Yall are sleeping on Marbit where Two-Bit knows everything about Paul and Darry’s relationship and how it crashed and burned, which adds to his reservations about going with a Soc.

Two-Bit who saw how Paul never put Darry first but always expected Darry to put him first and constantly is wondering if all Socs are like that or if Paul was just an awful person because Marcia is so sweet. And of course Marcia would never treat him like Paul treated Darry but every time Two-Bit lets himself get too close he’s reminded of them.
