling well by picking up curly. Curly finds it funny bc pony can only lift him for a couple seconds.

Ponyboy wasn’t even sure how they ended up like this.

Curly had been over for a while, stretched out on Pony’s bed like it was his own, complaining about nothing in particular. At some point, Pony had shoved him for taking up too much space, and Curly had shoved him back, and one way or another, they both ended up under the blanket, limbs tangled, sharing warmth.

It wasn’t weird. Not really. Curly got cold easily, and Ponyboy wasn’t about to complain about free body heat. It was comfortable. Natural, even.

What wasn’t natural was the way the door suddenly swung open.

Ponyboy barely had time to react before Angela Shepard was standing there, arms crossed, eyebrows raised. “What the hell am I lookin’ at?”

Curly went rigid. Ponyboy felt it instantly—the way his whole body tensed, the way his fingers twitched against Pony’s sleeve like he was caught doing something he shouldn’t be.

“Nothin’,” Curly muttered, sitting up so fast he nearly knocked Ponyboy off the bed.

Angela smirked, leaning against the doorframe. “Sure looks like somethin��.”

Ponyboy sighed, sitting up more slowly. “We were just—”

“Cuddlin’?” Angela finished for him, grinning.

Curly scowled. “Shut up, Angie.”

Angela ignored him completely, turning her attention to Ponyboy instead. “Didn’t think you had it in you, Curtis. Taming a wild Shepard.”

Ponyboy rolled his eyes. “It’s not like that.”

“Sure.” Angela’s smirk didn’t fade. “Whatever you say.”

Curly, still scowling, grabbed a pillow and chucked it at her. Angela dodged easily, laughing as she stepped back into the hall. “I ain’t gonna tell anyone,” she teased. “But you better hope Tim don’t walk in next.”

The door clicked shut behind her, leaving behind a thick silence.

Ponyboy glanced at Curly, who was staring at the blanket with an unreadable expression. His ears were a little pink.

“You good?” Ponyboy asked.

Curly groaned and flopped back onto the bed. “She’s never gonna let this go.”

Ponyboy chuckled and laid back down beside him. “You’re the one who freaked out.”

Curly huffed. “Yeah, well. She’s annoying.”

They laid there in silence for a second before Curly, without looking, yanked the blanket back over them and shifted closer like nothing had happened.

Idk but I’m kinda liking the idea that Dally has a soft spot for Curly bc I really just want more on their dynamic and I live for Curly angst with a side of Dally’s oddly protective brother tendencies(no matter how much he forces it away)

My question is for Curly and Angela.

What’s it like having Tim as a big brother? Does he have rules for you like Darry does for his brothers, or does he let you do whatever you want?

God no. he ain't nothin like that. Darry don't let Pony do anythin) Tim's real big on the fuck around n find out.
